Abstract

　使い捨ておむつ(10)は、一対のファスニングテープ間に配置された腰周り伸縮部(85)を有する。腰周り伸縮部(85)は、使い捨ておむつの幅方向の中心から幅方向の両外側に向かって延びる。腰周り伸縮部(85)は、腰周り伸縮部の両外側縁から幅方向の内側に向かって延びる第１領域(851)と、第１領域の内側縁から幅方向の内側に向かって延び、第１領域よりも低い伸長率を有する第２領域(852)と、第２領域の内側縁から幅方向の内側に向かって延び、第２領域よりも高い伸長率を有する第３領域(853)と、を有する。第１領域の少なくとも一部は、吸収コアの幅方向の外側に位置する。

Description

使い捨ておむつ
　本発明は、使い捨ておむつに関する。
  従来、着用者の腰周りのフィット性を良好に維持するテープタイプの使い捨ておむつが知られている。特許文献１の使い捨ておむつは、着用者の腰周りにおいて幅方向に伸縮する複数の伸縮領域を有する。当該伸縮領域は、一対のファスニングテープ間において、幅方向に間隔を空けて複数設けられている。複数の伸縮領域は、伸長率が異なるように構成されている。

  しかし、上述の使い捨ておむつには、以下の問題があった。
　特許文献１の使い捨ておむつは、伸縮領域が幅方向に間隔を空けて配置されているため、隣接する伸縮領域同士が連動しない。よって、各伸縮領域が独立して収縮し、腰周り全体に使い捨ておむつを適切にフィットさせることができなかった。　
　そこで、本発明は、上述の課題に鑑みてなされたものであり、腰周りのフィット性を高めることができるテープタイプの使い捨ておむつを提供することを目的とする。
　本開示に係る使い捨ておむつ（使い捨ておむつ10）は、前胴周り域（前胴周り域20）と、後胴周り域（後胴周り域30）と、前記前胴周り域と前記後胴周り域との間に位置する股下域（股下域25）と、を有し、前記前胴周り域から前記後胴周り域に向かう長手方向（長手方向L）と、前記長手方向と直交する幅方向（幅方向W）と、を有し、前記後胴周り域において前記幅方向に沿って延び、前記前胴周り域に止着される一対のファスニングテープ（ファスニングテープ90）と、前記股下域を跨ぎ前記前胴周り域及び前記後胴周り域の少なくとも一方に向かって延びる吸収コア（吸収コア40a）と、前記一対のファスニングテープ間に配置され、前記幅方向に伸縮する腰周り伸縮部（腰周り伸縮部85）と、を有する使い捨ておむつであって、前記腰周り伸縮部は、前記使い捨ておむつの幅方向の中心から幅方向の両外側に向かって延びており、前記腰周り伸縮部は、前記腰周り伸縮部の両外側縁から幅方向の内側に向かって延びる第１領域（第１領域851）と、前記第１領域の内側縁から幅方向の内側に向かって延び、前記第１領域よりも低い伸長率を有する第２領域（第２領域852）と、前記第２領域の内側縁から幅方向の内側に向かって延び、前記第２領域よりも高い伸長率を有する第３領域（第３領域853）と、を有し、前記第１領域の少なくとも一部は、前記吸収コアの幅方向の外側に位置することを要旨とする。
　本開示によれば、腰周りのフィット性を高めることができるテープタイプの使い捨ておむつを提供することができる。

　次に、本発明に係る使い捨ておむつ10の実施形態について、図面を参照しながら説明する。なお、以下の図面の記載において、同一または類似の部分には、同一または類似の符号を付している。ただし、図面は模式的なものであり、各寸法の比率などは現実のものとは異なることに留意すべきである。
　したがって、具体的な寸法などは以下の説明を参酌して判断すべきである。また、図面相互間においても互いの寸法の関係や比率が異なる部分が含まれ得る。
　（１）使い捨ておむつの全体概略構成
　図１は、本実施形態に係る使い捨ておむつ10の展開平面図である。図２は、図１に示したF1-F1線に沿った使い捨ておむつの断面図である。図３は、図１に示したF2-F2線に沿った使い捨ておむつの断面図である。図１に示す展開図は、使い捨ておむつを構成するトップシート50、サイドフラップ70等の皺が形成されない状態まで、レッグ伸縮部75及びレッグサイド伸縮部80の弾性部材を伸長させた状態の図である。
　使い捨ておむつ10は、前胴周り域20と、股下域25と、後胴周り域30とを有する。前胴周り域20は、着用者の前胴周り部（腹部分）と接する部分である。また、後胴周り域30は、着用者の後胴周り部（背部分）と接する部分である。股下域25は、前胴周り域20と後胴周り域30との間に位置する。
　また、使い捨ておむつ10には、一対のレッグ開口部35が形成される。レッグ開口部35は、使い捨ておむつの幅方向の側端部に設けられており、使い捨ておむつが着用者に着用された状態で、着用者の脚周りに沿って配置される部分である。
　なお、本実施形態では、前胴周り域20から後胴周り域30に向かう方向を長手方向Lと呼び、長手方向Lと直交する方向を幅方向Wと呼ぶ。
　使い捨ておむつ10は、吸収体40を有する。吸収体40は、吸収コア40aとコアラップ40bとを有する。吸収コア40aは、股下域25を跨ぎ、かつ股下域25から前胴周り域20及び後胴周り域30のうち少なくともいずれか一方に向かって延びる。
　吸収コア40aは、従来の使い捨ておむつと同様であり、粉砕パルプや高吸収ポリマーなど、公知の部材や材料を用いて適宜構成することができる。吸収コア40aは、シート状のコアラップ40bによって包まれている。コアラップ40bは、吸収コア40aを被覆するシートである。吸収コアの後端縁とコアラップの後端縁は、略一致する。より詳細には、吸収コアの後端縁とコアラップの後端縁との距離は、５ｍｍ以下である。
　吸収コア40aには、吸収コア40aの他の部位よりも吸収材料の目付けが低い低目付領域110が形成されている。低目付領域110は、吸収コア40aの後端縁の幅方向の中央に位置する。幅方向Wにおける低目付領域110の幅は、吸収コア40aの後端縁に向かうに連れて広くなっている。より具体的には、低目付領域110は、使い捨ておむつ10の平面視においてくさび状である。
　吸収体40の表面側（肌対向面側）には、液透過性のトップシート50が備えられる。また、吸収体40の裏面側（非肌対向面側）には、液不透過性のバックシート60aが備えられる。バックシート60aの裏面側には、外装シート60が備えられる。
　吸収体40の外側縁（幅方向における外側端）には、サイドフラップ70がそれぞれ備えられる。サイドフラップ70は、前胴周り域20、股下域25、及び後胴周り域30を跨ぎ、かつ吸収体40よりも幅方向の外側に配置される。サイドフラップ70は、１枚または２枚以上の複数枚重ねた不織布によって構成されている。サイドフラップ70は、吸収コアよりも肌対向面側に位置し、吸収コアよりも幅方向の外側に延びる。
　サイドフラップ70には、レッグ開口部35よりも幅方向の内側に配置され、長手方向Lに伸縮可能な一対のレッグ伸縮部75が備えられる。レッグ伸縮部75は、レッグ開口部35を長手方向に伸縮できるように構成されていればよく、レッグ開口部35に沿って配置されていてもよいし、一部がレッグ開口部35に対して傾斜した状態で配置されていてもよい。
　また、一対のレッグ伸縮部75の幅方向の内側には、長手方向Lに沿って延びる一対のレッグサイド伸縮部80が備えられる。レッグサイド伸縮部80は、サイドフラップ70の幅方向の内側端部に設けられており、起立性の伸縮ギャザーである。
　また、使い捨ておむつ10は、股下域25の吸収体に重なる領域に配置されたクロッチ伸縮部200を備えている。クロッチ伸縮部200は、吸収体40の他の部分よりも、使い捨ておむつの着用時において股下域25の一部に平坦な形状を維持できるように構成されている。クロッチ伸縮部200は、少なくとも長手方向Lまたは幅方向Wに伸縮可能に構成されている。
　股下域の吸収コア40aには、第１切欠き115及び第２切欠き125が形成される。第１切欠き115及び第２切欠き125は、吸収体40に形成されたスリットである。スリットは、吸収材料が存在しない部分である。第１切欠き115及び第２切欠き125は、それぞれ吸収コア40aの外側縁から幅方向の内側に向かって延びる切欠き形状である。
　ファスニングテープ90は、一対であって、後胴周り域30において、幅方向Wに沿って延び、前胴周り域20の非肌対向面に止着されることにより、使い捨ておむつ10を着用者の身体に保持する。ファスニングテープ90は、後胴周り域30に対応するサイドフラップ70の領域に取り付けられている。ファスニングテープ90は、サイドフラップ70に連結された基材シート91と、複数の係合部材としての係合フック（図示せず）が設けられ、基材シート91に固定されたフックシート92と、を備える。フックシート92は、係合部材が設けられた領域である。
　ターゲット部95は、前胴周り域の外装シート60の非肌対向側の面に設けられている。ターゲット部95は、ファスニングテープの係合フックが引っ掛かるように構成されており、フックとループの係止システムのループとして機能する。ターゲット部としては、例えば、エアースルー不織布を用いることができる。なお、使い捨ておむつは、ターゲット部を有さずに、ファスニングテープ90が前胴周り域の外装シート60に止着するように構成されていてもよい。
　また、幅方向における一対のファスニングテープ90間には、幅方向に伸縮可能な腰周り伸縮部85が設けられている。腰周り伸縮部85は、ファスニングテープ90間を幅方向に収縮する。
　本実施形態において、腰周り伸縮部85は、伸縮性シートによって構成されている。なお、腰周り伸縮部85は、実質的に幅方向に伸縮する部分であり、伸縮力が発揮されない状態で伸縮性シートが配置された部分を除く概念である。よって、後述する腰周り伸縮部の外側縁は、伸縮シートの外側縁ではなく、伸縮する部分の外側縁である。
　本実施の形態では、腰周り伸縮部85として、目付けが20～45ｇ/ｍ２の伸縮性フィルムを用いた。ただし、腰周り伸縮部85は、複数本の糸ゴム等、他の構成によって構成されていてもよい。腰周り伸縮部85は、非伸長状態（自然状態）における長さに対する所定倍率に引き延ばされた後、ホットメルト接着剤又は加熱処理等によって外装シート60に接着される。
　腰周り伸縮部85は、使い捨ておむつの幅方向の中心から幅方向の両外側に向かって延びており、幅方向に延びる連続したシートによって構成されている。腰周り伸縮部85の後端縁は、使い捨ておむつの後端縁よりも前側に位置する。なお、腰周り伸縮部85の後端縁は、使い捨ておむつの後端縁に一致していてもよい。また、腰周り伸縮部85の前端縁は、吸収コア40aの後端縁よりも前側、かつコアラップ40bの後端縁よりも前側、かつレッグ伸縮部75の後端縁よりも後側に位置する。よって、腰周り伸縮部85の少なくとも一部は、使い捨ておむつの平面視において吸収コア40aに重なる。また、腰周り伸縮部85は、吸収コアの後端縁及びコアラップの後端縁を跨ぎ、吸収コアの後端縁及びコアラップの後端縁よりも後側に延出する。
　腰周り伸縮部85の外側縁85WOは、ファスニングテープの内側縁（幅方向の内側端）よりも幅方向の内側に位置する。腰周り伸縮部85とファスニングテープ90とは、幅方向において離間している。
　腰周り伸縮部は、腰周り伸縮部の両外側縁85WOから幅方向の内側に向かって延びる第１領域851と、第１領域851の内側縁851WIから幅方向の内側に向かって延びる第２領域852と、第２領域852の内側縁852WIから幅方向の内側に向かって延びる第３領域853と、を有する。
　第１領域851、第２領域852、及び第３領域853は、幅方向において連なっている。よって、第１領域851と第２領域852の間、及び第２領域852と第３領域853との間には、幅方向に伸縮しない非伸縮領域が設けられていない。また、第１領域851の内側縁851WIは、第２領域852の外側縁852WOに一致し、第２領域852の内側縁852WIは、第３領域853の外側縁853WOに一致する。
　第１領域851、第２領域852、及び第３領域853は、幅方向における伸長率が異なるように構成されている。詳細には、第２領域852の幅方向の伸長率は、第１領域851の幅方向の伸長率よりも低い。また、第３領域853の幅方向の伸長率は、第１領域851の幅方向の伸長率よりも高い。また、第１領域851の幅方向の伸長率と第３領域853の幅方向の伸長率との関係は、同じであってもよいし、いずれが高くてもよい。好適には、第３領域853の幅方向の伸長率が、第１領域851の幅方向の伸長率よりも高いことが好ましい。
　第１領域851の外側縁851WOは、吸収コア40aの外側縁よりも幅方向の外側に位置する。第１領域851の内側縁851WIは、吸収コアの外側縁よりも幅方向の内側に位置する。よって、第１領域は、吸収コアの外側縁を跨がって配置されている。なお、第１領域の少なくとも一部が吸収コアの幅方向の外側に位置すればよく、第１領域の内側縁が吸収コアの外側縁よりも幅方向の外側に位置していてもよいし、第１領域の内側縁が吸収コアの外側縁に一致していてもよい。
　第２領域852は、第１領域851と第３領域853の間に位置する。第２領域852は、吸収コア40aの外側縁よりも幅方向の内側に配置されていることが好ましい。第３領域853は、使い捨ておむつの幅方向の中心を跨いで配置される。第３領域853は、平面視において低目付領域の少なくとも一部に重なることが好ましい。
　なお、本実施の形態の腰周り伸縮部85は、使い捨ておむつの幅方向中心を通り、かつ長手方向に延びる中心線に対して対称であってもよいし、非対称であってもよい。例えば、左右の第１領域851の両方が、吸収コア40aの外側縁を跨がっていてもよいし、一方の第１領域851が、吸収コア40aの外側縁を跨がっていてもよい。また、左右の第２領域852の両方が、吸収コア40aの外側縁よりも幅方向の内側に配置されていてもよいし、一方の第２領域852が、吸収コア40aの外側縁よりも幅方向の内側に配置されていてもよい。また、本実施の形態の使い捨ておむつは、第１領域851よりも幅方向の外側に、第１領域851の伸長率よりも低い伸長率を有する領域が設けられていてもよい。
　腰周り伸縮部85は、吸収コア40aよりも非肌対向面側に位置する。本実施形態では、腰周り伸縮部85は、外装シート60とバックシート60aとの間に配置されている。しかし、コアラップ40bが吸収コア40aよりも長手方向の外側に延出する構成にあっては、腰周り伸縮部85は、コアラップ40bと、バックシート60a又は外装シート60と、の間に配置されていてもよい。腰周り伸縮部の位置は、特に限定されない。また、吸収体が配置されない領域にあっては、サイドフラップ70と、バックシート60a又は外装シート60と、の間に配置されていてもよい。
　なお、本実施形態に係る腰周り伸縮部は、幅方向に伸縮するように構成されているが、腰周り伸縮部が幅方向と長手方向に伸縮するように構成されていてもよい。
　また、腰周り伸縮部と吸収コアとは、接着剤を介して接合されている。腰周り伸縮部85と吸収コア40aとを接合する接着剤は、長手方向に連続して複数列に配置され、かつ各列が幅方向に重なって配置されている。具体的には、接着剤は、長手方向に連続するスパイラル形状が複数列配置され、当該列が幅方向において重なる構成や、幅方向に振幅し、かつ長手方向に連続する波形状が複数列配置され、当該列が幅方向において重なる構成を挙げることができる。
　なお、本実施の形態では、腰周り伸縮部85と吸収コア40aは、直接接合されてなく、バックシート60a及びコアラップ40bを介して間接的に接合されている。腰周り伸縮部85とバックシート60aとを接着する接着剤、バックシート60aとコアラップ40bとを接着する接着剤、及びコアラップ40bと吸収コア40aとを接着する接着剤が、長手方向に連続して複数列に配置され、かつ各列が幅方向に重なって配置されていることが好ましい。
　本明細書における「伸長率」とは、伸長の程度を意味し、以下の測定方法によって行われるものとする。
　使い捨ておむつ10がパッケージ等に封入されている場合には、パッケージから使い捨ておむつ10を取り出す。次いで、腰周り伸縮部を構成する伸縮性シートの配置領域を切り出して、測定対象のサンプルを準備する。当該サンプルを、２０℃±２℃、相対湿度６０％±５％ＲＨの雰囲気下において２４時間放置し、この状態を伸縮性シートの自然状態とする。自然状態にて、伸縮性シートの吸収コア側の端部（前側端部）と伸縮性シートのウエスト開口部側の端部（後側端部）との間、すなわち長手方向の中間位置において、幅方向に沿って間欠的に点（印）を付ける。当該点は、伸縮性シートの幅方向の中心を基準として、当該基準から幅方向左右に５ｍｍ間隔にて伸縮性シートのサンプル幅方向端部まで点（印）を付ける。隣り合う点の間の距離を測定する。この距離を自然状態の長さとする。（５ｍｍ間隔にて印を付けているので、５ｍｍとなる）。次に、自然状態から、弾性部材による皺が伸縮性シート上に目視にて確認できない状態まで延伸したときの、先ほどの印間の距離を測定する。各部位の伸長率（倍）＝（伸長状態の印間の距離）/（自然状態の印間の距離）の式にて、伸長率を算出する。
　（２）使い捨ておむつの製造方法
　次に、本実施形態に係る吸収性物品の製造方法の一例について説明する。なお、本実施形態において説明しない方法については、既存の方法を用いることができる。また、以下に説明する製造方法は、一例であり、他の製造方法によって製造することもできる。吸収性物品の製造方法は、構成部品形成工程と、構成部品載置工程と、脚周り形成工程と、切断工程とを少なくとも含む。
　構成部品形成工程では、吸収性物品を構成する構成部品を形成する。具体的には、例えば、吸収材料を積層して吸収体40を成型したり、ファスニングテープ90を形成したりする。
　構成部品載置工程では、バックシートを構成するウェブ上に、腰周り伸縮部85を構成する伸縮性シートや、トップシートを構成するウェブ等の他のウェブ、防漏シート、吸収体、レッグ伸縮部75等の使い捨ておむつ10を構成する構成部品を載置する。
　なお、腰周り伸縮部85の伸長率を変化させる方法としては、例えば、以下の方法が挙げられる。腰周り伸縮部85をバックシート60a等に貼り合わせる前に、腰周り伸縮部85を幅方向においてギアによって延伸する。当該ギアによって延伸する際に、伸長率を低くする領域（例えば、第２領域）のギア延伸を弱くする。伸長率を高くする領域（例えば、第１領域及び第３領域）のギア延伸を強くする。ギア延伸の強弱は、ギアの凸部の深さ、ギアの凸部のピッチ、ギア延伸の回数を変更することにより、調整することができる。強く延伸された領域の伸長率は、比較的高くなり、弱く延伸された領域の伸長率は、比較的低くなる。
　脚周り形成工程は、トップシート50、外装シート60、及びバックシート60aを切断する。これにより、着用者の脚周りに配置されるレッグ開口部35が形成される。
　切断工程では、トップシート50、バックシート60a、吸収体40等が配置された連続体を幅方向Ｗに沿って一製品の大きさに切断する。これにより、使い捨ておむつ10が製造される。
（３）作用・効果
　図４に、使い捨ておむつの着用者への装着態様を模式的に示す。図４（ａ）は、ファスニングテープを前胴周り域に止着し、かつ着用者が寝た状態であり、図４（ｂ）は、ファスニングテープを前胴周り域に止着し、かつ着用者が起きた状態である。
　テープタイプの使い捨ておむつを装着するとき（ファスニングテープの止着時）は、使い捨ておむつの後胴周り域の上に着用者の背中を載せ、後胴周り域30のファスニングテープ90を前胴周り域20に引っ張り、当該ファスニングテープ90を前胴周り域20に止着する。
　図４（ａ）に示すように、ファスニングテープの止着時に、使い捨ておむつの後胴周り域30には、着用者の体圧がかかる。一般的に、着用者の身体は、装着時に、吸収コア40aの全幅を覆うように載せられる。よって、ファスニングテープ90を引っ張る際は、着用者の身体よりも幅方向の外側に位置する部分、すなわち、吸収コア40aよりも幅方向の外側の領域が引っ張られる。例えば、ファスニングテープ90を引っ張る部分が伸び難いと、装着補助者は、どの程度ファスニングテープ90を伸ばしてよいかを把握できず、正しい位置に止着できないことがある。しかし、吸収コア40aよりも幅方向の外側には、比較的伸長率の高い第１領域851が配置されているため、装着補助者は、第１領域851を伸ばしてファスニングテープ90を止着する。装着補助者が第１領域851を伸ばし易いため、装着補助者は、第１領域851が伸長可能な範囲を容易に把握できる。よって、装着補助者は、ファスニングテープ90を伸ばす範囲を把握して、正しい位置にファスニングテープを止着することができる。
　また、ファスニングテープ90を止着する際に、第１領域851は、着用者の脇の腰骨に当たる位置に配置されている。一方、ファスニングテープ90を止着する際に、第２領域852及び第３領域853は、着用者の体圧がかかり、伸縮し難い状態である。しかし、使い捨ておむつを着用者に装着した後であって、例えば、着用者が起こされた状態では、使い捨ておむつの後胴周り域30に掛かる体圧が低減される。後胴周り域30に掛かる着用者の体圧が低減すると、図４（ｂ）に示すように、第１領域851、第２領域852及び第３領域853が連動し、第１領域851を基点として第２領域852と第３領域853とがそれぞれ伸縮する。
　具体的には、第１領域851は、第２領域852及び第３領域853と比較して、ファスニングテープの装着時に既に伸長されている。この状態で、第２領域852と第３領域853がそれぞれ伸縮すると、第１領域851を基点として比較的伸長率が低い第２領域852が第１領域851側に引っ張られるとともに、比較的伸長率が高い第３領域853が第２領域852を幅方向の内側に引っ張り、第２領域852が伸長する。このとき、第１領域851は、ファスニングテープ寄りに位置するため、ファスニングテープ90をターゲット部95に止着するときに伸びる。その際、第２領域852よりも幅方向の内側により伸び難い第３領域853があることで、第１領域851と第３領域853に挟まれる位置にある第２領域852は、幅方向に均等に伸び易く、結果、第２領域852は弱い力で赤ちゃんの体を締め付けないようにしながらも均等に体に対してフィットできるようになる。
　このように使い捨ておむつがフィットすることにより、着用者の脇の腰骨には、第１領域851によって強めにフィットする。また、着用者の脇の腰骨よりも背側は、腰骨が少なく、比較的着用者の身体が柔らかい。当該腰骨が少ない部分には、第２領域852によって弱めにフィットする。着用者の身体が比較的硬い部位に強めにフィットし、着用者の身体が比較的柔らかい部位に弱めにフィットするため、着用者の身体に無理なくフィットし、腰周りのフィット性を高めることができる。つまり、本来母親（介助者）が願う「赤ちゃんをおむつで締め付けたくない」こと、と一方で体との間のすき間を作らず排泄物を漏らさないためには、フィット性をあげる（締め付けを強くする）方がよいという、互いに２律背反することを本発明の構成とすることにより達成している。
　第３領域853は、使い捨ておむつ10の幅方向の中心を跨いで配置される。着用者の背中の中心は、背骨が配置され、左右の部位よりも腹側に凹んでいる。当該凹む部位（ミカエルの菱形）は、仙骨部分の凹みであり、当該凹む部位に第３領域853が配置される。図４（ａ）において、凹む部位ＣＲを示す。使い捨ておむつを装着した後、体圧が低減した際に、第３領域853は、第２領域852を引っ張りつつ収縮する。当該収縮した部分を着用者の凹んだ部位に配置できる。よって、着用者の背中の中心と使い捨ておむつとの間に隙間が生じることを抑制し、腰周り全体に対して使い捨ておむつ10をフィットさせることができる。加えて、吸収コア40aの後端縁の前後では、吸収コア40aの厚み差が生じているため、本来、身体と使い捨ておむつとの間に隙間のでき易い。しかし、腰周り伸縮部85の後端縁が、吸収コア40aの後端縁を超えてウエスト側に伸びており、また第３領域853の伸長率が比較的高いため、背側の凹む部位からの漏れをより確実に防ぐことができる。
　吸収コア40aは、使い捨ておむつを構成する他の部材（トップシート50）よりも比較的剛性が高いため、身体に沿って配置され難い。しかし、腰周り伸縮部85の少なくとも一部が吸収コア40aに重なり、かつ吸収コア40aの非肌対向面側に腰周り伸縮部85が配置されているため、腰周り伸縮部85の収縮によって吸収コア40aを身体にフィットさせることができる。
　吸収コア40aの幅方向全域に第３領域853が配置されると、第３領域853の収縮によって自然状態において吸収コア40aの幅が短くなり過ぎることがある。結果、ファスニングテープの止着時に使い捨ておむつの幅を確保できず、装着補助者がファスニングテープ90を掴み難くなり、装着性が悪化するおそれがある。しかし、第２領域852が吸収コア40aの外側縁よりも幅方向の内側に位置することにより、吸収コア40aの幅方向全域内に第２領域852及び第３領域853が配置される。よって、自然状態において吸収コア40aの幅が短くなり過ぎず、装着性が悪化することを抑制できる。
　第１領域851の内側縁は、吸収コア40aの外側縁よりも幅方向の内側に位置する。ファスニングテープを引っ張って装着する際に、装着補助者は、第１領域を伸ばしてファスニングテープを止着する。また、第１領域を伸ばしてファスニングテープを止着する際に、吸収コアは、着用者の身体の下に配置されており、体圧がかかっている。第１領域の内側縁が吸収コアの外側縁よりも幅方向の内側に配置されているため、吸収コアの内側縁は、ファスニングテープを引っ張って装着する際に、着用者の身体の下で移動し難い状態である。よって、第１領域851の内側縁が、吸収コア40aの外側縁よりも幅方向の内側に位置すると、ファスニングテープを引っ張った際に、第１領域851の内側縁が基点となって第１領域81を伸ばし易くなる。
　腰周り伸縮部85と吸収コア40aとを接着する接着剤は、長手方向に連続して複数列に配置され、かつ各列が幅方向に重なって配置されていてもよい。腰周り伸縮部と吸収コアとを長手方向及び幅方向において連続して接着でき、腰周り伸縮部が吸収コアから浮き上がることを防止できる。
　第３領域853の幅方向の伸長率は、第１領域851の幅方向の伸長率よりも高く構成されていてもよい。第３領域853の伸長率が第１領域851の伸長率よりも高いことにより、ファスニングテープを止着した後であって、後胴周り域に掛かる体圧が低減された状態で、第３領域853側に第２領域852が引っ張られる。よって、着用者の背中の凹みに、第３領域によって収縮した部分を集めることができる。
　第３領域853は、平面視において低目付領域の少なくとも一部と重なる。第３領域によって低目付領域を幅方向に収縮し、吸収コアの後端縁が幅方向中心側に変形する。吸収コアの後部をカップ形状に形成できる。当該カップ形状の吸収コアによって、着用者の臀部を覆うことができ、腰周りのフィット性を更に高めることができる。
　吸収コア40aの後端縁とコアラップ40bの後端縁は、略一致しており、腰周り伸縮部85は、吸収コア40aの後端縁及びコアラップ40bの後端縁よりも後側に延出する。例えば、コアラップ40bが吸収コア40aよりも後方に延出していると、コアラップ40bによって腰周り伸縮部85の伸縮性が阻害されるおそれがある。しかし、吸収コア40aの後端縁及びコアラップ40bの後端縁よりも後方に腰周り伸縮部85が延出しているため、吸収コアの後端縁及びコアラップの後端縁よりも後方において、コアラップ等が腰周り伸縮部85の伸縮を阻害しない。
　また、使い捨ておむつの後端縁には、腰周り伸縮部85が配置されてなく、かつ使い捨ておむつの後端縁のサイドフラップには、幅方向の内側及び長手方向の内側に凹む切欠きが形成されている。より詳細には、サイドフラップの後端縁は、サイドフラップの外側縁から幅方向内側に延びる一定範囲において、長手方向内側に凹んでいる。換言すると、サイドフラップの外側縁は、サイドフラップの後端縁から長手方向内側に延びる一定範囲において、幅方向内側に凹んでいる。このように、使い捨ておむつの後端縁が構成されていることにより、使い捨ておむつの後端縁におけるめくれを抑制することができ、着用者の腰周りをより確実に覆うことができる。
　上述したように、本発明の実施形態を通じて本発明の内容を開示したが、この開示の一部をなす論述及び図面は、本発明を限定するものであると理解すべきではない。この開示から当業者には様々な代替実施の形態、実施例及び運用技術が明らかとなる。したがって、本発明の技術的範囲は、上述の説明から妥当な特許請求の範囲に係る発明特定事項によってのみ定められるものである。

Claims (10)

  1. 　前胴周り域と、後胴周り域と、前記前胴周り域と前記後胴周り域との間に位置する股下域と、を有し、
    　前記前胴周り域から前記後胴周り域に向かう長手方向と、前記長手方向と直交する幅方向と、を有し、
    　前記後胴周り域において前記幅方向に沿って延び、前記前胴周り域に止着される一対のファスニングテープと、
    　前記股下域を跨ぎ前記前胴周り域及び前記後胴周り域の少なくとも一方に向かって延びる吸収コアと、
    　前記一対のファスニングテープ間に配置され、前記幅方向に伸縮する腰周り伸縮部と、を有する使い捨ておむつであって、
    　前記腰周り伸縮部は、前記使い捨ておむつの幅方向の中心から幅方向の両外側に向かって延びており、
    　前記腰周り伸縮部は、前記腰周り伸縮部の両外側縁から幅方向の内側に向かって延びる第１領域と、前記第１領域の内側縁から幅方向の内側に向かって延び、前記第１領域よりも低い伸長率を有する第２領域と、前記第２領域の内側縁から幅方向の内側に向かって延び、前記第２領域よりも高い伸長率を有する第３領域と、を有し、
    　前記第１領域の少なくとも一部は、前記吸収コアの幅方向の外側に位置する、使い捨ておむつ。
  2. 　前記第３領域は、前記使い捨ておむつの幅方向の中心を跨いで配置される、請求項１に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
  3. 　前記腰周り伸縮部の少なくとも一部は、前記使い捨ておむつの平面視において前記吸収コアに重なり、
    　前記腰周り伸縮部は、前記吸収コアよりも非肌対向面側に位置する、請求項１又は請求項２に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
  4. 　前記第２領域は、前記吸収コアの外側縁よりも幅方向の内側に位置する、請求項１から請求項３のいずれかに記載の使い捨ておむつ。
  5. 　前記第１領域の内側縁は、前記吸収コアの外側縁よりも幅方向の内側に位置する、請求項１から請求項４のいずれかに記載の使い捨ておむつ。
  6. 　前記腰周り伸縮部と前記吸収コアとは、接着剤を介して接合されており、
    　前記接着剤は、前記長手方向に連続して複数列に配置され、かつ各列が幅方向に重なって配置されている、請求項１から請求項５のいずれかに記載の使い捨ておむつ。
  7. 　前記第３領域の前記幅方向の伸長率は、前記第１領域の前記幅方向の伸長率よりも高い、請求項２に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
  8. 　前記吸収コアの後端縁の前記幅方向の中央には、前記吸収コアの他の部位よりも吸収材料の目付けが低い低目付領域が形成されており、
    　前記第３領域は、平面視において前記低目付領域の少なくとも一部と重なる、請求項１から請求項７のいずれかに記載の使い捨ておむつ。
  9. 　前記吸収コアを覆うコアラップを備え、
    　前記吸収コアの後端縁と前記コアラップの後端縁は、略一致し、
    　前記腰周り伸縮部は、前記吸収コアの後端縁及び前記コアラップの後端縁よりも後側に延出する、請求項１から請求項８のいずれかに記載の使い捨ておむつ。
  10. 　前記吸収コアよりも肌対向面側に位置し、前記吸収コアよりも前記幅方向の外側に延びるサイドフラップを有し、
    　前記サイドフラップの後端縁は、前記サイドフラップの外側縁から前記幅方向の内側に延びる一定範囲において、前記長手方向の内側に凹んでいる、請求項１から請求項９のいずれかに記載の使い捨ておむつ。
