Description

一种语音业务的处理方法、系统和装置
本申请要求于2017年9月5日提交中国专利局、申请号为201710790665.0、发明名称为“一种语音业务的处理方法、系统和装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种语音业务的处理方法、系统和装置。
背景技术
在4G(the 4th Generation mobile communication,第四代移动通信技术)网络中,用户可以基于VoLTE(Voice over Long Term Evolution,长期网络演进语音方案)方法或CSFB(Circuit Switched Fallback,电路域回落语音方案)方案进行语音业务。对于VoLTE方案,要求网络侧支持IMS(Internet Protocol Multimedia Subsystem,网络协议多媒体子系统)能力,同时要求用户设备侧支持VoLTE功能;对于CSFB方案,要求运营商网络支持2G(the 2th Generation mobile communication,第二代移动通信技术)/3G(the 3th Generation mobile communication,第三代移动通信技术)的CS(Circuit Switched,电路交换)域,并且,现阶段大部分4G用户都是基于CSFB使用语音业务的。
支持CSFB方案的4G运营商一般都是从2G/3G演进而来传统运营商,但是对于一些新兴4G运营商而言,很可能只有4G网络而没有2G/3G网络,即该4G网络是通过VoLTE方案进行语音业务的。
在实现本发明过程中,发明人发现现有技术中至少存在如下问题:
如果某个用户设备不支持VoLTE功能,当该用户设备处于只 支持4G的网络时,该用户将无法使用语音业务。
申请内容
有鉴于此,本发明实施例提供了一种语音业务的处理方法、系统和装置,用以解决现有技术中用户设备不支持VoLTE功能,且该用户设备处于只支持4G的网络时,该用户将无法使用语音业务的问题。
第一方面,本发明实施例提供了一种语音业务的处理方法,执行在包括本地移动性管理实体、本地用户服务器、第一用户设备、本地用户服务器和本地VOIP AS服务器的系统中,当第一用户设备处于所述系统对应的本地网络中时,所述方法包括:
当所述第一用户设备在所述本地网络中附着完成后,所述本地移动性管理实体判断所述第一用户设备是否建立IMS承载;

本发明实施例提供了一种语音业务的处理方法,如图1所示,该方法执行在包括本地移动性管理实体、第一用户设备、本地用户服务器和本地VOIP AS(Voice over IP application server,网络协议语音应用服务器)服务器的系统中,如图2所示,为该系统的框架结构,其中,本地移动性管理实体、本地用户服务器和本地VOIP AS服务器所在的网络为本地网络,该本地网络可以为只支持4G的网络,第一用户设备可以为不支持VoLTE功能的用户设备,当第一用户设备处于所述系统对应的本地网络中时,所述方法包括以下步骤:
101、所述第一用户设备使用其归属地用户标识,在所述本地网络中进行附着。
具体的,归属地用户标识可以为第一用户设备在其归属地的电话号码,例如,第一用户设备对应的运营商为中国移动,则其归属地用户标识可以为中国移动为第一用户设备分配的电话号码,当然该归属地用户标识还可以为其归属的运营商为第一用户设备分配的其他唯一标识,在此不再一一赘述。第一用户设备在本地网络进行附着时,可以通过其归属地用户服务器在本地网络中进行附着。
102、当所述第一用户设备在所述本地网络中附着完成后,所述本地移动性管理实体判断所述第一用户设备是否建立IMS承载。
103、如果所述第一用户设备未建立IMS承载,所述本地移动性管理实体向所述本地用户服务器发送本地用户标识请求消息。

具体的,在第一用户设备进行附着时,本地网络会为第一用户设备分配一个本地网络的IP地址,第一用户设备可以通过该IP地址与本地网络进行通信。在向本地VOIP AS服务器发送VOIP注册请求消息时,可以通过下述两个步骤实现:步骤1、本地移动性管理实体向本地GMSC(Gateway Mobile Switching Center,网关移动交换中心)发送VOIP注册请求消息;步骤2、本地GMSC将该VOIP注册请求消息发送给本地VOIP AS服务器。
107、所述本地VOIP AS服务器根据所述本地用户标识和所述IP地址,为所述第一用户设备进行网络电话VOIP注册,以获得VOIP配置参数。
具体的,通过上述方式第一用户设备注册到了本地网络中,且 获得的VOIP配置参数中包括本地网络的VOIP设置参数,第一用户设备与本地网络进行语音业务之前,第一用户设备需要将自身的VOIP设置参数修改为对应的VOIP设置参数,以使第一用户设备根据对应的VOIP设置参数和为其分配的本地用户标识进行语音业务。
108、所述本地VOIP AS服务器向所述本地移动性管理实体发送VOIP注册应答消息,所述VOIP注册应答消息中携带有所述VOIP配置参数。
具体的,在向所述本地移动性管理实体发送VOIP注册应答消息时,可以通过下述两个步骤实现:步骤1、本地VOIP AS服务器向本地GMSC发送VOIP注册应答消息;步骤2、本地GMSC将VOIP注册应答消息发送给本地移动性管理实体。

具体的,由于第一用户设备在与本地网络进行语音业务时,需要按照本地网络的语音业务通信方式进行语音业务,即需要第一用户设备需要按照本地网络的VOIP配置参数对本身的VOIP设置进行修改,在完成上述过程后,第一用户设备就完成了在本地网络中的注册过程,且第一用户设备拥有了本地用户标识和VOIP配置参数,以使第一用户设备根据VOIP配置参数,完成本地网络的VOIP设置,从而第一用户设备能够接入本地网络,且可以通过本地用户标识在本地网络中进行语音业务,当第一用户设备不支持VoLTE功能,且该第一用户设备处于只支持4G的网络时,可以通过上述方法获得语音业务功能,进而能够进行语音业务。
在一个可行的实施方案中,当上述系统为LTE(LongTermEvolution,长期演进)系统,本地移动性管理实体为本地MME(Mobility Management Entity,移动管理节点),本地用户服务器为本地HSS(Home Subscriber Server,归属签约用户服务器),本地网关实体为本地P-GW(Public Data Network Gate  Way,公用数据网网关)时,如图3所示,该方法可以包括以下步骤:
301、所述第一用户设备使用其归属地用户标识,通过其归属地HSS,在所述本地网络中进行附着。
302、当所述第一用户设备在所述本地网络中附着完成后,所述本地MME判断所述第一用户设备是否建立IMS承载。
303、如果所述第一用户设备未建立IMS承载,所述本地MME向所述本地HSS发送本地用户标识请求消息。
304、所述本地HSS根据所述本地用户标识请求消息,为所述第一用户设备分配本地用户标识。

501、第二用户设备根据所述归属地用户标识,生成呼叫请求消息。
502、所述第二用户设备通过所述第二用户设备所在地的MSC(Mobile Switching Cente,移动交换中心)向所述第一用户设备所在的本地GMSC发送所述呼叫请求消息。
具体的,在第一用户设备完成本地网络的附着后,将本地GMSC的IP地址发送给其归属地用户服务器,第二用户设备可以通过其归属地的MSC发送呼叫请求消息,然后归属地的MSC向归属地用户服务器发送查询消息,归属地用户服务器根据查询消息中携带的第一用户设备的归属地用户标识,将查询到的本地GMSC的IP地址发送给归属地的MSC,归属地的MSC根据该IP地址,向第一用户设备所在的本地GMSC发送所述呼叫请求消息。
503、所述本地GMSC将所述呼叫请求消息发送给所述本地VOIP AS服务器。

在本发明实施例中,本地VOIP AS服务器接收到本地移动性管理实体发送的VOIP注册请求消息后,根据VOIP注册请求消息中的为第一用户设备分配的本地用户标识和所述第一用户设备在所述本地网络的IP地址,为第一用户设备进行VOIP注册,并获得VOIP配置参数,然后将VOIP配置参数发送给本地移动性管理实体,以使本地移动性管理实体将该VOIP配置参数发送第一用户设备,并使第一用户设备根据VOIP配置参数完成VOIP设置,通过上述过程,第一用户设备完成了在本地网络中的注册过程,且第一用户设备拥有了本地用户标识和VOIP配置参数,以使第一用户设备根据VOIP配置参数,完成本地网络的VOIP设置,从而第一用户设备能够接入本地网络,且可以通过本地用户标识在本地网络中进行语音业务,当第一用户设备不支持VoLTE功能,且该第一用户设备处于只支持4G的网络时,可以通过上述方法获得语音业务功能,进而能够进行语音业务。
所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到,为描述的方便和简洁,上述描述的系统,装置和单元的具体工作过程,可以参考前述方法实施例中的对应过程,在此不再赘述。
在本发明所提供的几个实施例中,应该理解到,所揭露的系统,装置和方法,可以通过其它的方式实现。例如,以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,例如,所述单元的划分,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式,例如,多个单元或组件可以结合或者可以集成到另一个系统,或一些特征可以忽略,或不执行。另一点,所显示或讨论的相互之间的耦合或直接耦 合或通信连接可以是通过一些接口,装置或单元的间接耦合或通信连接,可以是电性,机械或其它的形式。
所述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部单元来实现本实施例方案的目的。
另外,在本发明各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用硬件加软件功能单元的形式实现。
上述以软件功能单元的形式实现的集成的单元,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。上述软件功能单元存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机装置(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络装置等)或处理器(Processor)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,ROM)、随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所做的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明保护的范围之内。

Claims (24)

  1. 一种语音业务的处理方法,其特征在于,执行在包括本地移动性管理实体、第一用户设备、本地用户服务器和本地网络协议语音应用服务器VOIP AS服务器的系统中,当第一用户设备处于所述系统对应的本地网络中时,所述方法包括:
    当所述第一用户设备在所述本地网络中附着完成后,所述本地移动性管理实体判断所述第一用户设备是否建立网络协议多媒体子系统IMS承载;
    如果所述第一用户设备未建立IMS承载,所述本地移动性管理实体向所述本地用户服务器发送本地用户标识请求消息;
    所述本地用户服务器根据所述本地用户标识请求消息,为所述第一用户设备分配本地用户标识;
    所述本地用户服务器向所述本地移动性管理实体返回携带有本地用户标识的本地用户标识应答消息;
    所述本地移动性管理实体向所述本地VOIP AS服务器发送网络协议语音VOIP注册请求消息,所述VOIP注册请求消息携带有所述本地用户标识和所述第一用户设备在所述本地网络的网络协议IP地址;
    所述本地VOIP AS服务器根据所述本地用户标识和所述IP地址,为所述第一用户设备进行网络电话VOIP注册,以获得VOIP配置参数;
    所述本地VOIP AS服务器向所述本地移动性管理实体发送VOIP注册应答消息,所述VOIP注册应答消息中携带有所述VOIP配置参数;
    所述本地移动性管理实体将所述本地用户标识和所述VOIP配置参数发送给所述第一用户设备。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述本地用户服务器向所述本地移动性管理实体返回携带有本地用户标识的本地用户标识应答消息后,还包括:
    所述本地移动性管理实体建立所述本地用户标识和所述第一用户设备的归属地用户标识的对应关系;
    所述移动性管理实体将所述对应关系发送给本地VOIP AS服务器。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述系统还包括第二用户设备、本地网关移动交换中心GMSC和本地网关实体,所述方法还包括:
    第二用户设备根据所述归属地用户标识,生成呼叫请求消息;
    所述第二用户设备通过所述第二用户设备所在地的移动交换中心MSC向所述第一用户设备所在的本地GMSC发送所述呼叫请求消息;
    所述本地GMSC将所述呼叫请求消息发送给所述本地VOIP AS服务器;
    所述本地VOIP AS服务器根据所述呼叫请求消息中的归属地用户标识和所述对应关系,查询所述本地用户标识;
    所述本地VOIP AS服务器判断所述本地用户标识是否完成VOIP注册;
    如果所述本地用户标识完成VOIP注册,所述本地VOIP AS服务器根据所述本地用户标识,向所述第一用户设备发送VOIP呼叫请求消息;
    所述第一用户设备根据所述VOIP呼叫请求,向所述本地VOIP AS服务器返回VOIP呼叫应答消息;
    所述本地VOIP AS服务器根据所述VOIP呼叫应答消息,向所述本地网关实体发送VOIP承载建立请求消息;
    所述网关实体根据所述VOIP承载建立请求消息,为所述第一用户设备建立VOIP承载;
    所述网关实体向所述本地VOIP AS服务器发送携带有VOIP承载建立成功的VOIP承载建立应答消息。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述网关实体根 据所述VOIP承载建立请求消息,为所述第一用户设备建立VOIP承载,包括:
    所述网关实体根据所述VOIP承载建立请求消息,在缺省承载上为所述第一用户设备建立VOIP承载。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述网关实体根据所述VOIP承载建立请求消息,为所述第一用户设备建立VOIP承载,包括:
    所述网关实体根据所述VOIP承载建立请求消息,在专用承载上为所述第一用户设备建立VOIP承载。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述第一用户设备使用所述归属地用户标识,在所述本地网络中进行去附着;
    当所述第一用户设备在所述本地网络中完成去附着后,所述本地移动性管理实体根据所述归属地用户标识和所述对应关系,判断所述第一用户设备是否分配有所述本地用户标识;
    如果所述第一用户设备分配有所述本地用户标识,所述本地移动性管理实体向本地VOIP AS服务器发送VOIP注销请求消息,所述VOIP注销请求消息携带有所述本地用户标识和所述IP地址;
    所述本地VOIP AS服务器根据所述本地用户标识和所述IP地址,为所述第一用户设备进行VOIP注销;
    所述本地VOIP AS服务器向所述本地移动性管理实体发送VOIP注销应答消息;
    所述本地移动性管理实体根据所述VOIP注销应答消息,向所述本地用户服务器发送释放本地用户标识请求消息,所述释放本地用户标识请求消息携带有所述本地用户标识;
    所述本地用户服务器根据所述本地用户标识,释放所述本地用户标识;
    所述本地用户服务器向所述本地移动性管理实体发送释放本地 用户标识应答消息。
  7. 一种语音业务的处理方法,其特征在于,执行在本地移动性管理实体,在第一用户设备处于所述本地移动性管理实体对应的本地网络中,且所述第一用户设备在所述本地网络中附着完成后,所述方法包括:
    判断所述第一用户设备是否建立IMS承载;
    如果所述第一用户设备未建立IMS承载,向所述本地用户服务器发送本地用户标识请求消息;
    接收所述本地用户服务器返回的本地用户标识应答消息,所述本地用户标识应答消息中携带有为所述第一用户设备分配的本地用户标识;
    向所述本地VOIP AS服务器发送VOIP注册请求消息,所述VOIP注册请求携带有所述本地用户标识和所述第一用户设备在所述本地网络的IP地址;
    接收所述本地VOIP AS服务器返回的VOIP注册应答消息,所述VOIP注册应答消息中携带有VOIP配置参数;
    将所述本地用户标识和所述VOIP配置参数发送给所述第一用户设备。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述接收所述本地用户服务器返回的本地用户标识应答消息后,所述方法还包括:
    建立所述本地用户标识和所述第一用户设备的归属地用户标识的对应关系;
    将所述对应关系发送给本地VOIP AS服务器。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,当所述第一用户设备在所述本地网络中完成去附着后,所述方法还包括:
    根据所述归属地用户标识和所述对应关系,判断所述第一用户设备是否分配有所述本地用户标识;
    如果所述第一用户设备分配有所述本地用户标识,向本地 VOIP AS服务器发送VOIP注销请求消息,所述VOIP注销请求消息携带有所述本地用户标识和所述IP地址;
    接收所述本地VOIP AS服务器返回的VOIP注销应答消息;
    根据所述VOIP注销应答消息,向所述本地用户服务器发送释放本地用户标识请求消息,所述释放本地用户标识请求消息携带有所述本地用户标识;
    接收所述本地用户服务器返回的释放本地用户标识应答消息。
  10. 一种语音业务的处理方法,其特征在于,执行在本地VOIP AS服务器中,所述方法包括:
    接收本地移动性管理实体发送的VOIP注册请求消息,所述VOIP注册请求携带有为第一用户设备分配的本地用户标识和所述第一用户设备在所述本地网络的IP地址;
    根据所述本地用户标识和所述IP地址,为所述第一用户设备进行VOIP注册,以获得VOIP配置参数;
    向所述本地移动性管理实体发送VOIP注册应答消息,所述VOIP注册应答消息中携带有所述VOIP配置参数。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述本地移动性管理实体发送的所述本地用户标识和所述第一用户设备的归属地用户标识的对应关系;
    接收所述第一用户设备所在的本地GMSC发送的呼叫请求消息;
    根据所述呼叫请求消息中的归属地用户标识和所述对应关系,查询所述本地用户标识;
    判断所述本地用户标识是否完成VOIP注册;
    如果所述本地用户标识完成VOIP注册,根据所述本地用户标识,向所述第一用户设备发送VOIP呼叫请求消息;
    接收所述第一用户设备返回的VOIP呼叫应答消息;
    根据所述VOIP呼叫应答消息,向本地网关实体发送VOIP承 载建立请求消息;
    接收所述本地网关发送的VOIP承载建立应答消息,所述VOIP承载建立应答消息中携带有VOIP承载建立成功的信息。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述本地移动性管理实体发送的VOIP注销请求消息,所述VOIP注销请求消息携带有所述本地用户标识和所述IP地址;
    根据所述本地用户标识和所述IP地址,为所述第一用户设备进行VOIP注销;
    向所述本地移动性管理实体发送VOIP注销应答消息。
  13. 一种语音业务的处理系统,其特征在于,所述系统包括本地移动性管理实体、第一用户设备、本地用户服务器和本地VOIP AS服务器;
    所述本地移动性管理实体,当所述第一用户设备在所述本地网络中附着完成后,用于判断所述第一用户设备是否建立IMS承载;
    所述本地移动性管理实体,如果所述第一用户设备未建立IMS承载,还用于向所述本地用户服务器发送本地用户标识请求消息;
    所述本地用户服务器,用于根据所述本地用户标识请求消息,为所述第一用户设备分配本地用户标识;
    所述本地用户服务器,还用于向所述本地移动性管理实体返回携带有本地用户标识的本地用户标识应答消息;
    所述本地移动性管理实体,还用于向所述本地VOIP AS服务器发送VOIP注册请求消息,所述VOIP注册请求携带有所述本地用户标识和所述第一用户设备在所述本地网络的IP地址;
    所述本地VOIP AS服务器,用于根据所述本地用户标识和所述IP地址,为所述第一用户设备进行VOIP注册,以获得VOIP配置参数;
    所述本地VOIP AS服务器,还用于向所述本地移动性管理实体 发送VOIP注册应答消息,所述VOIP注册应答消息中携带有所述VOIP配置参数;
    所述本地移动性管理实体,还用于将所述本地用户标识和所述VOIP配置参数发送给所述第一用户设备。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的系统,其特征在于,
    所述本地移动性管理实体,还用于建立所述本地用户标识和所述第一用户设备的归属地用户标识的对应关系;以及,将所述对应关系发送给本地VOIP AS服务器。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的系统,其特征在于,所述系统还包括第二用户设备、本地GMSC和本地网关实体;
    所述第二用户设备,用于根据所述归属地用户标识,生成呼叫请求消息;
    所述第二用户设备,还用于通过所述第二用户设备所在地的MSC向所述第一用户设备所在的本地GMSC发送所述呼叫请求消息;
    所述本地GMSC,用于将所述呼叫请求消息发送给所述本地VOIP AS服务器;
    所述本地VOIP AS服务器,还用于根据所述呼叫请求消息中的归属地用户标识和所述对应关系,查询所述本地用户标识;
    所述本地VOIP AS服务器,还用于判断所述本地用户标识是否完成VOIP注册;
    所述本地VOIP AS服务器,如果所述本地用户标识完成VOIP注册,还用于根据所述本地用户标识,向所述第一用户设备发送VOIP呼叫请求消息;
    所述第一用户设备,还用于根据所述VOIP呼叫请求,向所述本地VOIP AS服务器返回VOIP呼叫应答消息;
    所述本地VOIP AS服务器,还用于根据所述VOIP呼叫应答消息,向所述本地网关实体发送VOIP承载建立请求消息;
    所述网关实体,用于根据所述VOIP承载建立请求消息,为所 述第一用户设备建立VOIP承载;
    所述网关实体,还用于向所述本地VOIP AS服务器发送携带有VOIP承载建立成功的VOIP承载建立应答消息。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的系统,其特征在于,当所述网关实体用于根据所述VOIP承载建立请求消息,为所述第一用户设备建立VOIP承载时,具体用于:
    根据所述VOIP承载建立请求消息,在缺省承载上为所述第一用户设备建立VOIP承载。
  17. 如权利要求15所述的系统,其特征在于,当所述网关实体用于根据所述VOIP承载建立请求消息,为所述第一用户设备建立VOIP承载时,具体用于:
    根据所述VOIP承载建立请求消息,在专用承载上为所述第一用户设备建立VOIP承载。
  18. 如权利要求14所述的系统,其特征在于,
    所述第一用户设备,还用于使用所述归属地用户标识,在所述本地网络中进行去附着;
    所述本地移动性管理实体,当所述第一用户设备在所述本地网络中完成去附着后,还用于根据所述归属地用户标识和所述对应关系,判断所述第一用户设备是否分配有所述本地用户标识;
    所述本地移动性管理实体,如果所述第一用户设备分配有所述本地用户标识,还用于向本地VOIP AS服务器发送VOIP注销请求消息,所述VOIP注销请求消息携带有所述本地用户标识和所述IP地址;
    所述本地VOIP AS服务器,还用于根据所述本地用户标识和所述IP地址,为所述第一用户设备进行VOIP注销;
    所述本地VOIP AS服务器,还用于向所述本地移动性管理实体发送VOIP注销应答消息;
    所述本地移动性管理实体,还用于根据所述VOIP注销应答消息,向所述本地用户服务器发送释放本地用户标识请求消息,所述 释放本地用户标识请求消息携带有所述本地用户标识;
    所述本地用户服务器,还用于根据所述本地用户标识,释放所述本地用户标识;
    所述本地用户服务器,还用于向所述本地移动性管理实体发送释放本地用户标识应答消息。
  19. 一种语音业务的处理装置,其特征在于,所述装置设置在所述本地移动性管理实体上,所述装置包括:
    判断单元,在第一用户设备处于所述本地移动性管理实体对应的本地网络中,且所述第一用户设备在所述本地网络中附着完成后,用于判断所述第一用户设备是否建立IMS承载;
    发送单元,如果所述第一用户设备未建立IMS承载,用于向所述本地用户服务器发送本地用户标识请求消息;
    接收单元,用于接收所述本地用户服务器返回的本地用户标识应答消息,所述本地用户标识应答消息中携带有为所述第一用户设备分配的本地用户标识;
    所述发送单元,还用于向所述本地VOIP AS服务器发送VOIP注册请求消息,所述VOIP注册请求携带有所述本地用户标识和所述第一用户设备在所述本地网络的IP地址;
    所述接收单元,还用于接收所述本地VOIP AS服务器返回的VOIP注册应答消息,所述VOIP注册应答消息中携带有VOIP配置参数;
    所述发送单元,还用于将所述本地用户标识和所述VOIP配置参数发送给所述第一用户设备。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    创建单元,用于建立所述本地用户标识和所述第一用户设备的归属地用户标识的对应关系;
    所述发送单元,还用于将所述对应关系发送给本地VOIP AS服务器。
  21. 如权利要求20所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述判断单元,当所述第一用户设备在所述本地网络中完成去附着后,还用于根据所述归属地用户标识和所述对应关系,判断所述第一用户设备是否分配有所述本地用户标识;
    所述发送单元,如果所述第一用户设备分配有所述本地用户标识,还用于向本地VOIP AS服务器发送VOIP注销请求消息,所述VOIP注销请求消息携带有所述本地用户标识和所述IP地址;
    所述接收单元,还用于接收所述本地VOIP AS服务器返回的VOIP注销应答消息;
    所述发送单元,还用于根据所述VOIP注销应答消息,向所述本地用户服务器发送释放本地用户标识请求消息,所述释放本地用户标识请求消息携带有所述本地用户标识;
    所述接收单元,还用于接收所述本地用户服务器返回的释放本地用户标识应答消息。
  22. 一种语音业务的处理装置,其特征在于,所述装置设置在所述本地VOIP AS服务器上,所述装置包括:
    接收单元,用于接收本地移动性管理实体发送的VOIP注册请求消息,所述VOIP注册请求携带有为第一用户设备分配的本地用户标识和所述第一用户设备在所述本地网络的IP地址;
    注册单元,用于根据所述本地用户标识和所述IP地址,为所述第一用户设备进行VOIP注册,以获得VOIP配置参数;
    发送单元,用于向所述本地移动性管理实体发送VOIP注册应答消息,所述VOIP注册应答消息中携带有所述VOIP配置参数。
  23. 如权利要求22所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述接收单元,还用于接收所述本地移动性管理实体发送的所述本地用户标识和所述第一用户设备的归属地用户标识的对应关系;
    所述接收单元,还用于接收所述第一用户设备所在的本地GMSC发送的呼叫请求消息;
    所述装置,还包括:
    查询单元,用于根据所述呼叫请求消息中的归属地用户标识和所述对应关系,查询所述本地用户标识;
    判断单元,还用于判断所述本地用户标识是否完成VOIP注册;
    所述发送单元,如果所述本地用户标识完成VOIP注册,还用于根据所述本地用户标识,向所述第一用户设备发送VOIP呼叫请求消息;
    所述接收单元,还用于接收所述第一用户设备返回的VOIP呼叫应答消息;
    所述发送单元,还用于根据所述VOIP呼叫应答消息,向本地网关实体发送VOIP承载建立请求消息;
    所述接收单元,还用于接收所述本地网关发送的VOIP承载建立应答消息,所述VOIP承载建立应答消息中携带有VOIP承载建立成功的信息。
  24. 如权利要求22所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述接收单元,还用于接收所述本地移动性管理实体发送的VOIP注销请求消息,所述VOIP注销请求消息携带有所述本地用户标识和所述IP地址;
    所述注册单元,还用于根据所述本地用户标识和所述IP地址,为所述第一用户设备进行VOIP注销;
    所述发送单元,还用于向所述本地移动性管理实体发送VOIP注销应答消息。
