Description
DESCRIPTION
CLOSURE AND SEALING SYSTEM FOR A CONTAINER COMPRISING AN ENCAPSULATED SEALING STOPPER ASSOCIATED WITH A CONTAINER
NECK
SCOPE OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a system including an encapsulated sealing stopper, which is associated with a container neck allowing the opening, the quick closure and the corresponding sealing of a container. The quick opening and closure of the stopper is made manually by rotating it clockwise or counterclockwise, thereby not. being necessary to use any type of tool, such as, among others, a corkscrew to open it.
This system is suited for containers of beverages with or without gas, particularly alcoholic beverages.
PRIOR ART
Several systems and products for the quick opening and closure of containers and their sealing are. known from the prior art, as it is the case of patent documents US4360123A and GB250793A.
US4360123A document discloses a container cap with closure through rotation.
GB250793A discloses a cap comprising a neck comprising non-passing slots.
The above documents relate to quick closure and opening systems of containers, but none of them describes the technical features of the system that includes an encapsulated stopper associated with a neck, as described in the present invention.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The present invention comprises a neck, which includes at least two horizontal stems on the top of its edges for engagement of fitting parts or fitting sections, which are fixed in a sealing encapsulated stopper.
The sealing encapsulated stopper comprises at least four components, a capsule, at least two fitting parts or at least two. fitting sections and a sealing part.
The system described in the present invention relates to an encapsulated sealing stopper associated with a container neck, which functionally cooperate to promote the closure, the opening and the sealing of a container.
The quick closure or opening of the encapsulated stopper is made rotating it clockwise or counterclockwise rotation.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
As can be seen in Figures 1 and 2, the' present invention relates to a closure and sealing system of a container, which includes a sealing encapsulated stopper
(1), hereinafter also referred to as a stopper (1) for a container's neck (.2).
Figures 1 and 2 represent a preferred, embodiment of the stopper (1), comprising four components, a capsule (3) in the lower surface of which two engagement parts (4, 5) and a sealing part (6) are fixed.
The neck (2), as can be seen in Figure 2, comprises, on the top of its edges, two horizontal stems ( 7 , 8), cylindrically shaped, for engagement of the two fitting parts (4,5) through clockwise or counterclockwise rotation of the stopper (1) along a vertical axis.
According to another preferred embodiment, each two fitting parts (4, 5) represented in .Figure 3 have a shape similar to an "L" and are located parallel opposite to each
other at the outer limits of capsule (3) and in diametrically opposed areas.
In the sealing and closure system of a container, which includes a stopper (1) associated with a container's neck (2) described in the present invention/ and according to Figures 1 and 2, the fitting parts (4, 5) and the stems (7, 8) will allow the opening and quick closure of the corresponding stopper (1) without the use of tools such as, among others, a corkscrew.
Due to the mentioned technical features mentioned in the closure and sealing system of a container including a stopper (1) associated with a container neck (2), the corresponding stopper (1) can be reused.
The capsule (3) shown in figure 3 has a shape similar to a. disk.
As can be seen in Figures 1 and 3, the sealing part (6) has a cylindrical shape, a diameter greater than the inner diameter of the neck. (2) and is fixed concentrically and along a vertical axis with the capsule (3) .
The horizontal stems (7, 8) shown, in Figures 1 and 2, fixed in the edges of the neck (2) and arranged in pairs, are located parallel, opposite one another and in diametrically opposed areas.
In another embodiment of the present invention shown in Figures 5 and 6, the capsule (3) of the stopper (1) has an outer shape similar to a bell, which includes at least two fitting sections (9, 10), preferably two, which are fixed
internally in the side and lower zones and are shaped as a parallelepiped.
In this embodiment of the present invention the two stems (7, 8) of the neck (2), shown in Figure 6, also have a parallelepiped shape, for engagement of the two fitting sections (9, 10) .
The capsule (3) with the outer shape similar to a bell will partially house inside it the sealing part (6), and thus will cover the edge of the neck (2) and the corresponding fitting sections (9, 10) .
The components used in the present invention can be made of various materials, including:
Stopper (1) : cork or other material,
Neck (2): glass, or other material,
Capsule (3): cork, wood or other material,
Fitting parts (4, 5): cork, wood or other material,
Sealing part (6): cork or other material,
Stems (7, 8): cork, wood or other material; and
Fitting sections (9, 10): cork, wood or other material.
The present invention should be limited only by the ope of the following claims .
