一种签到方法、 装置、 签到服务器和存储介质 技术领域 本发明涉及通信定位领域, 尤其涉及一种签到方法、 装置、 签到服务 器和计算机存储介质。 背景技术
现在一些网站或公司需要搞现场活动时, 一般都是釆取网上或其他多 种形式报名, 当参加活动人员达到活动现场时, 需要在纸上签到, 表示本 人到达。 活动后会由组织该活动的专员提交到网上。 这样做不仅增加了工 作人员的工作量, 而且有的活动专员为提高业绩虚报参加活动的人数。
为了防止这种虚报情况, 可以釆用抽查的方式, 但又意味着增加了人 力的耗费。
另外, 考虑到在移动通讯网络中釆用的是蜂窝小区的系统设计, 都可 以通过手机所处的小区识别号 (Cell ID )来确定用户的位置, 在热点区域 定位精度可以达到 200米左右。 而手机所处的小区以及手机的动作 (如开 机、 关机、 小区切换、 用户注册区 URA更新、 位置更新、 小区更新、 小区 重选等)都可以通过信令釆集系统检测到。 目前信令釆集系统可以接收设 置信令釆集策略的命令, 并返回符合策略的用户数据和对应的手机动作。 而且业务可以通过向归属位置寄存器( Home Location Register, HL )发起 查询请求查询出当前手机注册基站对应的 Cell ID。通过 Cell ID可以定位出 手机当前所在的地理位置。 发明内容
为解决现有存在的技术问题, 本发明实施例在于提供一种签到方法、 装置和签到服务器、 计算机存储介质, 在不增加人力的耗费的情况下进行 签到, 能够避免虚报参加活动人数的情况。
本发明实施例的技术方案是这样实现的:
本发明实施例提供了一种签到方法, 所述方法包括:
判断目标终端是否处于签到区域内, 获取第一判断结果;
在签到条件成立时, 设置所述目标终端对应的用户的状态为已签到状 态;
其中签到条件至少包括: 所述第一判断结果指示目标终端处于签到区 域内。
上述的签到方法, 所述方法还包括:
监听当前处于所述签到区域内的所有原始终端的信令;
根据监听到的所述信令, 提取所述原始终端的终端标识;
当所述原始终端的终端标识在预设的终端标识列表中存在时, 确定所 述原始终端为目标终端。

本发明实施例提供的签到方法、 装置、 服务器及计算机存储介质, 所 述方法包括: 判断目标终端是否处于签到区域内, 获取第一判断结果; 在 签到条件成立时, 设置所述目标终端对应的用户的状态为已签到状态; 其 中签到条件至少包括: 所述第一判断结果指示目标终端处于签到区域内。 利用本发明实施例的技术方案, 终端进入预先设定的签到区域后, 即可通 过终端进行签到, 在不增加人力耗费的基础上实现了签到, 避免了虚报参 加活动人数的情况。
较佳的, 在本发明实施例中, 可以通过监听签到区域内所有原始终端 的信令, 确定目标终端, 并自动完成签到, 也可以由进入签到区域的目标 终端主动发送签到短信进行签到; 实现了由终端的自动签到, 避免了人力 成本的增加。 附图说明

为使本发明实施例要解决的技术问题、 技术方案和优点更加清楚, 下 面将结合附图及具体实施例进行详细描述。
本发明实施例提供了一种签到方法, 所述方法如图 1所示包括: 步骤 11, 判断目标终端是否处于签到区域内, 获取第一判断结果; 步骤 12, 在签到条件成立时, 设置所述目标终端对应的用户的状态为 已签到状态;
其中签到条件至少包括: 所述第一判断结果指示目标终端处于签到区 域内。
在本发明实施例中, 签到条件成立时, 说明终端处于签到区域内, 此 时才能够使用终端进行签到, 达到了本发明的目的。
在执行步骤 11判断目标终端是否处于签到区域内时, 优选地, 可以釆 用以下两种方式。
方式一
所述步骤 11具体包括:
监听当前处于所述签到区域内的所有原始终端的信令;
根据监听到的所述信令, 提取所述原始终端的终端标识;
当所述原始终端的终端标识在预设的终端标识列表中存在时, 确定所 述原始终端为目标终端, 且所述第一判断结果为所述目标终端处于签到区 域内。
由于终端所处的小区以及终端的动作都可以通过信令釆集系统检测 到, 因此, 当举行活动的网站或公司在地图上确定了具体的签到区域后, 将签到区域所在的地理位置范围转换为各个基站小区对应的小区识别码
Cell ID。 此时就能够根据签到区域对应的小区识别码, 监听签到区域内的 所有原始终端的信令, 从中提取原始终端的终端标识。 这里的终端标识, 优选地, 可以为终端号码。
其中, 考虑到并不是所有进入签到区域的原始终端都是来参加活动的, 需要在签到区域内的原始终端中筛选出需要进行签到的目标终端。 优选地, 可以根据预设的终端标识列表确定目标终端。 由于目标终端是从处于签到 区域内的原始终端中筛选出来的, 因此确定的目标终端必然处于签到区域 内。
在进行签到时, 除了需要确定目标终端处于签到区域内, 优选地, 还 需要同时考虑到目标终端是否是在活动指定的时间段范围内进入签到区域 的, 以避免重复签到的情况。 因此, 所述签到方法还包括:
判断监听到所述目标终端的信令的第一时间点是否处于预设时间段范 围内, 获得第二判断结果;
判断所述目标终端对应的用户的状态是否为未签到状态, 获取第三判 断结果;
对应地, 所述签到条件还包括:
所述第二判断结果指示所述第一时间点处于预设时间段范围内; 所述第三判断结果指示所述目标终端对应的用户的状态为未签到状 态。
釆用上述方式进行签到时, 只要目标终端在预设时间段范围内进入签 到区域, 且该目标终端对应的用户还未签到, 就可以自动完成签到过程。 当然除了上述方式, 还可以通过目标终端主动发送签到信息来完成签到, 具体过程如下。
方式二
所述步骤 11具体包括:
接收目标终端发送的签到信息; 对发送所述签到信息的所述目标终端进行基站定位, 确定所述目标终 端的基站定位信息;
根据所述基站定位信息, 判断所述目标终端是否处于签到区域内, 获 取所述第一判断结果。
釆用该方式时, 只要是发送签到信息的终端就确定为目标终端, 对目 标终端进行定位, 定位的结果如果指示目标终端在签到区域内, 就确定第 一判断结果为目标终端处于签到区域内。
当然, 釆用方式二时, 除了需要确定目标终端处于签到区域内, 优选 地, 所述签到方法还包括:
判断接收到所述目标终端的签到信息的第二时间点是否处于预设时间 段范围内, 获得第四判断结果;
判断所述目标终端对应的用户的状态是否为未签到状态, 获取第五判 断结果;
判断所述目标终端发送的签到信息的内容与预设的第一签到信息的内 容是否一致, 获取第六判断结果;
对应地, 所述签到条件还包括:
所述第四判断结果指示所述第二时间点处于预设时间段范围内; 所述第五判断结果指示所述目标终端对应的用户的状态为未签到状 态;
所述第六判断结果指示所述目标终端发送的签到信息的内容与预设的 第一签到信息的内容一致。
釆用上述方式进行签到时, 当接收到目标终端发送的签到信息时, 需 要根据基站定位来确定目标终端是否处于签到区域内, 同时还需要确定该 目标终端是否是在活动指定的时间段范围内处于签到区域, 签到信息的内 容与预设第一签到信息的内容一致以及该目标终端对应的用户还未签到, 此时就可以完成签到过程。
以上两种方式可以釆用其中的任意一种, 即举办活动的网站或公司可 以提前确定参加此次活动的人员的终端标识, 当目标终端在指定时间内首 次进入签到区域时, 自动完成签到, 或者所有参加活动的终端需要处于签 到区域内, 在指定时间内发送指定的签到信息内容, 才能够完成签到。 当 然, 还可以同时釆用上述两种方式, 即举办活动的网站或公司可以提前确 定报名参加此次活动的人员的终端标识, 其他未报名的用户可以在举办活 动时, 现场发送签到信息进行签到。
另外, 在本发明实施例中, 签到区域的确定也可以釆取以下两种方式 完成。
方式一
举办活动的网站或公司提前在地图上确定举办活动的地理区域范围, 作为签到区域。
可以将签到区域所在的地理位置范围转换为各个基站小区对应的小区 识别码 Cell ID, 以便监听处于该区域的所有原始终端, 从而筛选出目标终 端; 也可以在接收到目标终端发送的签到信息后, 对目标终端进行基站定 位, 确定目标终端是否处于该区域内。
除了通过上述方式确定签到区域外, 本发明实施例还提供了另一种优 选地、 更加灵活的签到区域确定方式:
方式二
所述签到区域根据第一终端当前所在的位置和预设的签到区域半径确 定。
举办活动的专员可以在到达活动现场后, 通过第一终端发送活动开始 的短信, 此时通过基站定位, 可以确定该第一终端当前所在的位置。 以此 位置为中心, 并根据预设的签到区域半径确定实际的签到区域。 同时, 还可以将第一终端发送活动开始的短信所对应的第三时间点作 为活动开始的时间点。 当活动结束后, 再由活动专员通过第一终端发送活 动结束的短信, 并将此时对应的第四时间点作为活动结束的时间点。 第三 时间点到第四时间点之间的时间段范围即为签到的时间段范围。
当然, 在本发明实施例中, 在签到条件成立时, 设置所述目标终端对 应的用户的状态为已签到状态后, 所述方法还包括:
通知所述目标终端对应的用户已签到。
可以通过下发签到成功的短信给目标终端的方式, 实现通知所述目标 终端对应的用户已签到。 签到成功的短信具体内容可以预先设定好。
另外, 还可以根据需要, 在通知用户已签到的同时, 通过短信方式将 签到的用户对应的具体信息, 包括姓名、 终端标识等告知活动专员。
签到活动结束后, 网站或公司用户可以通过登录公司门户查看成功签 到的用户信息, 避免了虚报参加活动人数的情况, 同时 并未增加人力的耗 费。
下面结合上述过程, 对本发明实施例提供的签到方法的整体过程进行 介绍。
如图 2所示, 所述签到方法包括:
步骤 21, 运营商给要举行活动的网站或公司开通业务;
步骤 22, 活动专员在需要开展签到的活动时, 通过公司门户建立本次 活动的群组, 并预先设置群组信息, 所述的群组信息包括: 在地图上圈定 活动举行的位置的范围(即确定签到区域)、输入活动的开始和结束时间点、 输入负责本次活动的活动专员信息(姓名、 终端号码等)、 输入参加活动的 报名人员的信息 (姓名、 终端号码等)、 设置签到成功所下发短信的内容、 设置主动签到短信特征码(即预设第一签到信息的内容)、 以及设置参加活 动的用户电子签到后是否短信通知活动专员等; 步骤 23, 设置信令釆集策略, 这里的信令釆集策略为监听处于签到区 域的所有原始终端的信令;
步骤 24, 系统监听是否收到信令釆集数据或签到短信, 如果从信令釆 集设备收到信令釆集数据则执行步骤 25, 如果从短信平台收到签到信息则 执行步骤 26;
步骤 25, 从信令釆集设备收到信令釆集数据, 继续执行步骤 25a: 步骤 25a, 从信令釆集的数据中提取用户号码, 继续执行步骤 25b; 步骤 25b, 判断在预设的终端标识列表中是否存在有该号码的终端; 是 时, 继续执行步骤 25c; 判断为否时, 返回至步骤 25;

步骤 26b,判断接收到签到信息的当前第二时间点是否在活动开始时间 和结束时间点之间, 判断为是时, 继续执行步骤 26c; 判断为否时, 返回至 步骤 26;
步骤 26c, 判断此终端对应的用户的状态是否为未签到状态, 判断为是 时, 继续执行步骤 26d; 判断为否时, 返回至步骤 26;
步骤 26d,判断接收到的签到信息的内容与预设的第一签到信息的内容 是否一致, 判断为一致时, 继续执行步骤 27; 判断为不一致时, 返回至步 骤 26; 步骤 27, 在群组内标记此目标终端对应的用户的状态为已签到; 步骤 28, 下发签到成功短信通知消息目标终端。
当然, 如果本次活动预设的群组信息指示需要通知活动专员, 继续执 行以下步骤: 下发一条短信通知活动专员签到的用户信息。
以上过程涉及同时釆用两种签到方式, 当然, 在本发明实施例中可以 仅釆用其中一种, 以目标终端主动发送签到信息为例, 如图 3 所示, 所述 签到方法包括:
步骤 31, 运营商给要举行活动的网站或公司开通业务;
步骤 32, 活动专员在需要开展签到的活动时, 通过公司门户建立本次 活动的群组, 并预先设置群组信息, 所述的群组信息包括: 在地图上圈定 活动举行的位置的范围(即确定签到区域)、输入活动的开始和结束时间点、 输入负责本次活动的活动专员信息(姓名、 终端号码等)、 输入参加活动的 报名人员的信息 (姓名、 终端号码等)、 设置签到成功所下发短信的内容、 设置主动签到短信特征码(即预设第一签到信息的内容)、 以及设置参加活 动的用户电子签到后是否短信通知活动专员等;
步骤 33, 系统监听是否收到签到短信, 是时执行步骤 34;
步骤 34, 从短信平台收到签到信息:
步骤 34a, 向核心网查询发送签到信息的终端的当前位置, 然后判断当 前位置是否在预设的签到区域内, 判断为是时, 继续执行步骤 34b; 判断为 否时, 返回至步骤 34;
步骤 34b,判断接收到签到信息的当前第二时间点是否在活动开始时间 和结束时间点之间, 判断为是时, 继续执行步骤 34c; 判断为否时, 返回至 步骤 34;
步骤 34c, 判断此终端对应的用户的状态是否为未签到状态, 判断为是 时, 继续执行步骤 34d; 判断为否时, 返回至步骤 34; 步骤 34d,判断接收到的签到信息的内容与预设的第一签到信息的内容 是否一致, 判断为一致时, 继续执行步骤 35; 否则返回至步骤 34;
步骤 35, 如果此用户为已^艮名用户则标记此用户的状态为已签到, 如 果此用户为未 ^艮名用户则增加此用户后将此用户标记为已签过到;
步骤 36, 下发签到成功短信通知消息目标终端。
当然, 如果本次活动预设的群组信息指示需要通知活动专员, 继续执 行以下步骤: 下发一条短信通知活动专员签到的用户信息。
如果需要更灵活的确定签到区域, 进一步地, 可以由活动专员在活动 地点发送活动开始短信, 在活动开始短信中携带有签到区域; 优选的, 在 活动结束后发送活动结束的短信, 整个过程如图 4所示。
步骤 41, 运营商给要举行活动的网站或公司开通业务;
步骤 42, 活动专员在需要开展签到的活动时, 通过公司门户建立本次 活动的群组, 并预先设置群组信息, 所述的群组信息包括: 在地图上圈定 活动举行的位置的范围(即确定签到区域)、输入活动的开始和结束时间点、 输入负责本次活动的活动专员信息(姓名、 终端号码等)、 输入参加活动的 报名人员的信息 (姓名、 终端号码等)、 设置签到成功所下发短信的内容、 设置主动签到短信特征码(即预设第一签到信息的内容)、 以及设置参加活 动的用户电子签到后是否短信通知活动专员等;
步骤 43, 发送活动开始短信, 以通知终端所在的签到区域; 系统监听 是否收到终端的签到短信, 监听到时, 继续执行步骤 44;
步骤 44, 从短信平台收到签到信息;
步骤 44a, 向核心网查询发送签到信息的终端的当前位置, 然后判断当 前位置是否在预设的签到区域内, 判断为是时, 继续执行步骤 44b; 判断为 否时, 返回至步骤 44;
步骤 44b,判断接收到签到信息的当前第二时间点是否在活动开始时间 和结束时间点之间, 判断为是时, 继续执行步骤 44c; 判断为否时, 返回至 步骤 44;
步骤 44c, 判断此终端对应的用户的状态是否为未签到状态, 判断为是 时, 继续执行步骤 44d; 判断为否时, 返回至步骤 44;
步骤 44d,判断接收到的签到信息的内容与预设的第一签到信息的内容 是否一致, 判断为一致时, 继续执行步骤 45; 否则返回至步骤 44;
步骤 45, 如果此用户为已^艮名用户则标记此用户的状态为已签到, 如 果此用户为未 ^艮名用户则增加此用户后将此用户标记为已签过到;
步骤 46, 下发签到成功短信通知消息目标终端。

本发明实施例还提供了一种签到装置, 所述装置如图 5所示, 包括: 第一判断模块 51, 配置为判断目标终端是否处于签到区域内, 获取第 一判断结果;
签到设置模块 52, 配置为在签到条件成立时, 设置所述目标终端对应 的用户的状态为已签到状态;
其中签到条件至少包括: 所述第一判断结果指示目标终端处于签到区 域内。

第二判断模块, 配置为判断监听到所述目标终端的信令的第一时间点 是否处于预设时间段范围内, 获得第二判断结果;
第三判断模块, 配置为判断所述目标终端对应的用户的状态是否为未 签到状态, 获取第三判断结果;
所述签到条件还包括:
所述第二判断结果指示所述第一时间点处于预设时间段范围内; 所述第三判断结果指示所述目标终端对应的用户的状态为未签到状 态。
上述的签到装置, 其中, 所述第一判断模块具体包括:
接收子模块, 配置为接收目标终端发送的签到信息;
定位子模块, 配置为对发送所述签到信息的所述目标终端进行基站定 位, 确定所述目标终端的基站定位信息;
判断子模块, 配置为根据所述基站定位信息, 判断所述目标终端是否 处于签到区域内, 获取所述第一判断结果。
上述的签到装置, 其中, 所述装置还包括:
第四判断模块, 配置为判断接收到所述目标终端的签到短信的第二时 间点是否处于预设时间段范围内, 获得第四判断结果;
第五判断模块, 配置为判断所述目标终端对应的用户的状态是否为未 签到状态, 获取第五判断结果;
第六判断模块, 配置为判断所述目标终端发送的签到信息的内容与预 设的第一签到信息的内容是否一致, 获取第六判断结果;
所述签到条件还包括: 所述第四判断结果指示所述第二时间点处于预设时间段范围内; 所述第五判断结果指示所述目标终端对应的用户的状态为未签到状 态;
所述第六判断结果指示所述目标终端发送的签到信息的内容与预设的 第一签到信息的内容一致。
上述的签到装置, 其中, 所述签到区域根据终端当前所在的位置和预 设的签到区域半径确定。
上述的签到装置, 其中, 所述装置还包括:
通知模块, 配置为通知所述目标终端对应的用户已签到。
在实际应用中, 所述第一判断模块 51、签到设置模块 52均可由中央处 理单元( CPU, Central Processing Unit ),或数字信号处理( DSP, Digital Signal Processor ), 或 处理器( MPU, Micro Processor Unit ), 或现场可编程门阵 列 (FPGA, Field Programmable Gate Array )等来实现; 所述 CPU、 DSP, MPU、 FPGA均可内置于服务器中。
在本发明实施例中, 还提供了一种签到装置的功能实体, 如图 6所示, 包括:
业务维护模块 61, 配置为运营商为公司用户开通业务, 配置业务接入 号, 为公司用户分配子接入号, 其中用户电子签到的短信目的号码为: 业 务接入号 +子接入号;
公司用户门户模块 62, 配置为公司用户登入到系统中建立群组, 设定 活动举行的地理位置的范围、 输入活动的开始和结束时间、 输入负责本次 活动的本公司人员信息(姓名、 电话号码等)、 输入参加活动的报名人员的 信息(姓名、 电话号码等)、 设置签到成功所下发短信的内容、 设置主动签 到短信特征码、 设置参加活动的用户电子签到后是否短信通知活动专员等, 公司用户门户模块 62在用户在地图上设定地理位置范围后将其转换为各个 基站小区对应的 Cell ID;
短信模块 63, 配置为和短信平台 66相连, 接收和发送短信, 将从短信 平台 66收到的短信, 提取源号码、 目的号码、 短信内容发送到业务处理模 块 65,将从业务处理模块 65收到的电子签到成功通知下发消息中提取主叫 号码、 被叫号码和短信内容, 构建成一条短信发送到短信平台 66;
活动用户识别模块 64,配置为向与本模块相连的信令釆集系统 67发送 信令釆集策略, 并从信令釆集系统 67接收符合信令釆集策略的用户信息, 记录本次活动地理位置范围内当前用户信息, 在从信令釆集设备 67接收到 有用户进入本次活动的位置范围时通知业务处理模块 65, 在从业务处理模 块 65接收到用户是否在本次活动的位置范围的查询请求时,返回查询结果; 业务处理模块 65,配置为在从活动用户识别模块 64接收用户进入本次 活动的位置范围的通知消息, 判断是否已经下发了电子签到通知消息到此 用户, 如果已下发过则直接丟弃此消息, 如果没有下发过, 则判断时间是 否有效, 如果有效则向短信模块 63发送电子签到成功通知下发消息, 通知 短信模块 63向此用户发送电子签到成功通知短消息; 消息内容为公司用户 门户模块 62设置的签到成功所下发的通知消息的内容;
业务处理模块 65还配置为从短信模块 63接收主动签到短信, 提取短 信的目的号码和短信内容中的特征码定位出对应的群组, 进而向活动用户 识别模块 64发送消息查询此短信的主叫用户是否在公司用户门户模块 62 设定的位置范围内, 在接收到活动用户识别模块 64返回的查询结果后进行 判断, 如果是在此位置范围内则向短信模块 63发送电子签到成功通知下发 消息, 通知短信模块 63下发签到成功通知消息到此发送主动签到短信的用 户。
以上的签到装置是基于监听签到区域内的所有原始终端的信令, 从而 确定目标终端, 并完成自动签到的, 当然, 没有 ^艮名的用户可以通过主动 发送签到信息来完成签到。
当签到装置基于主动接收目标终端发送的短信进行签到时, 如图 7 所 示, 与图 6的区别在于确定目标终端的定位过程是不同的, 图 7是通过核 心网对发送签到信息的目标终端进行基站定位。
本发明实施例还提供了一种签到服务器, 所述服务器包括上述任一项 所述的签到装置。
本领域内的技术人员应明白, 本发明的实施例可提供为方法、 系统、 或计算机程序产品。 因此, 本发明可釆用硬件实施例、 软件实施例、 或结 合软件和硬件方面的实施例的形式。 而且, 本发明可釆用在一个或多个其 中包含有计算机可用程序代码的计算机可用存储介质 (包括但不限于磁盘 存储器和光学存储器等 )上实施的计算机程序产品的形式。
本发明是参照根据本发明实施例的方法、 设备(系统)、 和计算机程序 产品的流程图和 /或方框图来描述的。 应理解可由计算机程序指令实现流程 图和 /或方框图中的每一流程和 /或方框、以及流程图和 /或方框图中的流程和 /或方框的结合。 可提供这些计算机程序指令到通用计算机、 专用计算机、 嵌入式处理机或其他可编程数据处理设备的处理器以产生一个机器, 使得 在流程图一个流程或多个流程和 /或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功 能的装置。
这些计算机程序指令也可存储在能引导计算机或其他可编程数据处理 设备以特定方式工作的计算机可读存储器中, 使得存储在该计算机可读存 储器中的指令产生包括指令装置的制造品, 该指令装置实现在流程图一个 流程或多个流程和 /或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能。
这些计算机程序指令也可装载到计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备 上, 使得在计算机或其他可编程设备上执行一系列操作步骤以产生计算机 实现的处理, 从而在计算机或其他可编程设备上执行的指令提供用于实现 在流程图一个流程或多个流程和 /或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功 能的步骤。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非用于限定本发明的保 护范围。 工业实用性
本发明实施例提供了签到方法、 装置、 服务器及计算机存储介质, 其 中, 所述方法包括: 判断目标终端是否处于签到区域内, 获取第一判断结 果; 在签到条件成立时, 设置所述目标终端对应的用户的状态为已签到状 态; 其中签到条件至少包括: 所述第一判断结果指示目标终端处于签到区 域内。 利用本发明实施例的技术方案, 当终端进入预先设定的签到区域后, 即可通过终端进行签到, 在不增加人力耗费的基础上实现了签到, 避免了 虚报参加活动人数的情况。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种签到方法, 所述方法包括:
判断目标终端是否处于签到区域内, 获取第一判断结果;
在签到条件成立时, 设置所述目标终端对应的用户的状态为已签到状 态;
其中签到条件至少包括: 所述第一判断结果指示目标终端处于签到区 域内。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的签到方法, 其中, 所述方法还包括: 监听当前处于所述签到区域内的所有原始终端的信令;
根据监听到的所述信令, 提取所述原始终端的终端标识;
当所述原始终端的终端标识在预设的终端标识列表中存在时, 确定所 述原始终端为目标终端。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的签到方法, 其中, 所述方法还包括: 判断监听到所述目标终端的信令的第一时间点是否处于预设时间段范 围内, 获得第二判断结果;
判断所述目标终端对应的用户的状态是否为未签到状态, 获取第三判 断结果;
当签到条件成立时, 设置所述目标终端对应的用户的状态为已签到状 态;
其中, 所述签到条件还包括:
所述第二判断结果指示所述第一时间点处于预设时间段范围内; 所述第三判断结果指示所述目标终端对应的用户的状态为未签到状 态。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的签到方法, 其中, 所述判断目标终端是否处 于签到区域内, 获取第一判断结果, 包括: 接收目标终端发送的签到信息;
对发送所述签到信息的所述目标终端进行基站定位, 确定所述目标终 端的基站定位信息;
根据所述基站定位信息, 判断所述目标终端是否处于签到区域内, 获 取所述第一判断结果。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的签到方法, 其中, 所述方法还包括: 判断接收到所述目标终端的签到短信的第二时间点是否处于预设时间 段范围内, 获得第四判断结果;
判断所述目标终端对应的用户的状态是否为未签到状态, 获取第五判 断结果;
判断所述目标终端发送的签到信息的内容与预设的第一签到信息的内 容是否一致, 获取第六判断结果;
当签到条件成立时, 设置所述目标终端对应的用户的状态为已签到状 态;
其中, 所述签到条件还包括:
所述第四判断结果指示所述第二时间点处于预设时间段范围内; 所述第五判断结果指示所述目标终端对应的用户的状态为未签到状 态;
所述第六判断结果指示所述目标终端发送的签到信息的内容与预设的 第一签到信息的内容一致。
6、 根据权利要求 1-5任一项所述的签到方法, 其中, 所述签到区域根 据目标终端当前所在的位置和预设的签到区域半径确定。
7、 根据权利要求 1-5任一项所述的签到方法, 其中, 在签到条件成立 时, 设置所述目标终端对应的用户的状态为已签到状态后, 所述方法还包 括: 通知所述目标终端对应的用户已签到。
8、 一种签到装置, 所述装置包括:
第一判断模块, 配置为判断目标终端是否处于签到区域内, 获取第一 判断结果;
签到设置模块, 配置为在签到条件成立时, 设置所述目标终端对应的 用户的状态为已签到状态;
其中签到条件至少包括: 所述第一判断结果指示目标终端处于签到区 域内。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的签到装置, 其中, 所述第一判断模块包括: 监听子模块, 配置为监听当前处于所述签到区域内的所有原始终端的 信令;
提取子模块, 配置为根据监听到的所述信令, 提取所述原始终端的终 端标识;
确定子模块, 配置为当所述原始终端的终端标识在预设的终端标识列 表中存在时, 确定所述原始终端为目标终端。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的签到装置, 其中, 所述装置还包括: 第二判断模块, 配置为判断监听到所述目标终端的信令的第一时间点 是否处于预设时间段范围内, 获得第二判断结果;
第三判断模块, 配置为判断所述目标终端对应的用户的状态是否为未 签到状态, 获取第三判断结果;
签到设置模块, 配置为在签到条件成立时, 设置所述目标终端对应的 用户的状态为已签到状态;
其中, 所述签到条件还包括:
所述第二判断结果指示所述第一时间点处于预设时间段范围内; 所述第三判断结果指示所述目标终端对应的用户的状态为未签到状 态。
11、 根据权利要求 8 所述的签到装置, 其中, 所述第一判断模块, 包 括:
接收子模块, 配置为接收目标终端发送的签到信息;
定位子模块, 配置为对发送所述签到信息的所述目标终端进行基站定 位, 确定所述目标终端的基站定位信息;
判断子模块, 配置为根据所述基站定位信息, 判断所述目标终端是否 处于签到区域内, 获取所述第一判断结果。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的签到装置, 其中, 所述装置还包括: 第四判断模块, 配置为判断接收到所述目标终端的签到短信的第二时 间点是否处于预设时间段范围内, 获得第四判断结果;
第五判断模块, 配置为判断所述目标终端对应的用户的状态是否为未 签到状态, 获取第五判断结果;
第六判断模块, 配置为判断所述目标终端发送的签到信息的内容与预 设的第一签到信息的内容是否一致, 获取第六判断结果;
签到设置模块, 配置为在签到条件成立时, 设置所述目标终端对应的 用户的状态为已签到状态;
其中, 所述签到条件还包括:
所述第四判断结果指示所述第二时间点处于预设时间段范围内; 所述第五判断结果指示所述目标终端对应的用户的状态为未签到状 态;
所述第六判断结果指示所述目标终端发送的签到信息的内容与预设的 第一签到信息的内容一致。
13、 根据权利要求 8-12任一项所述的签到装置, 其中, 所述签到区域 根据目标终端当前所在的位置和预设的签到区域半径确定。
14、 根据权利要求 8-12任一项所述的签到装置, 其中, 所述装置还包 括:
通知模块, 配置为通知所述目标终端对应的用户已签到。
15、 一种签到服务器, 所述服务器包括权利要求 8-14任一项所述的签 到装置。
16、 一种计算机存储介质, 所述计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可执 行指令, 所述计算机可执行指令用于执行权利要求 1至 7任一项所述的方 法。
