Description

一种语音通信方法及装置 技术领域
本发明涉及通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种语音通信方法及装置。
背景技术
为了保证通信网络的安全性,在拜访公共陆地移动网(Visited Public Land Mobile Network,VPLMN)内对漫游用户的语音通话进行合法监听,是一种比较常用的技术手段。
目前,为了发展和完善基于长期演进(Long Term Evolution,LTE)的语音(Voice over LTE,VoLTE)技术,业界会采用S8HR漫游通信架构,S8HR指经S8接口的归属路由(Home Routed,HR),S8接口是指业务网关(Serving Gateway,SGW)和分组数据网关(Packet data network Gateway,P-GW)之间的接口。在S8HR架构下,漫游用户触发的VoLTE呼叫会话,将VPLMN演进分组系统(Evolved Packet System,EPS)网络作为承载接入归属地公用陆地移动网络(Home Public Land Mobile Network,HPLMN)的IP多媒体子系统(IP Multimedia Subsystem,IMS)核心网,并且呼叫的信令和会话内容在用户和IMS网络之间是IPsec(IP Security)加密的,对整个VPLMN EPS网络是密文,在S8HR架构下的VPLMN内实现对漫游用户发起的VoLTE呼叫进行合法监听,难度比较大。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种语音通信方法及装置,以简化S8HR场景下对UE进行合法监听的过程。
第一方面,提供一种语音通信方法,包括:
移动性管理设备确定用户设备UE为第一类型UE;
所述第一类型UE指漫游入拜访公共陆地移动网VPLMN,且需要采用基于S8接口的归属路由HR通信机制进行长期演进LTE语音业务VoLTE的UE;

本发明实施例提供的语音通信方法及装置,MME确定UE为漫游入VPLMN,且需要采用基于S8接口的HR通信机制进行VoLTE的UE。所述MME向所述UE发送第一指示信息,以通知所述UE所述VPLMN不支持VoLTE业务,使得所述UE主叫采用CSFB进行语音业务,故若VPLMN不支持对所述UE发起的VoLTE语音呼叫执行合法监听,VPLMN对所述UE仅提供CS语音业务不提供VoLTE语音业务,保证能在CS域对所述UE的语音呼叫执行合法监听。

本发明实施例提供的语音通信方法可应用于图1所示的S8HR漫游通信架构,在此架构下,为UE提VoLTE业务的所有IMS网络设备都属于HPLMN。UE进行IMS注册之前,会先建立一个IMS接入点名称(Access Point Name,APN)的分组数据网络(Packet Data Network,PDN)连接,所述PDN连接对应的分组数据网网关(PDN Gateway,PGW)也属于HPLMN。图1中,业务网关(Serving Gateway,SGW)和PGW之间的接口为S8接口。用户设备(User Equipment,UE)在VPLMN EPS网络发起注册流程,注册于VPLMN的EPS域和电路交换(Circuit Switching,CS)域。VPLMN中的移动性管理实体(Mobility Management Entity,MME)处理UE的移动性管理流程和会话管理流程。归属用户服务器(Home Subscriber Server,HSS)、业务网关(Serving  Gateway,SGW)和分组数据网网关(PDN Gateway,PGW)等可以接收MME或者管理功能实体(Administration function,ADMF)发送的对UE进行合法监听的请求信息,以确定需要被监听的UE。
目前,UE如果确定网络侧不支持VoLTE业务,则会采用CSFB方式进行语音通信,若UE采用CSFB方式进行语音通信,则UE最终会在CS域进行语音呼叫,故网络侧可以在CS域对UE的语音通信进行合法监听。
本发明实施例提供一种语音通信方法,UE支持VoLTE和CSFB两种通信制式的语音通信,VPLMN的移动性管理设备确定UE为漫游入UE,且需要采用基于S8接口的HR通信机制进行VoLTE的UE的情况下,移动性管理设备向所述UE发送指示信息,通过该指示信息通知UE VoLTE业务不被支持,使得所述UE主叫采用CSFB进行语音业务,故若UE漫游入的网络VPLMN不支持对所述UE发起的VoLTE语音呼叫执行合法监听,VPLMN对所述UE仅提供CS语音业务不提供VoLTE语音业务,保证能在CS域对所述UE的语音呼叫执行合法监听。其中,移动性管理设备具体可以是移动性管理实体MME。
图2A所示为本发明实施例提供的语音通信方法一种实现流程图,如图2A所示,该方法包括:
S101:移动性管理设备确定UE为第一类型UE。
本发明实施例中的移动性管理设备可以是MME等能够对UE的移动性管理(Mobility Management,MM)流程和会话管理(Session Management,SM)流程进行处理的网络设备。
本发明实施例中涉及的第一类型UE可为漫游入VPLMN,且需要采用基于S8接口的HR通信机制进行VoLTE的UE。
本发明实施例中第一类型UE可以是S8HR UE,当然并不引以为限。
本发明实施例中涉及的UE可为漫游到拜访地VPLMN的UE,UE发送注册请求信息给所述VPLMN的移动性管理设备,在VPLMN EPS网络中发起注册流程。UE发送的注册请求信息可以是附着请求(Attach Request)消息 或跟踪区更新请求(TAU Request)消息。
本发明实施例中,所述UE支持VoLTE和CSFB两种通信机制的语音通信,并且通常会将所述Attach Request或TAU request消息中的附着类型(attachtype)或EPS更新类型(EPS update type)信元,设置为联合演进分组系统/国际移动用户识别码附着(combined EPS/IMSI attach),或联合跟踪区/位置区更新(combined TA/LA update),所述attach type或EPS update type信元用于告知UE请求在EPS域和CS域同时注册。
本发明实施例中,当移动性管理设备确定需要对UE进行合法监听的情况下,判断需要进行合法监听的UE是否是第一类型UE,在确定所述UE为第一类型UE的情况下执行S102的步骤。
本发明实施例中移动性管理设备可在UE发起注册流程过程中进行UE是否为第一类型UE的判断,当然也可在UE进行EPS附着、TAU过程中,不做任何判断,顺利完成注册和执行VoLTE;当移动性管理设备接收到需要对所述UE进行监听的指示信息时,才对UE是否为第一类型UE的判断。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例中所述第一类型UE是指漫游入VPLMN,且采用S8HR通信机制进行VoLTE业务的UE。本发明实施例中所述第一类型UE也可称为S8HR VoLTE漫游UE。
S102:移动性管理设备向所述UE发送第一指示信息,所述第一指示信息用于通知所述UE VoLTE业务不被支持,以使所述UE在发起主叫语音业务时选择CSFB方式。
本发明实施例中,所述第一指示信息具体可以是包含在附着接受(Attach Accept)消息或跟踪区更新接受(TAU Accept)消息中。
进一步的,本发明实施例中所述第一指示信息可以为基于分组交换(Packet Switching,PS)会话的IMS语音不被支持“IMS voice over PS session not supported”。
本发明实施例中,所述第一类型UE接收到移动性管理设备发送的attach Accept或TAU Accept消息后,根据其中的IMS voice over PS session not  supported的指示信息,获知当前VoLTE业务不被支持,故所述UE后续发起语音业务请求时,可将主叫域选到CS域,利用CSFB通信机制进行主叫语音业务,故若VPLMN不支持对所述UE发起的VoLTE语音呼叫执行合法监听,VPLMN对所述UE仅提供CS语音业务不提供VoLTE语音业务,保证能在CS域对所述UE的语音呼叫执行合法监听。
本发明实施例还可包括如下步骤,如图2B所示:
S103、所述移动性管理设备还需要向所述UE归属的HSS/归属位置寄存器(Home Location Register,HLR)发送VoLTE业务不能被支持的第二指示信息,以使所述HSS向被叫域选设备表明VoLTE业务不被支持,以使所述被叫域选设备选择在CS域触发对所述UE的被叫流程。
具体地,移动性管理设备向HSS/HLR发送VoLTE语音业务不被支持的第二指示消息可以是包含在更新位置消息请求(update location request)消息中。
本发明实施例中第二指示消息具体可以是基于分组交换PS会话的IP多媒体子系统IMS语音不被支持(homogeneous support of IMS voice over PS sessions:not supported),此指示信息用于说明所述移动性管理设备下的所有跟踪区都不支持基于PS会话的IMS语音。
本发明实施例中所述HSS收到所述移动性管理设备发送的update location request消息后,根据其中的“homogeneous support of IMS voice over PS sessions:not supported”,获知所述UE当前所在MME下的跟踪区不能均匀支持VoLTE语音业务,即不是MME下所有的移动性管理区域都能支持VoLTE。所述HSS向被叫域选设备表明VoLTE语音业务不被支持,以使所述被叫域选设备选择在CS域触发对所述UE的被叫流程。因所述UE当前正处于VPLMN的EPS网络中,最终会触发对所述UE的被叫CSFB流程。经此,本发明实施例在S8HR场景下对所述UE提供CSFB语音业务,进而可使VPLMN在CS域实现合法监听所述UE发起的语音业务。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例中在CS域对需要监听的UE进行合法监听 可采用现有的监听方法,本发明实施例不做限定。
本发明实施例以下将对上述实施例涉及的语音通信方法进行详细说明。
本发明实施例中所述移动性管理设备判断所述UE是否为第一类型UE可采用入下方式:
A:所述移动性管理设备通过签约数据中包括的用于指示所述UE在所述VPLMN中为第一类型UE的指示信息确定。
本发明实施例中,所述UE的签约数据中可能含有特定的用于指示在所述VPLMN中是否为第一类型UE的指示信息,移动性管理设备可依据该指示信息判断所述UE是否为第一类型UE。
B:本发明实施例中所述移动性管理设备可通过所述UE的签约数据中针对所述VPLMN并未包含拜访地址允许指示信息确定所述UE在所述VPLMN中为第一类型UE。
通常而言,若UE的签约数据中含有指示信息说明拜访地网络地址允许(VPLMN Address Allowed,VAA),则该UE一般采用本地疏导(Local Breakout,LBO)通过本地拜访网络接入PDN,和本发明对应的是IMS APN PDN。因此,在本发明实施例中,MME可以采用判断签约数据中不含VAA指示信息来判断UE是需要采用S8HR通信机制进行VoLTE的UE,即第一类型UE。C:所述移动性管理设备通过VPLMN和归属地公用陆地移动网络(Home Public Land Mobile Network,HPLMN)之间签订的S8HR漫游协议确定。
本发明实施例中移动性管理设备可以判断所述UE的HPLMN和VPLMN之间的相关漫游协议中,是否要求使用S8HR通信机制为所述UE提供VoLTE业务,若要求使用S8HR通信机制为所述UE提供VoLTE业务,则判断所述UE是第一类型UE。
当然,本发明实施例中在判断所述UE的HPLMN和VPLMN之间的相关漫游协议中,是否要求使用S8HR通信机制为所述UE提供VoLTE业务之前,所述移动性管理设备还需判断所述UE对应的HPLMN ID,具体可从UE的IMSI中提取所述HPLMN ID,对于如何判断所述HPLMN ID可采用现有的方 式进行判断,本发明实施例不做限定。
本发明实施例中所述移动性管理设备向所述UE发送第一指示信息,可采用如下方式:
所述移动性管理设备判断所述UE是否处于VPLMN EPS附着(attach)过程或TAU过程。本发明实施例中若所述移动性管理设备确定所述UE处于VPLMN EPS attach过程或TAU过程,则所述移动性管理设备在向所述UE发送的EPS Attach Accept消息中携带所述第一指示信息;或者,所述移动性管理设备在向所述UE发送的TAU Accept消息中携带所述第一指示信息。
本发明实施例中若所述移动性管理设备确定所述UE已经在所述VPLMN中完成EPS attach过程或TAU过程,则所述移动性管理设备向所述UE发送去附着请求(detach request)消息,所述detach request消息用于触发所述UE在所述VPLMN中重新发起attach过程或TAU过程。本发明实施例中所述移动性管理设备可在所述UE重新发起的attach过程或TAU过程中,在Attach Accept消息中或TAU Accept消息中,携带所述第一指示信息。
可选的,若所述移动性管理设备确定所述UE已经在所述VPLMN中完成EPS attach过程或TAU过程且所述UE正在进行VoLTE语音业务,为保证所述UE的VoLTE语音业务不被中断,若所述移动性管理设备可在确定所述UE的VoLTE业务会话结束的情况下,向所述UE发送所述detach request消息。
可选的,本发明实施例中所述移动性管理设备向所述UE发送第一指示信息之前还可包括如下步骤:
S102a:所述移动性管理设备确定所述VPLMN不支持对所述第一类型UE进行合法监听。本发明实施例中,所述移动性管理设备可对当前VPLMN是否能够对第一类型UE发起的VoLTE语音呼叫执行合法监听进行判断,以确保在VPLMN不能进行合法监听的情况下,在CS域对所述UE发起的语音呼叫实现合法监听。
本发明实施例中可通过移动性管理设备的内部配置信息判断当前VPLMN是否能够对第一类型UE执行合法监听,例如,当VPLMN并未专门 部署S8HR架构下的合法监听功能,则可确定当前VPLMN不支持对第一类型UE发起的VoLTE语音呼叫执行合法监听;或者VPLMN部署了S8HR架构下的合法监听功能,但呼叫的信令和会话内容在用户和IMS网络之间的传输对VPLMN是加密的,则可确定当前VPLMN不支持对第一类型UE执行合法监听。
本发明实施例包括上述S102a步骤的实现方法流程图,可参阅图3所示。需要说明的是,本发明实施例图3所示的执行步骤只是进行示意性说明,并不限定具体的执行顺序。进一步的,本发明实施例中在图2A、图2B或图3所示的语音通信方法基础上,在所述移动性管理设备向所述UE发送指示信息之前,还可判断确定所述UE需要被合法监听,以使需要合法监听的用户利用CSFB流程进行主被叫语音业务,而使不需要合法监听的用户,可在VPLMN中进行VoLTE业务,不受合法监听的影响。
本发明实施例以在图3所示基础上包括如下步骤进行图示说明,如图4所示,在所述移动性管理设备向所述UE发送指示信息之前还可包括如下步骤:

第一种方式
移动性管理设备获取所述UE的身份标识信息,并将所述UE的身份标识信息发送给合法监听控制设备或合法监听执行设备。合法监听控制设备或合法监听执行设备接收到移动性管理设备发送的UE的身份标识信息后,根据所述UE的身份标识信息判断所述UE是否需要被监听,并将判断结果发送给移动性管理设备,移动性管理设备接收到所述合法监听控制设备或合法监听执行设备发送的所述UE为合法监听对象的判断结果后,依据该判断结果,确定 UE需要被合法监听。
本发明实施例中UE的身份标识信息例如可以是IMSI、移动设备国际身份码(International Mobile Equipment Identity,IMEI)等。所述判断结果为所述合法监听控制设备或者合法监听执行设备依据所述UE的身份标识信息确定的。
第二种方式
移动性管理设备获取所述UE的身份标识信息,判断所述UE的身份标识信息是否包含在合法监听对象的身份标识信息集合中,所述合法监听对象的身份标识信息集合为合法监听控制设备或合法监听执行设备发送给移动性管理设备,并由移动性管理设备预先保存的。本发明实施例中若所述UE的身份标识信息包含在合法监听对象的身份标识信息集合中,则可确定所述UE需要被合法监听。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例中在具体实施上述两种方式确定UE是否需要被合法监听的过程中,若移动性管理设备本身即作为合法监听执行设备,其和合法监听控制设备之间可通过网络接口直接进行通信;若移动性管理设备没有合法监听功能,其也可通过合法监听执行设备间接地和合法监听控制设备进行通信,或者直接从合法监听执行设备取得必要的信息。需要说明的是,本发明实施例涉及的合法监听控制设备例如可以是ADMF、监听中心(Law Enforcement Agency,LEA)等;合法监听执行设备可以是HSS、SGW或PGW等。本发明实施例中,移动性管理设备通过SGW、PGW或者HSS等合法监听执行设备和合法监听控制设备进行通信时,移动性管理设备可经过SGW、PGW或HSS等网络设备主动或被动地获取所述UE是否需要被监听的信息。此时SGW、PGW和HSS等网络设备需要增强功能,主动将来自合法监听控制设备的监听对象信息转发给移动性管理设备;或者当收到移动性管理设备请求判断所述UE是否是合法监听对象的请求消息时,所述SGW、PGW或者HSS能够直接判断,或间接通过所述合法监听控制设备判断出所述UE是否是合法监听对象,并将判断结果发送给移动性管理设备。
本发明实施例中若所述移动性管理设备确定所述UE当前不需要进行合法监听,则可向UE发送当前VPLMN支持VoLTE语音业务的通知消息,使UE将主叫域选到IMS网络,并进行VoLTE主叫语音业务。移动性管理设备向UE发送当前VPLMN支持VoLTE语音业务的通知消息可以是包含在attach Accept或TAU Accept消息中,具体可以是“IMS voice over PS sessions supported”。另外,所述移动性管理设备还需要向所述UE归属的HSS/HLR发送当前VPLMN支持VoLTE语音业务的通知消息,以使对所述UE的被叫域语音流程能选至IMS网络,并进行VoLTE被叫语音业务。移动性管理设备向HSS/HLR发送的当前VPLMN支持VoLTE语音业务的通知消息可以是包含在更新位置消息请求(update location request)消息中,具体可以是“homogeneous support of IMS voice over PS sessions supported”。
一种典型的应用场景即是需要被合法监听的UE正在进行VoLTE语音业务,例如移动性管理设备接收到合法监听控制设备或者合法监听执行设备的通知信息告知所述UE需要被合法监听,或者移动性管理设备因需要而主动向合法监听控制设备获取到所述UE需要被监听,或者通过其他合法监听执行设备,如SGW、PGW和HSS等,主动或被动获取到所述UE需要被合法监听。
本发明实施例针对需要被合法监听的UE正在进行VoLTE语音业务的情况,所述移动性管理设备可向所述UE发送detach request消息,从而触发UE进行去附着流程,并触发所述UE重新发起attach过程或TAU过程,在所述UE重新发起的attach过程或TAU过程中,在Attach Accept消息中或TAU Accept消息中,携带通知UE当前VPLMN不支持VoLTE语音业务的指示信息,使UE在发起主叫时选择触发CSFB流程进行语音业务,进而实现合法监听。具体地,所述detach request消息中的detach type信元可被置为请求重新附着(re-attach required),或者IMSI去附着(IMSI detach)。所述UE在收到包含re-attach required的detach request后,会触发combine EPS/IMSI attach流程重新联合附着到VPLMN的EPS域和CS域。若所述UE收到包含IMSI detach的detach request后,则会触发combine TA/LA update with IMSI attach 流程,在VPLMN EPS域执行TAU流程并重新附着到CS域。本发明实施例中优选地detach type信元可被置为“IMSI detach”,以减少开销。所述移动性管理设备在所述的combine EPS/IMSI attach或者combine TA/LA update with IMSI attach流程完成后,向所述UE发送attach Accept/TAU Accept消息,所述消息中包含“IMS voice over PS session not supported”指示信息。
所述第一类型UE接收移动性管理设备发送的attach Accept/TAU Accept消息后,根据其中的IMS voice over PS session not supported的指示信息获知VoLTE语音业务不被支持,则在后续发起呼叫时,主叫域选到CS域,利用CSFB进行语音业务,从而VPLMN可在CS域实现对所述UE的主叫语音业务进行合法监听。
可选地,在所述UE重新发起的attach过程或TAU过程中,所述移动性管理设备向所述UE归属的HSS/HLR发送更新位置请求消息(Update location request)中携带通知VoLTE语音业务不被支持的指示信息,使得所述UE作为被叫方时,被叫域选设备问询所述HSS/HLR,所述HSS/HLR告知所述被叫域选设备VoLTE语音业务不被支持,以使被叫优选设备选择CS域,从而对所述UE触发被叫CSFB流程进行语音业务,进而实现合法监听。具体地,所述指示信息可以为homogeneous support of IMS voice over PS sessions:not supported.
较佳的,为避免造成用户体验差或用户感知被监听等问题,本发明实施例中若所述UE正在进行VoLTE语音业务,则所述移动性管理设备可等待所述UE的VoLTE语音业务结束之后,执行上述去附着流程,具体实现过程可参阅图5所示,如图5所示,包括:
S201:UE在VPLMN中发起EPS附着请求或TAU请求,进行EPS注册。
S202:同现有技术流程,移动性管理设备判断所述UE满足现有EPS注册要求后,向所述UE发送支持VoLTE语音业务的通知消息,以使UE正常进行主叫VoLTE语音业务。另外,移动性管理设备还向所述UE归属的HSS/HLR发送支持VoLTE语音业务的通知消息,以使UE正常进行被叫VoLTE 语音业务。

本发明实施例中,针对起初不需要被监听的第一类型UE可先提供VoLTE语音业务,待需要进行合法监听时,待当前VoLTE语音业务结束后,进行CSFB语音业务,使得UE进入CS域再次发起呼叫进行主被叫语音业务时可被合法监听,而其他UE的VoLTE语音业务不受影响。

可以理解的是本发明实施例中涉及的语音通信装置100和语音通信装置1000可以是能够对UE的移动性管理流程和会话管理流程进行处理的网络设备,可选的所述语音通信装置100和所述语音通信装置1000可为移动性管理实体MME。
需要说明的是,本发明上述实施例中涉及的存储器,可以是只读存储器(英文:read-only memory;简称:ROM),随机存取存储器(英文:random access memory;简称:RAM),也可以是电可擦可编程只读存储器(英文:Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory;简称:EEPROM)、磁盘存储介质或者其他磁存储设备、或者能够用于携带或存储具有指令或数据结构形式的期望的程序代码并能够由计算机存取的任何其他介质,但不限于此,例如存储器可以是上述存储器的组合。
本发明实施例涉及的处理器,可以是一个通用的中央处理器,利用各种接口和线路连接整个设备的各个部分,通过运行或执行存储在存储器内的指 令以及调用存储在存储器内的数据,执行相应设备的各种功能和处理数据,从而对相应设备进行整体监控。可选的,处理器可包括一个或多个处理单元;优选的,处理器可集成应用处理器和调制解调处理器,其中,应用处理器主要处理操作系统、用户界面和应用程序等,调制解调处理器主要处理无线通信。可以理解的是,上述调制解调处理器也可以不集成到处理器中。
本发明在一些实施例中,处理器、存储器、可以在单一芯片上实现。
本发明实施例提供的语音通信装置,MME确定UE为漫游入VPLMN,且需要采用基于S8接口的HR通信机制进行VoLTE的UE。所述MME向所述UE发送第一指示信息,以通知所述UE所述VPLMN不支持VoLTE业务,使得所述UE主叫采用CSFB进行语音业务,故若VPLMN不支持对所述UE发起的VoLTE语音呼叫执行合法监听,VPLMN对所述UE仅提供CS语音业务不提供VoLTE语音业务,保证能在CS域对所述UE的语音呼叫执行合法监听。
本领域内的技术人员应明白,本发明的实施例可提供为方法、系统、或计算机程序产品。因此,本发明可采用完全硬件实施例、完全软件实施例、或结合软件和硬件方面的实施例的形式。而且,本发明可采用在一个或多个其中包含有计算机可用程序代码的计算机可用存储介质(包括但不限于磁盘存储器、CD-ROM、光学存储器等)上实施的计算机程序产品的形式。
本发明是参照根据本发明实施例的方法、设备(系统)、和计算机程序产品的流程图和/或方框图来描述的。应理解可由计算机程序指令实现流程图和/或方框图中的每一流程和/或方框、以及流程图和/或方框图中的流程和/或方框的结合。可提供这些计算机程序指令到通用计算机、专用计算机、嵌入式处理机或其他可编程数据处理设备的处理器以产生一个机器,使得通过计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备的处理器执行的指令产生用于实现在流程图一个流程或多个流程和/或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能的 装置。
这些计算机程序指令也可存储在能引导计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备以特定方式工作的计算机可读存储器中,使得存储在该计算机可读存储器中的指令产生包括指令装置的制造品,该指令装置实现在流程图一个流程或多个流程和/或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能。
这些计算机程序指令也可装载到计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备上,使得在计算机或其他可编程设备上执行一系列操作步骤以产生计算机实现的处理,从而在计算机或其他可编程设备上执行的指令提供用于实现在流程图一个流程或多个流程和/或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能的步骤。
尽管已描述了本发明的优选实施例,但本领域内的技术人员一旦得知了基本创造性概念,则可对这些实施例做出另外的变更和修改。所以,所附权利要求意欲解释为包括优选实施例以及落入本发明范围的所有变更和修改。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明实施例进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明实施例的精神和范围。这样,倘若本发明实施例的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

Claims (29)

  1. 一种语音通信方法,其特征在于,包括:
    移动性管理设备确定用户设备UE为第一类型UE;
    所述第一类型UE指漫游入拜访公共陆地移动网VPLMN,且需要采用基于S8接口的归属路由HR通信机制进行长期演进LTE语音业务VoLTE的UE;
    所述移动性管理设备向所述UE发送第一指示信息,所述第一指示信息用于通知所述UE VoLTE业务不被支持。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    所述移动性管理设备向所述UE的归属用户服务器HSS或者归属位置寄存器HLR发送第二指示信息,所述第二指示信息用于通知所述HSS或者所述HLR VoLTE业务不能被支持。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述移动性管理设备向所述UE发送第一指示信息之前还包括:
    所述移动性管理设备确定所述VPLMN不支持对所述第一类型UE的VoLTE业务进行合法监听。
  4. 如权利要求1至3任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述移动性管理设备向所述UE发送第一指示信息之前还包括:
    所述移动性管理设备确定所述UE需要被合法监听。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述移动性管理设备确定所述UE需要被合法监听,包括:
    所述移动性管理设备获取所述UE的身份标识信息,并将所述UE的身份标识信息发送给合法监听控制设备或者合法监听执行设备;
    所述移动性管理设备接收所述合法监听控制设备或者合法监听执行设备发送的所述UE为合法监听对象的判断结果,所述判断结果为所述合法监听控制设备或者合法监听执行设备依据所述UE的身份标识信息确定的;
    所述移动性管理设备依据所述判断结果,确定所述UE需要被合法监听。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述移动性管理设备确定所述UE需要被合法监听,包括:
    所述移动性管理设备获取所述UE的身份标识信息;
    所述移动性管理设备判断所述UE的身份标识信息是否包含在合法监听对象的身份标识信息集合中,所述合法监听对象的身份标识信息集合为合法监听控制设备或者合法监听执行设备发送的;
    若所述UE的身份标识信息包含在合法监听对象的身份标识信息集合中,则所述移动性管理设备确定所述UE需要被合法监听。
  7. 如权利要求1至6任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述移动性管理设备向所述UE发送第一指示信息,包括:
    若所述移动性管理设备确定所述UE进行演进分组系统EPS附着Attach过程或跟踪区更新TAU过程,则
    所述移动性管理设备在向所述UE发送的附着接受Attach Accept消息中,携带所述第一指示信息;或者,
    所述移动性管理设备在向所述UE发送的跟踪区更新接受TAU Accept消息中,携带所述第一指示信息。
  8. 如权利要求1至6任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述移动性管理设备向所述UE发送第一指示信息,包括:
    若所述移动性管理设备确定所述UE已经完成演进分组系统EPS附着Attach过程或跟踪区更新TAU过程,则
    所述移动性管理设备向所述UE发送去附着请求Detach Request消息,所述去附着请求消息用于触发所述UE重新发起附着过程或TAU过程;
    所述移动性管理设备在附着接受Attach Accept消息中或跟踪区更新接受TAU Accept消息中,携带所述第一指示信息。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述移动性管理设备向所述UE发送去附着请求Detach Request消息之前,还包括:
    所述移动性管理设备确定所述UE的VoLTE业务会话结束。
  10. 如权利要求1至9任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一指示信息为:
    基于分组交换PS会话的IP多媒体子系统IMS语音不被支持IMS voice over PS session not supported。
  11. 如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二指示信息为:
    基于分组交换PS会话的IP多媒体子系统IMS语音不被支持homogeneous support of IMS voice over PS sessions not supported。
  12. 根据权利要求8或9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述Detach Request消息中包括去附着类型信元,所述去附着类型信元为国际移动用户识别码去附着IMSI Detach。
  13. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述移动性管理设备确定UE为第一类型UE,包括:
    所述移动性管理设备通过签约数据中包括的用于指示所述UE在所述VPLMN中为第一类型UE的指示信息确定;或者
    所述移动性管理设备通过签约数据中针对所述VPLMN并未包含拜访地址被允许指示信息确定;或者
    所述移动性管理设备通过VPLMN和归属公用陆地移动网络HPLMN之间签订的漫游协议确定。
  14. 如权利要求5或6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述合法监听控制设备包括管理功能实体ADMF或监听中心LEA;
    所述合法执行设备包括归属用户服务器HSS、业务网关SGW或公共数据网网关PGW。
  15. 一种语音通信装置,其特征在于,包括:
    处理单元,用于确定用户设备UE为第一类型UE;
    所述第一类型UE指漫游入拜访公共陆地移动网VPLMN,且需要采用基于S8接口的归属路由HR通信机制进行长期演进LTE语音业务VoLTE的UE;
    发送单元,用于向所述UE发送第一指示信息,所述第一指示信息用于通 知所述UE VoLTE业务不被支持。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的装置,其特征在于,所述发送单元,还用于:
    向所述UE的归属用户服务器HSS或者归属位置寄存器HLR发送第二指示信息,所述第二指示信息用于通知所述HSS或者所述HLR VoLTE业务不能被支持。
  17. 如权利要求15或16所述的装置,其特征在于,所述处理单元,还用于:
    在所述发送单元向所述UE发送第一指示信息之前,确定所述VPLMN不支持对所述第一类型UE的VoLTE业务进行合法监听。
  18. 如权利要求15至17任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述处理单元,还用于:
    在所述发送单元向所述UE发送第一指示信息之前,确定所述UE需要被合法监听。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的装置,其特征在于,所述处理单元,具体用于按如下方式确定所述UE需要被合法监听:
    获取所述UE的身份标识信息,并将所述UE的身份标识信息发送给合法监听控制设备或者合法监听执行设备;
    接收所述合法监听控制设备或者合法监听执行设备发送的所述UE为合法监听对象的判断结果,所述判断结果为所述合法监听控制设备或者合法监听执行设备依据所述UE的身份标识信息确定的;
    依据所述判断结果,确定所述UE需要被合法监听。
  20. 如权利要求18所述的装置,其特征在于,所述处理单元,具体用于按如下方式确定所述UE需要被合法监听:
    获取所述UE的身份标识信息;
    判断所述UE的身份标识信息是否包含在合法监听对象的身份标识信息集合中,所述合法监听对象的身份标识信息集合为合法监听控制设备或者合法监听执行设备发送的;
    若所述UE的身份标识信息包含在合法监听对象的身份标识信息集合中,则确定所述UE需要被合法监听。
  21. 如权利要求15至20任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述处理单元,还用于确定所述UE是否处于演进分组系统EPS附着Attach过程或跟踪区更新TAU过程;
    所述发送单元,具体用于按如下方式向所述UE发送第一指示信息:
    若所述处理单元确定所述UE处于EPS Attach过程或TAU过程,则在向所述UE发送的附着接受Attach Accept消息中,携带所述第一指示信息;或者,在向所述UE发送的跟踪区更新接受TAU Accept消息中,携带所述第一指示信息。
  22. 如权利要求15至20任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述处理单元,还用于确定所述UE是否处于演进分组系统EPS附着Attach过程或跟踪区更新TAU过程;
    所述发送单元,具体用于按如下方式向所述UE发送第一指示信息:
    若所述处理单元确定所述UE已经完成EPS Attach过程或TAU过程,则向所述UE发送去附着请求Detach Request消息,所述去附着请求消息用于触发所述UE重新发起附着过程或TAU过程;
    在附着接受Attach Accept消息中或跟踪区更新接受TAU Accept消息中,携带所述第一指示信息。
  23. 如权利要求22所述的装置,其特征在于,所述处理单元,还用于:
    在所述发送单元向所述UE发送去附着请求Detach Request消息之前,确定所述UE的VoLTE业务会话结束。
  24. 如权利要求15至23任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一指示信息为:
    基于分组交换PS会话的IP多媒体子系统IMS语音不被支持IMS voice over PS session not supported。
  25. 如权利要求16所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第二指示信息为:
    基于分组交换PS会话的IP多媒体子系统IMS语音不被支持homogeneous support of IMS voice over PS sessions not supported。
  26. 根据权利要求22或23所述的装置,其特征在于,所述Detach Request消息中包括去附着类型信元,所述去附着类型信元为国际移动用户识别码去附着IMSI Detach。
  27. 如权利要求15所述的装置,其特征在于,所述处理单元,具体用于按如下方式确定UE为第一类型UE:
    通过签约数据中包括的用于指示所述UE在所述VPLMN中为第一类型UE的指示信息确定;或者
    通过签约数据中针对所述VPLMN并未包含拜访地址被允许指示信息确定;或者
    通过VPLMN和归属公用陆地移动网络HPLMN之间签订的漫游协议确定。
  28. 如权利要求19或20所述的装置,其特征在于,所述合法监听控制设备包括管理功能实体ADMF或监听中心LEA;
    所述合法执行设备包括归属用户服务器HSS、业务网关SGW或公共数据网网关PGW。
  29. 如权利要求15至28任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述语音通信装置为移动性管理实体MME。
