- ACB barring parameters could be used by the UE as follows. In one case, a UE seeking to establish an RRC connection for D2D communication may determine that that mode 1 is barred. The UE can then use the new ACB parameter broadcasted in "ac-BarringForD2D-Mode2 AC-Barring Config" to determine if D2D mode 2 is also barred.
