Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Zylinder mit einer Doppelmembrane. Die jeweiligen Membranen sind in radialer Richtung elastisch und bezüglich einer mittleren Radialebene spiegelsymmetrisch zueinander angeordnet. Dabei bilden die zwei Membranen zwischen sich einen Zwischenraum, der über einen zugeordneten Anschluss druckbeaufschlagbar ist. Erfindungsgemäß wird bei einem mit Innendruck befüllten Zwischenraum die Steifigkeit der beiden Membranen derart erhöht, dass ein glatter, sinusförmiger Kraftverlauf der Kolbenkraft im Lastwechselbetrieb entsteht der auch stetig und überall beidseitig differenzierbar ist.
