Abstract

一种防伪膜，包括基层膜（1）、印刷层（2）、镭射层（3）以及镀铝层（4）。其制作工艺包括选择基层膜（1）；在基层膜（1）上印刷防伪图案形成印刷层（2）；在基层膜（1）或印刷层（2）上镭射压印或转移镭射层（3）；在无需呈现金属光泽的区域涂覆水洗油墨形成水洗油墨层并全部镀铝形成镀铝层（4）；对水洗油墨层进行水洗，洗去水洗油墨层及其上的镀铝层，完成制作。一种覆膜工艺，包括制作所述的防伪膜；在所述的防伪膜的基层膜背面涂覆胶体，并将其贴附在铁料表面。该防伪膜防伪种类多样，具有较强的防伪效果。
