Abstract
Description
特許文献1の使い捨ておむつは、伸縮領域が幅方向に間隔を空けて配置されているため、隣接する伸縮領域同士が連動しない。よって、各伸縮領域が独立して収縮し、腰周り全体に使い捨ておむつを適切にフィットさせることができなかった。
図1は、本実施形態に係る使い捨ておむつ10の展開平面図である。図2は、図1に示したF1-F1線に沿った使い捨ておむつの断面図である。図3は、図1に示したF2-F2線に沿った使い捨ておむつの断面図である。図1に示す展開図は、使い捨ておむつを構成するトップシート50、サイドフラップ70等の皺が形成されない状態まで、レッグ伸縮部75及びレッグサイド伸縮部80の弾性部材を伸長させた状態の図である。
次に、本実施形態に係る吸収性物品の製造方法の一例について説明する。なお、本実施形態において説明しない方法については、既存の方法を用いることができる。また、以下に説明する製造方法は、一例であり、他の製造方法によって製造することもできる。吸収性物品の製造方法は、構成部品形成工程と、構成部品載置工程と、脚周り形成工程と、切断工程とを少なくとも含む。
図4に、使い捨ておむつの着用者への装着態様を模式的に示す。図4(a)は、ファスニングテープを前胴周り域に止着し、かつ着用者が寝た状態であり、図4(b)は、ファスニングテープを前胴周り域に止着し、かつ着用者が起きた状態である。

- 前胴周り域と、後胴周り域と、前記前胴周り域と前記後胴周り域との間に位置する股下域と、を有し、
前記前胴周り域から前記後胴周り域に向かう長手方向と、前記長手方向と直交する幅方向と、を有し、
前記後胴周り域において前記幅方向に沿って延び、前記前胴周り域に止着される一対のファスニングテープと、
前記股下域を跨ぎ前記前胴周り域及び前記後胴周り域の少なくとも一方に向かって延びる吸収コアと、
前記一対のファスニングテープ間に配置され、前記幅方向に伸縮する腰周り伸縮部と、を有する使い捨ておむつであって、
前記腰周り伸縮部は、前記使い捨ておむつの幅方向の中心から幅方向の両外側に向かって延びており、
前記腰周り伸縮部は、前記腰周り伸縮部の両外側縁から幅方向の内側に向かって延びる第1領域と、前記第1領域の内側縁から幅方向の内側に向かって延び、前記第1領域よりも低い伸長率を有する第2領域と、前記第2領域の内側縁から幅方向の内側に向かって延び、前記第2領域よりも高い伸長率を有する第3領域と、を有し、
前記第1領域の少なくとも一部は、前記吸収コアの幅方向の外側に位置する、使い捨ておむつ。 - 前記第3領域は、前記使い捨ておむつの幅方向の中心を跨いで配置される、請求項1に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記腰周り伸縮部の少なくとも一部は、前記使い捨ておむつの平面視において前記吸収コアに重なり、
前記腰周り伸縮部は、前記吸収コアよりも非肌対向面側に位置する、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の使い捨ておむつ。 - 前記第2領域は、前記吸収コアの外側縁よりも幅方向の内側に位置する、請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記第1領域の内側縁は、前記吸収コアの外側縁よりも幅方向の内側に位置する、請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載の使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記腰周り伸縮部と前記吸収コアとは、接着剤を介して接合されており、
前記接着剤は、前記長手方向に連続して複数列に配置され、かつ各列が幅方向に重なって配置されている、請求項1から請求項5のいずれかに記載の使い捨ておむつ。 - 前記第3領域の前記幅方向の伸長率は、前記第1領域の前記幅方向の伸長率よりも高い、請求項2に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記吸収コアの後端縁の前記幅方向の中央には、前記吸収コアの他の部位よりも吸収材料の目付けが低い低目付領域が形成されており、
前記第3領域は、平面視において前記低目付領域の少なくとも一部と重なる、請求項1から請求項7のいずれかに記載の使い捨ておむつ。 - 前記吸収コアを覆うコアラップを備え、
前記吸収コアの後端縁と前記コアラップの後端縁は、略一致し、
前記腰周り伸縮部は、前記吸収コアの後端縁及び前記コアラップの後端縁よりも後側に延出する、請求項1から請求項8のいずれかに記載の使い捨ておむつ。 - 前記吸収コアよりも肌対向面側に位置し、前記吸収コアよりも前記幅方向の外側に延びるサイドフラップを有し、
前記サイドフラップの後端縁は、前記サイドフラップの外側縁から前記幅方向の内側に延びる一定範囲において、前記長手方向の内側に凹んでいる、請求項1から請求項9のいずれかに記載の使い捨ておむつ。
