技术领域
本发明涉及通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种联系人信息交互方法及装置。
背景技术
目前,一般的终端都可以存储多种联系人信息,例如,联系人电话号码、地址、电子邮箱、社交账号以及联系人头像等。终端的用户之间可以基于电子名片VCard标准,通过MMS(Multimedia Messaging Service,多媒体短信服务)或者电子邮件交换这些个人信息,或通过社交网络同步个人信息,采用这种方式首先需要信息发送方和接收方都注册并同步使用相同的社交网站,且这种方式需要信息发送方以及信息接收方亲自操作,不方便用户使用,且实时性较低。
发明内容
本发明提供一种联系人信息交互方法及装置,用以解决现有技术中存在的终端用户进行联系人信息交互不便的问题。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种联系人信息交互方法,包括:当与被叫方建立通话连接后,主叫方发送能力获知请求,能力获知请求用于请求获知被叫方是否具有接收联系人信息的能力;主叫方在确定被叫方具有接收联系人信息的能力后,向被叫方发送主叫方的信息。
主叫方确定被叫方具有接收联系人信息的能力包括:请求RCS(Rich Communications System,富通信系统)服务器查询被叫方是否注册RCS服务,以及被叫方是否具有接收文件的功能;在被叫方注册RCS服务并且具有接收文件的功能的情况下,确定被叫方具有接收联系人信息的能力。
其中,向被叫方发送主叫方的信息包括:将主叫方的个人信息进行编码;将编码后的个人信息作为主叫方的信息发送给RCS服务器,告知RCS服务器 将主叫方的信息发送至被叫方。
其中,上述主叫方的个人信息至少包括以下一种:姓名、电话号码、个人地址、公司名称、社交账号以及照片。

步骤101,当与被叫方建立通话连接后,主叫方发送能力获知请求,该能力获知请求用于请求获知被叫方是否具有接收联系人信息的能力;

获取主叫方发送的主叫方的信息具体可以包括:接收RCS服务器发送的 由主叫方编码后的个人信息;对编码后的个人信息进行解码,得到主叫方的信息。
其中,本发明实施例的方案可以是主叫方通过运营商网络或者第三方提供的RCS的Instant Message或者1-2-1Chat服务,在用户拨打电话或者接听电话时将自己的个人信息共享给对方。图3是本发明实施例优选的联系人信息交互方法的信令流程图,如图3所示,该流程包括以下处理:

首先,通话双方通过运营商网络的CS(Circuit Switched,电路交换)业务建立语音通话,在主叫方接收到网络返回Alerting或者其他消息确认呼叫成功之后,执行本发明实施例的联系人信息交互流程,在执行联系人信息交互流程之前,是目前的正常拨打电话的流程:
通过RCS服务发起被叫方终端B的能力查询,该能力查询包括:查询终端B是否注册RCS服务,以及终端B支持的RCS服务种类,该能力查询可以重复多次,直至RCS服务器返回终端B的能力或者达到预先设定的重试次数。
如果终端B支持RCS的Instant Message或者1-2-1Chat服务,并且具有接收文件的能力,例如支持个人信息交换。终端A可以根据终端B的能力选择Instant Message或者1-2-1Chat服务,将自己的联系人信息,包括姓名、电话号码、地址、公司、社交账号、相片等信息编码后发送给RCS服务器,由RCS服务器将终端A的联系人信息发送至终端B,终端B可以确认接收成功。
终端B在接收到终端A的个人信息后,可以在终端B的呼叫界面的相应位置显示终端A即,主叫方的信息,同时,终端B在接听终端A的来电之后,也将自己的个人信息编码后发送给终端A,基于此,终端A和B可以在通话界面显示对方的个人信息。

    编码单元,用于将所述主叫方的个人信息进行编码;
    发送单元,用将编码后的所述个人信息作为主叫方的信息发送给所述RCS服务器,告知所述RCS服务器将所述主叫方的信息发送至所述被叫方。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述主叫方的个人信息至少包括以下一种:
    姓名、电话号码、个人地址、公司名称、社交账号以及照片。
  10. 如权利要求6~9任意一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    接收模块,用于接收到来自RCS服务器的编码后的被叫方信息;
    解码模块,用于对所述编码后的被叫方信息进行解码,得到所述被叫方的信息。
