L'invention concerne un dispositif médicamenteux (1), comprenant une ampoule (3) renfermant un médicament et présentant un axe longitudinal (5), ladite ampoule comprenant au moins un bouchon (9) pouvant être déplacé en son sein dans le sens de l'axe longitudinal (5), un logement (11) abritant l'ampoule (3) et présentant un axe médian (13) disposé de manière concentrique par rapport à l'axe longitudinal (5) de l'ampoule (3), un poussoir (21) disposé de manière solidaire en rotation dans le logement (11), pouvant être déplacé dans le sens de son axe médian (13), présentant un taraudage et agissant sur au moins un bouchon (9), et comprenant un entraînement (15) coopérant avec le poussoir (21) et présentant un élément d'entraînement (19) qui peut être mis en rotation par l'entraînement (15) et qui comporte un filetage, le filetage de l'élément d'entraînement (19) coopérant avec le taraudage du poussoir (21) de telle sorte que le poussoir (21) peut être décalé dans le sens de l'axe médian (13) du logement (11) lors d'une rotation de l'élément d'entraînement (19). L'invention se caractérise en ce que le filetage de l'élément d'entraînement (19) a une pente variable sur son extension longitudinale.
