LTE(Long Term Evolution,长期演进)网络逐渐完善,运营商在部署了4G/IMS网络后,具有该4G能力的手机终端除了可以享受4G宽带业务,还可以通过LTE网络享受其他丰富的IMS多媒体业务,比如打电话(即VoLTE语音业务)等。用户如果购买了支持IMS业务的4G终端,希望使用4G/IMS业务时,则需要到营业厅办理4G/IMS放号等业务,手续比较繁琐。或者用户终端有能力,但用户本身并不知道可以使用新业务,从而也不开通该项业务,从而不利于运营商对4G业务的推广。
针对相关技术中用户办理4G/IMS等业务手续繁琐的问题,目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种业务开通方法、装置和HSS服务器,以至少解决相关技术中用户办理4G/IMS放号等业务手续繁琐的问题。

下文中将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
在本实施例中提供了一种业务开通方法,该方法可以通过HSS服务器来实现,但不限于此,图1是根据本发明实施例的一种业务开通方法的流程图,如图1所示,该流程包括如下步骤:
步骤S102,检测到用户设备支持第四代移动通信4G或者4G多媒体子系统IMS;
步骤S104,向用户设备发送用于询问是否开通4G或者4G IMS的通知消息;
步骤S106,在接收到用户设备发送的确认开通消息的情况下,对用户设备开通4G或者4G IMS。
通过上述步骤,通过检测到用户设备所具有的功能,发送通知消息,在接收到用户设备的确认消息后,对用户设备开通业务,解决了相关技术中用户办理4G/IMS等业务手续繁琐问题,提高了用户开通业务的效率。
可选地,检测到用户设备支持所述4G包括:检测到用户设备通过S6a口进行位置更新;检测到用户设备支持所述4G IMS包括:检测到用户设备通过S6a口进行位置更新时,携带有用于进行IMS的双模单待无线语音呼叫连续性SRVCC参数。这样,可以判断用户是否是潜在的4G/IMS业务用户,有利于确定是否需要开通4G/IMS业务。
可选地,在向用户设备发送用于询问是否开通4G或者4G IMS的通知消息之前,还包括:确定用户设备未开通4G或者4G IMS;和/或,确定未向用户设备发送过通知消息。HSS检测到具有4G/IMS业务能力的手机接入网络时,通过查询保存的用户签约信息,判断用户是否已签约4G业务或者是否在IMS域放号,以此来确定是否向用户发送短消息。
可选地,向用户设备发送用于询问是否开通4G或者4G IMS的通知消息包括:对是否向用户设备发送过通知消息进行标识;在向用户设备发送了通知消息后,将标识由未向用户设备发送过通知消息更改为向用户设备发送过通知消息;对用户设备进行标识清空。HSS系统还提供清除或设置特定用户的通知标志功能,以便运营商在特殊情况下进行数据的维护。
可选地,在接收到用户设备发送的确认开通消息的情况下,对用户设备开通4G或者4G IMS之后,还包括:对用户设备开通的4G或者4G IMS进行记录。HSS系统提供对该功能的日志记录等,已利于运营商通过日志进行分析,获得第一手资料,从而更有利于开展此项业务。
在本实施例中还提供了一种业务开通装置,该装置用于实现上述实施例及优选实施方式,已经进行过说明的不再赘述。如以下所使用的,术语“模块”可以实现预定功能的软件和/或硬件的组合。尽管以下实施例所描述的装置较佳地以软件来实现,但是硬件,或者软件和硬件的组合的实现也是可能并被构想的。
图2是根据本发明实施例的一种业务开通装置的结构框图,该装置可以为HSS服务器,但不限于此,如图2所示,该装置包括:检测模块22、发送模块24、开通模块26,下面对该装置进行说明。
检测模块22,设置为检测到用户设备支持第四代移动通信4G或者4G多媒体子系统IMS;发送模块24,连接至检测模块22,设置为向用户设备发送用于询问是否开通4G或者4G IMS的通知消息;开通模块26,连接至发送模块24,设置为在接收到用户设备发送的确认开通消息的情况下,对用户设备开通4G或者4G IMS。
通过上述装置,通过检测模块检测到用户设备所具有的功能,通过发送模块发送通知消息,通过开通模块在接收到用户设备的确认消息后,对用户设备开通业务,解决了相关技术中用户办理4G/IMS等业务手续繁琐问题,提高了用户开通业务的效率。
图3是根据本发明优选实施例的业务开通装置的优选结构框图一,该装置可以为HSS服务器,但不限于此,如图3所示,该装置包括图2所示的所有结构外,所述检测模块还包括:第一检测模块32和第二检测模块34,下面对该装置进行说明。
检测模块包括:第一检测模块32,设置为检测到用户设备通过S6a口进行位置更新;第二检测模块34,设置为检测到用户设备通过S6a口进行位置更新时,携带有用于进行IMS的双模单待无线语音呼叫连续性SRVCC参数。这样,可以判断用户是否是潜在的4G/IMS业务用户,有利于确定是否需要开通4G/IMS业务。
图4是根据本发明优选实施例的业务开通装置的优选结构框图二,该装置可以为HSS服务器,但不限于此,如图4所示,该装置包括图2所示的所有结构外,该装置包括:第一确定模块42和第二确定模块44,下面对该优选结构进行说明。
第一确定模块42,连接至开通模块26,设置为确定用户设备未开通4G或者4G IMS;和/或,第二确定模块44,连接至开通模块26,设置为确定未向用户设备发送过通知消息。HSS检测到具有4G/IMS业务能力的手机接入网络时,通过查询保存的用户签约信息,判断用户是否已签约4G业务或者是否在IMS域放号,以此来确定是否向用户发送短消息。
图5是根据本发明优选实施例的业务开通装置的优选结构框图三,该装置可以为HSS服务器,但不限于此,如图5所示,该装置包括图2所示的所有结构外,该发送模块24包括:标识模块52、通知模块54和清空模块56,下面对该优选结构进行说明。
发送模块还包括:标识模块52,设置为对是否向用户设备发送过通知消息进行标识;通知模块54,设置为在向用户设备发送了通知消息后,将标识由未向用户设备发送过通知消息更改为向用户设备发送过通知消息;清空模块56,对用户设备进行标识清空。HSS系统还提供清除或设置特定用户的通知标志功能,以便运营商在特殊情况下进行数据的维护。
图6是根据本发明优选实施例的业务开通装置的优选结构框图四,该装置可以为HSS服务器,但不限于此,如图6所示,该装置包括图2所示的所有结构外,该装置包括:记录模块62,下面对该优选结构进行说明。
记录模块62,连接至开通模块26,设置为对用户设备开通的4G或者4G IMS进行记录。HSS系统提供对该功能的日志记录等,已利于运营商通过日志进行分析,获得第一手资料,从而更有利于开展此项业务。
图7是根据本发明实施例的HSS服务器的结构框图,如图7所示,该HSS服务器包括上述任一项业务开通装置。
通过升级现网HSS的软件版本,来实现4G/IMS域自动放号的功能。升级后HSS系统通过业务信令可检测手机是否具有4G/SRVCC能力,从而判断用户是否是潜在的4G/IMS业务用户。如果2G/3G用户通过S6a口来做位置更新,则判断用户实际具有4G能力。如果4G用户做S6a口位置更新时,请求消息携带了SRVCC能力参数,则认为该4G用户具有IMS业务能力。HSS检测到具有4G/IMS业务能力的手机接入网络时,通过查询保存的用户签约信息,判断用户是否已签约4G业务或者是否在IMS域放号。若用户未开通4G/IMS业务,则HSS进一步查询用户动态信息,查看“发送过通知给BOSS”是否已置位,若标志未置位,则认为未发送过通知给BOSS,则HSS发送通知指令通知运营商的营帐系统。营帐系统收到该指令后,通过发送短信等方式询问用户是否需要开通4G/IMS业务,如用户需要开通,则营帐系统直接发送放号指令到HSS开通4G/IMS业务即可。
为了防止对用户不必要的额外骚扰,HSS若检测到已经发送过通知,则不会再发送通知给营帐系统。而HSS若检测用户已开通4G/IMS业务,同样不会发送通知给营帐系统。从而有效避免对用户产生骚扰。
HSS系统还提供清除或设置特定用户的通知标志功能,以便运营商在特殊情况下进行数据的维护。比如如果用户首次交互拒绝了,后续用户又想使用,营帐可以通过指令清除通知标志,从而下次位置更新HSS会再发送通知给营帐。
HSS系统提供对该功能的日志记录等,已利于运营商通过日志进行分析,获得第一手资料,从而更有利于开展此项业务。
图8是根据本发明实施例的应用场景的结构示意图,如图8所示,该应用场景包括:HSS服务器、BOSS、SMSC(Short Message Service Center,短信息服务中心)、用户终端、核心网和基站。
首先用户接入4G网络,HSS检测到应用终端能力,HSS通知BOSS用户终端能力,用户通过SMSC确认自动签约4G或IMS业务,通过SMSC通知用户自动签约确认,签约4G或IMS业务。
根据本发明实施例提供的上述方案,解决了相关技术中用户办理4G/IMS放号等业务手续繁琐的问题,进而达到了自动开通业务的效果。
下面通过举例对本发明优选实施方式进行说明。
优选实施方式1
图9是根据本发明优选实施方式1的业务开通方法的流程图,如图9所示,4G自动放号步骤如下:
步骤901,具有4G能力的用户手机接入网络;
步骤902,HSS检测到用户还未开通4G业务并且未发送过通知,则通知营帐系统,并将已通知标志保存到数据库;
步骤903,营帐系统发送短信跟用户确认是否开通4G业务;
步骤904,用户确认开通4G业务;
步骤905,营帐系统向HSS发送4G业务放号指令;
步骤906,用户接入4G网络享受高速4G业务。
优选实施方式2
图10是根据本发明优选实施方式2的业务开通方法的流程图,如图10所示,IMS自动放号步骤如下:
步骤1001,具有IMS能力(SRVCC)的用户接入网络;
步骤1002,HSS检测到用户还未开通IMS并且未发送过通知,则通知营帐系统,并将已通知标志保存到数据库;
步骤1003,营帐系统发送短信跟用户确认是否开通IMS业务;
步骤1004,用户确认开通IMS业务;
步骤1005,营帐系统向HSS发送IMS放号指令;
步骤1006,用户接入IMS网络享受IMS多媒体业务。
优选实施方式3
图11是根据本发明优选实施方式3的业务开通方法的逻辑流程图,如图11所示,
4G自动放号具体步骤包括:具有4G能力的用户手机接入网络;HSS检测到用户还未开通4G业务并且未发送过通知,则通知营帐系统,并将已通知标志保存到数据库;营帐系统发送短信跟用户确认是否开通4G业务;用户确认开通4G业务;营帐系统向HSS发送4G业务放号指令;户接入4G网络享受高速4G业务。
IMS自动放号具体步骤包括:具有IMS能力(SRVCC)的用户接入网络;HSS检测到用户还未开通IMS并且未发送过通知,则通知营帐系统,并将已通知标志保存到数据库;营帐系统发送短信跟用户确认是否开通IMS业务;用户确认开通IMS业务;营帐系统向HSS发送IMS放号指令;用户接入IMS网络享受IMS多媒体业务。
显然,本领域的技术人员应该明白,上述的本发明实施例的各模块或各步骤可以用通用的计算装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,或者分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上,可选地,它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现,从而,可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行,并且在某些情况下,可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤,或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块,或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。这样,本发明实施例不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
工业实用性
如上所述,通过上述实施例及优选实施方式,解决了相关技术中用户办理4G/IMS放号等业务手续繁琐的问题,进而达到了自动开通业务的效果。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种业务开通方法,包括:
    检测到用户设备支持第四代移动通信4G或者4G多媒体子系统IMS;
    向所述用户设备发送用于询问是否开通4G或者4G IMS的通知消息;
    在接收到所述用户设备发送的确认开通消息的情况下,对所述用户设备开通所述4G或者4G IMS。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,检测到所述用户设备支持所述4G包括:
    检测到所述用户设备通过S6a口进行位置更新;
    检测到所述用户设备支持所述4G IMS包括:检测到所述用户设备通过S6a口进行位置更新时,携带有用于进行IMS的双模单待无线语音呼叫连续性SRVCC参数。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在向所述用户设备发送用于询问是否开通4G或者4G IMS的通知消息之前,还包括:
    确定所述用户设备未开通4G或者4G IMS;和/或,
    确定未向所述用户设备发送过所述通知消息。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,向所述用户设备发送用于询问是否开通4G或者4G IMS的通知消息包括:
    对是否向所述用户设备发送过所述通知消息进行标识;
    在向所述用户设备发送所述通知消息后,将标识由未向所述用户设备发送过所述通知消息更改为向所述用户设备发送过所述通知消息;
    对所述用户设备进行标识清空。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的方法,其中,在接收到所述用户设备发送的确认开通消息的情况下,对所述用户设备开通所述4G或者4G IMS之后,还包括:
    对所述用户设备开通的所述4G或者4G IMS进行记录。
  6. 一种业务开通装置,包括:
    检测模块,设置为检测到用户设备支持第四代移动通信4G或者4G多媒体子系统IMS;
    发送模块,设置为向所述用户设备发送用于询问是否开通4G或者4G IMS的通知消息;
    开通模块,设置为在接收到所述用户设备发送的确认开通消息的情况下,对所述用户设备开通所述4G或者4G IMS。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述检测模块包括:
    第一检测模块,设置为检测到所述用户设备通过S6a口进行位置更新;
    第二检测模块,设置为检测到所述用户设备通过S6a口进行位置更新时,携带有用于进行IMS的双模单待无线语音呼叫连续性SRVCC参数。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:
    第一确定模块,设置为确定所述用户设备未开通4G或者4G IMS;和/或,
    第二确定模块,设置为确定未向所述用户设备发送过所述通知消息。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述发送模块还包括:
    标识模块,设置为对是否向所述用户设备发送过所述通知消息进行标识;
    通知模块,设置为在向所述用户设备发送了所述通知消息后,将标识由未向所述用户设备发送过所述通知消息更改为向所述用户设备发送过所述通知消息;
    清空模块,对所述用户设备进行标识清空。
  10. 根据权利要求6至9任一项所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:
    记录模块,设置为对所述用户设备开通的所述4G或者4G IMS进行记录。
  11. 一种HSS服务器,包括权利要求6至10中任一项所述的装置。
