本实用新型的目的是提供一种干式变压器配电柜底座槽钢架装置，它能用铲车来搬运，且可以轻松的微调到指定位置，使移动变得方便、安全。
为了解决背景技术所存在的问题，本实用新型是采用如下技术方案：它包含控制显示器1、配电柜2、观察窗3、底座槽钢架4，观察窗3设置在配电柜2的正面中上部，控制显示器1设置在配电柜2的下角边，底座槽钢架4设置在配电柜2的底部，它还包含自锁万向滑轮5，四个自锁万向滑轮5分别安装在两个底座槽钢架4的两端。
