Abstract

一种智能按摩鞋,包括:鞋面(1)、由鞋底板(21)及垫板(22)构成的鞋底(2)、设于鞋底板(21)内且伸出垫板(22)的按摩柱(3),按摩柱(3)与脚底穴位位置配合,鞋底(2)内设有升降动力装置(4)、调节动力装置(5)及充气装置(6)。通过升降动力装置(4)带动按摩柱(3)上下往复运动,从而对脚底进行按摩。升降动力装置(4)固定在底板(52)上,底板(52)连接调节动力装置(5),由调节动力装置(5)推动整个升降动力装置(4)前后移动,调整按摩柱(3)的前后位置,以适应不同尺码的脚进行按摩。进一步的,智能按摩鞋内设有气囊(61),通过电动充气设备(62)对气囊(61)进行充气,使鞋内空间适应容纳不同尺码的脚,并且,通过调节气囊(61)松紧调整脚板放置在按摩柱上的压力,从而调整脚板感受的按摩力度。

Description

智能按摩鞋 技术领域
本发明涉及一种智能按摩鞋。
背景技术
按摩鞋因其保健养生的功效,越来越受到普通消费者的青睐。市场上的按摩鞋主要有两种形式:一、普通按摩鞋,这类按摩鞋在鞋垫固定设有按摩柱,按摩柱与脚底穴位位置配合,通过人走动时的压力使脚面与按摩柱接触,按压脚底穴位,这种按摩方式依靠人体重力按压,按摩力度无法有效调整,走动时各个穴位同时按压,易造成疼痛感;二、电动按摩鞋,这类按摩鞋通常在按摩柱上设置电极,由电极产生低频脉冲,产生保健养生的作用,但电磁脉冲的电路控制部分十分复杂,使用者通常无法正确选择适合自己的频段,影响使用。并且,现有技术中的按摩鞋不能调整按摩柱的前后位置,无法满足脚码长度不同的消费者需要。
因此,如何设计一种按摩柱有序升降按摩、能适应不同脚码按摩需要、按摩效果好的智能按摩鞋是业界亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提出一种按摩柱有序升降按摩、能适应不同脚码按摩需要、按摩效果好的智能按摩鞋。
本发明采用的技术方案是,设计一种智能按摩鞋,包括:鞋面、由鞋底板及垫板构成的鞋底、设于鞋底板内且伸出垫板的按摩柱,按摩柱与脚底穴位位置配合,鞋底内设有推动按摩柱升降的升降动力装置,升降动力装置包括:纵向设于鞋底板内的至少一根导柱、设于导柱一端且与导柱传动连接的升降马达、分别固定于导柱上且与按摩柱位置配合的凸轮、可转动设于凸轮外圈的圆环,圆环顶部与按摩柱固定连接,各导柱上前后相邻的凸轮倾斜角度呈 90 °固定;升降马达带动导柱转动,凸轮通过圆环推动按摩柱往复升降。
鞋底内还设有调节按摩柱前后位置的调节动力装置,调节动力装置包括:设于鞋底板内的推拉马达、与升降动力装置固定连接的底板、设于底板底面与鞋底内底面之间的滑轨组件、设于推拉马达输出轴与底板之间的连杆构件;垫板设有配合按摩柱前后移动的条形开口;推拉马达带动连杆构件拉动底板,底板沿滑轨组件带动整个升降动力装置前后移动。
鞋面与垫板之间设有与鞋型配合的气囊,鞋底板内设有与气囊配合的电动充气设备,电动充气设备通过气管与气囊连接,鞋底板外侧面还设有与电动充气设备连接的泄气阀。
鞋底板内还设有与分别与升降动力装置、调节动力装置和电动充气设备连接的电气组件,电气组件包括:设于鞋底板内的 PCB 组件、与 PCB 组件连接的电池,设于鞋底板外侧面且与 PCB 组件连接的按键和充电插口。
在一实施例中,智能按摩鞋还包括:设于按摩鞋外的遥控器, PCB 组件内设有无线接收模块,遥控器内设有与无线接收装置配合的无线发射模块,遥控器上设有与无线发射模块连接的遥控按键。
导柱上设置凸轮的位置横向设有定位销,凸轮的一侧面设有与定位销配合的定位槽、另一侧面设有挡圈,导柱上设有与挡圈配合的凹圈,凸轮由定位槽和定位销配合定位在导柱上,并通过挡圈锁紧凸轮的前后位置。
升降马达通过齿轮组传动,升降马达输出轴连接由主动齿轮,导柱上分别设有从动齿轮,相邻导柱的从动齿轮相啮合,其中一导柱的从动齿轮与主动齿轮啮合;升降马达固定于底板底面。
底板上设有可转动固定导柱两端的固定座,导柱两端分别固定套有轴承,固定座由上下两部分固定连接构成,固定座内设有与轴承配合的轴承槽,轴承安装与轴承槽内;底板上还设有可升降固定圆环的定位座,圆环一侧面上下两端分别设有水平伸出的圆柱,圆柱外端活动套有滚轮,定位座设置位置与圆环配合,定位座由上下两部分固定连接构成,定位座中间设有与导柱配合的圆槽,定位座与圆柱相邻的侧面设有竖直滑槽,竖直滑槽尺寸可容纳滚轮上下滑动,竖直滑槽的外侧面设有与圆柱直径配合的竖直缺口,滚轮设于竖直滑槽内。
滑轨组件包括:固定设于底板两侧下方的滑杆、顶端固定于底板两侧底面的至少两个滑轨座,滑轨座底端设有与滑杆配合的开孔,开孔孔壁间隔设有向内凹陷的凹槽,滑轨座底端通过开孔套于滑杆上。
鞋底板内设有 11 个按摩柱,升降动力装置内设有三根导柱,按摩柱依照其位置排布分别连接于三根导柱上。
与现有技术相比,本发明的按摩柱固定连接有升降动力装置,通过升降动力装置带动按摩柱上下往复运动,从而对脚底进行按摩。更优的,升降动力装置固定在一个底板上,底板连接调节动力装置,由调节动力装置推动整个升降动力装置前后移动,从而调整按摩柱的前后位置,以适应不同尺码的脚进行按摩。进一步的,智能按摩鞋内设有气囊,通过电动充气设备对气囊进行充气,使鞋内空间适应容纳不同尺码的脚,并且,通过调节气囊松紧也能调整脚板放置在按摩柱上的压力,从而调整脚板感受的按摩力度。

具体实施方式
如图 1 至 3 所示,本发明提出的智能按摩鞋,包括:鞋面 1 、由鞋底板 21 及垫板 22 构成的鞋底 2 、设于鞋底板内且伸出垫板的按摩柱 3 ,按摩柱 3 与脚底穴位位置配合,鞋底 2 内设有升降动力装置 4 、调节动力装置 5 及充气装置 6 。
如图 4 所示,升降动力装置 4 包括:纵向设于鞋底板 21 内的至少一根导柱 41 、设于导柱 41 一端且与导柱 41 传动连接的升降马达 42 、分别固定于导柱 41 上且与按摩柱 3 位置配合的凸轮 43 、可转动设于凸轮 43 外圈的圆环 44 ,圆环 44 顶部与按摩柱 3 固定连接,升降马达 42 带动导柱 41 转动,凸轮 43 通过圆环 44 推动按摩柱 3 往复升降。各导柱 41 上前后相邻的凸轮 43 倾斜角度呈 90 °固定,导柱 41 上凸轮 43 的倾斜角度按同一方向偏转,凸轮 43 倾斜角度的设定能保证按摩柱 3 有序的进行升降,按摩柱 3 间隔与脚板进行接触,提高按摩效果与按摩舒适度。
如图 5 所示,调节动力装置 5 包括:设于鞋底板 21 内的推拉马达 51 、与升降动力装置 4 固定连接的底板 52 、设于底板 52 底面与鞋底内底面之间的滑轨组件 53 、设于推拉马达 51 输出轴与底板 52 之间的连杆构件 54 ;垫板 22 设有配合按摩柱 3 前后移动的条形开口;推拉马达 51 带动连杆构件 54 拉动底板 52 ,底板 52 沿滑轨组件 53 带动整个升降动力装置 4 前后移动,从而调整按摩柱 3 的前后位置,以适应不同尺码的脚进行按摩,推拉马达 51 设于鞋头位置,减小鞋身宽度。
如图 2 所示,充气装置 6 包括:与鞋型配合设于鞋面 1 与垫板 22 之间的气囊 61 、设于鞋底板 21 内与气囊 61 配合的电动充气设备 62 ,电动充气设备 62 通过气管与气囊 61 连接,鞋底板 21 外侧面还设有与电动充气设备 62 连接的泄气阀 63 。电动充气设备 62 设于鞋头位置,减小鞋身宽度,泄气阀 63 配合电动充气设备 62 设于鞋头外侧。通过电动充气设备 62 对气囊 61 进行充气,使鞋内空间适应容纳不同尺码的脚,并且,通过调节气囊 61 松紧也能调整脚板放置在按摩柱 3 上的压力,从而调整脚板感受的按摩力度。
如图 3 所示,鞋底板 21 内还设有与分别与升降马达 42 、推拉马达 51 和电动充气设备 61 连接的电气组件 7 ,电气组件 7 包括:设于鞋底板 21 内的 PCB 组件 71 、与 PCB 组件连接的电池 72 ,设于鞋底板 21 外侧面且与 PCB 组件 71 连接的按键 73 和充电插口 74 。在一实施例中,智能按摩鞋还包括:设于按摩鞋外的遥控器, PCB 组件 71 内设有无线接收模块,遥控器内设有与无线接收装置配合的无线发射模块,遥控器上设有与无线发射模块连接的遥控按键。使用时可通过遥控器控制按摩鞋的状态进行调节。实际应用中,按摩鞋鞋底内设有一圈与鞋底板内壁贴合的中壳 23 ,升降动力装置、调节动力装置及电动充气设备均设置在中壳 23 上,垫板 22 边缘向下垂直设有底端与中壳 23 连接的围边,垫板 22 围边与中壳的设置能加固结构,防止损坏或漏电等,鞋面 1 还设有一圈金属饰片 11 ,使按摩鞋的造型更美观。
本实施例中,鞋底板 21 内设有 11 个按摩柱 3 ,按摩柱 3 由支撑柱 31 及设于支撑柱顶端的按摩头 32 构成,按摩头 32 顶面为光滑圆弧形,升降动力装置 4 内设有三根导柱 41 ,按摩柱 3 依照其位置排布分别连接于三根导柱 41 上。如图 6 所示,凸轮与导柱的定位结构为,导柱 41 上设置凸轮 43 的位置横向设有定位销 45 ,凸轮 43 的一侧面设有与定位销 45 配合的定位槽 430 、另一侧面设有挡圈 46 ,导柱 41 上设有与挡圈 46 配合的凹圈 410 ,凸轮 43 由定位槽 430 和定位销 45 配合定位在导柱 41 上,并通过挡圈 46 锁紧凸轮 43 的前后位置。安装时,将凸轮 43 的定位槽 430 对准插入定位销 45 ,再在凸轮 43 的另一侧面安装挡圈 46 ,即可固定凸轮 43 与导柱 41 。
如图 4 、 5 所示,升降马达 42 通过齿轮组传动,升降马达 42 输出轴连接由主动齿轮 421 ,导柱 41 上分别设有从动齿轮 411 ,相邻导柱 41 的从动齿轮 411 相啮合,其中一导柱的从动齿轮与主动齿轮啮合;升降马达 42 固定于底板 52 底面。本实施例中三根导柱 41 中中间导柱的从动齿轮 411 与主动齿轮 421 啮合,并分别传递给两侧的从动齿轮 411 ,保证齿轮间传动受力平衡。
底板 52 上设有可转动固定导柱 41 两端的固定座 47 ,导柱 41 两端分别固定套有轴承 412 ,固定座 47 由上下两部分固定连接构成,固定座 47 内设有与轴承 412 配合的轴承槽,轴承 412 安装与轴承槽内。如图 7 所示,圆环 44 一侧面上下两端分别设有水平伸出的圆柱 441 ,圆柱 441 外端直径小于内端直径,圆柱 441 外端活动套有滚轮 442 ,滚轮 442 外径大于圆柱内端直径,圆柱 441 外端通过一锁紧螺钉 443 限制滚轮 442 的在圆柱上前后移动。底板 52 上还设有可升降固定圆环 44 的定位座 48 ,定位座 48 设置位置与圆环 44 配合,定位座 48 由上下两部分固定连接构成,定位座 48 中间设有与导柱 41 配合的圆槽,定位座 48 与圆柱 441 相邻的侧面设有竖直滑槽 481 ,竖直滑槽 481 尺寸可容纳滚轮 442 上下滑动,竖直滑槽 481 的外侧面设有与圆柱 441 内端直径配合的竖直缺口 482 ,滚轮 442 设于竖直滑槽 481 内。实际应用中,定位座 48 为满足特殊穴位的按摩柱 3 的位置间距需要,定位座 48 可两侧都配合设有圆环 44 ,定位座 48 上两侧都设有竖直滑槽 481 及竖直缺口 482 ;定位座 48 仅一侧配合设有圆环时,定位座 48 与圆环配合的一侧设有竖直滑槽 481 及竖直缺口 482, 、另一侧设有与轴承 412 配合的轴承槽,导柱上与轴承槽配合的位置套有轴承 412 ,又保证导柱转动顺畅。
固定座 47 和定位座 48 的上下两部分均通过螺丝固定连接,安装时,如图 4 所示,取下固定座 47 和定位座 48 的上部分,将凸轮 43 、圆环 44 安装在导柱 41 上,再将轴承 412 固定在导柱 41 两端,将导柱 41 两端轴承 412 放入固定座 47 下部的轴承槽内,此时导柱 41 恰好位于定位座 48 下部的圆槽内,圆环 44 下端的滚轮 442 位于定位座下部的竖直滑槽 481 内。如图 5 所示,盖上固定座 47 上部并锁紧,导柱 41 可旋转固定在固定座 47 上,盖上定位座 48 上部并锁紧,圆环 44 上端的滚轮 442 插入定位座上部的竖直滑槽 481 内,从而将圆环 44 可升降固定在定位座 48 上。当然,为了导柱 41 转动的流畅性,定位座 48 圆槽与导柱 41 之间也可设置轴承 412 。
如图 5 所示,调节动力装置的滑轨组件 53 包括:固定设于底板 52 两侧下方的滑杆 531 、顶端固定于底板 52 两侧底面的至少两个滑轨座 532 ,滑轨座 532 底端设有与滑杆 531 配合的开孔,开孔孔壁间隔设有向内凹陷的凹槽,滑轨座 532 底端通过开孔套于滑杆 531 上,凹槽的设置使开孔与滑杆的接触面积减少,减小摩擦力,使推拉更顺畅。

Claims (10)

  1. 智能按摩鞋,包括:鞋面、由鞋底板及垫板构成的鞋底、设于鞋底板内且伸出垫板的按摩柱,所述按摩柱与脚底穴位位置配合,其特征在于,所述鞋底内设有推动按摩柱升降的升降动力装置,
    所述升降动力装置包括:纵向设于鞋底板内的至少一根导柱、设于导柱一端且与导柱传动连接的升降马达、分别固定于导柱上且与所述按摩柱位置配合的凸轮、可转动设于凸轮外圈的圆环,所述圆环顶部与所述按摩柱固定连接,各导柱上前后相邻的凸轮倾斜角度呈 90 °固定;
    升降马达带动导柱转动,所述凸轮通过圆环推动按摩柱往复升降。
  2. 如权利要求 1 所述的智能按摩鞋,其特征在于,所述鞋底内还设有调节按摩柱前后位置的调节动力装置,所述调节动力装置包括:设于鞋底板内的推拉马达、与升降动力装置固定连接的底板、设于底板底面与鞋底内底面之间的滑轨组件、设于推拉马达输出轴与底板之间的连杆构件;
    所述垫板设有配合按摩柱前后移动的条形开口;
    推拉马达带动连杆构件拉动底板,底板沿滑轨组件带动整个升降动力装置前后移动。
  3. 如权利要求 2 所述的智能按摩鞋,其特征在于:所述鞋面与垫板之间设有与鞋型配合的气囊,所述鞋底板内设有与所述气囊配合的电动充气设备,所述电动充气设备通过气管与气囊连接,鞋底板外侧面还设有与电动充气设备连接的泄气阀。
  4. 如权利要求 3 所述的智能按摩鞋,其特征在于,所述鞋底板内还设有与分别与升降动力装置、调节动力装置和电动充气设备连接的电气组件,所述电气组件包括:设于鞋底板内的 PCB 组件、与 PCB 组件连接的电池,设于鞋底板外侧面且与 PCB 组件连接的按键和充电插口。
  5. 如权利要求 4 所述的智能按摩鞋,其特征在于,还包括:设于按摩鞋外的遥控器,所述 PCB 组件内设有无线接收模块,所述遥控器内设有与无线接收装置配合的无线发射模块,所述遥控器上设有与无线发射模块连接的遥控按键。
  6. 如权利要求 2 所述的智能按摩鞋,其特征在于,所述导柱上设置凸轮的位置横向设有定位销,所述凸轮的一侧面设有与定位销配合的定位槽、另一侧面设有挡圈,所述导柱上设有与挡圈配合的凹圈,所述凸轮由定位槽和定位销配合定位在导柱上,并通过挡圈锁紧凸轮的前后位置。
  7. 如权利要求 6 所述的智能按摩鞋,其特征在于,所述升降马达通过齿轮组传动,升降马达输出轴连接由主动齿轮,导柱上分别设有从动齿轮,相邻导柱的从动齿轮相啮合,其中一导柱的从动齿轮与主动齿轮啮合;所述升降马达固定于底板底面。
  8. 如权利要求 7 所述的智能按摩鞋,其特征在于,所述底板上设有可转动固定导柱两端的固定座,所述导柱两端分别固定套有轴承,所述固定座由上下两部分固定连接构成,固定座内设有与轴承配合的轴承槽,所述轴承安装与所述轴承槽内;
    所述底板上还设有可升降固定所述圆环的定位座,所述圆环一侧面上下两端分别设有水平伸出的圆柱,所述圆柱外端活动套有滚轮,所述定位座设置位置与圆环配合,定位座由上下两部分固定连接构成,定位座中间设有与导柱配合的圆槽,定位座与圆柱相邻的侧面设有竖直滑槽,所述竖直滑槽尺寸可容纳滚轮上下滑动,所述竖直滑槽的外侧面设有与圆柱直径配合的竖直缺口,所述滚轮设于竖直滑槽内。
  9. 如权利要求 2 所述的智能按摩鞋,其特征在于,所述滑轨组件包括:固定设于底板两侧下方的滑杆、顶端固定于底板两侧底面的至少两个滑轨座,所述滑轨座底端设有与滑杆配合的开孔,所述开孔孔壁间隔设有向内凹陷的凹槽,所述滑轨座底端通过开孔套于滑杆上。
