Description

一种通信终端设备 技术领域
本实用新型涉及通信终端结构领域,具体涉及一种通信终端设备。
背景技术
随着智能机的发展,追求轻薄、酷炫已成为目前智能机的发展趋势。
目前通信终端设备的USB结构都是USB公头标准件直接焊接到终端的主板上,这样的USB结构包含标准公头和母头配合的簧片,增大了通信终端设备整体厚度和宽度。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种通信终端设备,可以解决目前通信终端设备尺寸偏大的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
依据本实用新型的一个方面,提供了一种通信终端设备,包括:
主板,所述主板的第一部分上设置有标准USB公头金属接触片;
支撑件,包括一插设空间和一使所述插设空间露出的开放空间,所述主板的第一部分插设于所述插设空间中,且所述金属接触片通过所述开放空间露出;
金属保护壳体,包括与标准USB母头的尺寸对应的第一容纳空间,插设有所述主板的第一部分的支撑件设置于所述第一容纳空间中。
可选地,所述支撑件包括一底板,所述底板的第一部分上相对的设置有顶板,所述顶板和底板的第一部分沿长度方向连接形成垂直于底板的第一侧面,所述底板与所述顶板之间的预定距离等于主板第一部分的厚度,所述底板的第二部分上形成所述开放空间,所述底板的第一部分垂直于延 伸方向上的宽度和第二部分宽度相同。
可选地,在垂直于所述底板的方向,距离整个所述底板预定距离的空间形成所述插设空间,且所述主板的第一部分从顶板与底板之间、远离底板的第二部分一端设置的开口插伸进入所述插设空间中。
可选地,沿所述底板的第二部分的边缘,相对于所述底板的表面设置有突起。
可选地,所述底板还包括从第一部分沿远离底板的第二部分的方向延伸形成的第三部分,所述第三部分上垂直于延伸方向上的宽度等于所述主板宽度,所述第三部分的宽度小于第一部分的宽度。
可选地,所述金属保护壳体还包括一与所述第一容纳空间连通延伸形成的第二容纳空间和第三容纳空间,第一容纳空间垂直于延伸方向的宽度等于底板第二部分的宽度,第二容纳空间的宽度等于底板第一部分的宽度,第三容纳空间的宽度等于底板第三部分的宽度,所述第二容纳空间和所述第三容纳空间衔接处形成第二侧面。
可选地,所述支撑件的底板与所述金属保护壳体的第一内表面贴合连接,所述支撑件的顶板与所述金属保护壳体的第二内表面贴合连接,其中第一内表面与第二内表面相对设置。
可选地,在所述支撑件插接到所述金属保护壳体时,所述第一侧面抵接所述第二侧面。
可选地,形成所述金属保护壳体的第三容纳空间的壳体部分的宽度方向两端分别连接有一连接部,且所述连接部上设置有一连接孔。
可选地,所述支撑件和所述金属保护壳体通过热熔胶连接。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型提供的通信终端设备由于USB公头金属接触片直接做到终端设备的主板上,省去USB簧片厚度以及折弯厚度,从而减小USB占据整个终端设备的尺寸。

为使本实用新型要解决的技术问题、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图及具体实施例进行详细描述。
如图1-3所示,在本实用新型的一个实施例中,通信终端设备包括:
主板1,支撑件2和金属保护壳体3,其中支撑件2和金属保护壳体3形状对应设置,其中,主板1的第一部分2011上设置有标准USB公头金属接触片101;支撑件2包括一插设空间和一使插设空间露出的开放空间,主板1的第一部分2011插设于插设空间中,且金属接触片101通过开放空间露出,主板1插设入支撑件2中,金属保护壳体3套设在支撑件2外部,金属保护壳体3和支撑件2配合形成一与标准USB母头的尺寸对应的容纳空间,在通信终端设备需要和其他终端进行数据传输时,USB母头插入金属保护壳体3的容纳空间中时,USB母头上表面与金属保护壳体3内表面抵接,USB母头下表面和主板1上的金属接触片101抵接。
可选地,USB公头金属接触片101实现工艺是在主板1上漏铜或焊接簧片,漏铜和簧片的规格为1.75*6.6毫米。
经分析,相比较现有的把标准USB公头结构焊接到主板1上,采用此结 构,通信终端设备厚度可以至少减薄2.2mm,变窄3.4mm,减小了整个通信终端设备的厚度和宽度,整体体积变小。
如图4所示,在本实用新型的一个实施例中,支撑件2包括一底板201,底板201的第一部分2011上相对的设置有顶板202,顶板202和底板201的第一部分2011沿长度方向连接形成垂直于底板201的第一侧面203,底板201与顶板202之间的预定距离等于主板1第一部分2011的厚度,底板201的第二部分2012上形成开放空间,沿底板201的第二部分2012的边缘,相对于底板201的上表面设置有突起;底板201还包括从第一部分2011沿远离底板201的第二部分2012的方向延伸形成的第三部分2013,第三部分2013上垂直于延伸方向上的宽度等于主板1宽度,第三部分2013的宽度小于第二部分2012的宽度。
在垂直于底板201的方向,距离整个底板201预定距离的空间形成插设空间,且主板1的第一部分2011从顶板202与底板201之间、远离底板201的第二部分2012一端设置的开口插伸进入插设空间中。
支撑件2主要用于实现对主板1的支撑,支撑件2的底板201和顶板202之间的距离等于主板1的第一部分2011的厚度,使得主板1刚好插设于支撑件2中,支撑件2底板201的第二部分2012顶部不设置顶板形成开放空间漏出主板1的金属接触片101用于与USB母头配合。
如图5所示,在本实用新型的一个实施例中,金属保护壳体3包括第一容纳空间301和与第一容纳空间301连通延伸形成的第二容纳空间302和第三容纳空间303,第一容纳空间301垂直于延伸方向的宽度等于底板201第二部分2012的宽度,第二容纳空间302的宽度等于底板201第一部分2011的宽度,第三容纳空间303的宽度等于底板201第三部分2013的宽度,所述第二容纳空间302和所述第三容纳空间303衔接处形成第二侧面304。形成金属保护壳体3的第二容纳空间302的壳体部分宽度方向两端分别连接有一连接部305,且所述连接部305上设置有一连接孔306。
在支撑件2和金属保护壳体3配合连接时,支撑件2底板201的第三部分2013对应金属保护壳体3的第三容纳空间303,支撑件2底板201的第一部分2011对应金属保护壳体3的第二容纳空间302,支撑件2底板201的第二部分2012对应金属保护壳体3的第一容纳空间301,支撑件2的底板201与金属保护壳体3的的第一内表面贴合连接,支撑件2的顶板202与金属保护壳体3的第二内表面贴合连接,其中第一内表面与第二内表面相对设置,第一侧面203抵接第二侧面304,支撑件2和金属保护壳体3预装配在一起时通过热熔胶连接。
另外,设置在金属保护壳体3第二容纳空间302的连接部305上的连接孔306用于金属保护壳体3和通信终端设备的装配。
以上是本实用新型的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本实用新型的保护范围。
工业实用性
采用本实用新型提供的通信终端设备,由于USB公头金属接触片直接做到终端设备的主板上,省去USB簧片厚度以及折弯厚度,从而减小USB占据整个终端设备的尺寸。

  1. 一种通信终端设备,包括:
    主板,所述主板的第一部分上设置有标准USB公头金属接触片;
    支撑件,包括一插设空间和一使所述插设空间露出的开放空间,所述主板的第一部分插设于所述插设空间中,且所述金属接触片通过所述开放空间露出;
    金属保护壳体,包括与标准USB母头的尺寸对应的第一容纳空间,插设有所述主板的第一部分的支撑件设置于所述第一容纳空间中。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的通信终端设备,其中,所述支撑件包括一底板,所述底板的第一部分上相对的设置有顶板,所述顶板和底板的第一部分沿长度方向连接形成垂直于底板的第一侧面,所述底板与所述顶板之间的预定距离等于主板第一部分的厚度,所述底板的第二部分上形成所述开放空间,所述底板的第一部分垂直于延伸方向上的宽度和第二部分宽度相同。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的通信终端设备,其中,在垂直于所述底板的方向,距离整个所述底板预定距离的空间形成所述插设空间,且所述主板的第一部分从顶板与底板之间、远离底板的第二部分一端设置的开口插伸进入所述插设空间中。
  4. 如权利要求2或3所述的通信终端设备,其中,沿所述底板的第二部分的边缘,相对于所述底板的表面设置有突起。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的通信终端设备,其中,所述底板还包括从第一部分沿远离底板的第二部分的方向延伸形成的第三部分,所述第三部分上垂直于延伸方向上的宽度等于所述主板宽度,所述第三部分的宽度小于第一部分的宽度。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的通信终端设备,其中,所述金属保护壳体还包括一与所述第一容纳空间连通延伸形成的第二容纳空间和第三容纳空间,第 一容纳空间垂直于延伸方向的宽度等于底板第二部分的宽度,第二容纳空间的宽度等于底板第一部分的宽度,第三容纳空间的宽度等于底板第三部分的宽度,所述第二容纳空间和所述第三容纳空间衔接处形成第二侧面。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的通信终端设备,其中,所述支撑件的底板与所述金属保护壳体的第一内表面贴合连接,所述支撑件的顶板与所述金属保护壳体的第二内表面贴合连接,其中第一内表面与第二内表面相对设置。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的通信终端设备,其中,在所述支撑件插接到所述金属保护壳体时,所述第一侧面抵接所述第二侧面。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的通信终端设备,其中,形成所述金属保护壳体的第三容纳空间的壳体部分的宽度方向两端分别连接有一连接部,且所述连接部上设置有一连接孔。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的通信终端设备,其中,所述支撑件和所述金属保护壳体通过热熔胶连接。
