本发明涉及机床工具倒角器领域,具体涉及一种滑槽夹紧自适应通用型倒角器。
背景技术
目前,在机械加工领域对孔和槽的加工通常采用的是钻头钻孔、铣刀铣槽、单刀头镗孔和磨床磨削,在完成以上操作后,还需要将原来的刀具取下来,然后再安装专门用来倒角的刀具进行倒角,这样两步工序在加工过程中比较麻烦,需要做很多的无用功和大量重复拆卸装夹动作,不能充分利用有效时间,既增加了辅助时间和劳动强度,又不能有效的提高工作效率,常规嵌套式结构的倒角器又有对刀具不同尺寸规格通用性不足的缺陷,只能不同尺寸规格的刀具就配置不同规格的倒角器,这种倒角器的使用、管理和维护都存在诸多的不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的以上问题,提供一种滑槽夹紧自适应通用型倒角器,本发明通用各种类型、各种尺寸规格的机床用刀具,使用方便,结构可靠,在钻、铣、车、镗、磨等机械加工时,无需更换刀具和变动工作基准,主体加工和倒角一次性同步完成,无需额外操作,大幅提高加工效率,经济效益显著。
为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种滑槽夹紧自适应通用型倒角器,包括机床刀具夹套第一压箍、机床刀具夹套第二压箍、滑动式倒角刀体,所述机床刀具夹套第一压箍和机床刀具夹套第二压箍通过旋转中心轴连接成合页式夹紧装置,所述机床刀具夹套第一压箍和机床刀具夹套第二压箍均设置有机床刀具卡槽,所述滑动式倒角刀体安装于机床刀具卡槽内,所述滑动式倒角刀体一端始终与机床刀具卡槽接触,另一端露出机床刀具卡槽外,并在端面设置有硬质倒角专用刀具,所述硬质倒角专用刀具伸入机床刀具上设置的排屑槽中,且不与机床刀具接触。
进一步的,所述机床刀具包括钻头、铣刀、车刀、镗刀和磨头。
进一步的,所述滑动式倒角刀体上设置有尺寸刻度,所述机床刀具夹套第一压箍、机床刀具夹套第二压箍上也设置有尺寸刻度,夹套上的尺寸刻度和刀体上的刻度构成游标卡尺。
进一步的,所述滑动式倒角刀体与机床刀具卡槽系间隙配合,滑动式倒角刀体可以在机床刀具卡槽中自由滑动,所述机床刀具卡槽上设置有紧固装置,能够约束滑动式倒角刀体的滑动性能。
进一步的,所述机床刀具夹套第一压箍和机床刀具夹套第二压箍上均设置有机床刀具夹持辅件,所述机床刀具夹持辅件呈多点分布,分别夹持和抱紧机床刀具,将倒角器和机床刀具连接成没有相对运动的整体。
进一步的,所述机床刀具夹套第一压箍和机床刀具夹套第二压箍上均设置有合页紧固台,所述合页紧固台通过紧固螺栓和紧固螺母进行连接,并提供对机床刀具的夹持抱紧力。
