Definitions
- the invention relates to a lock for a door or a window comprising a housing, a stulp vinegar push-out latch disposed therein and a latching mechanism operatively connected to the latch, which can be actuated by a lock cylinder via a locking lug, for example.
- One way to achieve an improved connection between latch and strike plate is to provide pliers-shaped latch.
- Such locks for example, often used in motor vehicles, wherein for actuating usually a supporting power drive is available or the mechanics of the bolt is constructed according to complicated.
- Such a lock is disclosed for example in DE 8902505 U1.
- the production costs should be kept as low as possible by using mostly existing components of known mortise locks.
- the latch has a lockable with the lock mechanism substantially normal to the forend slidable locking plate on which are mounted rotatably on the faceplate end two pawls, wherein the pawls each have guide pins which are guided in corresponding arranged in the housing scenes are, which serve the displacement of the pawl from a retracted position to a closed position, and wherein the pawls have at their free ends facing each other hook-shaped recesses which engage in the closed position with a closed door or window a bolt arranged in a closing piece.
- the structure differs only in the provision of the locking plate arranged thereon pawl and arranged in the housing scenes.
- the production costs can thus be kept low, since only a few parts have to be modified.
- the backup can be done in the closed position in the usual way by a backup in the lock mechanism.
- the pawls are arranged on opposite side surfaces of the locking plate, and that the arranged in the housing associated with the respective pawls scenes are also arranged on opposite sides of the housing. This represents a particularly simple way of latch construction.
- the pawls are formed around its pivot point around as a two-sided lever, wherein the hook-shaped recesses are arranged on a lever arm and the guide pins are arranged on the respective other lever arm.
- the lock has a latch assembly which is actuated alternatively via a nut or a lock cylinder, wherein for the operative connection between the lock cylinder and the latch assembly, a displaceable change lever is provided, which pivotally mounted on the closing cylinder end Operating lever has, which is pivoted by cooperation with a bolt on the locking plate, preferably arranged on the locking bolt in the retracted position of the bolt in the direction of the lock cylinder, whereby the free end of the actuating bracket projects into the path of movement of the locking lug of the lock cylinder.
- locks usually not only have a bolt with lock cylinder, but also a trap assembly which can be actuated for example by means of a door handle on a nut, it should also be possible to operate this case arrangement by the lock cylinder by means of a change lever.
- the change lever has a pivoting actuating bracket, which is correspondingly displaced in the path of movement of the locking lug of the lock cylinder. This shift can be done by the described feature in a very simple manner by the bolt.
- the latch assembly has a control lever facing the control slope, which is slidably coupled upon actuation of the change lever with the closing cylinder distal end of the change lever, whereby the vertical movement of the change lever in the direction of open position in a horizontal movement of the latch assembly in Direction withdrawn position results.
- the movement of the exchange bracket can be translated directly into a return movement of the trap assembly without additional translation and with little effort.
- the latch assembly comprises a displaceable by a nut tractor unit, in which at least one guided over deflections in the housing pull rope is mounted, which is in operative connection with an additional lock, so by movement of the tractor unit from a starting position in a retracted position on the traction cable a case and / or a bolt of the auxiliary lock from a closed position to an open position is movable. Consequently, the trap arrangement can not only represent a simple trap in the lock housing, but also comprise a latch and / or latch mounted in an auxiliary lock.
- a construction with traction unit and cable offers over a conventional construction with push rods the advantage that a much lower effort is necessary. It only needs to overcome the forces of the bias of the case or the bolt of the auxiliary lock and no additional forces are expended for lifting a push rod.
- two traction cables are connected to the tractor unit, wherein the two traction cables are led out on opposite sides of the housing and are connected to at least one additional lock.
- additional locks can be operated in a simple manner on both sides of the lock, which can serve as a main lock.
- a slide mounted in the forend is provided, which is displaceable between a starting position and end position via a stülp knowledgeablee handle, and which blocks the traction unit in the retracted position in an end position.
- a slide mounted in the forend is provided, which is displaceable between a starting position and end position via a stülp knowledgeablee handle, and which blocks the traction unit in the retracted position in an end position.
- Such a known as "day position" setting a lock is often provided in many applications, especially in doors to public buildings or the like.
- this can also be achieved by the described feature in a simple manner for the traps and / or latches of the trap arrangement mounted outside the lock in auxiliary locks.
- the nut has a control extension which engages in a corresponding control link of the tractor unit, wherein the control extension is kinematically coupled to the tractor in the retracted position and remains in the forward home position the traction unit in the retracted position is kinematically decoupled with the tractor unit, and that a parallel to the traction unit is provided by a spring prestressed in Stulplatin nut slider which is kinematically coupled to the nut and by means of which the nut in the unloaded state in neutral position can be brought. Even with an activated day position of the castle, it is desired that the nut and thus the door handle located therein in a mostly horizontal neutral position returns. By the proposed feature, this can be accomplished in a very simple manner.
