本发明涉及无线通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种定位方法及装置。
背景技术
目前,在对移动终端设备进行定位时,通常采用全球定位系统(Global Position System,简称GPS)定位,或者通过数据业务获取网络定位两种方式。
当通过GPS对移动终端进行定位时,启动移动终端本地的GPS模块,通过GPS模块与卫星之间的信息交互,获取卫星发送的定位结果。采用该技术方案获取的定位结果准确度较高,但GPS模块切断电源较长时间后重新启动(冷启动)进行定位时,从卫星获取定位结果所需要的时间较长,不满足快速定位的要求。
当通过数据业务获取网络对移动终端进行定位时,终端在路由寻呼、定位区域更新、小区更新等场景下,根据基站下发的信息,获取当前时刻该终端所注册移动网络的Cell ID(小区标识),以及终端获取当前时刻扫描到的接入点(Access Point,简称AP)的基础服务集标识(Basic Service Set Identification,简称BSSID,即为AP的MAC地址)信息,并将Cell ID和BSSID发送至第三方网络服务器,由第三方网络服务器根据该Cell ID和BSSID获取定位结果发送至终端;采用上述无线网络对终端进行定位的方法,获取的定位结果精度取决于小区半径,基站类型,以及终端与小区中心之间的距离,定位精度较低,且定位结果的获取依赖于第三方网络服务器,当终端与第三方网络服务器之间的连接中断,或者第三方网络服务器故障时,终端将无法获取定位结果。
由此可见,目前对移动终端进行定位时,存在定位结果获取时间长,以及定位结果获取的可靠性低问题。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种定位方法及装置,用以解决目前对移动终端进行定位时,存在定位结果获取时间长,以及定位结果获取的可靠性低问题。
本发明实施例提供的具体技术方案如下:
第一方面,提供一种定位方法,包括:当接收到本地应用软件发送的定位请求时,获取本地预设的定位策略;根据所述定位策略,基于本地的辅助定位数据库中保存的辅助定位结果,获取定位结果。

为了解决目前对移动终端进行定位时,存在定位结果获取时间长,以及定位结果获取不稳定的问题。本发明实施例中,在终端设置辅助定位数据库,当接收到定位请求时,即根据终端本地的辅助定位数据库中保存的辅助定位结果,确定定位结果。采用本发明技术方案,无须等待GPS和网络的定位结果,有效缩短了定位时长;并且,在数据业务中断的情况下,终端仍然能够根据辅助定位数据库中保存的辅助定位结果,得到定位结果,避免了在数据业务中断时无法获取定位结果的问题,提高了定位结果获取的可靠性。

相较于现有技术中不考虑定位策略仅采用GPS定位或者网络定位的方式,采用上述技术方案,根据定位策略,通过多种途径获取定位结果,能够根据用户要求获取最匹配的定位结果。
基于上述定位策略,定位结果的获取可以分为如下几种情况:
第一种情况:定位策略为定位时间优先级最高。

第二种情况:定位策略为定位精度优先级最高。
当定位策略为定位精度优先级最高,且在接收到GPS模块发送的GPS定位结果,以及获取到网络定位结果之前,获取到辅助定位结果时,将辅助定位结果输入本地的GPS模块,并控制该GPS模块根据辅助定位结果获取GPS定位结果,以及等待网络定位结果;当在获取网络定位结果之前,获取到GPS定位结果时,将该GPS定位结果确定为定位结果;当在获取到GPS定位结果之前,获取到网络定位结果时,根据该网络定位结果,本地的辅助定位数据库中保存的辅助定位结果,获取定位结果。
可选的,当在获取到GPS定位结果之前,获取到网络定位结果时,若终端本地的辅助定位数据库中包含相应的辅助定位结果,则比较网络定位结果和辅助定位结果的定位精度,将定位精度较高的定位结果确定为定位结果,即当网络定位结果的定位精度高于辅助定位结果的定位精度时,将网络定位结果作为定位结果进行呈现,当网络定位结果的定位精度低于辅助定位结果时,将辅助定位结果作为定位结果进行呈现;若本地的辅助定位数据库中不 包含相应的辅助定位结果,则将网络定位结果作为定位结果。
为了避免终端根据的网络标识信息获取的辅助定位结果精度较低的问题,在定位精度要求较高的情况下,终端将辅助定位结果输入GPS模块,令GPS模块能够基于该辅助定位结果,缩小定位范围,从而实现快速定位。
进一步的,终端根据网络定位结果,本地的辅助定位数据库中保存的辅助定位结果,获取定位结果,具体包括:若终端本地的辅助定位数据库中包含相应的辅助定位结果,则比较网络定位结果和辅助定位结果的定位精度,将定位精度较高的定位结果确定为定位结果,即当网络定位结果的定位精度高于辅助定位结果的定位精度时,将网络定位结果作为定位结果进行呈现,当网络定位结果的定位精度低于辅助定位结果时,将辅助定位结果作为定位结果进行呈现。采用该技术方案,将网络定位结果和辅助定位结果进行比较,将精度较高的定位结果作为最终的定位结果,从而提高了获取的定位结果的精度。
进一步的,当获取到GPS定位结果,且辅助定位数据库中包含相应的辅助定位结果时,比较辅助定位结果的定位精度和GPS定位结果的定位精度,当GPS定位结果的定位精度高于辅助定位结果的定位精度时,获取当前时刻本地所在位置的网络标识信息,并将该网络标识信息、GPS定位结果,以及定位时间存储至辅助定位数据库中;当获取到网络定位结果,且辅助定位数据库中包含相应的辅助定位结果时,比较辅助定位结果的定位精度和网络定位结果的定位精度,当网络定位结果的定位精度高于辅助定位结果的定位精度时,获取当前时刻本地所在位置的网络标识信息,并将该网络标识信息、网络定位结果,以及定位时间存储至辅助定位数据库中。
进一步的,当在本地无法获取辅助定位结果,接收到GPS模块发送的GPS定位结果或者网络定位结果之后,获取当前时刻本地所在位置的网络标识信息,并将该网络标识信息、网络定位结果或者GPS定位结果,以及定位时间存储至辅助定位数据库中。采用上述技术方案,基于GPS定位结果和网络定位结果不断更新本地的辅助定位数据库,以便于终端再次进行本地定位时, 能够快速获取定位结果。
进一步的,当定位策略为定位精度优先级最高,且定位结果获取超时时长到达时,仍未获取到GPS定位结果或者网络定位结果,终端从本地辅助定位数据库中获取辅助定位结果,将该辅助定位结果确定为定位结果。
本发明实施例中,当定位策略为定位时间优先级最高时,终端可以不开启本地GPS模块和数据业务,直接从本地保存的辅助定位数据库中获取辅助定位结果作为最终的定位结果;当辅助定位数据库中不包含终端对应的辅助定位结果时,开启GPS模块和数据业务,通过GPS模块或者通过数据业务获取定位结果。采用上述技术方案,在定位策略为定位时间优先级最高,且终端本地的辅助定位数据库中保存有相应的辅助定位结果时,即将该辅助定位结果作为定位结果,无须开启GPS模块和数据业务,有效降低了终端的能耗,以及终端的数据业务量。
基于上述技术方案,参阅图3所示,下面结合具体场景,详细介绍终端获取定位结果的过程:
步骤300:终端接收到本地应用软件发送的定位请求时,开启数据业务,启动本地的全球定位系统GPS模块,以及在本地的辅助定位数据库中进行查找。
步骤301:终端等待获取定位结果。
步骤302:当终端获取的定位结果为辅助定位结果时,判断本地预设的定位策略是否为定位时间优先级最高,若是,执行步骤303,否则,执行步骤304。
步骤303:终端判断定位结果超时时长是否到达,若是,返回步骤301,否则,返回步骤301。
步骤304:终端将辅助定位结果确定为定位结果进行上报。
步骤305:当终端获取的定位结果为GPS定位结果时,将GPS定位结果确定为定位结果进行上报,并获取当前时刻本地所在位置的网络标识信息,以及将该网络标识信息和GPS定位结果存储至辅助定位数据库中。
步骤306:当终端获取的定位结果为网络定位结果时,判断本地预设的定位策略是否为定位时间优先级最高,若是,执行步骤307,否则,执行步骤308。
步骤307:终端将网络定位结果确定为定位结果进行上报。
步骤308:终端判断辅助定位数据库中是否包含自身对应的辅助定位结果,若是,执行步骤309,否则,执行步骤310。
步骤309:终端比较网络定位结果和辅助定位结果的定位精度,将定位精度较高的定位结果确定为定位结果。
步骤310:终端将网络定位结果确定为定位结果进行上报,并获取当前时刻本地所在位置的网络标识信息,以及将该网络标识信息和网络定位结果存储至辅助定位数据库中。
基于上述技术方案,参阅图4所示,本发明实施例提供一种定位结果获取装置,包括定位策略获取模块40和定位结果获取模块41,其中:
定位策略获取模块40,用于当接收到本地应用软件发送的定位请求时,获取本地预设的定位策略;

综上所述,本发明实施例中,当接收到本地应用软件发送的定位请求时,获取本地预设的定位策略;根据上述定位策略,基于本地的辅助定位数据库中保存的辅助定位结果,获取定位结果。采用本发明技术方案,无须等待GPS和网络的定位结果,有效缩短了定位时长;并且,在数据业务中断的情况下,终端仍然能够根据辅助定位数据库中保存的辅助定位结果,得到定位结果,避免了在数据业务中断时无法获取定位结果的问题,提高了定位结果获取的可靠性。

  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,根据所述定位策略,基于本地的辅助定位数据库中保存的辅助定位结果,获取定位结果,具体包括:
    开启数据业务,启动本地的全球定位系统GPS模块,以及在本地的辅助定位数据库中获取保存的辅助定位结果;
    在获取到所述辅助定位结果,以及接收到所述GPS模块发送的GPS定位结果之前,若通过数据业务获取到网络定位结果,则根据所述网络定位结果,本地的辅助定位数据库中保存的辅助定位结果,获取定位结果;
    在获取到所述辅助定位结果,以及获取到网络定位结果之前,若接收到所述GPS模块发送的GPS定位结果,则将所述GPS定位结果确定为定位结果;

    获取当前时刻本地所在位置的网络标识信息,并将所述网络标识信息以及所述GPS定位结果或者所述网络定位结果存储至所述辅助定位数据库中。

    当定位结果获取超时时长到达时,仍未获取到GPS定位结果或者网络定位结果,从本地辅助定位数据库中获取辅助定位结果,将所述辅助定位结果确定为定位结果。
  8. 一种定位装置,其特征在于,包括:
    定位策略获取模块,用于当接收到本地应用软件发送的定位请求时,获取本地预设的定位策略;
    定位结果获取模块,用于根据所述定位策略获取模块获取的定位策略,基于本地的辅助定位数据库中保存的辅助定位结果,获取定位结果。
