随着信息技术的发展与进步,各式各样的科技产品正不断地进入人们的日常生活当中,此外,这些科技产品正逐渐地影响并改变着人们的生活。其中,耳机作为一种音频输出装置而被广泛应用于人们的生活中,对于各种音频播放设备来说,耳机已经成为一种必要的装置。
随着人们对耳机质量要求的不断地提高,基本的音频输出功能已经远远不能够满足人们的要求,耳机的音质效果越来越被人们所重视,耳机的音质也已经成为评价耳机质量的一个重要参照。然而,传统的耳机一般仅在耳机壳体内安装一个喇叭,其仅能发出单一频率的声音,完全不能实现高、低音频互补,声音的失真大,立体感效果差。针对传统耳机的缺陷,现在市面上也已经出现了双喇叭甚至是多喇叭耳机,并出现了同轴式耳机,基本可以满足人耳更宽的音频范围,但是双喇叭或是多喇叭耳机也存在一些难以解决的问题,一是双喇叭或是多喇叭耳机的喇叭排列复杂,对精度要求十分苛刻,成本也很高,难以使普通消费者接受;二是双喇叭或是多喇叭耳机难以实现声音的集中,难以实现以点声源的声学结构出音,声场定位不理想。
发明内容
1.发明要解决的技术问题
本发明的目的在于克服现有入耳式耳机双喇叭结构复杂、声音失真严重、且价格昂贵的不足,提供一种圈铁式同轴入耳式耳机的发音单元,采用本发明的技术方案,将动圈和动铁同轴组合,使动圈的低音和动铁的中高音优势得到充分的发挥,且动圈和动铁的发音相互不受阻挡,低、中、高频没有损耗,实现了完美再现原音色的效果,噪音和失真小,同时大大降低了耳机的造价,可以满足大众消费者的使用需求。
2.技术方案
为达到上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案为:
本发明的一种圈铁式同轴入耳式耳机的发音单元,包括动圈和动铁,所述的动圈的中轴线上贯穿有一个通孔,所述的动圈振膜的中心向内凹陷形成开口,该开口与上述的通孔相连通,构成动铁出音口;所述的动铁固定于动圈的后部,且动铁的动铁音管与上述的通孔同轴 对应。
作为本发明进一步改进,所述的动铁音管上还连接有一段连接管,所述的连接管延伸至动铁出音口处。
作为本发明进一步改进,所述的动铁音管与动铁出音口的距离小于10mm。
作为本发明进一步改进,所述的动铁与动圈之间的固定方式采用激光焊接或胶水粘接。
作为本发明进一步改进,所述的动铁音管与连接管之间的连接方式采用全缝隙激光焊接,或采用激光点焊后辅以胶水密封焊缝。
3.有益效果
采用本发明提供的技术方案,与已有的公知技术相比,具有如下显著效果:

(2)本发明的一种圈铁式同轴入耳式耳机的发音单元,其动铁音管上还连接有一段连接管,连接管延伸至动铁出音口处,利用与动铁音管相密封连接的连接管进一步地防止了动铁的音频损耗和对动圈的音频干扰;同时,还避免了加工较长的动铁音管,降低了细长且微小的动铁音管的加工难度,节省了产品生产成本;
(3)本发明的一种圈铁式同轴入耳式耳机的发音单元,其动铁音管与动铁出音口的距离小于10mm,确保了动铁的音频不会因传输距离而出现损耗,使全音域的声音相位保真度得到提高,从而提高了声音的解析力;

如图1所示,本发明的一种圈铁式同轴入耳式耳机的发音单元,包括动圈1和动铁2,与现有的动圈1结构不同,在本发明中,动圈1的中轴线上贯穿有一个通孔,动圈振膜11的中心向内凹陷形成开口,该开口与上述的通孔相连通。对于传统的动圈单元,其动圈振膜11的中心向外隆起,但在实际的动圈发音过程中,动圈振膜11的中心部分基本不起作用,因此,本发明在动圈1的中轴线上开设贯穿整个动圈1的通孔,不会影响动圈1原本的音质效果。动圈振膜11的中心向内凹陷形成开口,且该开口与上述的通孔相连通形成动铁出音口22,动铁2固定于动圈1的后部,且动铁2的动铁音管21与上述的通孔同轴对应,这样,动铁2与动圈1位于同一轴心上,构成圈铁式同轴发音组件。另外,动铁音管21上还连接有一段连接管3,连接管3延伸至动铁出音口22处;动铁音管21与动铁出音口22的距离小于10mm。

实施例1
结合图1,本实施例的一种圈铁式同轴入耳式耳机的发音单元,包括动圈1和动铁2,动圈1的中轴线上贯穿有一个通孔,该通孔贯穿动圈1后部的磁铁以及前部的动圈振膜11,动圈振膜11的中心向内凹陷形成开口,该开口与上述的通孔相连通,构成动铁出音口22;动铁2固定于动圈1的后部,且动铁2的动铁音管21与上述的通孔同轴对应,具体在本实施例中,动铁2与动圈1之间的固定方式采用激光焊接,连接可靠,精密度高,使用寿命长,便于将本实施例中的发音单元直接安装于入耳式耳机,方便了耳机的后续装配。本实施例中的动铁2由动圈1轴心上的通孔向外出音,动铁2发出的中、高音与动圈1发出的低音沿同一轴线向外传播,在人耳的完整音频范围内,充分地发挥了动圈1的低音和动铁2的中高音优势,且动圈1和动铁2的发音相互不受阻挡,低、中、高频没有损耗,实现了完美再现原音色的效果,噪音和失真小,同时大大降低了耳机的造价,可以满足大众消费者的使用需求。
