Description

Wire harness module
The present invention relates to a wire harness module incorporated into a vehicle.
Patent Document 1 discloses a wire harness in which one or more conductive paths are covered by an exterior member having a flexible tube portion and a non-flexible tube portion.
In Patent Document 1, the flexible tube portion is disposed at an arbitrary position in accordance with the vehicle attachment shape, and is bent at a desired angle when transporting the wire harness and routing the vehicle.
However, patent document 1 does not disclose the structure which hold | maintains a wire harness in a folding form at the time of transport. Here, as a structure which hold | maintains a wire harness in a folding form, the structure etc. which wind temporary binding members, such as an adhesive tape, are considered. However, in that case, it is necessary to remove the temporary binding member and to hold the clamp of the wire harness and fix it to the vehicle. For this reason, the mounting workability to a vehicle is bad.
Then, this invention aims at facilitation of attachment workability | operativity to a vehicle of a wire harness module, restrict | limiting the conveyance form of a wire harness module and the installation form to a vehicle to some extent.
In order to solve the above-mentioned subject, a wire harness module concerning the 1st mode is a wire harness with which a plurality of electric wires were bundled, a bendable exterior member armored with the above-mentioned wire harness, and the above-mentioned exterior member or the above-mentioned wire harness And at least one vehicle fixing component mounted on the vehicle and configured to be mountable to a vehicle, wherein the at least one vehicle fixing component holds a bending condition holding vehicle fixing component for holding the wire harness in a bent state. It contains at least one.
A second aspect is the wire harness module according to the first aspect, wherein the exterior member is a path restricting portion for restricting the path of the wire harness, and a bendable portion easier to bend than the path restricting portion. Is included.
A third aspect is the wire harness module according to the first or second aspect, wherein the exterior member includes a bending direction restricting portion that restricts the bending direction so as to most bend in a predetermined direction from the straight state. It is
A fourth aspect is the wire harness module according to any one of the first to third aspects, wherein the at least one bending state holding vehicle fixing component is separated along the extending direction of the wire. The first bending state holding vehicle fixing part and the second bending state holding vehicle fixing part attached to the exterior member or the wire harness at a position, the first bending state holding vehicle fixing part and the second A bending state holding vehicle fixing part can be combined.
A fifth aspect is the wire harness module according to the fourth aspect, wherein the second bending state holding vehicle fixing part and the first bending state holding vehicle fixing part are respectively fixed to the vehicle. A fixing portion is included, and the second bending state holding vehicle fixing component and the first bending state holding vehicle fixing component are configured to be united by the respective vehicle fixing portions being engaged with each other. It is a thing.
A sixth aspect is the wire harness module according to any one of the first to fifth aspects, wherein the at least one bending state holding vehicle fixing component extends from the exterior member of the wire harness. A fitting and holding portion capable of fitting and holding a connector attached to the protruding portion or the end of the wire harness is formed.
According to the first aspect, while the wire harness is covered with the bendable exterior member, the wire harness is less likely to be bent as compared to the state before the exterior member is covered with the exterior member. For this reason, the conveyance form of a wire harness module and the arrangement | positioning form to a vehicle can be regulated to some extent.
Further, since the bending state holding vehicle fixing part holds the wire harness in a bent state, for example, the bending state holding vehicle fixing part and the wire are assembled when the wire harness module in the transport form is assembled to the vehicle. The portion held by the bending state holding vehicle fixing component may be grasped and released from the holding state of the harness or the exterior member, and then the bending state holding vehicle fixing component may be fixed to the vehicle. Alternatively, the bending state holding vehicle fixing part may be fixed to the vehicle, and then the holding state may be released. Therefore, the wire harness module can be easily attached to the vehicle.
According to the second aspect, the wire harness is path-restricted at the portion protected by the path-regulating portion, and can be easily bent at the portion protected by the bendable portion. For this reason, the conveyance form of a wire harness module and the arrangement | positioning form to a vehicle are stabilized more.
According to the third aspect, the wire harness is restricted so as to bend most in a predetermined direction at the portion protected by the bending direction restricting portion, so that the transfer form of the wire harness module and the arrangement form to the vehicle are Make it more stable.
According to the fourth aspect, when assembling the wire harness module in the transport form to the vehicle, the first bending state holding vehicle fixing part and the second bending state holding vehicle fixing part are grasped and the united states are Then, the first bending state holding vehicle fixing component and the second bending state holding vehicle fixing component may be fixed to the vehicle. Alternatively, the opposite may be performed. For this reason, the wire harness module can be more easily attached to a vehicle.
According to the fifth aspect, since the second bending state holding vehicle fixing component and the first bending state holding vehicle fixing component are united by using the respective vehicle fixing portions, the configuration is simplified. It becomes possible.
According to the sixth aspect, the portion of the wire harness extending from the exterior member can be held in a constant state.

Hereinafter, the wire harness module which concerns on embodiment is demonstrated. 1 and 2 are schematic perspective views showing the wire harness module 20. FIG. FIG. 1 shows the arrangement of the wire harness module 20 in a vehicle, and FIG. 2 shows the conveyance of the wire harness module 20.
The wire harness module 20 includes a wire harness 22, an exterior member 30, a first bending state holding vehicle fixing component 40 as at least one vehicle fixing component, and a second bending state holding vehicle fixing component 50. .
The wire harness 22 is formed by bundling a plurality of electric wires. In each of the drawings, an outer shape in which a plurality of electric wires are bundled is shown. The wire harness 22 may be branched halfway along its extending direction, or may be bundled together without such a branch. In the example shown in FIG.1 and FIG.2, the wire harness 22 has branched at two places on the way of the extension direction. Here, the wire harness 22 includes a trunk portion 23 and branch portions 24 a and 24 b branched in the middle of the trunk portion 23. The wire harness 22 may include an optical cable or the like.
Connectors 25 and 26 are attached to each end of the wire harness 22, that is, both ends of the trunk line portion 23, and a connector 27 is attached to the ends of the branched portions 24a and 24b.
The connectors 25 and 27 are connectors each having one housing portion, and the terminal of the end of the wire is inserted and held in the cavity of the housing of the connector, whereby the end of the trunk portion 23 and the branch portion 24a, Connectors 25 and 27 are attached to the end of 24b.
The connector 26 is configured such that two housing portions 26a are connected in parallel at an interval via a connection portion 26b on the proximal end side. The two housing portions 26a and the connection portion 26b may be integrally molded by resin or the like, or may be separated from the two housing portions 26a separately molded. The connection portion 26b molded by molding may be fitted and fixed to the body. The positional relationship between the two housing portions 26a is determined according to the positions of the housing portions of the two connectors on the other side to be connected.
Then, in a state in which the wire harness 22 is assembled to the vehicle, the connectors 25, 26, 27 are connected to the other connector. Thereby, the various electric components connected to the connector of the said other party are electrically connected. That is, the wire harness 22 is used as a wiring material for electrically connecting various electric components in a vehicle.
The vehicle on which the wire harness 22 is assembled may be a four-wheeled vehicle or a two-wheeled vehicle.
The exterior member 30 is a bendable member which is externally fitted to the wire harness 22.
Here, the exterior member 30 is a cylindrical member formed by extruding a resin. If the exterior member 30 is formed in a soft resin or a cylindrical shape having a bendable thickness, the exterior member 30 can be configured to be bendable. For example, the exterior member 30 may be formed of a material whose base resin is polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), polyamide (PA), polyethylene terephthalate (PET) or the like.
Here, the bending direction is regulated so that the entire extension direction of the exterior member 30 is bent most in a predetermined direction from the linear state. Specifically, in a plane perpendicular to the extending direction of the exterior member 30, the cross-sectional shape of the exterior member 30 is formed so as to form an elongated annular shape, in this case, an elongated rectangular annular shape on one side. In other words, the exterior member 30 is formed in a rectangular rectangular tube shape. The exterior member 30 can be bent relatively easily in the direction in which its cross-sectional shape is short (see the arrow A in FIG. 1) from its linear state, while the direction in which its cross-sectional shape is long In the arrow B direction), it is more difficult to bend than the former direction. For this reason, the entire extending direction of the exterior member 30 is configured as a bending direction restricting portion that restricts the bending direction so as to bend most in a predetermined direction (see arrow A direction in FIG. 1) from the straight state. It will be.
The wire harness 22 is formed by passing through the opening on one end side of the exterior member 30 into the exterior member 30, or forming a slit along the extending direction in the exterior member 30, and passing through the slit It is disposed in the exterior member 30. Further, an opening is formed in the middle of the extending direction of the exterior member 30, and the branched portions 24a and 24b are drawn out through the opening.
In addition, even if the exterior member has an elliptical cylindrical shape or the like, the bending direction can be regulated so as to bend most in a predetermined direction. Further, the bending direction restricting portion may be provided only in part of the extending direction of the exterior member.
However, it is not essential to regulate the bending direction so that the exterior member bends most in a predetermined direction, and the exterior member may be formed in a cylindrical shape, a square cylindrical shape, or the like. Moreover, a corrugated tube may be used as an exterior member. Even in such a case, the wire harness is not easily bent as compared with the state before the exterior member is attached to the wire harness. For this reason, as described later, the wire harness 22 is free while the wire harness 22 is held in a bent state by the first bending state holding vehicle fixing part 40 and the second bending state holding vehicle fixing part 50. This is because it becomes difficult to bend, and therefore, the conveyance form of the wire harness 22 and the arrangement form to the vehicle are restricted to a certain extent.
FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing the first bending state holding vehicle fixing part 40, FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing the second bending state holding vehicle fixing part 50, and FIG. 5 is a first bending state holding vehicle It is a perspective view which shows the united state of fixed part 40 and vehicles fixed part 50 for the second bending state maintenance.
The first bending state holding vehicle fixing component 40 and the second bending state holding vehicle fixing component 50 are components mounted at positions separated from the exterior member 30 in the extending direction. Between the first bending state holding vehicle fixing part 40 and the second bending state holding vehicle fixing part 50, the exterior member 30 is bent in its elastic deformation area to make a first bending state holding vehicle fixing part 40 and the A gap equal to or larger than a dimension that allows the two bending state holding vehicle fixing parts 50 to be united is provided.
The first bending state holding vehicle fixing component 40 is a component integrally molded with resin or the like, and includes an exterior member attaching portion 42, a vehicle fixing portion 44, and fitting holding portions 46 and 48.
The exterior member attachment portion 42 is configured to be attachable to a part of the exterior member 30 in the extension direction. Here, the exterior member attachment portion 42 includes a base 42 a and a pair of side portions 42 b.
The base 42 a is formed in an elongated plate shape that can be disposed over the entire width direction of the outer surface on the wide side of the exterior member 30. The pair of side portions 42 b is formed to rise from both sides of the base 42 a toward one main surface of the base 42 a. The pair of side portions 42 b is formed to have a length dimension that exceeds the outer surface on the narrow side of the exterior member 30. Further, a locking piece 42c that protrudes inward is formed at the tip of the pair of side portions 42b. A space in which the exterior member 30 can be disposed is formed between the base 42 a and the pair of side portions 42 b.
Then, the inward facing surface of the base 42a is brought into contact with the outer surface of the wide side of the exterior member 30, and the inward faces of the pair of side portions 42b are brought into contact with the outer surfaces of the narrow side of the exterior member 30, The exterior member attachment portion 42 is attached to the exterior member 30 by bringing the stop pieces 42 c into contact with both side portions of the other outer surface on the wide side of the exterior member 30, and the entire first vehicle fixing component 40 for bending state retention is Also, it is attached to the exterior member 30.
The vehicle fixing portion 44 is configured to be fixable to a mounting target site 10A (see FIG. 1) of the vehicle.
Here, the mounting target site 10A of the vehicle is a plate-shaped portion, and a hole 10Ah is formed in the mounting target site 10A.
The vehicle fixing portion 44 includes a columnar portion 44a that protrudes outward from the center portion of the outer surface of the base portion 42a, and a pair of retaining projections 44b that are provided so as to protrude from the distal end portion of the columnar portion 44a. The retaining projection 44b is provided so as to extend outward from the distal end of the columnar portion 44a to the proximal end. Then, when the main vehicle fixing portion 44 is inserted into the hole 10Ah of the mounting target portion 10A, the retaining projection 44b engages with the peripheral edge portion of the mounting hole, thereby securing the vehicle fixing portion 44 to the mounting target portion 10A. Is fixed at a fixed position. The configuration itself of the vehicle fixing portion 44 is adopted as a mounting structure for a vehicle as a part called a clamp, a clip or the like.
The fitting and holding portions 46 and 48 are configured to be able to hold a portion of the wire harness 22 extending from the exterior member 30.
Here, the fitting and holding portion 46 is formed on one side of the pair of side portions 42b, and the fitting and holding portion 48 is formed on the other side.
The fitting and holding portions 46 and 48 are configured to be able to hold the portion of the wire harness 22 to be held, here, one end of the main line portion 23 of the wire harness 22 and the bifurcated portion 24 a.
Specifically, the fitting and holding portions 46, 48 are formed by forming a groove along the extending direction of the exterior member 30 in the outward facing portion of the pair of side portions 42b.
The groove is formed to a width and depth enough to fit one end of the trunk portion 23 or the branch portion 24a in a press-fit state. Here, the groove is formed in a groove shape having a semicircular arc shape in cross section. The groove has a narrow width (slightly narrow width) outside the opening (for example, a groove shape having a central angle larger than that of a semicircular arc in cross section) so as to hold the one end of the trunk portion 23 or the branch portion 24a more reliably. Preferably it is formed, but this is not required.
Then, one end portion or the branch portion 24 a of the trunk portion 23 is disposed along the outer peripheral portion of the exterior member 30 along the extending direction of the exterior member 30, and is fitted into the fitting holding portions 46 and 48. As a result, one end of the trunk portion 23 or the proximal end portion of the branch portion 24 a is bent, and the distal end portion of the bent portion is held along the exterior member 30. Then, by moving one end portion or the bifurcated portion 24 a of the trunk portion 23 in a direction away from the fitting holding portions 46 and 48 of the exterior member 30, the main portion 23 can be removed from the fitting holding portions 46 and 48.
The second bending state holding vehicle fixing component 50 is a component integrally molded with resin or the like, and includes an exterior member attaching portion 52, a vehicle fixing portion 54, and fitting holding portions 56, 58.
The exterior member attachment portion 52 is configured to be attachable to a part of the exterior member 30 in the extension direction. Here, the exterior member attachment portion 52 includes a base 52a corresponding to the base 42a and a pair of side portions 52b corresponding to the pair of side portions 42b. Since the exterior member attachment portion 52 has the same configuration as the exterior member attachment portion 42, the description thereof will be omitted.
The vehicle fixing portion 54 is configured to be fixable to a mounting target site 10B (see FIG. 1) of the vehicle.
Here, the mounting target site 10B of the vehicle is a plate-shaped portion, and the mounting projection 10Bp is formed on the mounting target site 10B. The mounting protrusion 10Bp has the same configuration as the vehicle fixing portion 44.
The vehicle fixing portion 54 includes a pair of fixing protrusions 55a. The pair of fixing protrusions 55a protrudes outward from the spaced apart position of the central portion of the outer surface of the base 52a. A space is formed between the base ends 55ab of the pair of fixing projections 55a, and an inward projecting projection 55ac is provided at the tip of the pair of fixing projections 55a. A gap is also provided between the protrusions 55ac, but the gap is smaller than the gap between the proximal ends 55ab. Therefore, a space having a larger width than the gap between the pair of projections 55ac extends between the base ends 55ab of the pair of fixing projections 55a and inside the pair of projections 55ac. Further, an arc-shaped concave portion 55ad is formed at the tip of the pair of protrusions 55ac. The pair of concave portions 55ad face each other, and form a hole-like space in which the mounting protrusion 10Bp can be inserted and fixed.
Then, when the mounting projection 10Bp is inserted into the pair of recesses 55ad, the vehicle fixing portion 44 is inserted into and fixed to the hole 10Ah of the mounting target portion 10A, and is retained and locked in the pair of recesses 55ad. Ru.
Since the vehicle fixing portion 44 and the mounting protrusion 10Bp have the same configuration, the vehicle fixing portion 44 can also be inserted into the pair of recesses 55ad and can be retained and locked. In this state, the base end of the columnar portion 44a is disposed in the pair of recesses 55ad, and the pair of retaining projections 44b is disposed in the space between the base ends 55ab of the pair of fixing projections 55a. The retaining projections 55ac are engaged with the pair of projections 55ac from the space side.
Therefore, the first bending state holding vehicle fixing component 40 and the second bending state holding vehicle fixing component 50 can be combined. In addition, the first bending state holding vehicle fixing component 40 and the second bending state holding vehicle fixing component 50 can be united because the respective vehicle fixing portions 44 and 54 are engaged with each other.
Then, from this state, the vehicle fixing portion 44 can be pulled out of the vehicle fixing portion 54 by moving the vehicle fixing portion 44 laterally along the gap between the pair of tip portions. That is, the first bending state holding vehicle fixing component 40 and the second bending state holding vehicle fixing component 50 are separably united.
The fitting and holding portion 56 is configured to be able to hold a portion of the wire harness 22 extending from the exterior member 30.
Here, the fitting and holding portion 56 is formed on one of the pair of side portions 52b, has the same configuration as the fitting and holding portions 46 and 48, and is configured to be able to hold the bifurcated portion 24b.
The fitting and holding portion 58 is formed on the other of the pair of side portions 52b, and is configured to be able to fit and hold the connector 2626 attached to the end of the wire harness 22.
Here, an L-shaped surface 58f is formed on the other of the pair of side portions 52b, and a locking projection 58p is formed on one end and the other end of the surface 58f. Then, when the connecting portion 26b of the connector 26 is disposed in the space surrounded by the L-shaped surface 58f, each locking projection 58p is locked to the connecting portion 26b, and the connecting portion 26b of the connector 26 is It is fitted and held to the fitting and holding portion 58.
Then, the other end portion of the trunk portion 23 is disposed along the outer peripheral portion of the exterior member 30 along the extending direction of the exterior member 30, and the connector 26 is fitted into the insertion holding portion 58. Thus, the proximal end portion of the other end of the trunk portion 23 is bent, and the distal end portion of the bent portion is held along the exterior member 30.
In addition, by moving the connector 26 in the direction away from the fitting and holding portion 58 of the exterior member 30, the connector 26 can be removed from the fitting and holding portion 58.
In the wire harness module 20, in the transport mode, the exterior member 30 is folded back so as to return in the middle of the extension direction (for example, the center position), and the first bending state holding vehicle fixing component 40 and the second bending state holding The vehicle fixing part 50 is made to unite. As a result, the total length of the wire harness module 20 becomes about half that of the length dimension in the initial state, which makes it possible to make it compact.
Further, both ends of the trunk portion 23, the branched portions 24a, 24b, or the connector 26 are fitted and held in the fitting and holding portions 46, 48, 56, 58. As a result, both ends of the trunk portion 23 and the branched portions 24 a and 24 b are disposed along the middle portion of the trunk portion 23 of the wire harness 22. As a result, the conveyance form can be made compact, and the end of the wire harness 22 is less likely to be entangled with the other.
And when assembling the wire harness 22 made into the delivery form in this way to a vehicle, the first bending state holding vehicle fixing part 40 and the second bending state holding vehicle fixing part 50 are grasped, Release the combined state. Then, the first bending state holding vehicle fixing component 40 is fixed to the mounting target site 10A of the vehicle, and the second bending state holding vehicle fixing component 50 is fixed to the mounting target site 10B of the vehicle. Alternatively, conversely, after one of the first bending state holding vehicle fixing part 40 and the second bending state holding vehicle fixing part 50 is fixed to the vehicle, their combined state may be released. As described above, since the work of releasing the combined state and the work of fixing the first bending state holding vehicle fixing component 40 or the second bending state holding vehicle fixing component 50 to the vehicle can be continuously performed, Excellent in assembling workability.
Also, for example, as described above, after fixing the first bending state holding vehicle fixing component 40 or the second bending state holding vehicle fixing component 50 to the vehicle, subsequently, both ends of the main line portion 23, the branch portion 24a , 24b, or the connector 26 can be removed from the fitting and holding portions 46, 48, 56, 58, and the respective connectors 25, 26, 27 can be carried out on the vehicle side connector. From this point as well, the assembling workability of the wire harness module 20 to the vehicle is excellent.
According to the wire harness module 20 configured as described above, while the wire harness 22 is provided with the bendable exterior member, the wire harness 22 is compared with the state before the exterior member 30 is provided exteriorly, It becomes difficult to bend to some extent. For this reason, the conveyance form of the wire harness module 20 and the arrangement | positioning form to a vehicle can be regulated to some extent.
Further, since the first bending state holding vehicle fixing component 40 and the second bending state holding vehicle fixing component 50 hold the wire harness 22 in a bent state, the wire harness module 20 of the transfer form is assembled to the vehicle. At the time, as described above, the operation of releasing the holding state and the operation of fixing the first bending state holding vehicle fixing component 40 or the second bending state holding vehicle fixing component 50 to the vehicle can be easily continued. It can be carried out. For this reason, the wire harness module 20 can be easily attached to a vehicle.
Such a wire harness module 20 releases the combined state and fixes it to the vehicle when the first bending state holding vehicle fixing part 40 or the second bending state holding vehicle fixing part 50 is grasped by a robot hand or the like. Since the work can be carried out continuously, it is suitable for automatic assembly of the wire harness module 20 to a vehicle.
Further, in particular, since the first bending state holding vehicle fixing component 40 and the second bending state holding vehicle fixing component 50 can be united, for example, they are grasped and the united state is released, and thereafter, The first bending state holding vehicle fixing component 40 and the second bending state holding vehicle fixing component 50 may be fixed to the vehicle. Alternatively, after one of the first bending state holding vehicle fixing component 40 and the second bending state holding vehicle fixing component 50 is fixed to the vehicle, the combined state may be released and the other may be fixed to the vehicle. For this reason, the wire harness module 20 can be more easily attached to a vehicle.
In addition, since the first bending state holding vehicle fixing component 40 and the second bending state holding vehicle fixing component 50 are united by using the respective vehicle fixing portions 44 and 54, the configuration can be simplified. Become.
In addition, since the wire harness 22 is restricted so as to be best bent in a predetermined direction at the portion protected by the exterior member 30, the transport form of the wire harness module 20 and the disposition form to the vehicle are more stabilized. Do.
Further, the first bending state holding vehicle fixing component 40 and the second bending state holding vehicle fixing component 50 are attached to a portion of the wire harness 22 extending from the exterior member 30 or an end portion of the wire harness 22 Since the insertion holding portions 46, 48, 56, 58 capable of inserting and holding the connector 26 are formed, the portion of the wire harness extending from the exterior member 30, in particular, the end portion can be held in a constant state. As a result, it is possible to suppress the compactness of the transport form and the entanglement of the end portion. Further, the work of connecting the connector 26 at the end to the connector on the vehicle side is also facilitated.
In particular, since the approximate positions of the connectors 25, 26 and 27 are determined with the first bending state holding vehicle fixing component 40 and the second bending state holding vehicle fixing component 50 fixed to the vehicle as the reference positions, The connector connection work by means of this can also be easily performed with the automatic connection work by means of a robot hand or the like.
 {変形例}
{Modification}
Various modifications will be described on the premise of the above embodiment.
First, it is not essential that the first bending state holding vehicle fixing component 40 and the second bending state holding vehicle fixing component 50 are attached to the exterior member 30, and may be attached to the wire harness 22. For example, in the first modified example shown in FIG. 6, a bending state holding vehicle fixing component 60 (which is a so-called clamp) in which the vehicle fixing portion 64 having the same configuration as the vehicle fixing portion 44 and the binding band 62 are integrated. The same as a part called a binding band) is wound and fixed to a portion of the wire harness 22 extending from the exterior member 30.
Even in this case, for example, the wire harness 22 can be held in a bent state by combining the bending state holding vehicle fixing component 60 and the second bending state holding vehicle fixing component 50.
Moreover, you may use as an exterior member the thing containing the path | route control part which controls the path | route of a wire harness, and a bendable part easier to bend than this path | route control part.
FIG. 7 is a perspective view showing the exterior member 130 according to the second modification, FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view showing the exterior member 130, and FIGS. 9 and 10 are views showing the exterior member 130 in a bent state. It is.
The exterior member 130 is a long member formed by extruding a softened resin. Here, extrusion molding is a processing method of supplying a softened resin to an extrusion molding die and extruding it as a long member having a predetermined cross-sectional shape. The long member is manufactured as a member having a predetermined cross-sectional shape corresponding to the shape of the outlet of the extrusion molding die. For this reason, by forming the exit shape of the extrusion molding die into a predetermined shape desired to be processed as the exterior member 130, a long member exhibiting the same cross-sectional shape along the extending direction can be easily and continuously formed. can do.
Specifically, the exterior member 130 is provided with a main body portion 132 having a square cylindrical shape. Here, the cross-sectional shape of the main body portion 132 is a rectangular shape in which one pair of opposite sides (in FIG. 8, opposite sides along the horizontal direction) is longer than the other pair of opposite sides (in FIG. 8, opposite sides along the vertical direction) It exhibits a cross-sectional shape (an example of a polygonal cross-sectional shape). More specifically, the main body portion 132 has a rectangular cylindrical shape surrounded by the bottom plate portion 133, the upper plate portion 134, and the pair of side plate portions 135, 135. In the following description, the direction connecting the bottom plate portion 133 and the upper plate portion 134 will be described as the vertical direction, and the direction connecting the pair of side plate portions 135 and 135 will be described as the width direction. It is not limited to
Moreover, the slit 131 for accommodating the wire harness 22 is formed in the exterior member 130 along the extension direction.
Further, the main body portion 132 of the exterior member 130 is formed with reinforcing protrusions 136 and 137 extending along the extending direction.
Here, a pair of elongated plate-like reinforcing projections 136 is formed toward the outside of the pair of side plate portions 135 from the side edges of the bottom plate portion 133. In addition, a pair of elongated plate-like reinforcing projections 137 is formed toward the outer side (upper side) of the upper plate portion 134 from the edge portion on the upper plate portion 134 side of the pair of side plate portions 135. Here, although each reinforcing projection 136, 137 is formed in a shape that becomes gradually thinner toward the outside, this is not essential. Thus, by making the projecting direction different between the reinforcing projection 136 and the reinforcing projection 137, the exterior member 130 can be made difficult to bend in the width direction and the vertical direction, and the straight state is made more reliable. It becomes possible to maintain.
The reinforcing projections 136 and 137 appear as projections projecting laterally and upward in the cross-sectional shape of the exterior member 130. A component including the main body portion 132 and the reinforcing projections 136 and 137 is formed by extrusion molding of a resin.
In addition, the exterior member 130 is provided with the separation portions 140 and 141 for facilitating partial bending in the extending direction. The separating portions 140 and 141 are portions obtained by cutting apart a part of the outer peripheral portion of the exterior member 130 on both sides in the extending direction, and are formed by performing additional processing on the extruded long member . The additional processing of the cutting portions 140 and 141 can be formed by a press blade, a cutter blade, laser cutting, or the like. The separating portions 140 and 141 may be formed on a part of the outer peripheral portion of the exterior member 130, and therefore may be formed only on the reinforcing projection 136 (or the reinforcing projection 137). It may be formed to penetrate inside and outside at a part of the outer peripheral portion of the main body portion 132.
Here, the first portion 138 in the middle in the extension direction of the exterior member 130 is gently bent in opposite directions to each other by the two portions 138a and 138b, and is bent so as to form a gentle S-shaped curve in plan view (See FIGS. 7 and 9).
For this reason, in the portion of the portion 138a of the first portion 138 which is bent and directed to the outer peripheral side, a plurality of separation portions 140 are formed at intervals. Here, the separation portion 140 is formed in the reinforcing projection 136 on one side of the exterior member 130. For this reason, the portion 138a of the first portion 138 can be easily bent so that the reinforcing protrusion 136 on one side is opened at each of the separation portions 140.
Similarly, in the portion of the portion 138b of the first portion 138 which is in the bent state and directed to the outer peripheral side, a plurality of separation portions 140 are formed at intervals. Here, the separation portion 140 is formed in the reinforcing protrusion 136 on the other side of the exterior member 130. Therefore, the portion 138 b of the first portion 138 can be easily bent so that the reinforcing protrusion 136 on the other side is opened at each of the separation portions 140.
In addition, the second portion 139 at the middle in the extension direction of the exterior member 130 is gently bent in the vertical direction (see FIGS. 7 and 10).
In the portion of the second portion 139 which is bent and directed to the outer peripheral side, a plurality of separation portions 141 are formed at intervals. Here, the separation portion 141 is formed in both of the reinforcing projections 137 of the exterior member 130. For this reason, the second portion 139 can be easily bent by opening both the reinforcement projections 137 at the cut-off portions 141.
This allows the second portion 139 to be easily bent. Of course, depending on the bending direction and the degree of bending, the separation portion may be formed to penetrate the main body portion 132. However, by separating only the reinforcing protrusion 136 (or the reinforcing protrusion 137), the internal wire harness 22 can be protected more reliably.
Moreover, in this embodiment, although the separation part is formed in the shape to cut off linearly, the separation part is formed in the shape which opens and opens the width | variety in the extension direction of the electric wire exterior member. May be
The wire harness 22 is subjected to path control so as to maintain a linear state as much as possible in a portion of the exterior member 130 where the cut-off portions 140 and 141 are not formed. Therefore, this portion is a path regulation unit that regulates the path of the wire harness 22. In addition, the first portion 138 and the second portion 139 in which the separating portions 140 and 141 are formed in the exterior member 30 are easily bendable portions that are easier to bend than the path restricting portions.
As described in the above embodiment, the first bending state holding vehicle fixing component 40 and the second bending state holding vehicle fixing component 50 are attached to the exterior member 130, and the exterior components are assembled by combining them. The member 30 can be held in a certain transport form, and the same function and effect as those described in the above embodiment can be obtained.
The first portion 138 and the second portion 139 may be provided in a portion where the first bending state holding vehicle fixing part 40 and the second bending state holding vehicle fixing part 50 are combined in a combined state. Further, the first portion 138 and the second portion 139 may be provided in a portion where the wire harness module including the exterior member 130 is bent and disposed in a state of being assembled to a vehicle. It is good to set it as the path | route control part which does not provide the said separation part among the exterior members 130 except these parts.
Thus, the wire harness module including the exterior member 130 can be more reliably maintained in a fixed state in the transportation mode and the installation mode in the vehicle.
As an exterior member including a path restricting portion for restricting the path of the wire harness and a bendable portion easier to bend than the path restricting portion, in addition to those described in the present modification, a large annular portion and a thin annular portion are It is possible to use a tubular member or the like in which a corrugated tube-shaped portion which is alternately continued in the extending direction and a cylindrically-shaped portion in which the same shape portion (same diameter portion) is continuous are connected.
In the present embodiment and the like, a vehicle fixing component that does not have a role of holding the wire harness 22 in a bent state may be provided.
Further, in the above embodiment, the first bending state holding vehicle fixing part 40 and the second bending state holding vehicle fixing part 50 are integrated with each other as the structure for holding the wire harness 22 in the bending state. Although the configurations of both the holding portions 46, 48, 56, 58 are provided, any of these may be omitted.
The vehicle fixing component itself may hold the wire harness 22 in a bent state by fitting and holding the exterior member.
In addition, each structure demonstrated by the said embodiment and each modification can be combined suitably, as long as there is no contradiction mutually.
