针对上述现有技术的不足,本实用新型的目的在于提供了一种枕垫中缓冲 和回弹力较舒适的弹性垫芯,其既需要具有硬质垫芯的保健功能,也具有软质垫芯回弹力好的优点,使用舒适且透气性较佳,以克服现有技术中的缺陷。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案如下:
一种枕垫的弹性垫芯,包括上缓冲层、下缓冲层和多个第一弹性缓冲器及多个第二弹性缓冲器,所述第一弹性缓冲器与所述第二弹性缓冲器具有不同的弹性,且多个所述第一弹性缓冲器和多个所述第二弹性缓冲器于纵向及横向均交错排列于并容置于所述上缓冲层和所述下缓冲层之间;本实用新型通过第一弹性缓冲器和第二弹性缓冲器于纵向和横向上的交错排列,且两者弹力不相同,当施力于弹性垫芯时会有凹凸的触感,起到按摩的效果,其缓冲为波浪形,且回弹力也为波浪形,提供施力者更舒适的缓冲感觉。
较佳地,所述第一弹性缓冲器包括固定于所述上缓冲层的第一上套部、对应所述第一上套部的且固定于所述下缓冲层内第一下套部、设置于所述第一上套部内的第一磁铁和设置于所述第一下套部内的第二磁铁以及第一弹簧,且所述第一弹簧两端分别抵顶于所述第一上套部和所述第一下套部,所述第一磁铁和所述第二磁铁的相互靠近的磁极为相斥的同极性;所述第二弹性缓冲器包括固定于所述上缓冲层内的第二上套部、对应所述第二上套部且固定于所述下缓冲层内的第二下套部以及第二弹簧,且所述第二弹簧的两端分别抵顶于所述第二上套部和所述第二下套部。在垫芯内设置的第一弹性缓冲器和第二弹性缓冲器,由磁铁和第一弹簧及第二弹簧提供回弹力,相比仅使用填充物作为垫芯的结构降低了枕垫的密度,增强了枕垫的透气性,提高了枕垫的使用舒适度;此外,采用第一磁铁和第二磁铁作为弹性恢复力的部分来源,第一磁铁和第二磁铁受到长时间施压也能很快恢复,在使用较长时间以后也不会永久变形,提高了枕垫的耐用性;且第一磁铁和第二磁铁还使枕垫具有磁疗保健功能。
较佳地,所述第一上套部包括第一上基座和所述第一上基座朝向所述第一下套部的一侧凸设的第一上支撑台;所述第一下套部包括第一下基座和所述第一下基座朝向所述第一上套部的一侧凸设的第一下支撑台,所述第一上支撑台与所述第一下支撑台相对设置。
较佳地,所述第一上套部上还包括第一上凸环,所述第一上基座与所述第一上支撑台设置所述第一上基座的同侧,且所述第一上凸环围绕所述第一上支撑台与所述第一上基座之间形成第一上容置空间;所述第一下套部上还包括对应所述第一上凸环的第一下凸环,所述第一下基座与所述第一下支撑台设置所述第一下基座的同侧,且所述第一下凸环围绕所述第一下支撑台与所述第一下基座之间形成第一下容置空间,所述第一弹簧的两端分别设置于所述第一上容置空间和所述第一下容置空间。
较佳地,所述第一上支撑台的顶端设置有容置所述第一磁铁的上凹槽,所述第一下支撑台的顶端设置有容置所述第一磁铁且对应所述上凹槽的下凹槽。
较佳地,所述第一上基座背向所述第一下套部的一侧为半圆球形,所述第一下基座背向所述第一上套部的一侧为半圆球形。
较佳地,所述第二上套部包括第二上基座和所述第二上基座朝向所述第二下套部的一侧凸设的第二上支撑台;所述第二下套部包括第二下基座和所述第二下基座朝向所述第二上套部的一侧凸设的第二下支撑台,所述第二上支撑台和所述第二下支撑台相对设置。
较佳地,所述第二上套部包括第二上基座和所述第二上基座朝向所述第二下套部的一侧设置的第二上凸环;所述第二下套部包括第二下基座和所述第二下基座朝向所述第二上套部的一侧设置且对应所述第二上凸环的第二下凸环。
较佳地,所述第二上基座背向所述第二下套部的一侧为半圆球形,所述第二下基座背向所述第二上套部的一侧为半圆球形。
较佳地,所述上缓冲层朝向所述下缓冲层的一侧设置有多个容置所述第一上套部和所述第二上套部的上卡接槽,所述下缓冲层朝向所述上缓冲层的一侧设置有多个容置所述第一下套部和所述第二下套部的下卡接槽。
较佳地,所述上缓冲层与所述下缓冲层之间缝合形成有多个相互隔离的容纳空间,所述容纳空间内设有1个或1个以上的所述第一弹性缓冲器和/或第二弹性缓冲器。
一种枕垫,包括如上所述弹性垫芯和外罩。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式作进一步的详细说明。
见图1~6,一种枕垫,包括外罩(图中未示)和弹性垫芯100,外罩包覆于弹性垫芯100上,弹性垫芯100包括缓冲层10和设置于缓冲层10上的多个第一弹性缓冲器20和多个第二弹性缓冲器30;缓冲层10包括上下两层具有弹 性的软质材料,比如泡棉;在此将上层的软质材料称为上缓冲层11,下层的软质材料称为下缓冲层12,上缓冲层11和下缓冲层12可通过超声波焊缝起来,也可直接缝合,以形成一密闭的容置空间,用以容置上述的第一弹性缓冲器10和第二弹性缓冲器20;其中第一弹性缓冲器20与第二弹性缓冲器30具有不同的弹性,且多个第一弹性缓冲器20和多个第二弹性缓冲器30于纵向和横向上交错排列于上缓冲层11和下缓冲层12之间,如图1所示,在纵向和横向的排列上,其中任一相邻两个第一弹性缓冲器20之间均设置有一个第二弹性缓冲器30,任一相邻两个第二弹性缓冲器30之间均设置有一个第一弹性缓冲器20;如图11所示,当施力于弹性垫芯100时施力处其整体缓冲为交错的波浪形,且回弹力也为交错的波浪形,提供施力者更舒适的缓冲和动态的回弹力,第一弹性缓冲器20的弹力和第二弹性缓冲器30弹力不相同,其可根据实际的使用情况对两者之间的弹力进行调整,使弹性垫芯在使用时具有最舒适的感觉,以达到最符合人体工学的设计。
具体地,第一弹性缓冲器20包括固定于上缓冲层11内的第一上套部21、对应第一上套部21且固定于下缓冲层12内的第一下套部22、设置在第一上套部21上的第一磁铁23和设置在第一下套部22上的第二磁铁24以及第一弹簧25,其中,第一弹簧25两端分别抵顶于第一上套部21和第一下套部22,第一磁铁23和第二磁铁24的相互靠近的磁极为相斥的同极性,即如果第一磁铁23和第二磁铁24相对的两侧的磁极同为S极,则相背离的两侧的磁极为N极;这样第一磁铁23在靠近第二磁铁24的过程中,由于同极相斥的原理,第一磁铁23和第二磁铁24是相互排斥的,即当垫芯在使用时,有力作用于第一磁铁23时,第一磁铁23会向下移动,但是由于第一磁铁23和第二磁铁24之间的相斥力,实施在第一磁铁23上的力撤销后,两磁铁会自动向相反方向移动,第一磁铁23恢复到原始位置。
此外第一上套部21包括第一上基座211和第一上支撑台212,第一上支撑台212为第一上基座211朝向第一下套部22的一侧凸设出来;第一下套部22包括第一下基座221和对应第一上支撑台212的第一下支撑台222,第一下支撑 台222为第一下基座221朝向第一上套部21的一侧凸设出来;第一弹簧25的两端分别套接在第一上支撑台212和第一下支撑台222上,而第一磁铁23设置在第一上支撑台212的顶端,第二磁铁24设置在第一下支撑台222的顶端,第一磁铁23与第二磁铁24相对设置,且第一磁铁23和第二磁铁24相对的两端的磁极是相同的,以构成同极相斥的回复力。
另外,由于第一弹簧25为完全裸露上缓冲层11和下缓冲层12构成的密闭的容置空间内,其周围的缓冲层10也是具有一定弹力的,第一弹簧25可能会被缓冲层10所述包围,这样有可能会对第一弹簧25的压缩力带来不利影响,为此还可以在第一上基座211上设置第一上凸环213,该第一上凸环213环绕第一上支撑台212,与第一上支撑台212设置在第一上基座211的同侧,并且第一上基座211、第一上凸环213和第一上支撑台212的结合构成第一上容置空间214,用以包住抵顶第一上套部21的第一弹簧25的一端;同样地,第一下基座221上对应设置有第一下凸环223,该第一下凸环223环绕第一下支撑台222,且与第一下支撑台222设置在第一下基座221的同侧,并且第一下基座221、第一下凸环223和第一下支撑台222三者组合,形成第一下容置空间224,用以包住抵顶第一下套部22的第一弹簧25的另一端,以上结构使整个第一弹性缓冲器20在使用时,弹性发挥更稳定,减少缓冲层10对第一弹性缓冲器20的影响。在本实施例中第一磁铁23粘接在第一上支撑台212的顶端,第二磁铁24粘接在第一下支撑台222的顶端,第一弹簧25的两端分别套接在第一上支撑台212和第一下支撑台222上,当有力施加在该第一弹性缓冲器10时,第一上套部21受力,进而第一弹簧25被压缩,第一上套部21朝向第一下套部22的方向运动,当其靠近到一定距离时,第一磁铁23和第二磁铁24由于相互靠近的磁极相同,两磁铁相互排斥,阻止第一上套部21朝向第一下套部22靠近。
此外,见图7和8所示,为了使第一磁铁23和第一上套部21的粘接更紧密,还可以在第一上支撑台212的顶端设置有容置该第一磁铁23的上凹槽215,第一磁铁23可卡接在该第一凹槽215;同样,为使第二磁铁24和第一下套部22的粘接更牢固,在第一下支撑台222的顶端设置有容置第二磁铁24的下凹槽 225,第二磁铁24可卡接在该下凹槽225。
第二弹性缓冲器30与第一弹性缓冲器20不同之处仅在于其不存在两磁铁的相互作用,其仅包括固定于上缓冲层11内的第二上套部31、对应第二上套部31且固定于下缓冲层12内的第二下套部32和第二弹簧33,第二弹簧33的两端分别抵顶于第二上套部31和第二下套部32;具体地,第二上套部31包括第二上基座311和第二上基座311朝向第二下套部32的一侧凸设的第二上支撑台312;第二下套部32包括第二下基座321和第二下基座321朝向第二上套部32的一侧凸设的第二下支撑台322,第二上支撑台312与第二下支撑台322相对应设置,第二弹簧33的两端分别套接于第二上支撑台312和第二下支撑台322,同时抵触于第二上基座311和第二下基座321。
另外,为防止第二弹簧33裸露,进而与缓冲层10之间互相挤压,也可直接在第二上基座311朝向第二下套部32的一侧设置的第二上凸环313,第二上凸环313与第二上基座311组合环绕形成第二上容置空间314;在第二下基座321朝向第二上套部31的一侧设置且对应所述第二上凸环313的第二下凸环323,第二下凸环323与第二下基座321组合形成与第二上容置空间314对应的第二下容置空间324;第二弹簧33的两端分别位于第二上容置空间314和第二下容置空间324,且分别抵触于第二上基座311和第二下基座321;当然,该第二上容置空间314也可以为第二上支撑台312与第二上凸环313与第二上基座311组合形成,第二下容置空间324也可以为第二下支撑台322与第二下凸环323与第二下基座321组合形成,以使第二弹簧33的更稳定地与第二上套部31和第二下套部32连接;总之,第二上支撑台312和第二上凸环313可同时设置,也可两者择一设置,同理第二下支撑台312和第二下凸环323也可同时设置,也可以两者择一设置;此外第二上基座311背向第二下套部32的一侧为半圆球形,第二下基座321背向第二上套部31的一侧为半圆球形。
在这里,为使第一弹性缓冲器20和第二弹性缓冲器30与缓冲层10之间在作用时回弹力稳定,不会随意发生位移等状况,可以在上缓冲层11设置多个上卡接槽(图中未示),该上卡接槽开口朝向下缓冲层12,主要用来容置第一弹性 缓冲器20的第一上套部21或第二弹性缓冲器30的第二上套部31,并且该上卡接槽的槽壁与第一上套部21或第二上套部31的外表面应该是直接贴合的,为了使该第一上套部21或第二上套部31在力的作用下,不会刺穿上缓冲层11,可以将第一上套部21和第二上套部31的外表面设置为平滑面,不存在棱角,即可以将第一上套部21的第一上基座211与上卡接槽的贴合面设置成平滑面,也可以说将该第一上基座211的自由侧(背向第一下套部22的一侧)设置为半球形,同样第二上套部31与上卡接槽的贴合面设置为平滑面;同样下缓冲层12上设置多个下卡接槽121,该下卡接槽121的开口朝向上缓冲层11,第一下套部22的第一下基座221与下卡接槽121贴合的表面设置为平滑面,即将第一下基座221的自由侧(背向第一上套部21的一侧)设置为平滑面,第二下套部32与下卡接槽121贴合的表面设置为平滑面。以上,第一上套部21、第一下套部22、第二上套部31和第二下套部32均需采用较硬质材料制得,硬质主要是相对于缓冲层10的软而言,其能实现第一弹簧25、第二弹簧33的抵顶和第一磁铁23与第二磁铁24之间的排斥力即可。并且本实施例中,第一弹性缓冲器20上的第一上套部21和第一下套部22以及第二弹性缓冲器30中的第二上套部31和第二下套部32可以直接通过超声焊接或双面胶直接粘合到缓冲层10上,采用该种结构,制作简单,加工成本低。
在本实用实施例中,如前所述,上缓冲层11和下缓冲层12通过四边缝合在一起形成一大的容纳空间,多个第一弹性缓冲器20设置在该大的容纳空间内,该空间可能会在使用过程中有较大的变形,进而导致相邻第一弹性缓冲器20和第二弹性缓冲器30的相互影响,最终影响弹性垫芯1的回弹力作用;为此,可以将该容纳空间分隔为多个小的容纳空间,即将上缓冲层11和下缓冲层12的中间进行一定范围内的缝合,形成多个小的容纳空间,如图6中,虚线所示即为缝合区域的划分,用来容置1个或1个以上的第一弹性缓冲器20和/或第二弹性缓冲器30,这样就避免了多个第一弹性缓冲器20和/或第二弹性缓冲器30在大的空间内的位移而导致弹力降低或丧失,影响产品的使用舒适性。
另外,本实用新型在弹性垫芯100内设置了第一弹性缓冲器20和第二弹性 缓冲器30,由第一磁铁23和第二磁铁24与第一弹簧25及第二弹簧33提供回弹力,相比仅使用填充物作为弹性垫芯100的结构降低了枕垫的密度,增强了枕垫的透气性,提高了枕垫的使用舒适度;另外,本实用新型采用第一磁铁23和第二磁铁24作为弹性恢复力的部分来源,第一磁铁23和第二磁铁24受到长时间施压也能很快恢复,在使用较长时间以后也不会永久变形,提高了枕垫的耐用性;且第一磁铁23和第二磁铁24还使枕垫具有磁疗保健功能。
在上述具体实施例中,第二弹簧33与第一弹簧25之间的弹力相同,第一弹性缓冲器20与第二弹性缓冲器30之间的弹力的差别主要由第一弹性缓冲器20中设置的第一磁铁23和第二磁铁24之间的相斥力提供,此外,还可以通过仅设置第一弹簧25和第二弹簧33来实现第一弹性缓冲器20和第二弹性缓冲器30之件弹力的不同,而不需要设置第一磁铁23和第二磁铁24,如将第一弹簧25和第二弹簧33之间的弹力设置为不同,如第一弹簧25采用具有较大弹力的弹簧,而第二弹簧33之间弹力相对较小,也可以达到上述实施方式中的效果,或者仅设置磁铁,在第一弹性缓冲器20和第二弹性缓冲器30之间设置具有不同相斥力大小的磁铁,同样可达到两弹性缓冲器弹力的不同;当然通过如具体实施方式中的磁铁和弹簧的配合来实现两弹性缓冲器的弹力不同的设计更佳,且还能发挥磁铁的保健功能;总而言之,能将第一弹性缓冲器20和第二弹性缓冲器30之间的弹力设置为不同,不论是使用弹簧还是磁铁或是两者一起使用或是其他,能实现施力后的凹凸触感和波浪形的缓冲效果即可。
上述实施例,只是本实用新型的较佳实施例,并非用来限制本实用新型实施范围,故凡以本实用新型权利要求所述的构造、特征及原理所做的等效变化或修饰,均应包括在本实用新型权利要求范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种枕垫的弹性垫芯,其特征在于:所述弹性垫芯包括上缓冲层、下缓冲层和多个第一弹性缓冲器及多个第二弹性缓冲器,所述第一弹性缓冲器与所述第二弹性缓冲器具有不同的弹性,且多个所述第一弹性缓冲器和多个所述第二弹性缓冲器于纵向及横向均交错排列并容置于所述上缓冲层和所述下缓冲层之间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的枕垫的弹性垫芯,其特征在于:所述第一弹性缓冲器包括固定于所述上缓冲层内的第一上套部、对应所述第一上套部且固定于所述下缓冲层内的第一下套部、设置于所述第一上套部内的第一磁铁和设置于所述第一下套部内的第二磁铁以及第一弹簧,所述第一弹簧的两端分别抵顶于所述第一上套部和所述第一下套部,所述第一磁铁和所述第二磁铁的相互靠近的磁极为相斥的同极性。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的枕垫的弹性垫芯,其特征在于:所述第一上套部包括第一上基座和所述第一上基座朝向所述第一下套部的一侧凸设的第一上支撑台;所述第一下套部包括第一下基座和所述第一下基座朝向所述第一上套部的一侧凸设且对应所述第一上支撑台的第一下支撑台。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的枕垫的弹性垫芯,其特征在于:所述第一上套部上还包括第一上凸环,所述第一上基座与所述第一上支撑台设置于所述第一上基座的同侧,且所述第一上凸环围绕所述第一上支撑台与所述第一上基座之间形成所述第一弹簧的第一上容置空间;所述第一下套部上还包括对应所述第一上凸环的第一下凸环,所述第一下基座与所述第一下支撑台设置于所述第一下基座的同侧,且所述第一下凸环围绕所述第一下支撑台与所述第一下基座之间形成所述第一弹簧的第一下容置空间。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的枕垫的弹性垫芯,其特征在于:所述第一上支撑台的顶端设置有容置所述第一磁铁的上凹槽,所述第一下支撑台的顶端设置有容置所述第二磁铁且与所述上凹槽相对的下凹槽。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的枕垫的弹性垫芯,其特征在于:所述第一上基座背向所述第一下套部的一侧为半圆球形,所述第一下基座背向所述第一上套部的一侧为半圆球形。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的枕垫的弹性垫芯,其特征在于:所述第二弹性缓冲器包括固定于所述上缓冲层内的第二上套部、对应所述第二上套部且固定于所述下缓冲层内的第二下套部以及第二弹簧,所述第二弹簧的两端分别抵顶于所述第二上套部和所述第二下套部。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的枕垫的弹性垫芯,其特征在于:所述第二上套部包括第二上基座和所述第二上基座朝向所述第二下套部的一侧凸设的第二上支撑台;所述第二下套部包括第二下基座和所述第二下基座朝向所述第二上套部的一侧凸设且对应所述第二上支撑台的第二下支撑台。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的枕垫的弹性垫芯,其特征在于:所述第二上套部包括第二上基座和所述第二上基座朝向所述第二下套部的一侧设置的第二上凸环;所述第二下套部包括第二下基座和所述第二下基座朝向所述第二上套部的一侧设置且对应所述第二上凸环的第二下凸环。
  10. 一种枕垫,其特征在于:其包括如权利要求1~9任一项所述的弹性垫芯。
