Abstract

La présente invention concerne un poinçon chirurgical pour empêcher une moelle épinière pressée par le poinçon de coller et d'être pincée par le poinçon pendant une opération chirurgicale, et concerne un poinçon chirurgical ayant une fonction de protection de nerf rachidien, comprenant : une poignée de fixation placée de manière oblique ; une plaque de fixation formée pour s'étendre à une longueur prédéterminée au niveau d'une première partie extrémité de la poignée de fixation ; une charnière montée de façon pivotante sur une première partie extrémité de la plaque de fixation ; une poignée pivotante disposée de façon pivotante sur la charnière et pivotant vers l'avant et vers l'arrière par pression ; une plaque mobile placée à une longueur prédéterminée pour pouvoir coulisser le long de la surface supérieure de la plaque de fixation, et reliée à la poignée pivotante de façon à coulisser vers l'avant et vers l'arrière sur la surface supérieure de la plaque de fixation selon le pivotement de la poignée pivotante ; une partie de support formée pour être inclinée vers le haut depuis l'autre partie extrémité de la plaque de fixation à une longueur prédéterminée ; et une saillie de prévention de pincement formée pour faire saillie depuis le côté latéral avant de la partie de support de façon à pousser une protubérance sur la moelle épinière, de telle sorte que la moelle épinière qui colle en étant pressée par l'avant de la partie de support n'est pas pincée entre la partie de support et la plaque mobile. La présente invention empêche efficacement des nerfs rachidiens d'être arrachés des os ou des tissus pendant une opération chirurgicale avec le poinçon chirurgical, ce qui permet d'éviter d'importantes fautes médicales et de protéger des patients. De plus, il est possible de résoudre le problème selon lequel des médecins se soucient de l'arrachement des nerfs rachidiens pendant l'opération chirurgicale et hésitent à utiliser le poinçon chirurgical. En outre, il est possible de raccourcir une opération chirurgicale de longue durée nécessaire lorsque les médecins réalisent très soigneusement l'opération chirurgicale en se préoccupant de l'arrachement des nerfs rachidiens pendant l'opération chirurgicale.
