Abstract

新型木器零件的连接结构,解决了连接的牢固与快捷不统一问题,适用于生产木器的领域,连接木器零件。其解决技术问题方案要点:首先把木器零件乙水平固定在工作台上,在木器零件乙的接触面的适当位置用手电钻钻一个植入孔,在木器零件乙的侧面用手电钻钻一个贯通的嵌入孔(直径小于穿钉孔),二者的中心线垂直且相交。在嵌入孔下设置一光源。把木螺帽没有穿钉孔的一端旋入固定螺栓,然后把木螺帽插入植入孔中,让穿钉孔的中心线和嵌入孔的中心线重合,此时看到光斑最大,固定木螺帽。沿着嵌入孔嵌入圆钢钉(直径小于穿钉孔)。取下固定螺栓。在木器零件甲的接触面对应位置钻一个贯通的螺栓孔。最后用螺栓通过螺栓孔旋入木螺帽中实现二者的连接。

Description

新型木器零件的连接结构
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种新型木器零件的连接结构,适用于生产木器的领域,连接相邻的木器零件甲和木器零件乙。 
背景技术
在生产木器的领域,众知的连接结构:凸榫、榫眼连接结构,这种连接结构的优点是连接牢固,缺点是生产成本、运输成本、价格都比较高。用钉子的连接结构,螺栓和内外牙螺母(指内外侧面套有螺纹的圆螺母)的连接结构,优点是快捷高效,缺点是可靠性和牢固性比较低。尤其是在受力较大的部位表现更明显,也就是人们常说的钉子出来了,内外牙螺母松脱了,严重的使家俱散架,从而失去了实用功能。我所发明的这项新型木器零件的连接结构能够解决上述连接结构的缺陷,提高生产效率。 
发明内容
这项新型木器零件的连接结构是针对上述连接结构的缺陷而提出来的,解决了连接的牢固与快捷不统一问题。为此我新设计了连接用内置式螺母,这种新型螺母被命名为木螺帽。发明了新型木器零件的连接结构和适于实用的新的技术方案。 
一种新型木器零件的连接结构,包括相邻连接的木器零件甲和木器零件乙;用螺栓通过木器零件甲接触面的螺栓孔,旋入木器零件乙接触面植入孔内的木螺帽中,实现二者的连接;其特征是:木螺帽,圆钢钉通过嵌入孔、穿钉孔把木螺帽固定在木器零件乙接触面的植入孔内,嵌入孔中心线和植入孔中心线垂直且相交,嵌入孔的中心线和木螺帽上穿钉孔的中心线重合。 
此申请文件获批准后,这种新型木器零件的连接结构将被命名为“田氏连接”。 
(一)木螺帽是一端有一个贯通小圆孔的长圆螺母,其外型主要特点是:1、它的外壁光滑、内壁有螺纹,一端有一个贯通的小圆孔,这个小圆孔被命名穿钉孔。2、穿钉孔的中心线与长圆螺母的中心线垂直且相交。3、穿钉孔的直径是长圆螺母直径的0.4倍--0.5倍,与长圆螺母近端的适宜距离为2--5毫米。4、木螺帽的适宜外径为4--10毫米,长度是20--60毫米。 
木螺帽是实现新型木器零件的连接结构的重要部件。穿钉孔是设计要点,正视图最能体现它的特点。 
(二)本实用新型解决其技术问题采用的技术方案。 
1、有相邻的木器零件甲和木器零件乙。首先把木器零件乙水平固定在工作台上,用手电钻(钻头中心线垂直于接触面)在木器零件乙的接触面的适当位置钻一个直径大于木螺帽外径0.1毫米的非贯通木孔,这个木孔被命名为植入孔;钻头中心线垂直于植入孔中心线,在木器零件乙的侧面钻一个贯通的小圆孔,小圆孔的中心线和植入孔的中心线垂直且相交,小圆孔的直径小于穿钉孔直径1毫米左右,这个小圆孔被命名为嵌入孔,嵌入孔到接触面的适宜距离20---50毫米。木器零件乙接触面的木孔中心线不垂直于接触面时,或者是贯通的木孔,也可以实现连接;但是连接的不是最牢固,或者螺栓和木螺帽容易生锈,不是最优选择。 
2、取一根长60毫米的螺栓,有螺纹处长6毫米左右,且能和木螺帽内壁的螺纹相啮合。把木螺帽没有穿钉孔的一端旋入螺栓,旋紧。这个螺栓被命名固定螺栓。 
3、在木器零件乙下面放置一光源,光线能照射到嵌入孔的下口。 
4、清除植入孔、嵌入孔内的木屑。 
5、把木螺帽插入植入孔内,左手指到穿钉孔中心线的距离和嵌入孔中心线到木器零件乙接触面的距离相等。转动固定螺栓,下视,看到光斑直径和嵌入孔直径相等时停止,固定木螺帽。此时穿钉孔中心线和嵌入孔中心线重合。 
6、沿着嵌入孔插入圆钢钉,圆钢钉直径小于穿钉孔直径0.1--0.2毫米。右手用木工锺把圆钢钉击入嵌入孔内,圆钢钉通过穿钉孔把木螺帽固定在木器零件乙的植入孔内。 
7、取下固定螺栓。 
8、在木器零件甲接触面的对应位置钻一个贯通的螺栓孔,其直径大于螺栓的直径0.1毫米。如果木螺帽凸出木器零件乙的接触面,则对应木器零件甲接触面的螺栓孔应扩孔,直径和植入孔相等,深度能容下凸出的木螺帽。 
9、用螺栓通过木器零件甲的螺栓孔,旋入木器零件乙的植入孔内的木螺帽中,实现二者连接。 
(三)有益效果:1、节约木料。2、维修、运输家俱更方便。3、降低了生产家俱的难度,提升了家俱质量。

具体实施方式
在图1中,首先把木器零件乙(5)水平固定在木工台虎钳上,把木螺帽(6)没有穿钉孔(8)的一端旋入固定螺栓中,旋紧。然后把木螺帽(6)插入木器零件乙(5)的植入孔(4)内,左手指到穿钉孔(8)中心线的距离和嵌入孔(9)中心线到木器零件乙(5)的接触面距离相等;下视同时转动木螺帽(6),当看到光斑的直径和嵌入孔(9)的直径相等时停止转动,固定木螺帽(6)。把圆钢钉(10)插入嵌入孔(9),右手用木工锤把圆钢钉(10)击入嵌入孔(9)内,圆钢钉(10)通过穿钉孔(8)把木螺帽(6)固定在木器零件乙(5)的植入孔内(4)内。最后用沉头螺栓(1)通过木器零件甲(3)的螺栓孔(2)旋入木器零件乙(5)的植入孔(4)内的木螺帽(6)中,实现木器零件甲(3)和木器零件乙(5)的连接。 

Claims (1)

1.一种新型木器零件的连接结构,包括相邻连接的木器零件甲(3)和木器零件乙(5);用螺栓通过木器零件甲(3)接触面的螺栓孔(2),旋入木器零件乙(5)接触面植入孔(4)内的木螺帽(6)中,实现二者的连接;其特征是:木螺帽(6),圆钢钉(10)通过嵌入孔(9)、穿钉孔(8)把木螺帽(6)固定在木器零件乙(5)接触面的植入孔(4)内,嵌入孔(9)中心线和植入孔(4)中心线垂直且相交,嵌入孔(9)的中心线和木螺帽(6)上穿钉孔(8)的中心线重合。
