DESCRIPTION
FIXTURE FOR MULTI-STATION PROCESSING A BEARING HOLE ON AN END FACE OF A BOX WHICH CAN AVOID THE DAMAGE TO
WORKPIECES
Technical Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to a fixture for multi-station processing a bearing hole on an end face of a box which can avoid the damage to workpieces.
Background of the Invention
One bearing hole is to be formed on each of the front sidewall, the rear sidewall and the top wall of a box. A boss, which extends toward the left and right sides, is formed in an upper portion of the box. A sidewall bulge extending downward is formed on the front sidewall of the box. In the prior art, when a bearing hole is to be formed on such a box, first, the box is fixed by a fixture; then, a bearing hole is formed on the top wall of the box; and thereafter, the box is overturned, and a bearing hole is formed on each of the front wall and the rear wall of the box. In this way, since the box needs to be clamped twice, the operation is complicated and the efficiency is low.
Summary of the Invention
An objective of the present invention is to provide a fixture for multi-station processing a bearing hole on an end face of a box which can avoid the damage to workpieces.
The present invention employs the following technical solutions. A fixture for multi-station processing a bearing hole on an end face of a box which can avoid the damage to workpieces is provided, including a soleplate fixed on a workbench; a number of fixed plates are provided on the soleplate, and the 1 2017100866 26 Jun2017 fixed plates are arranged at intervals in the left-right direction; a station for holding a box to be processed is formed between left and right adjacent fixed plates; at least one pressing plate is provided on an upper side of each of the fixed plates; a sidewall bulge is extended downward from a front sidewall or rear sidewall of the box to be processed, and the thickness of the soleplate is greater than that of the sidewall bulge; the box to be processed is placed between adjacent fixed plates, with a left end face and a right end face of the box to be processed each coming into contact with a side of one fixed plate, and with an inner end face of the sidewall bulge of the box to be processed coming into contact with a side of the soleplate; and the pressing plate is fixed to the fixed plate by a first fastener, with a lower end face of the pressing plate being resisted against an upper end face of the box to be processed; a number of fixed grooves extending upward are formed on the lower end face of the pressing plate, and a cushion is fixed within the fixed groove. With such an arrangement, the damage to the surface of a box to be processed by the pressing plate is avoided.
The present invention can improve both the processing efficiency and the processing precision.
Brief Description of the Drawings
Fig. 1 is a structural diagram of the present invention; and
Fig. 2 is another structure diagram of the present invention.
Detailed Description of the Invention
The present invention will be further described below by specific embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, the present invention provides a fixture for multi-station processing a bearing hole on an end face of a box, including a soleplate 1 fixed on a workbench; four fixed plates 2 are provided on the soleplate 1, and the four fixed plates 2 are arranged at intervals in the left-right 2 2017100866 26 Jun2017 direction; a station for holding a box 3 to be processed is formed between left and right adjacent fixed plates 2; at least one pressing plate is provided on an upper side of each of the fixed plates 2; a sidewall bulge is extended downward from a front sidewall or rear sidewall of the box 3 to be processed, and the thickness of the soleplate 1 is greater than that of the sidewall bulge; the box 3 to be processed is placed between adjacent fixed plates 2, with a left end face and a right end face of the box 3 to be processed each coming into contact with a side of one fixed plate 2, and with an inner end face of the sidewall bulge of the box 3 to be processed coming into contact with a side of the soleplate 1; and each pressing plate is fixed to the fixed plate 2 by one first fastener 4, with a lower end face of the pressing plate being resisted against an upper end face of the box 3 to be processed. Three straight flutes 14, which are arranged in parallel to each other, are formed at the left end and the right end of the soleplate 1; and the straight flute 14 at the left end of the soleplate 1 runs through the left side of the soleplate 1 leftward, and the straight flute 14 at the right end of the soleplate runs through the right side of the soleplate 1 rightward. A boss 31, which extends towards the left and right sides, is formed in an upper portion of the box 3 to be processed, and the distance between the left side and the right side of the boss 31 is greater than the distance between adjacent fixed plates 2; and the pressing plate is fixed to the fixed plate 2 by a first fastener 4, with a lower end face of the boss 31 being resisted against upper end faces of the fixed plates 2.
The pressing plates include a left pressing plate 5 located on the leftmost side, a right pressing plate 7 located on the rightmost side, and a middle pressing plate 6 between the left pressing plate 5 and the right pressing plate 7; a pressing plate bulge 51 extending downward is formed on each of the left pressing plate 5 and the right pressing plate 7; the length of the middle pressing plate 6 is greater than the distance between a left end face and a right end face of the fixed plate 2; the pressing plate is fixed to the fixed plate 2 by a first fastener 4, with lower end faces of the pressing plate bulges 51 on the left 3 2017100866 26 Jun2017 pressing plate 5 and the right pressing plate being both resisted against an upper end face of the fixed plate 2, and a lower end face of the left end and a lower end face of the right end of the middle pressing plate 6 being resisted against an upper end face of a box 3 to be processed, respectively. Wherein, the length of the pressing plate is less than or equal to the distance from a front end face to a rear end face of the fixed plate 2.A number of fixed grooves extending upward are formed on the lower end face of the pressing plate, and a cushion is fixed within the fixed groove. A first fixed hole and a second fixed hole, which are provided for fitting the first fastener 4, are formed on the pressing plate and the fixed plate 2, respectively; threaded structures, which are fitted with each other, are formed on an inner wall of the second fixed hole and an outer wall of a lower end of the first fastener 4; a first fastener nose extending outward is formed at an upper end of the first fastener 4; and a lower end of the first fastener 4 is passed through the first fixed hole to be fitted within the second fixed hole by threads, with a lower end of the first fastener nose being resisted against the upper end face of the pressing plate. A soleplate bulge 11 is extended forward or backward from each of a left end and a right end of the soleplate 1; and a positioning plate 12 is provided on the soleplate bulge 11, a positioning strip 9 is provided on a front side of the positioning plate 12, and the two ends of the positioning strip 9 are fixed to one fixed plate 12 by a second fastener 13, respectively. Four grooves are formed on the soleplate 1, and the four grooves are arranged at intervals in the left-right direction; the horizontal cross-section of the grooves and the horizontal cross-section of the lower ends of the fixed plates 2 are the same in shape; and the lower ends of the fixed plates 2 are located within the grooves. The grooves run through the soleplate 1 from front to back. Each fixed plate 2 is fixed to the soleplate by two third fasteners. 4
