Description

饮水机及其水龙头 技术领域
本发明涉及饮水设备领域,尤其是涉及一种水龙头及具有该水龙头的饮水机。
背景技术
一般地,饮水机可以提供冷水和热水。对应地,饮水机上会设置多个水龙头,例如设置一个热水水龙头和一个冷水水龙头,热水水龙头负责放热水,冷水水龙头负责放冷水。这种饮水机的水龙头数量较多,不仅影响整机外观,同时零部件数量较多,成本高。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少在一定程度上解决现有技术中的上述技术问题之一。
为此,本发明的一个目的在于提出一种水龙头,该水龙头能够实现不同水路的切换功能,从而能够减少饮水机上水龙头的数量。
本发明的另一个目的在于提出一种具有上述水龙头的饮水机,该饮水机由于设置有上述可以对水路进行切换的水龙头的缘故,因此可以减少水龙头的数量。
根据本发明实施例的水龙头,包括:水龙头本体,所述水龙头本体上设置有第一进水口、第二进水口和出水口;推杆,所述推杆上设置有第一密封结构、第二密封结构和第三密封结构,所述推杆可从初始位置沿所述推杆的轴向移动至第一连通位置或第二连通位置,在所述推杆处于所述初始位置时所述第一进水口与所述出水口由所述第一密封结构隔断、所述第二进水口和所述出水口由所述第二密封结构隔断,在所述推杆位于所述第一连通位置时所述第一进水口与所述出水口连通、所述第二进水口与所述出水口由所述第二密封结构隔断,在所述推杆位于所述第二连通位置时所述第一进水口与所述出水口由所述第三密封结构隔断、所述第二进水口与所述出水口连通。
从而,根据本发明实施例的水龙头,用户通过操作推杆,使得推杆可在初始位置、第一连通位置以及第二连通位置之间移动,从而能够选择性地放出冷水或热水,操作方便,通过该一个水龙头即可实现冷热水的切换,能够减少饮水设备所需安装的水龙头数量,从而降低成本,且提升了饮水设备的整体外观。并且,在推杆处于初始位置时,出水口与两个进水口全部隔断,从而根据本发明实施例的水龙头的出水口可以作为饮水设备的供水终端,即无需在出水口处设置单独的具有通断功能的出水嘴,从而进一步提高了水龙头的实用性。

下面参考图1-图11对根据本发明实施例的水龙头100进行详细描述,该水龙头100可以用在饮水设备中,该饮水设备包括但不限于此饮水机。
根据本发明实施例的水龙头100可以包括水龙头本体1、推杆2、第一密封结构3、第二密封结构4和第三密封结构8。
水龙头本体1上设置有第一进水口111、第二进水口121和出水口131,第一进水口111和第二进水口121可以连通不同的水路,例如在一些实施例中,第一进水口111可以连接热水水路,第二进水口121可以连接冷水水路,但是本发明并不限于此。
在本发明的一个实施例中,水龙头本体1可以包括主管体14、第一进水管11、第二进水管12和出水管13。主管体14可以构造为大体圆管状,但不限于此。第一进水管11设置在主管体14上,第一进水管11的第一端敞开以形成第一进水口111,第一进水管11的第二端敞开并连通主管体14内部,在图1的示例中,第一进水管11可以设在主管体14的外周面上。
类似地,第二进水管12设置在主管体14上,第二进水管12的第一端敞开以形成第二进水口121,第二进水管12的第二端敞开并连通主管体14内部,在图1的示例中,第二进水管12可以设置在主管体14的一端(例如,后端)。
第一进水管11和第二进水管12可以均构造为大体圆管状结构,但不限于此。并且,第一进水管11和第二进水管12可以是正交布置在主管体14上的,当然也可以成其它角度布置。第二进水管12与主管体14可以采用可拆卸地方式固定,例如通过卡扣进行连接。
如图1所示,出水管13设置在主管体14上,出水管13的第一端敞开以形成出水口131,出水管13的第二端敞开并连通主管体14内部,在图1的示例中,出水管13可以设置在主管体14的外周面上。可选地,主管体14、第一进水管11和出水管131可以是一体成型件。
结合图1所示,主管体14的另一端(例如,左端)设置有用于封闭主管体14该另一端的封盖15,封盖15与主管体14的另一端也可以采用可拆卸的方式固定,例如主管体14的该另一端上可以构造有环形凸筋,封盖15对应构造有环形凹槽,通过环形凸筋与环形凹槽的配合从而使得主管体14与封盖15相对可拆。
但是,应当理解的是,上述以水龙头本体1包括主管体14、第一进水管11、第二进水管12、出水管13等为例仅是示意说明,并不能理解或暗示根据本发明实施例的水龙头本体1必需包括上述零部件。
如图1、图3-图5所示,推杆2上设置有第一密封结构3、第二密封结构4和第三密封结构8,推杆2设置成可从初始位置沿推杆2的轴向移动至第一连通位置或第二连通位置,换言之,推杆2可从初始位置轴向移动至第一连通位置,或者推杆2也可从初始位置直接轴向移动至第二连通位置。当然,在图3-图5的示例中,推杆2也可以从第一连通位置移动至第二连通位置。
具体地,在推杆2处于初始位置时,如图3所示,第一进水口111与出水口131由第一密封结构3隔断,第二进水口121和出水口131由第二密封结构4隔断,从而出水口131与两个进水口全部隔断,冷水、热水均不能通过对应的进水口进入到主管体14内部并从出水口131流出。
在推杆2处于第一连通位置时,如图4所示,第一进水口111与出水口131连通,第二进水口121与出水口131仍由第二密封结构4隔断,即第二密封结构4隔断冷水水路,从而热水可从第一进水口111进入到水龙头本体1并可从出水口131流出,用户可从该出水口131处取用热水。
在推杆2处于第二连通位置时,如图5所示,第一进水口111与出水口131由第三密封结构8隔断,即第三密封结构8隔断热水水路,第二进水口121与出水口131连通,从而冷水可从第二进水口121进入到水龙头本体1内并可从出水口131流出,用户可从该出水口131处取用冷水。
从而,根据本发明实施例的水龙头100,用户通过操作推杆2,使得推杆2可在初始位置、第一连通位置以及第二连通位置之间移动,从而能够选择性地放出冷水或热水,操作方便,通过该一个水龙头100即可实现冷热水的切换,能够减少饮水设备所需安装的水龙头100数量,从而降低成本,且提升了饮水设备的整体外观。并且,在推杆2处于初始位置时,出水口131与两个进水口全部隔断,从而根据本发明实施例的水龙头100的出水口131可以作为饮水设备的供水终端,即无需在出水口131处设置单独的具有通断功能的出水嘴,从而进一步提高了水龙头100的实用性。
在一些实施例中,第一连通位置与第二连通位置位于初始位置的同一侧。例如,参照图3-图5所示,第一连通位置和第二连通位置均位于初始位置的后方。并且,进一步,第二连通位置与初始位置在推杆2的轴向上的距离要大于第一连通位置与初始位置在轴向上的距离。例如,在图3的示例中,推杆2处于初始位置,在图4的示例中,推杆2沿轴向从初始位置向后移动距离s1到达第一连通位置,在图5的示例中,推杆2沿轴向从初始位置向后移动距离s2到达第二连通位置,其中s1<s2。
这样,方便用户操作,用户只需沿预定方向操作推杆2移动一定距离即可使推杆2位于第一连通位置,用户继续沿该预定方向操作推杆2移动一定距离即可使推杆2位于第二连 通位置。
在本发明的一些实施例中,如图3-图5所示,主管体14的内壁面上构造有第一环形凸缘71,第一环形凸缘71位于第一进水口111与出水口131之间,第一密封结构3和第三密封结构8分别位于第一环形凸缘71的两侧,并且第一密封结构3和第三密封结构8与第一环形凸缘71相对。
第一密封结构3可密封地抵靠在第一环形凸缘71上,从而第一进水口111和出水口131由该第一密封结构3隔断,或者第一密封结构3也可以与第一环形凸缘71分离,从而第一进水口111和出水口131可以处于连通状态(在第三密封结构8与第一环形凸缘71也处于分离状态时)。
类似地,第三密封结构8可密封地抵靠在第一环形凸缘71上,从而第一进水口111和出水口131由该第三密封结构8隔断,或者第三密封结构8也可以与第一环形凸缘71分离,从而第一进水口111和出水口131可以处于连通状态(在第一密封结构3与第一环形凸缘71也处于分离状态时)。
简言之,在第一密封结构3和第三密封结构8之一密封地抵靠在第一环形凸缘71上时,第一进水口111与出水口131被隔断,如图1和图3所示。而在第一密封结构3和第三密封结构8均与第一环形凸缘71分离后,第一进水口111与出水口131处于连通状态,如图2所示。
结合图3-图5所示,第一环形凸缘71可以一体地形成在主管体14的内壁面上。进一步,主管体14可以包括径向尺寸较小的后段以及径向尺寸较大的前段,该第一环形凸缘71可以形成在前段与后段的交界处,但不限于此。
进一步,第一环形凸缘71的朝向第一密封结构3的侧面上设置有第一封水筋711,第一密封结构3可与第一封水筋711抵靠配合,从而提高密封性能,使得第一密封结构3在与第一封水筋711密封配合时能够将第一进水口111与出水口131更好地隔断开。
类似地,第一环形凸缘71的朝向第三密封结构8的侧面上设置有第三封水筋731,第三密封结构8可与第三封水筋731抵靠配合,从而提高密封性能,使得第三密封结构8在与第三封水筋731密封配合时能够将第一进水口111与出水口131更好地隔断开。
同样,如图3-图5所示,第二进水管12的内壁面上构造有第二环形凸缘72,第二环形凸缘72位于第二进水口121与出水口131之间,第二密封结构4与第二环形凸缘72彼此相对,第二密封结构4可密封地抵靠在该第二环形凸缘72上,从而第二进水口121和出水口131由该第二密封结构4隔断,或者第二密封结构4也可以与第二环形凸缘72分离,从而第二进水口121和出水口131连通。
结合图3-图5所示,第二环形凸缘72可以一体地形成在第二进水管12的内壁面上。 进一步,第二环形凸缘72的朝向第二密封结构4的侧面上设置有第二封水筋721,第二密封结构4可与第二封水筋721抵靠配合,从而提高密封性能,使得第二密封结构4在与第二封水筋721密封配合时能够将第二进水口121与出水口131更好地隔断开。
其中,如图3所示,在推杆2位于初始位置时,第一密封结构3抵靠第一封水筋711,第二密封结构4抵靠第二封水筋721,第三密封结构8与第三封水筋731彼此间隔开,从而出水口131与第一进水口111和第二进水口121全部隔断。
如图4所示,在推杆2位于第一连通位置时,第一密封结构3与第一封水筋711彼此间隔开,第二密封结构4抵靠第二封水筋721,第三密封结构8与第三封水筋731彼此间隔开,从而出水口131与第一进水口111连通,出水口131与第二进水口121隔断。
如图5所示,在推杆2位于第二连通位置时,第一密封结构3与第一封水筋711彼此间隔开,第二密封结构4与第二封水筋721彼此间隔开,第三密封结构8抵靠第三封水筋731,从而出水口131与第一进水口111隔断,出水口131与第二进水口121连通。
在本发明的一些实施例中,如图1、图3-图6所示,推杆2的外周面上设置有第一定位凸起21、第二定位凸起22、第三定位凸起23、第四定位凸起24和第五定位凸起25。在图1、图3-图6的示例中,沿推杆2的轴向,从前向后可以依次为第一定位凸起21、第二定位凸起22、第五定位凸起25、第三定位凸起23以及第四定位凸起24。
第一定位凸起21与第二定位凸起22彼此邻近,第一定位凸起21和第二定位凸起22可以形成在推杆2的中部处,第一定位凸起21和第二定位凸起22与推杆2可以一体成型。
第三定位凸起23和第四定位凸起24彼此邻近,第三定位凸起23和第四定位凸起24可以形成在推杆2的后端处,第三定位凸起23和第四定位凸起24与推杆2可以一体成型。
下面对密封结构结合具体的实施例进行详细描述。

可伸缩部42可以抵靠在第二封水筋721上,从而将第二进水口121与出水口131隔断,可伸缩部42具有轴向伸缩功能,在推杆2从初始位置运动至第一连通位置时,可伸缩部42从收紧状态逐渐伸缩但仍然密封地抵靠在第二封水筋721上,在推杆2从第一连通位置运 动时第二连通位置时,可伸缩部42完全伸展开并与第二封水筋721分离,从而第二进水口121与出水口131连通。在其中一个实施例中,可伸缩部42构造为波纹状的皮碗结构,但不限于此。
如图3-5且结合图9所示,第三密封结构8可以构造为筒形且包括侧壁部81和底壁部82,侧壁部81设置在底壁部82的外周沿,侧壁部81与底壁部82可以正交设置,侧壁部81的内壁面上构造有第六定位凸起26,第六定位凸起26夹设在第一定位凸起21与第二定位凸起22之间,第一定位凸起21与第二定位凸起22可以对第六定位凸起26实现轴向限位,从而实现推杆2与筒形的第三密封结构8的定位,防止长期使用后第三密封结构8相对推杆2错位甚至脱落。
为了防止水从封盖15与主管体14之间溢出,筒形的第三密封结构8的前端上可以构造有环形的密封凸台83(如图9所示),该密封凸台83可以将封盖15与主管体14的连接处进行密封,从而防止水从该处流出。
作为可选的实施方式,第一密封结构3、第二密封结构4的主体部41和第三密封结构8可以采用具有弹性的橡胶材料制成,换言之,第一密封结构3、第二密封结构4的主体部41和第三密封结构8可为橡胶件,但不限于此。
在一些实施例中,用户可以通过一个按钮7来驱动推杆2从初始位置向第一连通位置以及第二连通位置移动。
具体而言,如图1、图3-图5所示,推杆2的一端(例如,前端)从封盖15内延伸出。进一步,水龙头100还包括按钮7,按钮7设置在推杆2的伸出封盖15外的一端上且按钮7可向内被按压,推杆2可通过向内(例如,向后)按压按钮7而从初始位置向第一连通位置或第二连通位置移动,换言之,用户向内按压按钮7,按钮7将带动推杆2同步轴向移动,使得推杆2从初始位置向第一连通位置或第二连通位置移动。
在进一步实施例中,如图3-图5所示,水龙头100还包括弹簧5,弹簧5套设在推杆2上且弹簧5的两端分别弹性地抵压第五定位凸起25与第二环形凸缘72,弹簧5处于常压缩状态,从而弹簧5能够提供给推杆2一个朝向初始位置的回复弹力,在该回复弹力的作用下,推杆2具有向初始位置复位的趋势,例如在用户按压按钮7并完成取水后,用户释放按钮7,此时推杆2将在弹簧5提供的回复弹力的作用下从连通位置移动至初始位置。
下面结合图3-图5对图示中的水龙头100的工作过程进行详细描述,以第一进水管11与热水管路连通、第二进水管12与冷水管路连通为例。
如图3所示,水龙头100的推杆2处于初始位置,第一密封结构3密封地抵靠在第一封水筋711上,从而第一密封结构3将第一进水口111和出水口131隔断,第二密封结构4的可伸缩部42密封地抵靠在第二封水筋721上,从而第二密封结构4将第二进水口121和 出水口131隔断,即第一密封结构3和第二密封结构4分别将冷水水路和热水水路隔断开。
当用户向内(例如,向后)按压按钮7时,按钮7将带动推杆2沿图3-图5中从前向后的方向运动,推杆2伸出封盖15外的部分变短,直至推杆2运动至第一连通位置。
在此期间,第三密封结构8的底壁部82距离第三封水筋731的距离逐渐变小,第一密封结构3与第一封水筋711分离且距离逐渐变大,第二密封结构4的主体部41与第二封水筋721的距离逐渐变大,第二密封结构4的皮碗结构42逐渐伸缩,在伸缩的同时皮碗结构42仍然保持抵靠第二封水筋721。
如图4所示,在推杆2运动至第一连通位置后,第三密封结构8和第一密封结构3分别与第一环形凸缘71上对应的封水筋隔开,从而第一进水口111和出水口131连通,而第二密封结构4的皮碗结构42仍抵靠在第二封水筋721上,从而皮碗结构42仍将第二进水口121和出水口131隔断,由此热水可通过第一进水口111进入到主管体14内并可从出水口131流出,而冷水则被隔断。
在上述过程中,由于推杆2的动作,使得第五定位凸起25能够压缩弹簧5,使得弹簧5能够储备弹性势能,在用户松手后,该弹簧5能够提供给推杆2一个回复弹力,从而驱动推杆2重新运动至初始位置。
在推杆2处于第一连通位置后,若用户继续向内按压按钮7,则推杆2将继续沿轴向向后运动直至第二连通位置。
在此期间,第三密封结构8的底壁部82距离第三封水筋731的距离逐渐变小直至底壁部82抵靠在第三封水筋731上,第一密封结构3与第一封水筋711保持分离状态且距离逐渐变大,第二密封结构4的主体部41与第二封水筋721的距离逐渐变大,第二密封结构4的皮碗结构42逐渐伸缩,在伸缩的同时皮碗结构42将与第二封水筋721分离,从而第一进水口111与出水口131由第三密封结构8隔断,第二进水口121与出水口131连通,由此冷水可通过第一进水口111进入到主管体14内并可从出水口131流出,而热水则被隔断。
在上述过程中,由于推杆2的动作,使得第五定位凸起25继续压缩弹簧5,弹簧5能够储备弹性势能,在用户松手后,该弹簧5能够提供给推杆2一个回复弹力,从而驱动推杆2重新运动至初始位置。
综上,简言之,根据本发明实施例的水龙头100,通过按钮7来操作推杆2从初始位置向第一连通位置或第二连通位置运动,使得水龙头100能够选择性地将出水口131与第一进水口111和第二进水口121之一导通或者将出水口131与第一进水口111和第二进水口121全部隔断,操作方便,能够快速实现水路的切换与关闭。
此外,根据本发明另一方面的实施例还提出了一种饮水机,该饮水机包括上述实施例中描述的水龙头100。根据本发明实施例的饮水机通过设置上述具有水路切换功能的水龙头 100,从而能够减少水龙头100的设置数量,降低成本。
此外,应当理解的是,对于饮水机的其它构造等均已为现有技术,且为本领域的普通技术人员所熟知,因此这里不再一一详细说明。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种水龙头,其特征在于,包括:
    水龙头本体,所述水龙头本体上设置有第一进水口、第二进水口和出水口;
    推杆,所述推杆上设置有第一密封结构、第二密封结构和第三密封结构,所述推杆可从初始位置沿所述推杆的轴向移动至第一连通位置或第二连通位置,在所述推杆处于所述初始位置时所述第一进水口与所述出水口由所述第一密封结构隔断、所述第二进水口和所述出水口由所述第二密封结构隔断,在所述推杆位于所述第一连通位置时所述第一进水口与所述出水口连通、所述第二进水口与所述出水口由所述第二密封结构隔断,在所述推杆位于所述第二连通位置时所述第一进水口与所述出水口由所述第三密封结构隔断、所述第二进水口与所述出水口连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的水龙头,其特征在于,所述第一连通位置与所述第二连通位置位于所述初始位置的同一侧,且所述第二连通位置与所述初始位置在所述轴向上的距离大于所述第一连通位置与所述初始位置在所述轴向上的距离。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的水龙头,其特征在于,所述水龙头本体包括:
    主管体;
    第一进水管,所述第一进水管设置在所述主管体上,所述第一进水管的第一端敞开以形成所述第一进水口,所述第一进水管的第二端敞开并连通所述主管体内部;
    第二进水管,所述第二进水管设置在所述主管体上,所述第二进水管的第一端敞开以形成第二进水口,所述第二进水管的第二端敞开并连通所述主管体内部;以及
    出水管,所述出水管设置在所述主管体上,所述出水管的第一端敞开以形成所述出水口,所述出水管的第二端敞开并连通所述主管体内部。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的水龙头,其特征在于,所述主管体的两端分别敞开,所述第一进水管和所述出水管设在所述主管体的外周面上,所述第二进水管设在所述主管体的一端,所述水龙头本体还包括用于封闭所述主管体的另一端的封盖
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的水龙头,其特征在于,所述主管体的内壁面上构造有第一环形凸缘,所述第一环形凸缘位于所述第一进水口与所述出水口之间,所述第一密封结构和所述第三密封结构分别位于所述第一环形凸缘的两侧且分别与所述第一环形凸缘相对;
    所述第二进水管的内壁面上构造有第二环形凸缘,所述第二环形凸缘位于所述第二进水口与所述出水口之间,所述第二密封结构与所述第二环形凸缘彼此相对。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的水龙头,其特征在于,所述第一环形凸缘的朝向所述第一密封结构的侧面上设置有第一封水筋,所述第二环形凸缘的朝向所述第二密封结构的侧面上 设置有第二封水筋,所述第一环形凸缘的朝向所述第三密封结构的侧面上设置有第三封水筋,其中
    在所述推杆位于所述初始位置时,所述第一密封结构抵靠所述第一封水筋,所述第二密封结构抵靠所述第二封水筋,所述第三密封结构与所述第三封水筋彼此间隔开,
    在所述推杆位于所述第一连通位置时,所述第一密封结构与所述第一封水筋彼此间隔开,所述第二密封结构抵靠所述第二封水筋,所述第三密封结构与所述第三封水筋彼此间隔开,
    在所述推杆位于所述第二连通位置时,所述第一密封结构与所述第一封水筋彼此间隔开,所述第二密封结构与所述第二封水筋彼此间隔开,所述第三密封结构抵靠所述第三封水筋。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的水龙头,其特征在于,所述推杆的外周面上设置有第一定位凸起、第二定位凸起、第三定位凸起、第四定位凸起和第五定位凸起,所述第一定位凸起与所述第二定位凸起彼此邻近且所述第三定位凸起与所述第四定位凸起彼此邻近;
    所述第一密封结构套设在所述第五定位凸起上;
    所述第二密封结构包括:主体部和可伸缩部,所述主体部构造为片状,所述可伸缩部设在所述主体部的朝向所述第二环形凸缘的一侧,所述主体部套设在位于所述第三定位凸起与所述第四定位凸起之间的推杆部分的外周面上且所述主体部夹设在所述第三定位凸起与所述第四定位凸起之间;
    所述第三密封结构为筒形且包括:侧壁部和底壁部,所述侧壁部的内壁面上构造有第六定位凸起,所述第六定位凸起夹设在所述第一定位凸起与所述第二定位凸起之间。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的水龙头,其特征在于,所述可伸缩部构造为波纹状的皮碗结构。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的水龙头,其特征在于,所述水龙头还包括:弹簧,所述弹簧套设在所述推杆上且所述弹簧的两端分别弹性地抵压所述第五定位凸起与所述第二环形凸缘,所述弹簧处于常压缩状态且能够提供给所述推杆一个朝向所述初始位置的回复弹力。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的水龙头,其特征在于,所述推杆的一端从所述水龙头本体内延伸出,所述推杆的所述一端上设置有可向内按压的按钮。
  11. 一种饮水机,其特征在于,包括根据权利要求1-10中任一项所述的水龙头。
