As described above, according to the present invention, a configuration that contributes to the final packaging process, that is, a part of each of the first handle part 201 and the second handle part 211 from the string inserting cylindrical part in the prior bag manufacturing process. However, the bag body can be finished in a configuration protruding beyond the width W of the bag body by a predetermined length P (FIG. 3).
As a result, the process from the manufacturing process of the bag body through the folding process to the packaging process can be consistently mechanized, and the folding bag can be manufactured efficiently.
Hereinafter, a folding process and a packaging process following the manufacturing process of the bag will be described.
[Folding process]
First, a folding process is explained in full detail based on drawing.
FIG. 4 is a plan view showing a first folded state in which the bag body 10 is folded in the width direction from the unfolded state of FIG. 3. In the figure, reference numerals 31a to 31g denote folds when folded into the second folded state.
When the direction connecting the handle portion 201 of the first string body and the handle portion 211 of the second string body in the unfolded bag body 10 is the first direction M, and the direction perpendicular thereto is the second direction N ( 3), after the first folded state along the folds 30a and 30b extending along the second direction N apart from each other in the first direction M (FIG. 4), Folding is performed along fold lines 31a to 31g extending along one direction M (FIG. 5), and the second folded state is completed (FIG. 6).
Thus, after the first folded state, the bag body 10 in the second folded state is a state in which the tip of the handle portion 211 of the second string body protrudes outward from one end edge 7a in the width direction M. And the tip of the handle portion 201 of the first string body protrudes outward from the other edge 7b (FIG. 6).
[Packaging process]
Next, the packaging process will be described in detail based on the drawings.
FIG. 7 is a perspective view showing a state immediately before the bag body 10 in the second folded state is stored in the storage outer bag 3 provided with the cut line 4 at the center. FIG. 8 is a plan view showing a state in which the bag body in the second folded state is stored in the storage outer bag 3. FIG. 9 is a plan view showing a state in which the folded bag 100 is obtained by fusing both ends of the storage outer bag 3 in the length direction.
The bag body 10 that has been in the second folded state after being in the first folded state is fitted and disposed in the outer storage bag 3 (FIGS. 7 and 8), and the distal end portion of the handle portion 211 of the second string body 21 is not stored. Joins one end of the bag 3 in the length direction to form the first joint 5, and joins the tip of the handle 201 of the first string body 20 to the other end in the length direction of the storage outer bag 3. Thus, the folded bag 100 is obtained by forming the second joint portion 6 (FIG. 9). A cut line 4 is formed at a substantially central position between the first joint 5 and the second joint 6.
[Usage example of folding bag]
When using the folding bag 100, hold the joints 5 and 6 at both ends of the folding bag 100 shown in FIG. 9 with fingers and preferably pinch the joints 50 and 51 with the handle parts 201 and 211 sandwiched therebetween. And then pulling in the direction away from each other, the storage outer bag 3 is broken at the cut line 4, and further pulling in the direction away from the inside, the folded bag body 10 is released from the inside of the storage outer bag 3, The bag body 10 is expanded at a stretch and becomes an expanded state as shown in FIG.
[Modification 1]
Next, the modification of the manufacturing method of the bag body of this invention is demonstrated.
FIG. 11 is a plan view schematically showing a part of the manufacturing process in the modification of the present invention, and the first string body and the second string body are different from each other except that the fusion / cutting positions are different. Except for changes in design, this embodiment is the same as the previous embodiment.
That is, the first string bodies 20a and 20b (not shown in FIG. 11) exposed at the notch 13 between the two adjacent unfinished bag bodies f (10 ′) and g (10 ′) are replaced with the preceding bag body f. Fusing means at a predetermined position 16 ′ between the rear opening end portions 140a and 141a of the tubular body insertion tubular portion 140 (not shown) and the extension line S ′ of the virtual bag side edge line S (Not shown).
At the same time, the second string 21a and the flange 21b (not shown) exposed at the notch 13 between the bags f (10 ′) and g (10 ′) are connected to the tubular part for inserting the string of the succeeding bag g. At a predetermined position 17 ′ from the front opening end portions 140 b and 141 b (not shown) of 140 to the extension line S ′ of the virtual bag side edge line S, they are fused to each other by a fusing means (not shown).
Thereafter, the string body is cut at the fusion locations 16 ′ and 17 ′, and the adjacent bag bodies 10 ′ and 10 ′ of the sheet-like material 1 are fused along the virtual bag body side edge line S.
Thus, even when the fusion / cutting position of the first string body and the second string body is changed to 16 ′, 17 ′, the same effect as the previous embodiment can be obtained.
Next, the portable bag according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 12 is a plan view showing the portable bag body 1-ad-a according to the present embodiment, which is a package PG having a substantially rectangular shape in plan view, which is composed of divided bodies connected via a tear guiding portion R-ad. It shows that the handbag 10-ad in a folded state is stored inside.
Of the tear induction part R-ad, the width of the unconnected part R-ad-1 in the regions E-ad-1 and E-ad-3 that start to tear at the time of opening is the non-width in the central region E-ad-2. It is formed wider than the width of the connecting portion R-ad-2.
Specifically, the ratio of the width of the non-connecting part R-ad-1 and non-connecting part R-ad-2 is “2.5: 1” to “3.5: 1”, which is the central part of the tear guide part The R-ad-2 is formed in consideration of the width of the package so that the R-ad-1 is formed with the R-ad-2 interposed therebetween. In addition, it does not prevent changing the raw material and width of a package, and the width of a connection part suitably.
A so-called plastic film such as polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), or polyethylene terephthalate (PET) is used as a single material or a composite material for the raw material of the handbag 10-ad and the package PG. In this embodiment, polyethylene alone is used. The thickness of the film is preferably 50 to 100 μm, but the type of plastic film plus the thickness of the film is not limited as long as the problems of the present invention can be solved.
A method for manufacturing the package PG will be described with reference to FIGS.
Two sheets of polyethylene sheet S-ad are stacked (FIG. 13A), and a perforation is formed by a sewing blade (round) A-ad along the tearing imaginary line V-ad-1 (FIGS. 5B to 5C). )). The sewing blade (round) A-ad is composed of a long blade A-ad-1 and a short blade A-ad-2 (FIG. 14), and the perforation by the sewing blade A-ad is a wide unconnected portion R. -ad-1 and non-connecting portion R-ad-2 narrower than R-ad-1 are alternately formed via connecting portion R-ad-3 (FIG. 13 (d)). is there. In this embodiment, the wide unconnected portion R-ad-1 is adjusted in advance at the end of each package in accordance with the width of the package.
After the tear induction part, that is, the desired perforation, is formed, fusing and separation processing is performed along the package fusing separation virtual line V-ad-2 to obtain packages PG-1 to PG-4.
Next, the manufacturing process of the handbag 10-ad will be described with reference to the drawings.
Cut out the notch pieces 101-ad and 101-ad from the left and right shoulders of the upper side of the double polyethylene sheet 100-ad (Fig. 15 (a)) closed on all sides to form the opening of the handbag. A cutter or the like is inserted from 13-ad, and the closed upper side 102-ad is opened and opened (FIG. 15B).
Next, in order to provide two annular string bodies, that is, the first string body 110-ad and the second string body 111-ad in the opening, the annular string body is folded by the folded pieces 103-ad and 104-ad. In order to form a tubular body portion (indicated by reference numerals 14-ad and 15-ad in FIG. 22) of the winding and string body, a fusion portion 105- is formed by heat fusion processing so as to fix the leading end portion of the folded piece to the sheet body. ad, 106-ad (FIGS. 15 and 22) are formed.
FIG. 16 is a plan view showing the handbag 10-ad completed through the above steps in an unfolded state, from the string-inserting cylindrical portion 14-ad (15-ad) to the first string 110-ad. Each of the handle part 110-ad-a and the handle part 111-ad-a of the second string 111-ad exceeds the width W-ad of the carrying bag 10-ad by a predetermined length P-ad. It shows that it has a configuration that protrudes from side to side.
A one-dot chain line 11-ad in the figure indicates a virtual line as a guide when the first folding state is set in the folding process described later, X-ad is one side edge of the handbag 10-ad, Y-ad is the handbag 10 -ad shows the other side edge.
Hereinafter, the folding process of the handbag and the packaging process will be described.
[Folding process]
First, a folding process is explained in full detail based on drawing.
FIG. 17 is a plan view showing a first folded state in which the handbag 10-ad is folded in the width direction from the unfolded state of FIG. 16, wherein 12-ad-a to 12-ad-g are in the second folded state. An imaginary line is shown as a guide when folding to the side.
The direction connecting the first string handle 110-ad-a and the second string handle 111-ad-a in the unfolded handbag 10-ad (FIG. 16) is defined as a first direction M-ad. When the direction orthogonal to the second direction N-ad is taken as a virtual line 11-ad, 11-ad (FIG. 16) that is separated from the first direction M-ad and extends along the second direction N-ad. Along the imaginary lines 12-ad-a to 12-ad-g extending along the first direction M-ad, separated from each other in the second direction N-ad, after being in the first folded state along (FIG. 17). And the second folded state is completed (FIG. 19).
Thus, the handbag 10-ad that has been in the second folded state through the first folded state is formed from the one edge 17-ad-a in the width direction M-ad and the handle portion 111-ad of the second string 111-ad. -a protrudes outward, and the handle 110-ad-a of the first string 110-ad protrudes outward from the other edge 17-ad-b. (FIG. 19).
[Packaging process]
Next, the process of storing the handbag 10-ad in the package PG and completing the portable bag 1-ad-a (FIG. 12) will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 20 is a perspective view showing a state immediately before the handbag 10-ad in the second folded state is stored in a package PG provided with a tear guide R-ad in the center. FIG. 21 is a plan view showing a state in which the handbag 10-ad in the second folded state is stored in the package PG. FIG. 12 is a plan view showing a state in which a portable bag body 1-ad-a is obtained by fusing both end portions 2-ad, 3-ad in the longitudinal direction of the package PG.
The handbag 10-ad that has been in the second folded state after being in the first folded state is inserted into the package PG (FIGS. 20 and 21), and the handle 111-ad-a of the second string 111-ad is Joins one end of the package PG in the longitudinal direction to form the first joint 2-ad, and joins the handle 110-ad-a of the first string 110-ad to the other end of the package PG in the longitudinal direction Thus, the portable bag body 1-ad-a is obtained by forming the second joint portion 3-ad (FIG. 12).
[Usage example of folding bag]
When the handbag 10-ad is used, the joints 2-ad and 3-ad at both ends of the portable bag 1-ad shown in FIG. 12, preferably the handles 111-ad-a and 110-ad-a When the parts 20-ad and 30-ad that have been sandwiched and pinched are gripped with fingers and pulled away from each other, the package PG breaks at the tear induction portion R-ad, and further pulled away, the package PG The folded handbag 10-ad is opened from the inside, and the body 10-ad is unfolded at a stretch to be unfolded as shown in FIG.
According to the present embodiment, when the material of the package is thick or when the material is hard, the perforation in the region where the tear starts is rough, that is, the operation of starting the tear is provided by providing a wide width of the unconnected portion. Although the center perforation is finer than the previous perforation, that is, the width of the non-connecting portion is narrower, even if it starts to tear unintentionally, It becomes possible to provide an easy-to-use portable bag body that can prevent the body from being completely divided.
[Application 1]
FIG. 23 shows an application example in which the carrying bag 10-ad in the above-described embodiment is molded as an umbrella bag 20-ad. This application includes the effect except for the point that the shape of the bag portion is long in the vertical direction so that it can store an umbrella and is tapered toward the tip, and the process and work changes that are normally applied in accordance with such changes. As described in the above embodiments.
[Modification 2]
FIG. 24 shows the sewing machine blade (band) B-ad used in the modified example in which the package PG is manufactured using the sewing machine blade (band) B-ad instead of the sewing machine blade (circle) A-ad in the above-described embodiment. It is the schematic which shows the structure of these.
Describing the manufacturing method of the package P-ad in this modified example, two polyethylene sheets are stacked as in the previous embodiment, and perforations are formed by the sewing blade (band) B-ad along the tearing imaginary line. The sewing blade (band) B-ad is composed of a long blade B-ad-1 and a short blade B-ad-2 (FIG. 24), and the perforation by the sewing blade B-ad has a wide unconnected portion and The non-connecting portions narrower than the connecting portions are alternately formed through the connecting portions. After that, after the tear permeation part, that is, the desired perforation is formed, the process of performing the fusing and separating process along the package fusing and separating virtual line to obtain a plurality of packages is as described in the previous embodiment. It is.
Although not described in detail, in this modification, it is assumed that a driving device that reciprocates the sewing blade B-ad with respect to the sheet is provided, and that all the necessary configurations for performing fusing and separation processing are provided.
In addition, when providing a penetration part like the perforation in the said sheet | seat, there exists "cutting" which removes the material of this penetration part, and "cutting" which does not remove the material of this penetration part. The notch is preferable because it is difficult to generate residue in the manufacturing process, and this modified example follows this, but is not particularly limited as long as the problem of the present invention can be solved.
[Modification 3]
FIG. 25 is a diagram showing a plan view of a portable bag body 1-ad-b according to a modification of the above embodiment.
In this modification, the width of the unconnected portion R-ad-2 in the regions E-ad-1 and E-ad-3 that start to tear in the tear guide portion R-ad is the central region E. It is formed narrower than the width of the unconnected portion R-ad-1 in -ad-2.
Specifically, the ratio of the width of the unconnected portion R-ad-1 and unconnected portion R-ad-2 is “2.5: 1” to “3.5: 1”, and this non-rate is the center of the tear guide portion. The R-ad-1 is adjusted in consideration of the width of the package so that the R-ad-1 is formed between the two parts. It should be noted that the package can be appropriately changed in consideration of the material and width of the package and the width of the connecting portion.
According to the present modification, when the package material is thin or the material is soft, the perforation at the center is rough, that is, the tearing operation is facilitated by providing a wide width of the unconnected portion. It is possible to provide an easy-to-use portable bag body that can prevent unintentional opening by making the perforation at the beginning of tearing finer than the previous perforation, that is, by narrowing the width of the unconnected portion. Become.
[Application 2]
As a further application example of the package focusing on the broken portion, in addition to “rain gear” such as raincoat (FIG. 26), “apron” (FIG. 27), “Omikuji” and “bag” with handbags (FIG. 28) It is also possible to apply to an external package including a single such as “Kuji”.
Next, different embodiments of the portable bag according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 29 is a perspective view showing an existing polyolefin bag K, in which a pair of handle portions t1 and t2 are extended integrally with the bag portion from the opening edge portion. This embodiment relates to a portable bag body that uses an existing polyolefin bag K instead of the bag body 10-ad in the second embodiment and is folded and stored in the package PG. is there.
The folding process and packaging process of the bag K are the same as in Example 2.
[Folding process]
After the polyolefin bag K is folded in the first direction (FIG. 29, M-ad-2) from the unfolded state, that is, after undergoing the folding process similar to FIGS. 16 and 17 in the second embodiment. Similarly, the second folded state (FIG. 30A) obtained by folding in the second direction (FIG. 29, N-ad-2) is completed in the same manner as in FIG. At this time, the handle portions t1 and t2 protrude from the folded bag portion to the left and right.
[Packaging process]

Are joined and fused to complete the portable bag body in this embodiment (FIG. 30C). The details of the process are the same as in Example 2, and are omitted here.
[Usage example of folding bag]
When the completed portable bag (FIG. 30 (c)) in the present embodiment is used, the package PG is pulled to the tear guiding portion R- by holding both ends in the longitudinal direction with fingers and pulling them away from each other. When it breaks at ad and is pulled further in the direction of separation, the folded-up polyolefin bag K is opened from the package PG, and is expanded at a stretch to be in an expanded state as shown in FIG.
According to the present embodiment, since existing bags can be used in the package, the manufacturing process can be simplified, and the manufacturing cost can be kept low.
The method for producing a bag body of the present invention is preferably used in a method for producing a garbage bag, for example, but is not particularly limited thereto. In addition, the portable bag body of the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned disclosure, but can be widely used.
