本发明涉及变压器技术领域,具体涉及一种便于移动与安装的变压器。
背景技术:
变压器是利用电磁感应的原理来改变交流电压的装置,主要构件是初级线圈、次级线圈和铁芯(磁芯)。主要功能有:电压变换、电流变换、阻抗变换、隔离、稳压(磁饱和变压器)等。按用途可以分为:配电变压器、电力变压器、全密封变压器、组合式变压器、干式变压器、油浸式变压器、单相变压器、电炉变压器、整流变压器等。
变压器是变换交流电压、交变电流和阻抗的器件,当初级线圈中通有交流电流时,铁芯(或磁芯)中便产生交流磁通,使次级线圈中感应出电压(或电流)。
现有的变压器都比较重,在移动与安装时不方便,需要大量人力与物力,使用不方便,操作不方便。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种便于移动与安装的变压器,它便于移动、固定与安装变压器,使用方便,操作简便,结构简单。
为了解决背景技术所存在的问题,本发明是采用如下技术方案:它包含变压器本体、连接架、安装架、移动辊、支撑底架、固定销、弹簧,变压器本体底部的两端均焊接有连接架,连接架上焊接有安装架,安装架上通过转轴安装有移动辊,支撑底架安装在连接架上,安 装底架上设置有固定销,固定销上套接有弹簧,固定销的前端设置有导向端,固定销插接在安装架上的孔内。
本发明的工作原理为:当需要移动时,将安装底架旋转到移动辊的侧面,并通过固定销销好,通过移动辊移动变压器,当需要支撑变压器时,将安装底架旋转到移动辊的底部,通过安装底架支撑变压器,使用方便,操作简便。
本发明具有如下有益效果:便于移动、固定与安装变压器,使用方便,操作简便,结构简单。

具体实施方式:
参看图1-图3,本具体实施方式采用如下技术方案:它包含变压器本体1、连接架2、安装架3、移动辊4、支撑底架5、固定销6、弹簧7,变压器本体1底部的两端均焊接有连接架2,连接架2上焊接有安装架3,安装架3上通过转轴安装有移动辊4,支撑底架5安装在连接架2上,安装底架5上设置有固定销6,固定销6上套接有弹簧7,固定销6的前端设置有导向端61,固定销6插接在安装架3上的孔内。
本具体实施方式的工作原理为:当需要移动时,将安装底架5旋转到移动辊4的侧面,并通过固定销6销好,通过移动辊4移动变压器,当需要支撑变压器时,将安装底架5旋转到移动辊4的底部,通过安装底架5支撑变压器,使用方便,操作简便。
本具体实施方式具有如下有益效果:便于移动、固定与安装变压器,使用方便,操作简便,结构简单。
