- 상부는 개방되고 하부는 폐쇄되어 형성되되 내부로 내용물을 수용한 상태에서 상단부를 접합하여 내부를 밀폐하는 외부봉투와, 상기 외부봉투의 내부에 수용되되 상부는 개방되고 하부는 폐쇄되어 내부에 음식물이 수용되며 개방된 상부의 개구에 개폐지퍼가 구비되는 내부봉투와, 상기 외부봉투와 내부봉투 사이에 형성된 발열공간부에 수용되며 수용액과 반응하여 열을 발생시키는 발열제를 포함하는 즉석 조리용 발열봉투에 있어서,상기 발열공간부에 수용되며 내부에 상기 발열제를 반응시키는 수용액이 들어 있는 수용액봉투와;일단부가 상기 수용액봉투의 일측에 연결되되 외력에 의해 당겨지면서 상기 수용액봉투를 절취시키는 절취수단을; 더 포함하되,상기 수용액봉투는, 일측 가장자리가 상기 외부봉투의 내면에 제1접합라인을 따라 접합된 것을 특징으로 하는 즉석 조리용 발열봉투.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 수용액봉투는, 일측 가장자리에 상기 외부봉투의 내면과 접합시키기 위한 스커트가 연장형성되고, 상기 수용액봉투의 절취가 용이해지도록 상기 스커트의 길이방향 일측에 소정 폭으로 절개된 절취편이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 즉석 조리용 발열봉투.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 절취편의 중앙부에 상기 절취수단의 일단부가 끼워져 연결되는 연결공이 형성되고,상기 절취수단은, 일정길이를 갖는 스틱형상으로 이루어지되, 일단부가 상기 연결공에 끼워져 연결된 상태에서 타단부를 잡아당기는 경우 일단부가 상기 연결공에서 빠지지 않도록 폭방향 양측으로 걸림편이 형성되고, 일단부가 상기 연결공에 끼워져 연결된 상태에서 일단부의 위치를 고정시키도록 상기 걸림편과 일정간격 이격되어 폭방향 양측으로 고정돌기가 형성되며, 타단부는 사용자가 손가락을 끼워 당기기 용이하도록 끝이 뾰족한 타원형의 당김링이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 즉석 조리용 발열봉투.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 당김링은, 일부가 상기 외부봉투의 상단부와 상기 내부봉투의 개폐지퍼 사이에 형성된 상부공간부에 노출되도록 상기 외부봉투와 상기 내부봉투가 접합되는 제2접합라인 상에 걸쳐져 배치된 상태에서 상기 당김링의 내측까지 상기 제2접합라인을 따라 열압착에 의해 일체로 접합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 즉석 조리용 발열봉투.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 상부공간부로 노출된 상기 당김링의 일부를 잡아당기는 경우 상기 제2접합라인 중 상기 당김링의 내측 접합부분이 분리되면서 발열반응시 발생되는 증기를 배출하는 증기배출구가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 즉석 조리용 발열봉투.
