本发明涉及一种生产木器的新工具,尤其是它能和公知的圆钉、木工锤、手电钻相配合,把一种新型内置型连接螺母固定在木器零件接触面的木孔内,木器零件不会裂开,该新型内置型连接螺母不会从木孔内松脱出来,和螺栓一起实现二个相邻木器零件的连接。
背景技术
在生产木器的领域,众知的连接结构:凸榫、榫眼连接结构,这种连接结构的优点是连接牢固,缺点是生产成本、运输成本、价格都比较高;用钉子的连接结构,螺栓和内外牙螺母(指内外壁都套有螺纹的圆螺母)的连接结构,优点是快捷高效,缺点是可靠性和牢固性比较低。尤其是在受较大外力的部位表现更明显,也就是人们常说的钉子出来了,内外牙螺母松脱了,严重的使家俱散架,从而失去了实用功能。我的发明能够解决上述连接结构的缺陷,提高生产效率。
发明内容
针对公知连接结构的缺陷,我设计了连接用内置式螺母,发明了能把这种螺母固定在木器零件接触面木孔内的重要工具。新设计的连接用内置式螺母被命名为木螺帽。在圆钉、木工锤、手电钻的配合下,能把木螺帽固定在木器零件接触面木孔内的重要工具,命名为木螺帽植入器。
木螺帽植入器,一种能指示木螺帽的穿钉孔中心线位置的装置,用短螺栓依次穿过短螺栓平垫圈、指针调节孔、滑座的短螺栓孔、横梁调节孔、短螺栓平垫圈后拧上其蝶形螺母,把升降杆插入机体的升降孔内,其特征是:指针依托滑座、升降架、机体、短螺栓及其蝶形螺母可以前后、左右、上下移动且能被固定,指针被固定时,二个升降杆垂直于指针平面;木螺帽被固定在机体上时其穿钉孔中心线垂直于指针平面且过指示位置。
在生产木器的工作中,使用木螺帽植入器,木螺帽所产生的这种新的连接结构被命名“田氏连接法”。其解决连接问题的技术方案是:首先在木器零件的接 触面上,用手电钻垂直于接触面钻一个非贯通的木孔,木孔的直径大于木螺帽外径0.1毫米时最佳,深度大于木螺帽长度5-8毫米,这个木孔被命名为植入孔。运用木螺帽植入器,在手电钻、圆钉、木工锺配合下,把木螺帽固定在植入孔内,使二者融为一体。在另外一个木器零件接触面的对应位置钻一个垂直于接触面的贯通螺栓孔,用螺栓穿过螺栓孔,旋入木螺帽内,实现二者的连接。
植入:使用木螺帽植入器配合以手电钻、圆钉、木工锺把木螺帽固定在植入孔内的过程叫植入。
一、木螺帽:用普通圆螺母改造而成,其外型主要特点是:1、内壁有直通螺纹,外壁光滑,它的一端侧壁上有一个贯通的小圆孔,命名为穿钉孔。2、穿钉孔的中心线与圆螺母的中心线垂直且相交。3、穿钉孔的直径是圆螺母直径的0.4倍-0.5倍,与圆螺母近端的适宜距离为2-5毫米。4、圆螺母的适宜外径为4-10毫米,长度是20-60毫米。
木螺帽是实现“田氏连接法”的重要部件。穿钉孔是设计要点,主视图最能体现它的特点。
木螺帽的外径小于植入孔0.1毫米时最佳,在植入过程中木器零件不会开裂。
二、下面分别阐述发明木螺帽植入器所依据的科学原理,各零件的特征及作用,解决其技术问题的技术方案。
(一)科学原理
立体几何学中,在论述线与面的关系时有这样的定理:在三维空间中,垂直于一个平面上某一固定点的直线只有一条。
(二)各零件的特征及作用
1、机体:用一块长方体硬木制成,有二个升降孔,一个长螺栓孔,机体90度凹槽。长螺栓孔外,固定木螺帽的侧面上有一个长螺栓平垫圈槽,槽的深度等于长螺栓平垫圈的厚。升降孔中心线垂直于上、下底面且过它们的纵向中线,到两端的距离相等。机体90度凹槽位于上底面,二个升降孔中间位置,槽深等于短螺栓头的厚。长螺栓孔位于机体90度凹槽底面下,到其距离是长螺栓平垫圈外径的二分之一,到两个升降孔的距离相等,它的中心线垂直于前后侧面和二个 升降孔中心线所在的平面,长螺栓孔的直径大于长螺栓直径0.1毫米。它是整个系统的依托。

5、短螺栓、蝶形螺母、二个平垫圈:用来把指针、滑座固定在横梁上,调节时松开蝶形螺母。
6、长螺栓、蝶形螺母、二个平垫圈:用来把木螺帽、调节铁筒固定在机体侧面上。
7、调节铁筒:它是内、外壁光滑的铁筒,适宜长度为5-10毫米,外径等于木螺帽外径,内径略大于长螺栓直径,能套入长螺栓即可,用来调节木螺帽的嵌入深度。
(三)木螺帽植入器解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案
1、首先把指针平放入滑座的下凹槽,升降架的横梁平放入滑座的上凹槽,用短螺栓向上依次穿过:短螺栓平垫圈、指针调节孔、短螺栓孔、横梁调节孔、短螺栓平垫圈,然后拧上蝶形螺母固定。
2、把升降杆从机体上面插入升降孔内,长螺栓平垫圈槽和指示位置在同一侧,然后在升降杆末端拧上其螺母。
3、把蝶形螺母反转过来旋入长螺栓,套上一个长螺栓平垫圈后,从没有长螺栓平垫圈槽的一面插入长螺栓孔,再套上一个长螺栓平垫圈,需要时套上调节铁筒。完成组装木螺帽植入器。
4、由各零件的特征和数学知识可知,当短螺栓上的蝶形螺母拧紧后,二个升降杆可以视为垂直于指针平面的二条直线,它们垂直关系不会因位置改变而变化。
5、把木螺帽没有穿钉孔的一端拧在长螺栓上,让穿钉孔的中心线垂直于指针平面,拧紧长螺栓上蝶形螺母,把木螺帽固定在机体侧面上。
6、松开短螺栓上的蝶形螺母,调节指针的位置,让指示位置在穿钉孔的中心线上,然后拧紧蝶形螺母固定指针。这时二个升降杆,穿钉孔的中心线可视为垂直于指针平面的三条直线,无论升降架升起或落下,始终垂直。这时,木螺帽的穿钉孔中心线被锁定在过指示位置,垂直于指针平面的垂线上。
7、升起升降架,把木螺帽插入植入孔,然后放下升降架。如果指针平面所对应是木料的侧面,可以调节机体的位置,使二者平行,放下升降架,使二者贴紧,用左手固定机体。这样有利于钻孔。
8、用手电钻的钻头(直径小于穿钉孔直径1毫米时最佳)对准指示位置,钻头的中心线垂直于指针平面钻孔,这个木料侧面的小孔被命名为嵌入孔,它可以是非贯通的或者贯通的小圆孔,由立体几何学知识可知,钻头的中心线和穿钉孔的中心线一定重合,所以钻头正好通过穿钉孔。取出钻头。钻头通过穿钉孔的理论概率是100%。在实际钻孔时,木板的四周,长方体木料的侧面有二次钻孔机会,在长方体木料的横截面上有四次钻孔机会,实际准确率接近100%。

2、用“田氏连接法”生产的木器,可以无损伤地多次拆解、组装,可以降低运输成本,搬运更方便。
3、更换家俱零件、维修更容易,延长家俱使用时间。
4、木螺帽的制造方法简单,不会松脱,可以取代内外牙螺母。

在图1中,把指针(4)的指示位置向视线反方向平放入滑座(3)的下凹槽内,横梁(2)平放入滑座(3)的上凹槽内,用短螺栓(7)向上依次穿过短螺栓平垫圈,指针调节孔,短螺栓孔,横梁调节孔,短螺栓平垫圈(6)后,拧上短螺栓的蝶形螺母(5)固定在横梁(2)上。然后把升降杆(1)从机体(8)上 部插入升降孔内,拧上螺母(9)。把蝶形螺母反转过来旋入长螺栓(17),套上一个长螺栓平垫圈,然后从机体(8)的没有长螺栓平垫圈槽的侧面向视线反方向插入长螺栓孔内,再套上一个长螺栓平垫圈(10)。
在图2中,把指针(4)平放入滑座(3)的下凹槽内,横梁(2)平放入滑座(3)的上凹槽内,短螺栓(7)向上依次穿过短螺栓平垫圈,指针调节孔(12),短螺栓孔,横梁调节孔,短螺栓平垫圈(6)后,拧上短螺栓上的蝶形螺母(5)固定。从机体(8)上部把升降杆插入升降孔内,拧上螺母。把蝶形螺母反转过来旋入长螺栓(17),再套上一个长螺栓平垫圈后从机体(8)没有长螺栓平垫圈槽的侧面的长螺栓孔插入,穿过长螺栓孔后再套上长螺栓平垫圈。
下面给出一组优选数据制作一个木螺帽植入器,举一个实例来演示这项技术。
在图1中,短螺栓(7)的直径为6.0毫米,长30毫米,和它配套的一个蝶形螺母二个平垫圈。长螺栓(17)的直径为为6.0毫米,长80毫米,和它配套的一个蝶形螺母二个平垫圈。
在图3中,机体(8)长130毫米,宽30毫米,高40毫米。升降孔(15)的直径6.1毫米,长40毫米,二者中心线的距离是100毫米。机体凹槽(14)长30毫米,宽20毫米,深7毫米。长螺栓孔(13)位于机体凹槽(14)正下方7毫米处,直径6.1毫米,长29毫米。长螺栓平垫圈槽深1毫米,其大小能和其平垫圈相适合。
在图4中,升降杆(1)直径是6毫米,长80毫米,末端有螺纹,有螺纹处长6毫米,两个升降杆(1)的中心线的距离是100毫米。
在图5中,横梁(2)长106毫米,宽20毫米,厚3毫米。横梁调节孔(16)长12毫米,宽6.1毫米。
在图6中,指针(4)长80毫米,宽20毫米,厚3毫米,指针调节孔(12)长60毫米,宽6.1毫米,指示位置(11)位于缺损处连线的中间位置,缺损处半圆形弧线所在圆的直径3.5毫米。
在图7中,滑座(3)长45毫米,宽26毫米,厚10毫米,它的下凹槽(18) 的底面宽20.1毫米,长26毫米,槽深3毫米,它是90度凹槽。
在图8中,滑座(3)上凹槽(20)底面宽是20.1毫米,长45毫米,槽深3毫米,它是90度凹槽。
在图9中,木螺帽(21)长25毫米,外径7.9毫米,穿钉孔(22)直径3.5毫米,穿钉孔(22)到木螺帽(21)近端的距离为3毫米。其直通螺纹能和直径为6.0毫米的长螺栓(17)相啮合。
例如:有一根截面是正方形(边长是5厘米)的长方体木料,长50厘米,欲在这根长方体木料的横截面中心植入木螺帽。
(一)需要的工具和材料:1、手电钻1台。2、直径8.0毫米、2.5毫米的木器用钻头各1个。3、外径7.9毫米,长25毫米,穿钉孔直径为3.5毫米的木螺帽1个。4、直尺1把。5、直径3.3毫米,长40毫米的圆钉1根。6、木螺帽植入器1台。7、木工锺1把。8、固定装置1台。9、长6毫米,外径7.9毫米,内径6.1毫米调节铁筒1个。
(二)操作步骤
首先按照上述优选数据和技术方案,制作一个木螺帽植入器。
1、把上述长方体木料水平固定在固定装置上,在长方体木料的横截面中心钻一个直径8毫米,深35毫米的植入孔。
2、首先把调节铁筒套入木螺帽植入器的长螺栓(17)上,然后再把木螺帽(21)没有穿钉孔的一端旋入长螺栓(17)上,让穿钉孔(22)的中心线垂直于指针(4)平面,然后拧紧长螺栓(17)上的蝶形螺母固定木螺帽(21)。松开短螺栓(7)上的蝶形螺母(6),靠目视调节指针(4)的位置,让指示位置(11)在穿钉孔(22)的中心线上,然后固定指针(4)。
3、提起升降架(1和2),将木螺母(21)插入植入孔内,调整机体的位置,让指针(4)平面和对应的长方体木料侧面平行,然后放下升降架(1和2)。
用左手固定机体。
4、用手电钻在指示位置(11)钻一个直径2.5毫米、深30毫米的嵌入孔,钻孔时钻头垂直于指针(4)平面。
5、沿着指示位置(11)的嵌入孔插入直径3.3毫米、长40毫米的圆钉,用木工锺把圆钉击入嵌入孔,圆钉通过穿钉孔嵌入长方体木料内,木螺帽(21)被圆钉固定在植入孔内。
6、松开长螺栓(17)上的蝶形螺母,取下木螺帽植入器,完成植入。

Claims (1)

  1. 木螺帽植入器,一种能指示木螺帽的穿钉孔中心线位置的装置,用短螺栓依次穿过短螺栓平垫圈、指针调节孔、滑座的短螺栓孔、横梁调节孔、短螺栓平垫圈后拧上其蝶形螺母,把升降杆插入机体的升降孔内,其特征是:指针依托滑座、升降架、机体、短螺栓及其蝶形螺母可以前后、左右、上下移动且能被固定,指针被固定时,二个升降杆垂直于指针平面;木螺帽被固定在机体上时其穿钉孔中心线垂直于指针平面且过指示位置。
