负压风动剪发器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种剪发器,特别是一种负压风动剪发器。
背景技术
现有技术中所使用的剪发器,均采用电动马达的转动来带动剪发刀头动作以进行剪发处理,这种结构形式的剪发器在使用时不仅需要直接接触被剪发的生物体,而且还要通电,因此存在漏电而击伤被剪发生物体的危险。此外,这种剪发器没有配备自动收集碎发的设备,因此在剪发过程中,散落的毛发会四处飞溅,污染周围环境。
发明内容
本发明目的是:针对上述问题,提供一种结构简单、环保安全的负压风动剪发器。
本发明的技术方案是:一种负压风动剪发器,包括壳体和装在该壳体头部的剪发刀头,所述壳体内成型有相互隔离的负压涡轮风道和吸发风道,所述负压涡轮风道中设置有与所述剪发刀头相连的、而且当其转动时能够带动所述剪发刀头作剪发动作的负压涡轮风动机,所述吸发通道的吸发口设于所述剪发刀头附近,所述壳体的尾部连接有一根与所述负压涡轮风道和吸发风道均气相连通的风道软管,该风道软管的另一端连接有能够产生负压风流以带动所述负压涡轮风动机转动的吸尘器。
本发明在上述技术方案的基础上,还包括以下优选方案:针对上述问题,提供一种结构简单、环保安全的负压风动剪发器。

本发明在上述技术方案的基础上,还包括以下优选技术方案:
所述风道软管是通过一软管接头连接在所述壳体尾部的。
所述壳体上开设有与所述负压涡轮风道连通的负压进风口。
本发明的优点是:本发明这种剪发器利用吸尘器产生的空气负压而非传统的电动马达作为动力源,来带动剪发器工作,避免了触电危险,而且节约了电能。同时吸尘器产生的负压风流可迅速吸取收集剪掉的碎毛发,在保证周围环境情节性的同时也延长了刀头的使用寿命。本发明这种剪发器在利用吸尘器产生的负压风流行作为剪发动力源带动刀头运行的同时,还利用这一负压风流来收集碎毛发,巧妙而实用。并且,本发明将剪发器和吸尘器两类产品巧妙地结合起来而构成一种全新的产品,属业内首创,构思新颖,方便实用,具有广阔的市场前景 。

具体实施方式
实施例:图1示出了本发明这种负压风动剪发器的一个具体实施例,与传统剪发器相同的是,它也包括以壳体10,该壳体头部安装有剪发刀头1。
本实施例的关键改进在于:所述壳体10内成型有相互隔离的负压涡轮风道6和吸发风道3,所述负压涡轮风道6中设置有与所述剪发刀头1相连的、而且当其转动时能够带动所述剪发刀头1作剪发动作的负压涡轮风动机5,所述吸发通道3的吸发口2设于所述剪发刀头1附近,所述壳体10的尾部连接有一根与所述负压涡轮风道6和吸发风道3均气相连通的风道软管8,该风道软管8的另一端连接有能够产生负压风流以带动所述负压涡轮风动机5转动的吸尘器9。所述壳体10上专门开设有与所述负压涡轮风道6连通的负压进风口4,以保证工作时负压涡轮风道6产生稳定的负压风流。负压进风口4和吸发口2位于不同的部位。
风动机与剪发刀头之间的连接方式与传统技术中电动马达与剪发刀头之间的连接方式相似,在此不再详述。
本例中,所述风道软管8是通过一软管接头7连接在所述壳体10尾部的。
再参照图1所示,现将本实施例这种剪发器的工作原理介绍如下:
使用时,开启吸尘器9,从在负压涡轮风道6和吸发风道3中产生流向风道软管8和吸尘器9的负压风流,其中负压涡轮风道6中的高负压风流推动负压涡轮风动机5的叶轮高速旋转,叶轮的动力输出轴带动剪发刀头1作剪发动作,同时剪去的毛发由于受到吸发风道3的吸发口2处的真空吸力,而被迅速吸入吸发风道3中,再经风道软管8进入吸尘器9内,这样毛发就不会留在周边环境内而造成环境污染,同时毛发也不会留在刀头上而降低刀头的使用寿命。
当然,上述实施例只为说明本发明的技术构思及特点,其目的在于让人们能够了解本发明的内容并据以实施,并不能以此限制本发明的保护范围。凡根据本发明主要技术方案的精神实质所做的等效变换或修饰,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

  1. . 一种负压风动剪发器,包括壳体(10)和装在该壳体头部的剪发刀头(1),其特征在于:所述壳体(10)成型有相互隔离的负压涡轮风道(6)和吸发风道(3),所述负压涡轮风道(6)中设置有与所述剪发刀头(1)相连的、而且当其转动时能够带动所述剪发刀头(1)作剪发动作的负压涡轮风动机(5),所述吸发通道(3)的吸发口(2)设于所述剪发刀头(1)附近,所述壳体(10)的尾部连接有一根与所述负压涡轮风道(6)和吸发风道(3)均气相连通的风道软管(8),该风道软管(8)的另一端连接有能够产生负压风流以带动所述负压涡轮风动机(5)转动的吸尘器(9)。
  2. . 根据权利要求1所述的负压风动剪发器,其特征在于:所述风道软管(8)是通过一软管接头(7)连接在所述壳体(10)尾部的。
  3. . 根据权利要求1或2所述的负压风动剪发器,其特征在于:所述壳体(10)上开设有与所述负压涡轮风道(6)连通的负压进风口(4)。
