Description
本发明涉及变压器用具技术领域,具体涉及一种变压器铁芯用翻转支架。
变压器是利用电磁感应的原理来改变交流电压的装置,主要构件是初级线圈、次级线圈和铁芯(磁芯)。主要功能有:电压变换、电流变换、阻抗变换、隔离、稳压(磁饱和变压器)等。按用途可以分为:配电变压器、电力变压器、全密封变压器、组合式变压器、干式变压器、油浸式变压器、单相变压器、电炉变压器、整流变压器等。
大部分的变压器均有固定的铁芯,其上绕有一次与二次的线圈。基于铁材的高导磁性,大部分磁通量局限在铁芯里,因此,两组线圈藉此可以获得相当高程度之磁耦合。在一些变压器中,线圈与铁芯二者间紧密地结合,其一次与二次电压的比值几乎与二者之线圈匝数比相同。因此,变压器之匝数比,一般可作为变压器升压或降压的参考指标。由于此项升压与降压的功能,使得变压器已成为现代化电力系统之一重要附属物,提升输电电压使得长途输送电力更为经济,至于降压变压器,它使得电力运用方面更加多元化。现有的变压器铁芯均是采用人工翻转,其操作复杂,而且浪费人力与时间,降低了工作效率。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种变压器铁芯用翻转支架,它能节省人力
与时间,提高工作效率,操作方便,结构简单。
为了解决背景技术所存在的问题,本发明是采用如下技术方案:它包含底座1、立柱2、支撑平台3、连接架4、油缸5,底座1的一端焊接有立柱2,连接架4通过转轴与底座1的另一端连接,连接架4焊接在支撑平台3的底部,油缸5的一端通过转轴安装在底座1的一端,油缸5的活塞杆通过转轴与连接架4连接。
本发明的工作原理为:将变压器铁芯放置在支撑平台3上,当需要翻转时,启动油缸5,油缸5将支撑平台3的一端顶起实现翻转,能节省人力,操作方便。
本发明具有如下有益效果:能节省人力与时间,提高工作效率,操作方便,结构简单。

参看图1,本具体实施方式采用如下技术方案:它包含底座1、立柱2、支撑平台3、连接架4、油缸5,底座1的一端焊接有立柱2,连接架4通过转轴与底座1的另一端连接,连接架4焊接在支撑平台3的底部,油缸5的一端通过转轴安装在底座1的一端,油缸5的活塞杆通过转轴与连接架4连接。
本具体实施方式的工作原理为:将变压器铁芯放置在支撑平台3上,当需要翻转时,启动油缸5,油缸5将支撑平台3的一端顶起实现翻转,能节省人力,操作方便。
本具体实施方式具有如下有益效果:能节省人力与时间,提高工作效率,操作方便,结构简单。

- 一种变压器铁芯用翻转支架,其特征在于它包含底座(1)、立柱(2)、支撑平台(3)、连接架(4)、油缸(5),底座(1)的一端焊接有立柱(2),连接架(4)通过转轴与底座(1)的另一端连接,连接架(4)焊接在支撑平台(3)的底部,油缸(5)的一端通过转轴安装在底座(1)的一端,油缸(5)的活塞杆通过转轴与连接架(4)连接。
