背景技术
目前从镗床及摇臂钻床主轴莫氏锥孔内卸下刀杆都是采用手锤敲击楔铁的原始方法，这不仅费时费力，而且会对机床主轴精度及寿命产生影响。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种从镗床及摇臂钻床主轴莫氏锥孔内，卸下莫氏锥度刀杆的钥匙，用于解决上述问题。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种拆卸莫氏锥度刀杆钥匙，包括长方体、左斜块、右斜块、小销钉、顶杆座、球头顶杆、压簧、拉簧、大销钉、螺杆、把手，长方体上设置长槽，槽内设置斜面角相等的左斜块及右斜块，拉簧一端由小销钉固定在长方体上，穿过左斜块后，由大销钉与右斜块固定，长方体的螺纹通孔内设置螺杆和顶杆座，球头顶杆与顶杆座动配合，压簧压装在球头顶杆与顶杆座之间，把手横向穿过螺杆上部通孔。
本实用新型的有益效果是：结构简单、使用方便、省时省力，是保护机床主轴的一种有效工具。

具体实施方式
参照附图1可知，包括长方体1、左斜块2、右斜块3、小销钉4、顶杆座5、球头顶杆6、压簧7、拉簧8、大销钉9、螺杆10、把手11，长方体1上设置长槽，槽内设置斜面角相等的左斜块2及右斜块3，拉簧8一端由小销钉4固定在长方体1上，穿过左斜块2后，由大销钉9与右斜块3固定，长方体1的螺纹通孔内设置螺杆10及顶杆座5，球头顶杆6与顶杆座5动配合，压簧7压装在球头顶杆6与顶杆座5之间，把手11横向穿过螺杆10上部通孔。使用时，将本实用新型插入机床主轴的卸刀长孔内，右斜块3朝着刀杆扁尾端面，操作者手握把手11旋拧螺杆，顶着左斜块2向下移动，借助斜面作用推移右斜块3凸出长方体1外，从而推动刀杆向机床主轴莫氏锥孔外移，此时刀杆松动可用手卸下，拆卸完成；反拧螺杆10，靠压簧7及球头顶杆6顶回左斜块2，拉簧8将右斜块3拉回复位。

1.一种拆卸莫氏锥度刀杆钥匙，包括长方体（1）、左斜块（2）、右斜块（3）、小销钉（4）、顶杆座（5）、球头顶杆（6）、压簧（7）、拉簧（8）、大销钉（9）、螺杆（10）、把手（11），其特征在于：长方体（1）上设置长槽，槽内设置斜面角相等的左斜块（2）及右斜块（3），拉簧（8）一端由小销钉（4）固定在长方体（1）上，穿过左斜块（2）后，由大销钉（9）与右斜块（3）固定，长方体（1）的螺纹通孔内设置螺杆（10）和顶杆座（5），球头顶杆（6）与顶杆座（5）动配合，压簧（7）压装在球头顶杆（6）与顶杆座（5）之间，把手（11）横向穿过螺杆（10）上部通孔。
