本实用新型涉及一种二十辊轧机辊箱结构,尤其涉及一种易于加工的二十辊轧机辊箱结构。
背景技术
轧机箱体分为相正对的上箱体和下箱体,上箱体和下箱体正对的面上开有前后贯通的供上轧辊和下轧辊置入的空腔,然目前通用的空腔的正平面形状呈花瓣型,这种形式的空腔在加工过程中需要断续插补进行连续圆弧加工,为保证装配精度,由此就会增加空腔加工的难度。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的问题是提供一种二十辊轧机辊箱结构,具有易于加工,保障空腔加工精度的特点。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案为:一种二十辊轧机辊箱结构,包括辊箱本体,其创新点在于:所述辊箱本体上开有前后贯通且贯通到该辊箱本体底面的供轧辊排布的空腔,所述空腔正平面看为呈凸字形结构。
优选的,所述呈凸字形结构包括至少2组相正对的竖直设置的边和至少3条衔接所述竖直设置的边的水平设置的边。
优选的,所述竖直设置的边与所述水平设置的边间设置过渡圆角。
优选的,所述过渡圆角半径在5mm-10mm内。
优选的,所述过渡圆角半径为8mm。
本实用新型的优点在于:通过将放置轧辊的空腔设计为由若干水平设置的边和若干竖直设置的边构成的呈凸字形,从而避免采用传统的花瓣型,采用走直边铣削的方式避免断续插补的方式,在空腔加工过程中,在保证空腔的加工精度的情况下,本实用新型的结构的加工难度降低了。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的二十辊轧机辊箱结构,包括辊箱本体1,为了降低辊箱本体1上空腔2的加工精度,辊箱本体1上开有前后贯通且贯通到该辊箱本体1底面的供轧辊排布的空腔2, 该空腔2正平面看为呈凸字形结构。上述的呈凸字形结构包括至少2组相正对的竖直设置的边和至少3条衔接竖直设置的边的水平设置的边4。
为了降低应力集中,竖直设置的边与水平设置的边4间设置过渡圆角5,该过渡圆角5半径在5mm-10mm内,理论设计表明过渡圆角5半径最佳为8mm。
通过将放置轧辊的空腔2设计为由若干水平设置的边4和若干竖直设置的边构成的呈凸字形,从而避免采用传统的花瓣型,采用走直边铣削的方式避免断续插补的方式,在空腔2加工过程中,在保证空腔2的加工精度的情况下,本实用新型的结构的加工难度降低了。

  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种二十辊轧机辊箱结构,其特征在于:所述呈凸字形结构包括至少2组相正对的竖直设置的边和至少3条衔接所述竖直设置的边的水平设置的边。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种二十辊轧机辊箱结构,其特征在于:所述竖直设置的边与所述水平设置的边间设置过渡圆角。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的一种二十辊轧机辊箱结构,其特征在于:所述过渡圆角半径在5mm-10mm内。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的一种二十辊轧机辊箱结构,其特征在于:所述过渡圆角半径为8mm。
