【技术领域】

目前,盛咖啡粉的过滤杯大多是通过过滤网或者过滤纸进行过滤的。在使用过滤网或过滤纸过滤的过程中,由于过滤网或过滤纸的表面设有镂空,并且镂空的尺寸较小,液态容易在镂空处形成膜层。当咖啡饮料的压力不能克服膜层的表面张力的时候,镂空处会被堵塞,则咖啡溶液不能较快的从过滤杯内过滤出,增长咖啡饮料的泡制时间,不够快捷。
【发明内容】
基于此,有必要提供一种能够使饮料较快的过滤出的饮料机及其过滤杯。
一种饮料机过滤杯,包括:
底壁,所述底壁包括内表面及外表面,所述底壁上开设有多个狭长的弧形孔,所述多个弧形孔沿所述底壁的周向延伸,且所述多个弧形孔沿所述底壁的径向呈列排布,每一弧形孔贯穿所述内表面及外表面,用于饮料流出;及
侧壁,所述侧壁呈喇叭形,所述侧壁包括大头端及小头端,所述小头端与所述底壁的边缘密封连接;所述侧壁上设有多个过滤部,所述过滤部为狭长形,所述过滤部朝向或远离所述底壁延伸,所述过滤部包括多个呈阶梯状依次排列的挡壁,所述挡壁所在的平面与所述过滤杯的轴向平行,相邻两个所述挡壁之间存在间隙,所述间隙用于饮料流出。
在其中一个实施例中,所述底壁包括第一过滤区及第二过滤区,所述第一过滤区为圆形,所述第二过滤区为圆环形,所述第一过滤区的圆心处开设有圆孔所述第一过滤区设有四列弧形孔,所述第二过滤区上设有七列弧形孔。

具体地,弧形孔111的缝宽为0.05~0.2mm。弧形孔111的缝宽小于饮料粉末的直径大小,因此弧形孔111可以防止饮料粉末从底壁110漏出,影响饮料的口感。
请参阅图1及3,侧壁120远离底壁110的一端设有凸沿123。凸沿123用于与饮料机的内部支架挂靠,以使过滤杯固定设于饮料机上。具体在本实施方式中,侧壁120的凸沿123包括沿体123a及凹陷部123b,凹陷部123b位于环形的沿体123a的一侧。凹陷部123b相对于沿体123a所在平面朝向底壁110凹陷。凹陷部123b的底面为弧面。
侧壁120上设有多个过滤部124,过滤部124为狭长形。过滤部124沿朝向或远离底壁110的方向延伸。
请参阅图4,过滤部124包括多个呈阶梯状依次排列的挡壁124a。挡壁124a所在的平面与饮料机过滤杯100的轴向平行。相邻两个挡壁124a之间存在间隙124b,间隙124b用于饮料流出。间隙124b的开口方向为朝向底壁110,即间隙124b的开口朝下。当对饮料机过滤杯100内注满水的时候,饮料在重力和压力的作用下,由于间隙124b的开口朝下,则使饮料能够较快的从饮料机过滤杯100内流出。
间隙124b的缝宽为0.05~0.2mm。间隙124b的缝宽小于饮料粉末的直径大小,因此间隙124b可以防止饮料粉末从侧壁120漏出,影响饮料的口感。
具体地,过滤部124为偶数条,均匀分布在侧壁120上。偶数条过滤部124可以使位于底壁110上的饮料能够受力均匀的从过滤部124的间隙124b处流出,保持较为均匀的流速,以防止流速不均匀所引起的饮料粉末堵塞间隙124b,及饮料较慢流出饮料机过滤杯100等问题。
请参阅图5,盖体130盖设于大头端121上,且盖体130的一侧与侧壁120的大头端121连接。请参阅图5,具体在本实施方式中,盖体130的边缘设有连接臂131,连接臂131的末端与大头端121连接。
盖体130为圆形,盖体130的圆心处,开设有注水孔132。具体在本实施方式中,注水孔132为台阶孔。注水孔132的内侧壁为台阶状。注水孔132的内侧壁可以加强盖体130的强度,防止由于开设有注水孔132,盖体130的圆心处的强度较弱,引起盖体130变形。
请参阅图1,盖体130朝向侧壁120的一侧面上设有环形凸台134,环形凸台134的直径小于等于大头端121的直径,凸台可收容于大头端121的开口内。具体在本实施方式中,盖体130朝向侧壁120的一侧面上还设有加强筋136,加强筋136沿盖体130的径向延伸。具体地,加强筋136为五条,均匀分布在盖体130朝向侧壁120的侧面上。
环形凸台134的直径等于大头端121的直径。环形凸台134的弧形的外侧壁上设有凸筋138,大头端121的内侧壁上开设有卡槽125。凸筋138收容于卡槽125内。凸筋138与卡槽125配合连接,以保证盖体130能够与侧壁120稳定连接。
请参阅图1,盖体130的边缘设有凸耳139。凸耳139与侧壁120的凹陷部123b相对应。凸耳139与凹陷部123b之间形成开缝。当需要打开盖体130的时候,通过凸耳139,可以方便把持用力,方便将盖体130打开。
底壁110、侧壁120及盖体130为一体成型。因此在使用上述饮料机过滤杯100的时候,避免需要将多个元件进行组装,操作简单方便。
饮料机过滤杯100为注塑胶一体成型。上述饮料机过滤杯100使用同一种材料制成,可以方便回收,节约能源。
还提供一种饮料机(图未示)。
本实施方式的饮料机包括上述饮料机过滤杯100。
在含有上述饮料机过滤杯100的饮料机中,弧形孔111位于底壁110上,饮料首先从弧形孔111内流出。并且弧形孔111的开口朝下,饮料由于重力作用,可以较快的从弧形孔111流出。并且,间隙124b的开口方向为朝向底壁110。当对饮料机过滤杯100内注满水的时候,饮料在重力和压力的作用下,由于间隙124b的开口朝下,则使饮料能够更好地从间隙124b内流出,保证饮料能够较快的从饮料机过滤杯100内流出。因此,上述饮料机过滤杯100能够使饮料较快的流出,缩短饮料的冲泡时间,方便快捷。
并且,上述饮料机过滤杯100的底壁110、侧壁120及盖体130为一体成型,在使用的时候,无需组装,操作方便,快捷。
可以理解,盖体130可以省略。饮料机过滤杯100包括底壁110及侧壁120即可。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种饮料机过滤杯,其特征在于,包括:
    底壁,所述底壁包括内表面及外表面,所述底壁上开设有多个狭长的弧形孔,所述多个弧形孔沿所述底壁的周向延伸,且所述多个弧形孔沿所述底壁的径向呈列排布,每一弧形孔贯穿所述内表面及外表面,用于饮料流出;及
    侧壁,所述侧壁呈喇叭形,所述侧壁包括大头端及小头端,所述小头端与所述底壁的边缘密封连接;所述侧壁上设有多个过滤部,所述过滤部为狭长形,所述过滤部朝向或远离所述底壁延伸,所述过滤部包括多个呈阶梯状依次排列的挡壁,所述挡壁所在的平面与所述过滤杯的轴向平行,相邻两个所述挡壁之间存在间隙,所述间隙用于饮料流出。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的饮料机过滤杯,其特征在于,所述底壁包括第一过滤区及第二过滤区,所述第一过滤区为圆形,所述第二过滤区为圆环形,所述第一过滤区的圆心处开设有圆孔所述第一过滤区设有四列弧形孔,所述第二过滤区上设有七列弧形孔。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的饮料机过滤杯,其特征在于,所述第一过滤区上的弧形孔的长度沿所述底壁的径向向外逐渐增大。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的饮料机过滤杯,其特征在于,所述第二过滤区上的弧形孔的长度沿所述底壁的径向向外逐渐增大。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的饮料机过滤杯,其特征在于,所述第二过滤区上的弧形孔的列数大于所述第一过滤区上的弧形孔的列数,且所述第一过滤区每列弧形孔中最远离所述底壁中心的弧形孔的长度大于所述第二过滤区每列弧形孔中最靠近所述底壁中心的弧形孔的长度。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的饮料机过滤杯,其特征在于,所述第二过滤区上的弧形孔的长度沿所述底壁的径向向外逐渐增大。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的饮料机过滤杯,其特征在于,所述弧形孔的缝宽为0.05~0.2mm。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的饮料机过滤杯,其特征在于,所述间隙的缝宽为0.05~0.2mm。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的饮料机过滤杯,其特征在于,所述弧形孔的横截面为梯形,所述弧形孔的缝宽由所述内表面向所述外表面依次增大。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的饮料机过滤杯,其特征在于,所述弧形孔的横截面为等腰梯形。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的饮料机过滤杯,其特征在于,所述底壁与所述侧壁为一体成型。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的饮料机过滤杯,其特征在于,所述过滤部为偶数条,均匀分布在所述侧壁上。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的饮料机过滤杯,其特征在于,还包括盖体,所述盖体盖设于所述大头端上,且所述盖体的一侧与所述侧壁的大头端连接。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的饮料机过滤杯,其特征在于,所述盖体为圆形,所述盖体的圆心处开设有注水孔。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的饮料机过滤杯,其特征在于,所述注水孔为台阶孔,所述注水孔的内侧壁为台阶状。
  16. 根据权利要求13所述的饮料机过滤杯,其特征在于,所述底壁、所述侧壁及所述盖体为一体成型。
  17. 根据权利要求13所述的饮料机过滤杯,其特征在于,所述盖体的边缘设有连接臂,所述连接臂的末端与所述大头端连接。
  18. 根据权利要求13所述的饮料机过滤杯,其特征在于,所述盖体朝向所述侧壁的一侧面上设有环形凸台,所述环形凸台的直径小于等于所述大头端的直径,所述凸台可收容于所述大头端的开口内。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的饮料机过滤杯,其特征在于,所述环形凸台的直径等于所述大头端的直径,所述环形凸台的弧形的外侧壁上设有凸筋,所述大头端的内侧壁上开设有卡槽,所述凸筋收容于所述卡槽内。
  20. 一种饮料机,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1~19任意一项所述的饮料机过滤杯。
