検出部121による所定帯域の無線信号の検出は、たとえば、所定帯域における搬送波の空きを検出するCCA(Clear Channel Assessment:クリアチャネル評価)であって、たとえばキャリアセンスである。
基地局110から送信されたパラメータに基づいて端末120,130が所定タイミングを算出する構成について説明したが、基地局110は該パラメータを送信しなくてもよい。この場合は、端末120,130は、たとえば端末120,130の間で共有する情報に基づいて所定タイミングを算出することができる。また、この場合は、基地局110は制御部111を備えていなくてもよい。

図6は、端末による処理の一例を示すフローチャートである。ここでは端末120による処理について説明するが、端末130による処理についても同様である。端末120は、上りリンクのデータ信号を送信する際に、たとえば図6に示す各ステップを実行する。

- 他の無線通信システムとの間で所定帯域を共用する無線通信システムにおいて、
基地局と、
前記基地局に接続する複数の端末であって、前記所定帯域の無線信号を検出する処理を、前記複数の端末の間で共通の所定タイミングにおいてそれぞれ開始し、前記処理により前記所定帯域の無線信号が検出されない状態が前記複数の端末の間で共通の所定時間連続したタイミングにおいて、前記所定帯域に含まれる各帯域のうちの同じ帯域または互いに異なる帯域での無線信号の送信をそれぞれ開始する前記複数の端末と、
を含むことを特徴とする無線通信システム。 - 前記複数の端末のそれぞれは、前記基地局からの無線信号を自端末が受信したタイミングと、自端末と前記基地局との間の伝搬遅延を示す情報と、に基づいて前記所定タイミングを算出し、算出した前記所定タイミングにおいて前記処理を開始することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無線通信システム。
- 前記複数の端末のそれぞれは、
前記処理により前記所定帯域の無線信号が検出されない状態が前記所定時間連続した場合に、自端末と前記基地局との間の伝搬遅延を示す情報に基づいて、前記所定帯域における前記基地局の受信タイミングにおいて受信されるように前記基地局へのデータ信号を送信し、
前記処理により前記所定帯域の無線信号が検出されない状態が前記所定時間連続したタイミングから前記データ信号を送信するまでの間にダミー信号またはプリアンブルを送信する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の無線通信システム。 - 前記基地局は、前記所定タイミングを算出するためのパラメータを前記複数の端末へ送信し、
前記複数の端末のそれぞれは、所定の基準タイミングと、前記基地局から送信されたパラメータと、に基づいて算出した前記所定タイミングにおいて前記処理を開始する、

- 前記複数の端末の間で共有する情報は、前記基地局のセルの識別情報を含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の無線通信システム。
- 前記複数の端末の間で共有する情報は、前記処理を行うサブフレームの識別情報を含むことを特徴とする請求項6または7に記載の無線通信システム。
- 前記所定帯域の無線信号を検出する処理は、前記所定帯域のうちの自端末が無線信号を送信する帯域における無線信号を検出する処理であることを特徴とする請求項1~8のいずれか一つに記載の無線通信システム。
