一种楼盘展示系统 技术领域
本发明涉及一种多媒体展示系统,特别涉及一种楼盘展示系统,属于多媒体智能显示技术领域。
背景技术
近年来,楼盘开发商为了对推出的楼盘进行宣传促销,往往制作精美的建筑实物的沙盘模型,便于顾客参观选购。各种沙盘模型精彩纷呈,给人眼花缭乱的感觉,虽然沙盘模型能很好地展示各种楼盘的特点以及具有非常强的实物感和立体感,但是沙盘模型只是静态的、单一的,缺乏声、光、电、动画、音效等演示手段,其展示效果大打折扣。同时,展示现场需要配备大量的导购人员对相关信息进行反复的解说,造成人力资源的浪费。沙盘毕竟只是相当于微缩的景观,购房者只能从整体上观察小区的绿化、道路、河流、建筑物的状况,缺乏身临其境的感觉。
为了弥补沙盘模型的缺陷,很多楼盘开发商推出了多媒体展示系统,将楼盘区域中各个位置模拟人的视觉,将人眼所能看到的景观制作成立体图像或视频文件在显示屏上播放。这样购房者可以重点关注感兴趣某幢的周边环境,并且有身临其境的感受。由于图像及视频文件存储量较大,筛选出某位顾客需要看的图像或视频需要一定的时间,还需要由导购人员进行操作,比较费时费力。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,克服现有技术中存在的问题,提供一种楼盘展示系统,能够自动识别顾客需要观看的位置。
为解决以上技术问题,本发明的一种楼盘展示系统,包括楼盘实体沙盘、显示屏、对楼盘实体沙盘进行灯光展示的照明系统,以及对显示屏和照明系统进行控制的控制柜,所述楼盘实体沙盘所处区域被坐标系所覆盖,所述显示屏可以在所述控制柜的控制下显示各坐标点的立体效果图和视频,其特征在于:所述楼盘实体沙盘上设有可移动标志点,所述楼盘实体沙盘上方设有对所述标志点进行识别的摄像机,所述摄像机的视频输出接口接入图像传感控制器的信号输入端,所述图像传感控制器的信号输出端接入所述控制柜的信号输入端。
相对于现有技术,本发明取得了以下有益效果:正常情况下,摄像机拍摄的楼盘实体沙盘的图像作为基准图像;当顾客需要查看某个路口或建筑物前的立体效果图或视频时,将可移动标志点放置在楼盘实体沙盘的相应位置,摄像机再次拍摄一帧图像并提供给图像传 感控制器,图像传感控制器对这幅图像和预先存储的基准图像进行比较,判断两幅图像是否相同,从而得出可移动标志点所处的坐标,控制柜即控制显示屏播放该坐标的立体效果图或视频,无需人工进行搜索,省时省力,顾客可以自己移动标志点选择自己想看的立体图像或视频,大大提高了效率。
作为本发明的优选方案,所述可移动标志点为红色圆片。
作为本发明的优选方案,所述可移动标志点为激光笔的红色光斑。顾客自己手握激光笔,将红色光斑打到楼盘实体沙盘上,摄像机捕捉此光斑点即可以确定顾客需要观看何坐标下的立体图像和视频,随着激光笔红色光斑的移动,显示的立体图像和视频可以随之变化。
作为本发明的优选方案,所述坐标系为极坐标系,所述极坐标系的极点位于所述楼盘实体沙盘所处区域的左下角。
作为本发明的优选方案,所述楼盘实体沙盘上设有两处向上方射出的定位灯光,两处的极坐标分别为(0,0°)、(100,0°)。随着楼盘实体沙盘的展示,有可能在意外情况下,摄像机与楼盘实体沙盘的相对位置发生微小的变化,从而导致原始坐标的误差,在楼盘实体沙盘上设两处定位灯光,可以对原始坐标进行校正,消除误差。
作为本发明的优选方案,所述照明系统包括多组LED灯,各组所述LED灯分别分布在所述楼盘实体沙盘中树木、河流、道路或建筑的各像素点上,所述楼盘实体沙盘的渲染图像由各分帧图像叠加而成,各分帧图像背后的LED灯组分别由所述控制柜控制。控制柜可以打开一部分树木、河流、道路或建筑的LED灯,对相应部位进行局部展示,也可以按时序显示呈现出动态效果。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明楼盘展示系统包括楼盘实体沙盘、显示屏、对楼盘实体沙盘进行灯光展示的照明系统,以及对显示屏和照明系统进行控制的控制柜,楼盘实体沙盘所处区域被坐标系所覆盖,显示屏可以在控制柜的控制下显示各坐标点的立体效果图和视频,楼盘实体沙盘上设有可移动标志点,楼盘实体沙盘上方设有对标志点进行识别的摄像机,摄像机的视频输出接口接入图像传感控制器的信号输入端,图像传感控制器的信号输出端接入控制 柜的信号输入端。
可移动标志点为红色圆片或激光笔的红色光斑。
坐标系可以为极坐标系,极坐标系的极点位于楼盘实体沙盘所处区域的左下角。楼盘实体沙盘上设有两处向上方射出的定位灯光,两处的极坐标分别为(0,0°)、(100,0°)。依靠此两处定位灯光可以对原始坐标进行校正,消除误差。
正常情况下,摄像机拍摄的楼盘实体沙盘的图像作为基准图像;当顾客需要查看某个路口或建筑物前的立体效果图或视频时,将可移动标志点放置在楼盘实体沙盘的相应位置,摄像机再次拍摄一帧图像并提供给图像传感控制器,图像传感控制器对这幅图像和预先存储的基准图像进行比较,判断两幅图像是否相同,从而得出可移动标志点所处的坐标,控制柜即控制显示屏播放该坐标的立体效果图或视频。
顾客可以自己手握激光笔,将红色光斑打到楼盘实体沙盘上,摄像机捕捉此光斑点即可以确定顾客需要观看何坐标下的立体图像和视频,随着激光笔红色光斑的移动,显示的立体图像和视频可以随之变化。
如图2所示,照明系统包括多组LED灯,各组LED灯分别分布在楼盘实体沙盘中树木、河流、道路或建筑的各像素点上,楼盘实体沙盘的渲染图像由各分帧图像叠加而成,各分帧图像背后的LED灯组分别由控制柜控制。控制柜可以打开一部分树木、河流、道路或建筑的LED灯。例如控制柜的输出端分别串联电阻R1、R2、R3……Rn后与LED灯L1、L2、L3……Ln相连,电阻R1、R2、R3……Rn可以将各LED灯的电流控制在合理的范围内,可以独自打开LED灯L1、L2、L3……Ln,对相应部位进行局部展示,也可以按时序显示呈现出动态效果。

  1. 一种楼盘展示系统,包括楼盘实体沙盘、显示屏、对楼盘实体沙盘进行灯光展示的照明系统,以及对显示屏和照明系统进行控制的控制柜,所述楼盘实体沙盘所处区域被坐标系所覆盖,所述显示屏可以在所述控制柜的控制下显示各坐标点的立体效果图和视频,其特征在于:所述楼盘实体沙盘上设有可移动标志点,所述楼盘实体沙盘上方设有对所述标志点进行识别的摄像机,所述摄像机的视频输出接口接入图像传感控制器的信号输入端,所述图像传感控制器的信号输出端接入所述控制柜的信号输入端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的楼盘展示系统,其特征在于:所述可移动标志点为红色圆片。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的楼盘展示系统,其特征在于:所述可移动标志点为激光笔的红色光斑。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的楼盘展示系统,其特征在于:所述坐标系为极坐标系,所述极坐标系的极点位于所述楼盘实体沙盘所处区域的左下角。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的楼盘展示系统,其特征在于:所述楼盘实体沙盘上设有两处向上方射出的定位灯光,两处的极坐标分别为(0,0°)、(100,0°)。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的楼盘展示系统,其特征在于:所述照明系统包括多组LED灯,各组所述LED灯分别分布在所述楼盘实体沙盘中树木、河流、道路或建筑的各像素点上,所述楼盘实体沙盘的渲染图像由各分帧图像叠加而成,各分帧图像背后的LED灯组分别由所述控制柜控制。
