    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 内周面を有する外筒１、当該外筒１内周内を軸方向に移
    動可能に配設されているロッド２、及び当該ロッド２に
    内周部３が保持されて外周部４が前記外筒１側に保持さ
    れている可撓性膜体５を有し、当該可撓性膜体５の受圧
    面側と反対側にあって前記ロッド２に一体的に固着され
    外周面が前記外筒１の内周面と微小間隙を成す摺動面８
    と段部を成す可撓性膜体受部６とに形成された保持部材
    フを備える圧力シリンダ。
