DISPOSITIVO DE SUJECIÓN PARA ENVASES DESECHABLES  HOLDING DEVICE FOR DISPOSABLE PACKAGING
OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓN OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a device for holding disposable containers, specifically for disposable containers that, after emptying and deformation, are subjected to shrink wrapping to reduce their volume and thus occupy less space in the containers or bags in which deposit
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN The object of the invention is to provide the market and the public in general with a device by which it is possible to keep the container and folding retracted, to achieve a minimum volumetric occupation. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
As is known, certain types of disposable containers, such as plastic bottles, tetra-briks, etc., when consumed completely, are deposited in containers or bags for later recycling.
Obviously, this type of disposable packaging occupies a very significant volume, with the inconvenience that derives from it, quickly filling the container or bag used for storage with very few units, which implies a very frequent withdrawal of them with the negative impact and inconvenience that this implies. In addition, a smaller volume means a significant environmental improvement by ensuring that the removal of containers from the streets can be made less frequently with the corresponding energy savings and less environmental and acoustic pollution derived from garbage collection services. Some devices are known for the compression of plastic bottles for recycling. Thus, document US6609456 B1 refers to a manual device for compressing used and empty domestic containers, consisting of an elongated structure having an opening to receive the neck of the container and a plurality of blunt projections located near said opening, so that the application of a force towards Down causes the crushing of the container without piercing the container.
For its part, US5937747 describes a device for reducing the volume of plastic bottles by exerting pressure on the axis of the container. This device consists of a piece with a recess or opening to receive the container and a concave area surrounding the opening.
These solutions have several types of disadvantages: On the one hand, the compression devices themselves are independent parts of the package itself, which entail an additional cost and must be stored (and therefore can be lost). In addition, they are only suitable for bottles with a type of neck adapted to the openings of the compression devices, so they are not universally valid, and most importantly, they do not provide means to prevent the container once compressed to recover, at less in part, its original form. This is important because, although this type of packaging, by its very nature, can be compressed occupying a smaller volumetry, the elastic nature of the same makes them tend to recover (at least in part) their initial configuration.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The device that is recommended, has been conceived to solve the problem described above, based on a simple but effective solution.
More specifically, the device of the invention is constituted from what is a tape, preferably of plastic, which has a first section provided on its inner face with a first adhesive through which its perimeter fixation is carried out on the container in which it is applied, thus fixing the tape to the container in the process of manufacturing and filling it, ensuring permanent fixation by means of an overlapping section between the free end of this section of first adhesive and the initial section to from which the perimeter winding of the tape on the package is produced.
From that overlapping section that guarantees the permanent fixation of the tape on the container, said tape is extended in another second section whose internal face has a second adhesive to be fixed perimetrically on the external face of the section of tape fixed to the base, the tape being thus attached to the entire length of the container, with the particular feature that said adhesive-free section is finished off in a short final section determining a flange through which it can be divided from the tape, releasing the section of the second adhesive, all in such a way that when the contents of the package have been consumed, the folding of this is carried out and said section of second adhesive tape constitutes a means of holding the folded container to keep in said situation folded stably, and deposit it in a bag or container with a minimum volumetric occupancy. The container, be it a bottle, a tetrabrik, etc., can be provided with a single device, that is, with a single tape, two, or even more, so that the higher the number of tapes the better the holding the container fully folded after emptying.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LOS DIBUJOS DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
To complement the description that will then be made and in order to help a better understanding of the features of the invention, according to a preferred example of practical implementation thereof, a set of drawings is attached as an integral part of said description. where for illustrative and non-limiting purposes, the following has been represented:
Figure 1 shows a representation corresponding to a general perspective of the holding device for disposable containers, before its application on the corresponding container.
REALIZACIÓN PREFERENTE DE LA INVENCIÓN Figure 2.- Shows a perspective of a container, specifically a bottle, with two devices or tapes fixed perimetrically, in correspondence with the top and base or bottom respectively. Figure 3.- It shows, finally, a perspective view of the container of the previous figure, fully folded, and held in said position by means of the tapes that participate in it. PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION
As can be seen in the aforementioned figures, the device of the invention is constituted by a tape (1), preferably of plastic, which has a first section (2) with a face, considered internal in its application on the corresponding container ( 3), provided with a first adhesive (4), while the outer face (5) lacks such an adhesive.
The section (2) with the first adhesive (4), will have a length that will correspond to the contour of the container (3) in which it is applied, being fixed to it through the inner layer of the first adhesive (4), and maintaining that fixation by overlapping a short section (6) corresponding to the end of the section (2) of the belt on a section (6 '), which establish the fixing of said tape in its application around the container or bottle (3 ), as shown in Figure 2. The section (2) of tape (1) is extended in turn by a second section (2 '), whose inner face has a second adhesive (4'), and is finished off a fractioning tab (7), such that, in the manufacture of the bottle or container in question, the tape is permanently fixed to the contour of the container (3) through the first section (2) of said tape (1), so that the second section (2 ') then overlaps the outer face of the first section (2) and under the second adhesive (4') remain fixed to it, leaving only the tongue (7) that allows the fractionation thereof to detach the second section (2 ') with respect to the first section (2) and be able to carry out, after emptying the container (3), and corresponding folding thereof, its fastening, as shown in Figure 3. The second section (2 ') of the belt may be of equal or different length to the first section (2) of tape (1), although normal is that it is of greater length, because in this way it is easier to fully embrace the folded container. Preferably, a length of the second section (2 ') that is approximately twice the length of the first section (2) may be considered suitable.
As already mentioned, the overlap zone corresponding to sections (6) and (6 ') of the first section (2) of the tape (1) that is fixed around the container (3), ensures that said tape does not never take off from said container, and it is only the second section (2 ') of the second adhesive that can be detached from the extreme contour of the section (2) and by the same carry out the holding of said folded container. The fastening is carried out by winding or by tying the previously compressed container (3) as shown in Figure 3. Obviously, the tape being provided with adhesive material, conveniently holds the compressed container and prevents it from regaining its shape. original, thus maintaining a maximum level of compaction of the container and thereby guaranteeing the minimum occupancy of the same in the corresponding bag or collection container of this type of packaging (3).
Finally, say that the containers (3), whether bottles, tetrabriks, etc., may be provided with one or more tapes (1) of similar characteristics, even these may carry on their external face any type of advertising or information that is required . Other areas of applicability are evident from the description provided here. The description and specific examples set forth in this description are intended for illustration purposes only and are not intended to limit the scope of the present description. Obviously the object of the invention described herein will be applicable to any type of packaging material and to packages of any shape and any dimension.
