Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a card container used for storing and storing cards such as name tags, slips, vouchers, various leaflets, or refills thereof.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, there are bag-like card cases made of plastic sheets of polyolefin, polyvinyl chloride, polyester, etc. For example, business card holders and ID card cases, as well as various cards, paper, leaflets, etc. In order to temporarily store them, they are increasingly used.
[0003]
The card container formed of such a plastic sheet has an envelope shape as shown in FIG. 12, for example. This bag-shaped card container includes a
[0004]
The bag-shaped card container manufactured in this way is low in manufacturing cost compared to envelopes manufactured by folding paper, is easy to mass-produce, has the advantage of being transparent, lightweight, and resistant to water, and is a thin plastic. Bag-shaped card containers formed of sheets are often used instead of paper bags.
[0005]
However, such plastic card containers are less rigid when the plastic sheet of the material is thin, and since they are easily charged, their surfaces are likely to stick to each other when they are smooth, and the handling of the product tends to be reduced. In the case of stacking, once the creases are formed, the creases are difficult to disappear, and there is a problem that the commercial value is lowered. Furthermore, when the flap of the card container containing the enclosure is closed and sealed with an adhesive, the sheet is thin and transparent, and the surface is smooth, so there are few clues to open the flap, and the enclosure can be taken out after being opened. There is also a problem that is not easy.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present inventor attempted to improve the structure of the card container in order to solve the above-described drawbacks. However, if the structure of the card container becomes complicated, it will be inevitable that the production efficiency of the card container will be reduced by using the conventional plastic sheet bag manufacturing equipment, and it will be impossible to produce it commercially. It came to do. Accordingly, the present invention provides a card container manufacturing apparatus capable of mass-producing a card container capable of solving the above-described problems with high efficiency continuously and economically.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The card container of the present invention is a substantially rectangular bag-like container formed of two layers of plastic sheets and connected at three edge portions leaving an opening at one edge portion. A tongue-like protrusion left uncut from both the left and right sides is extended to the tip of the flap provided on the front side, and the side edge of the tongue-like protrusion passes through a position deeper than the tip position of the flap and reaches the tip position of the flap again. The gist is that it is connected to the leading edge of the flap via an arcuate concave corner formed so as to return.
[0008]
In the card container of the present invention, if the front sheet and the rear sheet of the bag-shaped container are made of an integrated sheet that is vertically folded to form a bottom portion, the production efficiency can be further increased and the manufacturing can be further performed. A low-cost card container can be provided.
[0009]
Further, in the card container of the present invention, if the left and right side edges of the flap are configured to be cut out narrowly, it is easy to prevent the flap from being damaged when the card container is handled, and this is effective in preventing a decrease in commercial value. In addition, even if the flap is easily opened and closed when the inclusion is put in and out, it does not cause a large deformation in the flap portion.
[0010]
Furthermore, if the tip of the flap is cut out from at least one of the left and right ends to leave a tongue-like protrusion, the flap in the sealed state can be easily pulled by picking the tongue-like protrusion and pulling the flap. The operability is greatly improved.
[0011]
On the other hand, when a notch having a width that allows at least the contents in the container to be picked by a finger is formed in the rear edge of the opening, the rear edge of the opening is opened when the flap is opened. A finger can be inserted into the opening through the cutout portion of the portion, and it becomes extremely easy to take out the inclusion.
[0012]
Furthermore, if the front end portion of the flap is formed of a plurality of plastic sheets joined together, the strength of the flap portion is improved and the opening and closing is facilitated. However, there is an advantage that it can be used repeatedly as long as the sealing performance of the sealing adhesive is not lost without causing deterioration such as deformation.
[0013]
The card container of the present invention includes a vertically folded sheet material supply unit that forms a fold in the longitudinal direction near the center position of a long plastic sheet, and a dancer that adjusts the feeding speed of the vertically folded sheet material. And a bag forming portion that temporarily stops feeding when the feed length of the vertically folded sheet material reaches a predetermined value and melts the vertically folded sheet material perpendicularly to the length direction. In the card container manufacturing apparatus provided, a sheet edge on one side corresponding to the bag body opening planned position of the longitudinally folded sheet material is cut between the dancer part and the bag body forming part, and the flap and the bag An arc-shaped bend that forms a tongue-shaped protrusion extending further forward than the leading edge of the flap and forms an arc-shaped concave corner between the side edge of the tongue-shaped protrusion and the leading edge of the flap characterized in that an opening process portion with a cutting edge Is formed from a plastic sheet having a two-layer, a substantially rectangular bag-like container provided with a flap for closing the aperture and opening that is connected to the edge of the 3-way left to the edge of the 1-way, the A tongue- shaped protrusion is extended further forward than the tip of the flap, and the side edge of the tongue- shaped protrusion is again inserted through the arc-shaped concave corner provided deeper than the tip of the flap. It is possible to mass-produce the card container efficiently and economically by using the card container manufacturing apparatus connected to the leading edge of the card.
[0014]
In the card container manufacturing apparatus of the present invention having such a configuration, the vertically folded sheet material supply unit is configured such that the edge of the lower layer of the vertically folded sheet material protrudes beyond the edge of the upper layer. In this case, there is an advantage that the processing means for the flap portion of the card container can be further simplified.
[0015]
Further, the opening processing portion in the card container manufacturing apparatus of the present invention is removed by cutting at least part of the edge of the lower layer and the edge of the upper layer of the vertically folded sheet material along a desired shape. For example, if the structure is provided with a die blade for punching or cutting, it has a simple structure and is provided with an opening processing portion with high processing efficiency, and the design of the card container can be switched quickly as desired. It is possible to provide a manufacturing apparatus with high flexibility and high productivity, which can subsequently manufacture a card container having a design.
[0016]
