まず、図1を参照して、本開示の第1の実施形態に係る制御システム1の概略的なシステム構成の一例について説明する。図1は、本実施形態に係る制御システム1の概略的なシステム構成の一例について説明するための説明図である。本実施形態に係る制御システム1は、複数の撮像装置を含む。例えば、図1に示す例では、制御システム1は、撮像装置10a及び10bを含む。なお、図1に示す例では、
図4を参照して、本実施形態に係る制御システム1の機能構成の一例について説明する。図4は、本実施形態に係る制御システム1の機能構成の一例について示したブロック図である。なお、本説明では、特に、撮像装置10a及び10bの機能構成に着目して説明する。
まず、マスターとして動作する撮像装置10aの構成の詳細について、特に、制御部11aの構成に着目して説明する。図4に示すように、本実施形態に係る制御部11aは、状態取得部111と、補助光制御部113と、撮像制御部115と、主制御部117とを含む。
次に、スレーブとして動作する撮像装置10bの構成の詳細について、特に、制御部11bの構成に着目して説明する。図4に示すように、本実施形態に係る制御部11bは、状態取得部111と、補助光制御部113と、撮像制御部115と、主制御部117とを含む。
次に、図5を参照して、本実施形態に係る制御システム1の一連の処理の流れの一例について、特に、マスターとして動作する撮像装置10aの動作に着目して説明する。図5は、本実施形態に係る制御システム1の一連の処理の流れの一例について示したフローチャートである。
まず、撮像装置10aの状態取得部111は、連携対象となる撮像装置10bの動作状態を、伝送経路n11を介した通信に基づき確認する。
連携対象となる撮像装置10bが動作している場合には、撮像装置10aの状態取得部111は、補助光投光部13bが補助光を投光するための制御パラメタを、伝送経路n11を介して撮像装置10bから取得する。
主制御部117は、状態取得部111から、補助光投光部13a及び13bの発光状態(例えば、補助光投光部13a及び13bの発光周期)を取得する。そして、主制御部117は、取得した補助光投光部13a及び13bの発光状態に基づき、当該補助光投光部13a及び13bのそれぞれが補助光を投光するタイミングを連動させるための同期信号を生成する。
そして、撮像装置10aの主制御部117は、設定した補助光投光部13aの発光タイミングに応じて、補助光制御部113に制御信号(例えば、制御パルス)を供給する。補助光制御部113は、主制御部117から供給される制御信号に基づき、補助光投光部13aによる補助光の投光に係る動作を制御する。
次に、本実施形態に係る制御システム1の変形例について説明する。
まず、変形例1として、図6を参照して、3台以上の撮像装置10を動作させる場合の制御の一例について説明する。図6は、変形例1に係る制御システム1の概要について説明するための説明図である。具体的には、図6は、互いに異なる撮像装置10a~10dを動作させた場合における、当該撮像装置10a~10dの補助光投光部13a~13dそれぞれが補助光を投光するタイミングを示した概略的なタイミングチャートの一例を示している。
次に、変形例2として、図8を参照して、本実施形態に係る制御システム1のシステム構成の一例について説明する。図8は、変形例2に係る制御システムの構成の一例について示したブロック図である。なお、以降では、変形例2に係る制御システムを、前述した実施形態に係る制御システム1と区別する場合には、「制御システム2」と記載する場合がある
次に、変形例3に係る制御システム3について説明する。前述した実施形態では、例えば撮像装置10aは、伝送経路n11を介した通信により、他の撮像装置10bに関連付けられた補助光投光部13bの発光状態を取得し、当該発光状態に基づき自身に関連付けられた補助光投光部13aの動作(例えば、発光タイミング)を制御していた。これに対して、変形例3では、撮像装置10aは、他の撮像装置10bとの直接通信とは異なる方法で、当該撮像装置10bが制御する補助光投光部13bの発光状態を取得し、取得した発光状態に基づき、自身に関連付けられた補助光投光部13aの動作を制御する。
次に、変形例4に係る制御システム4について説明する。前述した変形例3では、各撮像装置10が、自身が動作を制御する撮像部15により撮像された画像に基づき、当該撮像部15の撮像領域に対して補助光を投光する他の補助光投光部13の発光状態を取得していた。一方で、各撮像装置10が、自身が動作を制御する撮像部15の撮像領域に対して補助光を投光する他の補助光投光部13の発光状態を取得できれば、その方法や構成は特に限定されない。そこで、変形例4では、各撮像装置10が、他の撮像装置10との直接通信とは異なる方法で、当該他の撮像装置10が制御する補助光投光部13の発光状態を取得することが可能な、制御システムの他の一例について説明する。
まず、撮像装置10aが、他の撮像装置10bに、自身が制御する補助光投光部13aの発光状態を通知する動作に着目して、撮像装置10aの構成について説明する。
次に、撮像装置10aが、他の撮像装置10bの補助光投光部13bにより投光された補助光に基づき、当該補助光投光部13bの発光状態を取得する動作に着目して、撮像装置10aの構成について説明する。
以上説明したように、本実施形態に係る制御システム1は、複数の撮像装置10それぞれの補助光投光部13が、互いに異なるタイミングで補助光を投光するように(即ち、時分割で補助光を投光するように)制御する。このような構成により、本実施形態に係る制御システム1は、複数の撮像装置10それぞれの補助光投光部13から投光された補助光が互いに干渉する事態を防止し、当該干渉による影響の顕在化を抑止することが可能となる。即ち、本実施形態に係る制御システム1に依れば、複数の補助光投光部13(即ち、光源)から補助光を投光する状況下においても、より好適な撮像環境を実現することが可能となる。
[2.1.概要]
次に、本開示の第2の実施形態に係る制御システムについて説明する。前述した第1の実施形態に係る制御システム1では、複数の撮像装置10それぞれの補助光投光部13が互いに異なるタイミングで補助光を投光するように(即ち、時分割で補助光を投光するように)制御することで、より好適な撮像環境を実現していた。一方で、各補助光投光部13が、時分割で補助光を投光する場合には、時分割の多重度が増えるほど(即ち、補助光投光部13の数が増えるほど)、各補助光投光部13が補助光を投光する期間は短くなり、当該多重度にも限界がある。
図12を参照して、本実施形態に係る制御システム5の機能構成の一例について説明する。図12は、本実施形態に係る制御システム5の機能構成の一例を示したブロック図である。
まず、マスターとして動作する撮像装置10aの構成の詳細について、特に、制御部51aの構成に着目して説明する。図12に示すように、本実施形態に係る制御部51aは、状態取得部511と、補助光制御部513と、撮像制御部515と、主制御部517とを含む。
次に、スレーブとして動作する撮像装置10bの構成の詳細について、特に、制御部51bの構成に着目して説明する。図4に示すように、本実施形態に係る制御部51bは、状態取得部511と、補助光制御部513と、撮像制御部515と、主制御部517とを含む。
次に、図13を参照して、本実施形態に係る制御システム5の一連の処理の流れの一例について、特に、マスターとして動作する撮像装置10aの動作に着目して説明する。図13は、本実施形態に係る制御システム5の一連の処理の流れの一例について示したフローチャートである。
まず、撮像装置10aの状態取得部511は、連携対象となる撮像装置10bの動作状態を、伝送経路n11を介した通信に基づき確認する。
連携対象となる撮像装置10bが動作している場合には、撮像装置10aの状態取得部511は、補助光投光部13bが補助光を投光するための制御パラメタを、伝送経路n11を介して撮像装置10bから取得する。

以上説明したように、本実施形態に係る制御システム5は、複数の補助光投光部13からの補助光が互いに干渉する場合には、干渉の度合いに応じて各補助光の光量を制限することで、対象となる領域(即ち、各撮像部15の撮像領域)がより好適な明るさとなるように制御する。このような構成により、本実施形態に係る制御システム5は、時分割で補助光を投光することなく、より好適な撮像環境を実現することが可能となる。
次に、図14を参照して、本開示の実施形態に係る撮像装置10のハードウェア構成の一例について説明する。図14は、本実施形態に係る撮像装置10のハードウェア構成の一例を示した図である。

前記第2の光源により照明される領域の少なくとも一部を撮像する撮像部により撮像された画像を解析する解析部を備え、
前記取得部は、前記撮像部により撮像された前記画像の解析結果に基づき、前記第1の光源の発光状態を取得する、前記(1)~(8)のいずれか一項に記載の制御装置。

前記取得部は、前記第2の光源の前記発光状態を取得し、取得した当該第2の光源の発光状態を、前記第1の光源の動作を制御する外部装置に通知する、前記(1)~(12)のいずれか一項に記載の制御装置。

前記取得部は、取得した前記第2の光源の前記発光状態を、複数の前記外部装置に通知する、前記(13)に記載の制御装置。

前記取得部は、複数の前記第2の光源の前記発光状態を取得する、前記(1)~(14)のいずれか一項に記載の制御装置。

前記第2の光源を備える、前記(1)~(15)のいずれか一項に記載の制御装置。

前記第2の光源にあらかじめ関連付けられた撮像部を備える、前記(1)~(16)のいずれか一項に記載の制御装置。

第1の光源の発光状態を取得することと、
取得された前記第1の光源の前記発光状態に応じて、当該第1の光源とは異なる第2の光源の発光に係る動作を制御することと、

Claims (19)
- 第1の光源の発光状態を取得する取得部と、
取得された前記第1の光源の前記発光状態に応じて、当該第1の光源とは異なる第2の光源の発光に係る動作を制御する制御部と、
を備える、制御装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記第1の光源の前記発光状態に応じて、前記第2の光源の発光タイミングを制御する、請求項1に記載の制御装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記第1の光源と前記第2の光源とが時分割で発光するように、前記第2の光源の前記発光タイミングを制御する、請求項2に記載の制御装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記第2の光源の前記発光タイミングに基づき、当該第2の光源にあらかじめ関連付けられた撮像部の、画像の撮像タイミングを制御する、請求項2に記載の制御装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記第1の光源の前記発光状態に応じて、前記第2の光源から投光される光の光量を制御する、請求項1に記載の制御装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記第2の光源から投光される光の光量に基づき、当該第2の光源にあらかじめ関連付けられた撮像部の撮像条件を制御する、請求項5に記載の制御装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記第2の光源から投光される光の光量を、前記第1の光源の前記発光状態と、当該第2の光源にあらかじめ関連付けられた撮像部の撮像条件とに基づき制御する、請求項5に記載の制御装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記第1の光源の前記発光状態に応じて、前記第2の光源から投光される光の光量と、当該第2の光源にあらかじめ関連付けられた撮像部の撮像条件とを制御する、請求項5に記載の制御装置。
- 前記取得部は、当該第1の光源及び当該第2の光源それぞれの発光タイミングを示した同期信号に基づき、前記第1の光源の前記発光状態を取得する、請求項1に記載の制御装置。
- 前記取得部は、ネットワークを介して接続された、前記第1の光源の動作を制御する外部装置から取得した制御情報に基づき、当該第1の光源の発光状態を取得する、請求項1に記載の制御装置。
- 前記取得部は、前記第1の光源から出射された光の検出結果に基づき、前記第1の光源の発光状態を取得する、請求項1に記載の制御装置。
- 前記第2の光源により照明される領域の少なくとも一部を撮像する撮像部により撮像された画像を解析する解析部を備え、
前記取得部は、前記撮像部により撮像された前記画像の解析結果に基づき、前記第1の光源の発光状態を取得する、請求項1に記載の制御装置。 - 前記取得部は、前記第2の光源の前記発光状態を取得し、取得した当該第2の光源の発光状態を、前記第1の光源の動作を制御する外部装置に通知する、請求項1に記載の制御装置。
- 前記取得部は、取得した前記第2の光源の前記発光状態を、複数の前記外部装置に通知する、請求項13に記載の制御装置。
- 前記取得部は、複数の前記第2の光源の前記発光状態を取得する、請求項1に記載の制御装置。
- 前記第2の光源を備える、請求項1に記載の制御装置。
- 前記第2の光源にあらかじめ関連付けられた撮像部を備える、請求項1に記載の制御装置。
- プロセッサが、
第1の光源の発光状態を取得することと、
取得された前記第1の光源の前記発光状態に応じて、当該第1の光源とは異なる第2の光源の発光に係る動作を制御することと、
を含む、制御方法。 - コンピュータに、
第1の光源の発光状態を取得することと、
取得された前記第1の光源の前記発光状態に応じて、当該第1の光源とは異なる第2の光源の発光に係る動作を制御することと、
