Abstract

The invention relates to a cosmetic composition, to a kit including said composition, and to a method for using said composition. The basic cosmetic composition according to the invention contains, in wt% relative to the total weight of said composition, 1) the following cosmetically acceptable water-soluble compounds in the form of a powder in which the largest dimension of the particles is 5 to 200 μm: a) 35% to 60% of an absorbent compound, preferably selected from among silica, talc, and mixtures thereof, b) 15% to 40% of a cold thickening/gelling agent, preferably acetylated distarch adipate, c) 5% to 15%, preferably 10%, of a texturizing agent, preferably wheat starch, more preferably native wheat starch, d) 2% to 10% of a cold emulsifier selected from among a water-soluble wax containing cocoa butter, untreated beeswax, and sodium polyacrylate, a sodium acrylate/sodium dimethyl taurate copolymer, and mixtures thereof, e) 0% to 10%, preferably 5%, of a hydrating agent, preferably a glycerine-based hydrating agent, more preferably a cross-linked copolymer of methyl methacrylate and glycerine, f) 0.5% to 3%, preferably 2%, of a texturizing agent selected from among starches, preferably oat grain starch, and g) 0% to 0.5%, preferably 0.3%, of a preservative, preferably methyl paraben; and 2) the following cosmetically acceptable water-soluble compounds in liquid form: h) 1% to 5% of an emollient agent, preferably esters of avocado oil and polyglycerol-6, and i) 0% to 2%, preferably 1%, perfume. The invention is particularly useful in the field of cosmetics.

Description

COSMETIC COMPOSITION

The invention relates to a cosmetic composition, a kit comprising this composition and a method of using this composition.

Cosmetics are generally classified into two broad categories: makeup products such as eyeshadow, complexion powders, blushers, lipsticks, foundations, nail polish, hair coloring products, and cosmetics. skin care such as skin care creams, moisturizing, cleansing, etc. masks, exfoliants, etc.

All cosmetic products currently on the market are ready-to-use products that do not allow the user (or the user) to obtain a care or make-up that is truly personalized, formulated on demand, and at will. instantaneous manner, such as an eye shadow or a foundation or mask having a color that the user (or the user) has defined or a mask having care characteristics of which the user (or the user ) can customize the action, such as a joint hydration action, an exfoliation action, etc ...

This is why the invention aims to provide a cosmetic composition that can be finalized and personalized at the desired moment by the user, at home for example, instantaneously, by adding a liquid to a cosmetic composition of base in powder form and the dye and / or care product chosen, to obtain a gel which can then be applied to the skin to form a mask or a dry film.

For this purpose, the invention provides a so-called basic cosmetic composition which will be mixed or mixed with at least one pigment, to form a makeup composition of the skin, or with a skin care agent, to form a skin care composition.

The basic cosmetic composition of the invention comprises, in percent by weight, relative to the total mass of said composition:

1) the following cosmetically acceptable water-soluble compounds in the form of a powder, the largest particle size of which is between S and 200 μηι:

a) between 35 and 60% of an absorbent compound, preferably selected from silica, talc and mixtures thereof, b) between 15 and 40% of a thickener-cold gelling agent, preferably acetylated diamidon adipate,

c) between 5 and 15%, preferably 10%, of a texturing agent, preferably wheat starch, more preferably native wheat starch,

d) between 2 and 10% of a cold emulsifier chosen from:

a water-soluble wax containing cocoa butter butter, untreated beeswax and sodium polyacrylate,

a co-polymer of sodium acrylate / dimethylsodium taurate,

- and the mixtures of these,

e) between 0 and 10%, preferably 5%, of a moisturizing agent, preferably based on glycerine, more preferably a crosslinked copolymer of methyl methacrylate and glycerine,

f) between 0.5 and 3%, preferably 2%, of a texturing agent chosen from starches, preferably oat grains starch,

g) between 0 and 0.5%, preferably 0.3%, of a preservative, preferably methyl paraben,

and

2) the following cosmetically acceptable water-soluble compounds, in liquid form:

h) between 1 and 5% of an emollient, preferably of avocado oil and polyglycerol-6 esters,

i) between 0 and 2%, preferably 1% of perfume.

Preferably, the cold emulsifier d) is a mixture which comprises between 40 and 50%, preferably 43% by weight, relative to the total mass of cold emulsifier d), a cold forming emulsifier forming film-thickener which is a water-soluble wax comprising cocoa butter butter, untreated beeswax and sodium polyacrylate and between 50 and 60%, preferably 57% by weight, relative to the total mass of cold emulsifier d), a cold emulsifier which is a co-polymer of sodium acrylate / dimethylsodium taurate.

The invention also proposes a cosmetic composition for making up the skin, characterized in that it comprises a basic cosmetic composition according to the invention and j) between 1 and 10%, preferably 6%, by weight, relative to the total mass of said makeup composition of at least one powdered pigment whose grain size is less than or equal to 150 μιη, preferably less than or equal to 70 μηι, more preferably less than 30 μm.

Preferably, the cosmetic composition for the make-up of the skin according to the invention comprises, in percent by weight, with respect to the total mass of said cosmetic make-up composition:

- 50% of absorbing compound a),

20% thickening-cold gelling agent b),

10% of texture agent c),

- 7% of emulsifying agent when cold d),

- 5% hydrating agent e),

- 2% of texture agent f),

optionally 0.3% preservative g),

- 4% of the emollient agent h),

optionally 1% perfume i), and

the at least one pigment j).

In a variant, the cosmetic makeup composition of the skin according to the invention further comprises a liquid selected from water, floral water, water containing fruit extracts, spring water and / or or a mixture of these waters.

The invention also provides a cosmetic skin care composition, characterized in that it comprises a basic cosmetic composition according to the invention and at least one of the following skin care agents:

k) a second moisturizing agent for the skin, in powder form, preferably a solids extract of aloe vera,

1) a skin-exfoliating agent, insoluble in water, preferably beads of paraffin wax, preferably pigmented, in powder form, having particles whose largest dimension is between 100 and 900 μπι.

m) a powdered skin purification agent, preferably a cyclodextrin complex and tea tree oil.

Preferably, the cosmetic skin care composition according to the invention comprises, in percent by weight, relative to the total mass of said cosmetic skin care composition: 35% of the absorbing compound a),

- 37% of the thickening-cold gelling agent b),

- 10% of the texture agent c),

2.5% of the cold emulsifying agent d),

- 5% of the moisturizing agent e),

- 2% of the texture agent f),

optionally 0.3% preservative g),

- 2% of the agent emit (h),

optionally 1% perfume i), and

at least one of the skin care agents k), 1) or m).

In a variant, the cosmetic skincare composition according to the invention further comprises a liquid selected from water, floral water, water containing fruit extracts, water source and / or a mixture of these waters.

The invention also proposes a makeup kit comprising:

at least one first container containing a composition according to the invention, and

at least one, preferably at least three, second container (s) each containing a different pigment, in powder whose grain size is less than or equal to 150 μηι, preferably less than or equal to 70 μιη , more preferably less than 30 μτη, and

- optionally at least one third container containing a liquid selected from water, ^the floral water, water containing fruit extracts, spring water and / or a mixture of these and water,

- optionally, a preservative g).

Preferably, in the make-up kit according to the invention, the at least one first container contains between 0.25 g and 0.75 g of the composition according to claim 1 or 2, and each at least one second container contains between 0 0.4 g and 0.75 g of the at least one pigment j).

In another embodiment, the invention provides a makeup kit comprising: at least three containers each containing a cosmetic make-up composition according to claim 3 or 4, each cosmetic make-up composition containing a different pigment, and

optionally, at least one second container containing a liquid chosen from water, floral water, water containing fruit extracts, spring water and / or a mixture of these waters, and optionally a preservative g).

Another object of the invention is a skin care kit comprising:

at least one first container containing a cosmetic composition according to the invention, and

at least one second container containing a skin care agent chosen from:

1) a skin-exfoliating agent, insoluble in water, preferably beads of paraffin wax, preferably pigmented, in powder form, having particles whose largest dimension is between 100 and 900 μτη.

Preferably, in the kit according to the invention, the at least one first container contains 2.5 g of composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3 and the second container contains:

0.5 g of the hydrating agent k), or

0.7 g of the exfoliating agent 1), or

1.4 g of the skin purification agent m).

Yet another object of the invention is a makeup process.

In a first variant, this method comprises:

a) a step of mixing a composition according to claim 1 or 2 with at least one, preferably at least three different pigments j), in the form of powder having particles whose largest dimension is less than or equal to 150 μηι , preferably less than or equal to 70 μτη, more preferably less than 30 μηι, and b) a step of applying all or part of the mixture obtained in step a) on the areas of the skin to be made up.

In a second preferred variant, the makeup process of the invention comprises:

a) a step of mixing at least three cosmetic makeup compositions according to the invention, each makeup cosmetic composition each containing a different pigment j), and

b) a step of applying all or part of the mixture obtained in step a) on the areas of the skin to be made up.

In both variants, the makeup process according to the invention may furthermore comprise, after step b) of applying all or part of the mixture obtained in step a), a step c) of application of water on the areas of the skin on which the mixture obtained in step a) has been applied.

But, still in its two variants, the makeup process according to the invention may also comprise, after step a) of mixing, a step of adding a liquid selected from water, floral water , water containing fruit extracts, spring water and / or a mixture of these waters, and optionally a preservative g), preferably methyl paraben, in the mixture obtained in step a) . In this case, the application step b) is a step of applying the mixture thus obtained.

Still another object of the invention is a skin care process characterized in that it comprises a mixing step:

1) of the basic cosmetic composition according to the invention with at least one care agent chosen from:

k) a second hydrosoluble powdered skin hydrating agent; 1) an exfoliant agent, insoluble in water, preferably paraffin wax, preferably pigmented, in powder form, having particles the most large dimension is between 100 and 900 μιη, and

m) a powdered, water-soluble skin purification agent, and

2) a liquid selected from water, floral water, water containing fruit extracts, spring water containing mineral salts and / or a mixture thereof, and 3) optionally, a preservative g), preferably methyl paraben.

The cosmetic skin care composition and / or skin makeup according to the invention is intended to be manufactured by the user (the user) before use.

It can be made to provide the specific care required (hydration, exfoliation) or obtain the specific makeup product (eyeshadow, foundation, lipstick, etc ...) of the desired color.

In addition, it can be transported easily since the cosmetic composition of the invention is in the form of powders, which will be mixed together, then optionally to a liquid to form a gel that the user (the user) will then apply to the desired area of his face or body. While drying, the makeup gel will form a powdery film with excellent hold and texture, while the specific care mask will form a thick and comfortable film, which will rinse easily.

Thus, the invention provides a so-called basic cosmetic composition which, when mixed with a liquid, forms a gel which will be applied to the skin and which, when dried, will form a uniform film and pleasant touch.

This basic cosmetic composition must have qualities facilitating its application, whether when mixed with a liquid such as water, floral water, water containing fruit extracts, spring water and / or a mixture of these waters, or when applied by itself, that is to say, can be spread over the relevant area of the body or face of the user (the user) easily, uniformly .

For this purpose, the so-called base cosmetic composition must be a powder which is easily dispersible in water or a liquid containing water, with almost instantaneous formation of a gel, so as to obtain a gel whose application is uniform. and sufficiently covering, and that when dried will form a film equally uniform and sufficiently covering.

In addition, this base must have a texture such that it gives a feeling of comfort (not to give impression of tightness or dryness) when worn by the user (or the user). This basic cosmetic composition can be used for use as an eyeshadow, foundation, lipstick, facial care product, depending on the end goal to which the user (the user) intends it.

Indeed, it will be possible to incorporate in this basic cosmetic composition, mineral or synthetic pigments powder to obtain the desired color. It will of course be possible to mix one or more pigments to obtain the exact color desired.

A cosmetically acceptable skin care agent may also be blended with the base composition.

When this care agent is a moisturizing agent or purification or cleaning of the skin, etc ... it will preferably be soluble in water.

When this care agent is an exfoliating agent, this agent will be insoluble in water. This exfoliating agent will preferably be paraffin wax, preferably pigmented so that it can be visualized upon use.

The base composition and the pigment or skin care agent will then be mixed with a liquid to obtain the desired makeup or skin care composition, and thus the desired personalized cosmetic product.

This liquid may be tap water or spring water containing mineral salts, to provide the desired mineral salts to the skin, and / or a floral water containing flower extracts, and / or a water containing extracts fruit, according to the wish of the user (the user).

The basic cosmetic composition of the invention comprises, in percent by weight relative to the total mass of the composition, the following cosmetically acceptable compounds, which are in the form of a powder or a water-soluble liquid:

a) an absorbing compound,

b) a cold gelling thickening agent,

c) a texture agent,

d) at least one cold emulsifier,

e) an oily emollient agent,

f) a moisturizing agent, g) a texture agent different from the texture agent c), the c) providing fluidity to the base, the agent g) providing comfort to the application (anti-drying).

The base composition consists of ingredients in powder form. Preferably, all the components of this base composition will have a particle size of less than 200μη.

By particle size is meant the largest dimension of the particles forming the powder.

Absorbent compound a) represents the major part of the base composition. It represents between 35 and 60% by weight of the total mass of the base composition. Preferably, the base composition will comprise 50% of this absorbent compound.

This absorbent compound a) is preferably talc, for its qualities long recognized in the field of skin care. The talc preferably used is talc Pharma M ^® supplied by the company U IVAR.

Silica, in particular silica in the form of porous beads of 5 μηΊ, can also be used as absorbent compound a), but when used alone, it confers too much fluidity on the composition and moreover, being sparse , it may not please the user (the user) who would then feel to lose much of its composition during its application by dispersion in the air.

Thus, the silica will preferably be used in admixture with talc and in amounts less than 5% by weight, based on the total weight of the absorbing agent.

The second important compound, by its percentage by weight in the base composition of the invention, is the thickening agent-cold gelling b). This thickener-cold gelling agent will be incorporated in the base composition in an amount of between 15 and 40%.

If more than 40% of this thickener-gelling agent is cold, the composition obtained by the user (the user) in the end, when applied to the skin and dried, plush. If one puts less than 15% of this gelling thickener cold, the behavior of the gel formed is less good.

It will preferably be present in an amount of 20% by weight, based on the total mass of the base composition for makeup use, and 37% in mass relative to the total mass of the composition of the base for a care use.

This agent has two functions: to allow gelation of the base composition easier in the cold, in water, and to thicken the base composition when it is in powder precisely to eliminate the losses by flight of the base composition, when of the preparation of the gel.

The cold-gelling thickener used in the invention is preferably acetylated diamidon adipate.

The acetylated diamidon adipate used preferably in the invention is the product MAKIS WELL 20 ^® sold by the company DAITO KASEI.

The base composition then contains between 5 and 15% of a texture agent c).

Preferably, the base composition contains 10% by weight, based on the total mass of the base composition of such a texturing agent.

The texturizing agent preferably used in the invention is wheat starch, more preferably native wheat starch since it is the cosmetically acceptable starch which is the least chemically modified. It facilitates the mixing of the different powders, brings fluidity to the composition of the base and the consistency of the final gel.

The base composition of the invention also contains between 2 and 10% of at least one cold emulsifier d). This cold emulsifier brings consistency to the gel formed.

Preferably, the base composition of the invention contains 7% by weight, based on the total mass of the composition for makeup use and 2.5% by weight, relative to the total mass of the composition for use. care, at least one cold emulsifier.

Most preferably, a binary system of cold emulsifiers will be used.

The first member of this binary system is a cold emulsifier also film forming.

This cold-film-forming emulsifier represents between 40% and 50%, preferably 43% by weight, relative to the total mass of the binary system. Preferably, this emulsifier cold-forming gel is a mixture of cocoa butter seed, untreated beeswax and sodium polyacrylate sold under the trade name CPW Jeesperse-BC ^® by the company INTERACTIVE.

The second member of this binary cold emulsifier system used in the base composition of the invention is a cold emulsifier representing between 50 and 60%, preferably 57% by weight, relative to the total mass of the binary system. and is a copolymer of sodium acrylate-sodium dimethyl taurate, marketed under the tradename jeesperse ICE-T-LB-T-NS INTERACTIVE ^® by the company. This emulsifier facilitates the completion of the final mixture after addition of liquid, acting as a solubilizer oily (liquid) agents and perfume.

The base composition of the invention also contains an emollient agent e), preferably oily, in an amount of between 1 and 10% by weight, based on the total weight of the base composition. If more than 10% of such an emollient oily agent is added, the mixture of the base composition with the coloring or care agent and the water becomes more difficult (presence of agglomerates - clusters - lumps).

If the amount of this oily emollient agent is less than 1% by weight, relative to the total mass of the composition of the base, the final gel obtained is more drying on the skin and causes tightness of the skin.

If the amount of this oily emollient agent is greater than 5% by weight, relative to the total mass of the composition of the base, the realization of the composition of the base is more difficult. The mixing of powders with water is not easy.

The emollient agent is preferably a mixture of water-soluble oily esters such as avocado oil esters and polyglycerol-6 marketed under the trade name Viatenza avocado P06 ^® by Aldivia society. This emollient agent is certainly liquid, but when mixed with the other ingredients of the basic cosmetic composition, in the percentages above, the basic cosmetic composition will be powdered, despite the presence of this liquid emollient agent.

To improve the comfort of the gel finally obtained to deposit on the skin of the user (the user), the base composition of the invention may further comprise a moisturizing agent f) in powder form. This moisturizer represents between 3 and 10%, preferably 5% by weight, relative to the total weight of the base composition.

If more than 10% of such a moisturizing agent is applied, the texture and feel of the gel applied in the end breaks and if less than 3% of such a moisturizing agent is applied, the gel applied in the end gives a feeling of drying of the skin.

The preferred moisturizer is a crosslinked copolymer of methylmethacrylate and glycerin marketed under the trade name FP GLYCERINE ^® by IMPAG society.

Finally, the basic composition of the invention comprises, as an essential ingredient, between 0.5 and 3%, preferably 2%, by weight, relative to the total weight of the base composition, of second texture agent g) which is selected from starches and which is preferably oat kernel starch.

If the amount of this texturing agent is less than 0.5% by weight, based on the total mass of the composition of the base, the user (the user) will have an unpleasant feeling of drying - tugging after having applied the gel or the mask.

If the amount of this texturing agent is greater than 3% by weight, relative to the total mass of the composition of the base, making the gel or mask will be more difficult. The final texture will not be smooth and homogeneous (presence of agglomerates of matter - lumps).

This second texture agent provides comfort to the application of the gel or mask. It avoids any feeling of drying on application.

The base composition of the invention may also comprise between 0.5 and 2%, preferably 1%, perfume h). Again, although the perfume is a liquid, its introduction to the amounts indicated above will not change the nature of the powder of the basic cosmetic composition.

The basic cosmetic composition of the invention may furthermore comprise a preservative g).

This preservative will also be in the form of a powder whose grain size is between 5 and 200 μιη.

The preferred preservative is methyl paraben. The introduction of a preservative will keep the cosmetic care product or make-up of the invention for later use.

The basic cosmetic composition is intended to be mixed with water just before or after its application to the skin.

Thus, the invention also relates to the basic cosmetic composition as described above, mixed with water.

Then, to obtain a makeup cosmetic composition according to the invention, a mineral or synthetic pigment, in powder, having a grain size whose largest dimension is less than or equal to 150 μηι, for a good homogenization with the cosmetic composition of base, preferably less than or equal to 70 μτη and, more preferably less than 30 μπι.

The preferred pigments that can be used for this purpose are listed in the following table:

Although one of the aims of the invention is to allow the user (the user) to mix by itself (himself) the desired pigment in the basic cosmetic composition, this at will and in a manner, the invention also provides a cosmetic makeup composition already prepared comprising the basic cosmetic composition as described above in which is already mixed at least one pigment such as one of those mentioned above.

Thus, the invention also proposes a cosmetic composition for making up the skin which comprises a basic cosmetic composition according to the invention and j) between 1 and 10%, preferably 6% by weight, relative to the total weight of the composition. said makeup composition of at least one pigment as described above.

More preferably, the cosmetic composition for the make-up of the skin according to the invention comprises in percent by weight, with respect to the total mass of said cosmetic composition of watering:

- 50% of absorbing compound a),

20% thickening agent-cold gelling agent b),

7% cold emulsifying agent d),

- 5% hydrating agent e),

This cosmetic makeup composition of the skin according to the invention may further comprise a liquid selected from water, floral water, water containing fruit extracts, spring water and / or a mixture of these waters

The invention also provides a makeup kit comprising at least a first container containing a skin makeup composition according to the invention, and at least a second container containing a pigment j) as described above.

By kit is meant in the invention, any container in which are placed the containers. It can be a kit, a box, etc ... The first and the second container may contain the amount of basic cosmetic composition and pigment necessary to make a dose of makeup composition according to the invention necessary for a single use or to achieve several doses.

In the case of the preparation of several doses, preferably the basic cosmetic composition contains a preservative.

It should be noted that the preservative may be introduced into the powder base composition, into the powdered pigment or, in the case where the makeup composition according to the invention is mixed with an aqueous liquid, the preservative may be present in the this aqueous liquid.

Thus, the kit of the invention may also contain at least a third container containing water and / or fruit water and / or floral water and / or spring water (containing minerals) or mixture of these waters.

The container may be any container adapted to contain the basic cosmetic composition of the invention powder and the desired pigment powder.

Advantageously, it will be vegetable cellulose capsules.

This skin makeup kit according to the invention can be used to make up the areas of the skin that the user (the user) wants to make up.

Therefore, the invention also proposes a makeup process comprising a step a) of mixing a basic cosmetic composition according to the invention with at least one pigment j) in powder form, as described above and a step b) applying all or part of the mixture thus obtained to the areas of the skin to be made up.

Preferably, at least three different pigments j) will be mixed in the basic cosmetic composition.

Therefore, the skin makeup kit of the invention will preferably contain a first container containing the desired dose of base composition and at least three second containers each containing a different pigment.

However, the method for making up the skin of the invention may also comprise a step a) of mixing a cosmetic makeup composition according to the invention, that is to say already containing a pigment, with at least two other cosmetic makeup composition of the skin according to the invention, each of these three compositions containing a pigment j), as described above, different. And it is this mixture that will be applied in whole or in part on the areas of the skin to make up.

The method for making up the skin may further comprise, after step b) of applying all or part of the mixture obtained in step a), a step c) of applying water to the zones of the skin. skin on which the mixture obtained in step a) was applied.

Step b) of applying the mixture of the process of the invention is then a step of applying the mixture thus obtained to the desired areas of the skin.

Thus, the skin makeup kit according to the invention preferably comprises either a first container containing the desired amount of basic cosmetic composition and at least three containers containing the desired amount of pigment j) different from each other or at least three containers comprising a cosmetic make-up composition according to the invention, each cosmetic makeup composition of the skin according to the invention containing a different pigment j).

Another object of the invention is a cosmetic skin care composition.

The cosmetic skin care composition of the invention comprises the basic cosmetic composition according to the invention, to which is mixed a skin care agent.

This skin care agent can be one of the following care agents: designation
