Description

推射窗之框体结构 技术领域
本发明是关于一种框体结构,特别是指一种可增益推射窗之防水气密性之框体结构。
背景技术
目前于住宅、办公室或商业用等建筑物均会设置多个开口,并再于其上增置窗户,并藉由窗户的启闭来达到空气的对流及阻绝户外的飞尘或雨水等进入至室入等效益;惟目前使用的窗户虽然种类繁多,但仍以横拉窗居多,而现今的横拉窗大多采两窗扇之结构设计,并藉由其中一窗扇之横向滑移来达到前述该等效益,惟此种窗户于开启使用时,却造成建筑物开口的一半被其中一窗扇所阻遮,因而降低了空气对流量;是以,为了不影响建筑物开口的空气对流量,有许多的消费者采用推射窗,且为了令推射窗于开启使用时,无飞尘或蚊虫等进入至室入,亦有许多的推射窗是于其上增设一纱网结构如折叠式纱窗;如一中华人民共和国发明专利授权公告号CN 102359327,其揭示一种带有内藏式折叠纱窗的木铝复合外开窗,其主要结构是于竖框及内侧木铝复合边框间设置一凹槽,并于该凹槽中装设有一折叠纱窗,令折叠纱窗于展开时,可达到防止飞尘或蚊虫等进入至室内等功效,惟前述凹槽的设置并未考虑防水及其气密性等因素,而致该窗框有防水及气密性不佳等问题。
发明内容
本发明之主要目的是提供一种可完全隐藏一折叠式纱窗组件外,并同时具有极佳防水及气密性之推射窗之框体结构。
本发明的技术方案为:一种推射窗之框体结构,其包括:一外框及一内扇,其中该外框至少具有一开口,而该内扇与该外框形成枢设连接,并能启闭该外框之该开口,又该内扇及该外框之闭合区域间设有至少一槽道,而该槽道中设有一框体,且该框体部份凸伸出该槽道一距离。
本发明的有益效果为:提供一种推射窗之框体结构,其包括:一外框及一内扇,其中该外框至少具有一开口,而该内扇与该外框形成枢设连接,并能启闭该外框之该开口,又该内扇及该外框之闭合区域间设有一槽道,而该槽道中设有一框体,且该外框及/或该内扇相对该框体处设有至少一气密条;令该内扇闭合该外框之开口时,该外框及/或该内扇上之气密条恰能贴合于该框体,致该框体之增置无破坏防水及气密性之虞。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1及图2所示,本发明一种推射窗之框体结构之第一较佳实施例,其包括:一外框(1)及一内扇(2);其中该外框(1)由一上横框(11)、一下横框(12)及两直立边框(13)所组配而成,其中该上横框(11)及该下横框(12)分设于该两直框(13)之两端并遥遥相对,又该上横框(11)、该下横框(12)及该两直立边框(13)框围形成一开口(14),而该内扇(2)与该外框(1)形成枢设连接,且藉由该内扇(2)于该外框(1)上行枢摆之作动,而能启闭该外框(1)之开口(14);续请参阅图1及图2所示,在本实施例中,该外框(1)及该内扇(2)之枢设连接可采复数铰链(3)或一上连杆结构(4)及一下连杆结构(5)之其中一种方式为之,但本发明并不以此为限,凡举可供该内扇(2)可枢摆于该外框(1)上之枢接结构,均为本发明之应用范畴。
请参阅图3至图7所示,该外框(1)及该内扇(2)于闭合时,该两构 件之闭合区域间设有一槽道(A),当然,亦可左右各设有一槽道(A),如第五图所示,惟本发明并不局限任一实施态样外,且由于该等实施态样均为相同,故以下仅以一槽道(A)为说明内容,其它请容不再赘述;再请参阅第四图、第六图及第七图所示,该槽道(A)设于该外框(1)上,且其中容设有一框体(B),而该框体(B)部份凸伸出该槽道(A)一距离,且该外框(1)及/或该内扇(2)相对该凸伸出该槽道(A)之该框体(B)处设有一第一气密条(C),令该内扇(2)闭合该外框(1)之该开口(14)时,该外框(1)及/或该内扇(2)上之第一气密条(C)恰能贴合于该框体(B),致该框体(B)之增置无破坏防水及气密性之虞。
图8至图10显示本发明第二较佳实施例之整体构成之剖面示意图,惟第二较佳实施例与第一较佳实施例之间在基本构造上并没有改变,是以,在第二较佳实施例中与该第一较佳实施例相同的部份采相同符号说明,不再赘述。
续请参阅图8至图10所示,在本实施例中,该槽道(A)及该框体(B)设于该外框(1),且该凸伸出该槽道(A)之该框体(B)相对该外框(1)及/或该内扇(2)处设有一第二气密条(D),是以,藉由该第二气密条(D)的设置,可阻绝该外框(1)与该内扇(2)间有防水及气密不足等情事发生;再者,该框体(B)相对该第二气密条(D)位置处设有一容置槽(B1),令该第二气密条(D)嵌入至该容置槽(B1)后,无掉落而有影响防水气密性等问题发生。
如图4至图10所示,上述该等实施例之该框体(B)中可容设有一 折叠式纱窗组件(7),如一折叠式纱网(71)及一活动框(72)等,惟该折叠式纱窗组件(7)可完全没入至该框体(B)而形成隐藏态样,实无阻遮该外框(1)之该开口(14)之视线外,使其展开时,可防止室外之飞尘或蚊虫等进入至室内等效益。

  1. 一种推射窗之框体结构,其特征在于,其包括:一外框及一内扇,其中该外框至少具有一开口,而该内扇与该外框形成枢设连接,并能启闭该外框之该开口,又该内扇及该外框之闭合区域间设有至少一槽道,而该槽道中设有一框体,且该框体部份凸伸出该槽道一距离。
  2. 如申请专利范围第1项所述之推射窗之框体结构,其特征在于:其中该凸伸出该槽道之该框体与该外框及/或该内扇间设有至少一气密条。
  3. 如申请专利范围第2项所述之推射窗之框体结构,其特征在于:其中该槽道设于该外框上。
  4. 如申请专利范围第3项所述之推射窗之框体结构,其特征在于:其中该外框及该内扇相对该凸伸出该槽道之该框体处设有至少一气密条。
  5. 如申请专利范围第3项所述之推射窗之框体结构,其特征在于:其中该外框相对该凸伸出该槽道之该框体处设有至少一气密条。
  6. 如申请专利范围第3项所述之推射窗之框体结构,其特征在于:其中该内扇相对该凸伸出该槽道之该框体处设有至少一气密条。
