为此,本发明人试图取用特定的天然植物组合,萃取出我们所需要的“组合成分”,再经过特殊设计的加工程序,使此混合溶液携带一定的总体环境调节因子群及进行细胞活动所需的元素群,从而缓解或消除身体部位的酸痛病灶。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种具有缓解酸痛功能的多种天然植物萃取液混合制剂,所述多种天然植物萃取液混合制剂包含:
笕科萃取液,占混合制剂比13-17%;及
唇形科萃取液,占混合制剂比18-22%;及
第一大戟科萃取液,占混合制剂比28-32%;及
第一菊科萃取液,占混合制剂比23-27%。
上述制剂的制备过程中,按照所述多种天然植物萃取液的混合物:油脂=97:3的质量比例配比,然后搅拌混合均匀后,再加入到高压均质乳化机中,同步完成奈米化及微脂体制作。
所述多种天然植物萃取液与油脂纳米和微脂体化后,再于皮肤外涂抹,利用直接经皮吸收科技,将上述微脂体直接带入患部组织及细胞内,改变患部的总体环境条件,使患部细胞内的活动得以正常进行,亦即迅速导正不正常的细胞与组织活动,达到消除病症或病因的目的。对于严重的症状,经过重复使用我们所本发明产品也能逐渐消除病症及病因。
具体实施方式
为了方便理解,以下仅为本发明的一个较佳实施例,不应作为对本发明可实施范围的限制。
本发明具有缓解酸痛功能的多种天然植物萃取液混合物的获得方法,例如可以是以下3个步骤:
(1)、取笕科萃取液,占混合制剂比13-17%,最佳为15%;及唇形科萃取液,占混合制剂比18-22%,最佳为20%;及第一大戟科萃取液,占混合制剂比28-32%,最佳为30%;及第一菊科萃取液,占混合制剂比23-27%,最佳为25%;
(2)、其萃取液为将各单一植物,即笕科萃取液、唇科形萃取液、第一大戟科萃取液、第一菊科萃取液等,各取其植物株体15千克并切碎, 每个植物株体都是采用新鲜的,即采收12小时内的或采收七小时以内即进入摄氏度5-7度内,分别加入纯水28升及酒精2.0升混合,以猛火加温至沸腾100摄氏度,再以温火维持沸腾状态30分钟后,以离心机分离萃取液及植物残渣,待植物萃取液自然冷却后以细网过滤之,过滤后的植物萃取液置于冷藏库保存备用,冷藏库温度维持在5±1℃之间,成为各萃取液;
(3)、然后依笕科萃取液占混合制剂比13-17%,最佳为15%;唇科形萃取液,占混合制剂比18-22%,最佳为20%;第一大戟科萃取液,占混合制剂比28-32%,最佳为30%;及第一菊科萃取液,占混合制剂比23-27%,最佳为25%,而成为萃取液混合物。
笕科植物含有多种氨基酸、生物碱,具有清热解毒,凉血止血的功效,唇形科植物有杀菌、抗痉挛、通经、发汗剂的功效,大戟科植物有消肿与消积水的功效,菊科植物可以减轻发炎症并迅速止痛。
如此,依照前述比例,即可制成混合制剂,对于手部与足部的一般挫伤与运动伤害,采用浸泡法,即将患部浸泡于混合制剂中,就可以得到消炎、消肿与组织逐部修复的功效。
而当笕科萃取液,较佳的是采用野苋菜而制成的野苋菜萃取液,唇科形萃取液,较佳的是采用仙草而制成的仙草萃取液,第一大戟科萃取液较佳的是采用大飞扬草而制成的大飞扬草萃取液,第一菊科萃取液,较佳的是采用胜红蓟而制成的胜红蓟萃取液。
如此,依照前述比例,即可制成混合制剂,对于手部与足部的一般挫伤与运动伤害,采用浸泡法,即将患部浸泡于混合制剂中,就可以得到消炎、消肿与组织逐部修复的功效,更加明显。
其中,进一步的,上述混合制剂更包含了第二大戟科萃取液,占混合制剂质量的13-17%,最佳为15%;及第二菊科萃取液,占混合制剂质 量的8-12%,最佳为10%,其第二大戟科萃取液为小飞扬草萃取液,第二菊科萃取液为咸丰草萃取液时,功效卓越。如表一。
上述制剂剂量,统一用千克或克,为对比值,如前述笕科萃取液占混合制剂质量比的15%唇科形萃取液,占混合制剂质量比的20%,第一大戟科萃取液,占混合制剂质量比的30%,及第一菊科萃取液,占混合制剂质量比的25%,即为15千克+25千克+30千克+25千克或15克+25克+30克+25克,依照需求量按其比例与对比值调剂。当混合制剂更包含了第二大戟科萃取液,占混合制剂质量比的15%;及第二菊科萃取液,占混合制剂质量比的10%,即为15千克+25千克+30千克+25千克+15千克+10千克或15克+25克+30克+25克+15克+10克,依照需求量按其比例与对比值调剂。
另外,由于很多的酸痛是产生在身体处,如痛风、痛经、头痛、肩颈痛、腰背痛等,若采用上述的多种植物萃取液组成的混合制剂直接以浸泡法治疗酸痛部位,虽然可行,但是不符成本亦过于浪费,于是发明人加入油脂,并加入奈米化制成,使其混合制剂最终可以成为已奈米化的微脂体,制程如下:
由上述多种植物萃取液混合得到的萃取液混合物与油脂,以97:3的质量比例置入低速搅拌桶中进行搅拌,统一用千克或克,为对比值,其97:3的97为前述笕科萃取液占混合制剂质量比的15%唇科形萃取液,占混合制剂质量比的20%,第一大戟科萃取液,占混合制剂质量比的30%,及第一菊科萃取液,占混合制剂质量比的25%,即为15千克+25千克+30千克+25千克或15克+25克+30克+25克,或前述笕科萃取液占混合制剂比15%唇科形萃取液,占混合制剂比20%,第一大戟科萃取液,占混合制剂比30%,及第一菊科萃取液,占混合制剂比25%,及第二大戟科萃取液,占混合制剂比15%;及第二菊科萃取液,占混合制剂比10%,即 为15千克+25千克+30千克+25千克+15千克+10千克或15克+25克+30克+25克+15克+10克,依照需求量按其比例与对比值调剂。油脂包含甘油6.0~7.0%,及冬青油3.0~3.5%,及薄荷油1.0~2.0%,及不包含猪的动物油脂0.025-0.035%,油脂同混合制剂统一用千克或克,为对比值,即当混合制剂为千克为对比值,油脂亦以千克为对比值,各质量分数以油脂总质量为基准。
低速搅拌桶搅拌,该搅拌时间为一分钟,搅拌转速每分钟转速300转,后进入高压均质乳化机使其混合制剂与油脂粒径达到0.1μm-2μm,使其混合制剂最终可以成为已奈米化的微脂体。
而成为已纳米化的微脂体的混合制剂,或混合制剂,为了运送及销售,以及使用者便利性,其容器使用如市售药膏或化妆保养乳液所使用之塑胶及玻璃容器,标示单位为毫升ml。
如表二,使用法与功效:依患部面积大小,取2~5ml,均匀涂布于患部并以手掌轻轻来回摩擦至微干,再取约1.5ml产品,同上述摩擦至微干。(重症者如上述动作后,再把患部以产品约1~2ml涂布均匀后,加上厨房用PE保鲜膜覆盖1~2小时)。每天依上述用法使用3~4回。
如表三、表四、表五,用于痛风方面:实施时间:1st Oct.2003~30thSep.2007,实施地点:台湾、美国,使用方法:即将发作前:患部出现紧绷不适感,取产品约3ml,均匀涂布于患部并以手掌轻摩擦至微干,再取约1.5ml同上述摩擦至微干。(重症病史患者如上述动作后,再把患部以产品约1~2ml涂布均匀后加上厨房用PE保鲜膜覆盖1~2小时。症状已发生者:症状较轻时如上处置。症状严重者视患部面积大小取产品2~5ml均匀轻涂布于患部后,加上厨房用PE保鲜膜覆盖2~3小时。每天依上述用法使用3~4回。
如表六、表七,用于痛经方面:实施时间:1st Oct.2003~30th Sep.2007,实施地点:台湾、美国,使用方法:分3~4次取用产品约7~8ml均匀涂 布于小腹,以手掌轻摩擦至微干。每天使用次数3~4回。原发型痛经患者使用1~2回后,该月经周期有很大的机会不再痛经。续发型痛经患者使用本产品后,有可能无法完全消除痛经,但可以降低痛感。经血来临前使用本产品,有机会防止痛经的发生或降低疼痛感。
如表八,用于退化性关节炎方面,实施时间:1st Oct.2003~30th Sep.2007,实施地点:台湾、美国,使用方法:依患部关节部位面积大小,取用产品3~6ml分次均匀涂布于患部,并以手掌轻摩擦至微干。再取约2~3ml产品,同上述摩擦至微干。(重症者如上述动作后,再把患部以产品约2~3ml涂布均匀后,加上厨房用PE保鲜膜覆盖2~3小时)。每天依上述用法使用3~4回。
由于,本发明不含西药(即神经阻断剂证明)。因此,本发明进步性共有:1、主成份采用天然非药用植物为原料;2、外用;3、直接经皮吸收,效果迅速;4、无副作用,不伤害内脏;5、经奈米化、微脂体等高科技加工制程;6、生产过程中完全不排放任何有害物质。

说明:上列“缓解”意谓酸痛症状明显舒缓或解除。
说明:(1)表二的患者与表一相同,取能有效追踪个案进行统计。
(2)上表“无全效”患者,表示或有缓解,但无法完全治愈。
(3)上列“治愈”意谓酸痛症状完全解除,且在停用产品15天内不复发作。
(4)上表除头痛及偏头痛外,患者均被要求至少连续使用三天,至症状解除即停用。
(5)凡因骨骼错位造成压迫引起酸痛的患者,必须经骨骼正位矫正后,才有机会根治酸痛症状。

Claims (21)

  1. 一种具有缓解酸痛功能的多种天然植物萃取液混合制剂,所述多种天然植物萃取液混合制剂包含:
    笕科萃取液,占混合制剂比13-17%;及
    唇形科萃取液,占混合制剂比18-22%;及
    第一大戟科萃取液,占混合制剂比28-32%;及
    第一菊科萃取液,占混合制剂比23-27%。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的具有缓解酸痛功能的多种天然植物萃取液混合制剂,其特征是,该萃取液是将各单一植物取植物株体切碎,其中每15千克植物株体加入纯水28升及酒精2.0升混合,以猛火加温至沸腾100摄氏度,再以温火维持沸腾状态30分钟后,以离心机分离萃取液及植物残渣,待植物萃取液自然冷却后以细网过滤之,过滤后的植物萃取液置于冷藏库保存备用,冷藏库温度维持在5±1℃之间。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的具有缓解酸痛功能的多种天然植物萃取液混合制剂,其特征是,该笕科萃取液为野苋菜萃取液。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的具有缓解酸痛功能的多种天然植物萃取液混合制剂,其特征是,该唇形科萃取液为仙草萃取液。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的具有缓解酸痛功能的多种天然植物萃取液混合制剂,其特征是,该第一大戟科萃取液为大飞扬草萃取液。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的缓解酸痛的多种天然植物萃取液混合制剂,其特征是,该第一菊科萃取液为胜红蓟。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的具有缓解酸痛功能的多种天然植物萃取液混合制剂,其特征是,更包含了第二大戟科萃取液,占混合制剂比13-17%;及第二菊科萃取液,占混合制剂比8-12%。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的具有缓解酸痛功能的多种天然植物萃取液混合制剂,其特征是,该第二大戟科萃取液为小飞扬草萃取液。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的具有缓解酸痛功能的多种天然植物萃取 液混合制剂,其特征是,该第二菊科萃取液为咸丰草萃取液。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的具有缓解酸痛功能的多种天然植物萃取液混合制剂,其特征是,其中笕科萃取液占混合制剂质量比15%。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的具有缓解酸痛功能的多种天然植物萃取液混合制剂,其特征是,其中唇形科萃取液占混合制剂质量比20%。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的具有缓解酸痛功能的多种天然植物萃取液混合制剂,其特征是,其中第一大戟科萃取液占混合制剂质量比30%。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的具有缓解酸痛功能的多种天然植物萃取液混合制剂,其特征是,其中第一菊科萃取液占混合制剂质量比25%。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的具有缓解酸痛功能的多种天然植物萃取液混合制剂,其特征是,其中更包含了第二大戟科萃取液,其占混合制剂比15%;以及第二菊科萃取液,占混合制剂比10%。
  15. 一种具有缓解酸痛功能的多种天然植物萃取液混合制剂的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
    步骤1:取笕科萃取液,该笕科萃取液为野苋菜萃取液,占混合制剂比15%;及唇形科萃取液,唇形科萃取液为仙草萃取液,占混合制剂比20%;及
    第一大戟科萃取液,第一大戟科萃取液为大飞扬草萃取液,占混合制剂比30%;及
    第一菊科萃取液,第一菊科萃取液为胜红蓟,占混合制剂比25%;
    步骤2:将各单一植物取植物株体15千克并切碎,加入纯水28升及酒精2.0升混合,以猛火加温至沸腾100摄氏度,再以温火维持沸腾状态30分钟后,以离心机分离萃取液及植物残渣,待植物萃取液自然冷却后以细网过滤,过滤后的植物萃取液置于冷藏库保存备用,冷藏库温 度维持在5±1℃之间;
    步骤3:将上述萃取液混合后与油脂以97:3的质量比例置入低速搅拌桶中进行搅拌,搅拌后的混合液注入高压均质乳化机中,同步完成奈米化及微脂体制作。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的具有缓解酸痛功能的多种天然植物萃取液混合制剂的制备方法,其特征是,该油脂包含甘油6.0~7.0%、冬青油3.0~3.5%、薄荷油1.0~2.0%及不包含猪的动物油脂0.025-0.035%,各质量分数以油脂总质量为基准。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的具有缓解酸痛功能的多种天然植物萃取液混合制剂的制备方法,其特征是,该搅拌时间为一分钟,搅拌转速每分钟转速300转。
  18. 根据权利要求15所述的具有缓解酸痛功能的多种天然植物萃取液混合制剂的制备方法,其特征是,该奈米化及微脂体制作,是通过高压均质乳化机使所述多种天然植物萃取液与油脂粒径达到0.1μm-2μm。
  19. 根据权利要求15所述的具有缓解酸痛功能的多种天然植物萃取液混合制剂的制备方法,其特征是,在向所述萃取液加入油脂前,即介于步骤2和3之间,更包含了向所述萃取液混合物加入第二大戟科小飞扬草萃取液、以及第二菊科咸豊草萃取液的步骤,其中所述第二大戟科小飞扬草萃取液占混合制剂质量比为15%,第二菊科咸豊草萃取液占混合制剂质量比10%。
  20. 根据权利要求15所述的具有缓解酸痛功能的多种天然植物萃取液混合制剂的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
    步骤1:取笕科萃取液,该笕科萃取液为野苋菜萃取液,占混合制剂质量比15%;及
    唇形科萃取液,唇形科萃取液为仙草萃取液,占混合制剂质量比20%;及
    第一大戟科萃取液,第一大戟科萃取液为大飞扬草萃取液,占混合制剂质量比30%;及
    第一菊科萃取液,第一菊科萃取液为胜红蓟,占混合制剂质量比25%;
    步骤2:将各单一植物取植物株体15公斤并切碎,加入纯水28公升及酒精2.0公升混合,以大火加温至沸腾100摄氏度,再以温火维持沸腾状态30分钟后,以离心机分离萃取液及植物残渣,待植物萃取液自然冷却后以细网过滤之,过滤后的植物萃取液置于冷藏库保存备用,冷藏库温度维持在5±1℃之间;
    步骤3:将上述萃取液混合后与油脂以97:3的质量比置入低速搅拌桶中进行搅拌,搅拌后的混合液注入高压均质乳化机中,同步完成纳米化及微脂体制作。
  21. 根据权利要求15所述的具有缓解酸痛功能的多种天然植物萃取液混合制剂的制备方法,其特征是,该油脂包含:甘油6.0~7.0%,及冬青油3.0~3.5%,及薄荷油1.0~2.0%,及不包含猪的动物油脂0.025-0.035%,各质量分数以油脂总质量为基准。
