Description

Packaging bag with dispensing tool
The present invention relates to a packaging bag with a dispensing tool that accommodates food, chemicals, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, detergents, industrial products and the like.
As a packaging bag with a pouring tool, a pair of front and rear flat sheets are sandwiched with side sheets folded inward from both side edges to form a gusset portion, and the periphery of the side sheets is heat sealed with the flat sheet. There is provided a side gusset type packaging bag in which an upper edge portion and a lower edge portion between each other are heat-sealed and a pouring tool is heat-sealed on the upper edge portion (see, for example, Patent Document 1 below).
In this way, the side gusset type packaging bag having the gusset portion on the side surface is provided with gusset portions on both sides of the packaging bag, as compared with the standing type packaging bag having the bottom portion formed with the gusset portion. The outer dimensions of can be designed compactly. For this reason, it has the characteristics that formality, grip nature, and transportation efficiency are excellent.
However, there is a problem that the lower edge seal portion formed at the lower edge of the flat sheet has high rigidity and is difficult to bend to either one side of the flat sheet, so that it is not self-supporting.
In order to improve the self-supporting property, a packaging bag using a rectangular sheet as a bottom plate is provided (for example, see Patent Document 2 below). This packaging bag is flat because the seal portion does not protrude from the bottom surface, and has excellent self-supporting properties.
However, the step of heat-sealing the bottom plate is performed in a state where the bottom plate 101 is folded in two along the width direction of the packaging bag 100 as shown in FIG. For this reason, heat sealing is performed in a state where two sheets of the flat sheet 102, four sheets of the side sheet 103, and two sheets of the bottom plate 101 are overlapped, and a variation in heat and pressure due to the seal bar. As a result, poor sealing is likely to occur. In particular, in the packaging bag 100 that accommodates the fluid, there is a possibility that the contents leak due to a sealing failure in the vicinity of the square corner of the bottom plate 101.
In order to improve the self-sustainability without leakage of the contents, in the side gusset type packaging bag, the size in the thickness direction of the packaging bag is increased, and the bottom formed when the contents are accommodated more It only needs to be close to a square. If the horizontal cross-sectional shape of the packaging bag can be made close to a square, in addition to improving self-sustainability, compared to conventional side gusset pouches, it is difficult to be restricted in size in the thickness direction, so it is a store with excellent design It is possible to provide a packaging bag that is easily caught by eyes.
In order to make the horizontal cross-sectional shape of the packaging bag closer to a square, it is necessary to make the gap between the folding lines of the left and right side sheets smaller and make the width of the gusset portion wider. The process of sealing the dispensing tool to the packaging bag is performed by bonding the dispensing tool from the opening at the upper edge of the packaging bag in a state where a side sheet folded in two with a folding line is inserted between the flat sheets and sealed. The part is inserted and sealed. If the gap between the folding lines of the left and right side sheets is smaller than the width of the bonding part of the pouring tool at the upper edge of the packaging bag, the side sheet and the pouring tool will be sealed together at the opening of the upper edge. A seal failure is likely to occur due to variations in heat and pressure due to the seal bar. Therefore, the size of the packaging bag in the thickness direction could not be increased.

The present invention has been made in view of such a state of the art, and in a packaging bag with a side gusset having a gusset portion on its side surface, prevents leakage of contents due to defective sealing, and the packaging bag. The problem is to improve the independence and design of the paper.
As a result of intensive studies to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present inventor has a pair of front and rear plane portions and a pair of left and right gusset side portions, and is applied to the upper edge of the plane portion. It is a packaging bag with a pour tool for a side gusset to which the pouch is bonded, and the side gusset is bonded to both side edges of the flat portion and folded inward from the side edges. A folding line extending in the height direction is formed. And the space | interval of the folding line which the said gusset side part opposes is larger than the width | variety of the adhesion part of the said extraction tool in the upper part of a gusset side part, and the adhesion part of the said extraction tool in the intermediate part and lower part of a gusset side part It is formed so that it may become smaller than the width | variety of this.
According to this, in the packaging bag with a pour-out tool of the side gusset having the gusset portion on the side surface, the interval between the opposing fold lines of the gusset side surface portion is the width of the bonding portion of the extractor at the middle portion and the lower portion of the gusset side surface portion. Since it is formed so as to be smaller than that, the size of the packaging bag in the thickness direction (the width of the side face portion of the gusset) can be increased, and even if no bottom plate is provided, the independence is stable and the design is improved. An excellent packaging bag can be provided. Furthermore, since the gap between the opposing fold lines of the gusset side surface portion is formed larger than the width of the bonding portion of the extraction tool at the upper portion of the gusset side surface portion, a seal failure due to variations in heat and pressure by the seal bar is caused. Occurrence can be prevented.
Further, the gusset side surface portion may be composed of a vertical side portion in which the folding line extends in the height direction in the middle portion and the lower portion, and an inclined portion that extends outward from the upper end of the vertical side portion.
According to this, in the vertical side portion, the gap between the opposing fold lines of the gusset side surface portion is formed to be smaller than the width of the adhesive portion of the extraction tool at the middle portion and the lower portion of the gusset side surface portion, The width of the side portion can be kept large and constant. Further, in the inclined portion, the interval between the opposing folding lines of the gusset side surface portion is formed to be larger than the width of the adhesive portion of the extractor at the upper portion of the gusset side surface portion, and the width of the upper portion of the gusset side surface portion is increased. It can be narrowed gradually.
In the intermediate portion and the lower portion of the gusset side surface portion, the ratio t2 / t1 between the interval t1 from the inner edge line of the adhesive portion on both side edge portions to the folding line and the interval t2 between the opposing folding lines is 1.2 or less, and 1.0 or less is preferable.
According to this, the independence of the packaging bag with an extractor can be dramatically stabilized.
According to the present invention, since the width of the side face portion of the gusset can be increased in the side gusseted packaging bag having a gusset on the side surface, a packaging bag with stable independence can be provided. Moreover, the packaging bag excellent in the designability can be provided by making the horizontal cross section of the packaging bag closer to a square from the bottom surface to the intermediate portion in the height direction. Further, variations in heat and pressure due to the seal bar can be suppressed, and the occurrence of leakage of contents due to a seal failure can be prevented.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Here, the horizontal direction in FIG. 2 is the width direction, the vertical direction is the height direction, and the front-rear direction is the thickness direction. The width of the packaging bag and the size in the thickness direction refer to the distance from the inner edge of one seal part to the inner edge of the other seal part. The height of the packaging bag refers to the outer edge of the top seal part from the outer edge of the bottom seal part in the folded state. The sheet includes what is generally called a film.
<First Embodiment>
A first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
The packaging bag 1 with a pour tool in the first embodiment of the present invention has a pair of front and rear flat portions 2 and a pair of left and right gusset side portions 3, and a pour tool 4 is attached to the upper edge portion. The pair of front and rear plane portions 2 includes a front surface portion 2a and a rear surface portion 2b. The gusset side surface portion 3 is folded inward from the left and right side edges between the front surface portion 2a and the rear surface portion 2b to form a gusset portion.
The flat surface portion 2 and the gusset side surface portion 3 are made of a flexible sheet, and a sealant layer is formed on at least one surface. The configuration and thickness of the flexible sheet are not particularly limited, and a design having an oxygen barrier property, a water vapor barrier property, and the like can be appropriately selected according to the properties of the contents. For example, a sheet obtained by laminating a polyethylene terephthalate resin (thickness 12 μm), a polyamide resin (thickness 15 μm), and a polyethylene resin (thickness 100 μm) in this order from the outer layer side.
The plane part 2 is overlapped so that the sealant layers of the front part 2a and the rear part 2b face each other. Four side edge seal portions S2 are formed in the height direction by bonding both side edges of the flat portion 2 to the periphery of the gusset side surface portion 3 by heat sealing.
A bottom seal portion S3 is formed on the lower edge portion of the flat surface portion 2 by bonding the lower edge portions of the front surface portion 2a and the rear surface portion 2b to each other by heat sealing. Further, diagonal seal portions S4 extending diagonally upward to the side edge seal portion S2 are formed on both longitudinal sides of the bottom seal portion S3. The oblique seal portion S4 is formed by bonding the flat portion 2 and the gusset side portion 3 by heat sealing.
The oblique seal portion S4 is preferably formed such that the angle α with respect to the bottom seal portion S3 is 30 to 50 degrees. More preferably, it is 45 degrees. When the contents are stored and dropped, the impact caused by the drop can be prevented from being concentrated on a specific portion of the gusset bag, so that it is difficult to break the bag and safety is excellent. The oblique seal portion S4 is not limited to a straight line, and may be a curved shape.
The top seal part S1 is formed on the upper edge part of the flat part 2 by adhering the upper edge part of the bonding part 43 of the pouring tool 4 and the flat part 2 by heat sealing.
The pouring tool 4 is fixed by being inserted through an opening between the front surface portion 2a and the rear surface portion 2b at the upper end of the flat surface portion 2 and bonded by heat sealing. As shown in FIG. 3, the dispensing tool 4 includes a cylindrical portion 41, a flange portion 42, and an adhesive portion 43 that are continuously provided in the axial direction from above. A stopper is detachably attached to the tubular portion 41. The bonding portion 43 has a boat shape extending in the width direction, and a rib 44 for welding is formed on the surface. The dispensing tool 4 is preferably made of a synthetic resin excellent in moldability and workability. Examples of the synthetic resin include polyolefin resins such as polyethylene and polypropylene, polystyrene resins, polyamide resins, polyester resins, acrylic resins, vinyl chloride resins, vinylidene chloride resins, and polyether sulfones. As a molding method, it is preferable from the viewpoint of cost and the like to be integrally molded by appropriate molding such as injection molding.
As shown in FIG. 2, in a state where the packaging bag 1 with the pour tool is folded, the interval between the opposing folding lines 6 of the pair of left and right gusset side portions 3 is an intermediate portion in the height direction of the packaging bag 1 with the pour tool and In the lower part, it is smaller than the width L of the bonding part 43 of the extraction tool 4. Moreover, in the upper part of the height direction of the packaging bag 1 with the extraction tool, it is formed so as to be larger than the width L of the bonding portion 43 of the extraction tool 4. The folding line 6 refers to the ridgeline of the inner edge of the gusset side part 3 in a state in which the packaging bag 1 with the dispensing tool is folded.
In the folding line 6, the vertical side portion 61 extends upward in the height direction from the lower edge portion of the packaging bag 1 with the dispensing tool. Furthermore, in the upper part in the height direction of the packaging bag 1 with the dispensing tool, an inclined part 62 is formed which is continuous with the vertical side part 61 and extends outward from the upper end of the vertical side part 61. Since the space | interval of the folding line 6 can be made smaller than the width | variety L of the adhesion part 43 of the extraction tool 4 in a lower part, the magnitude | size of the thickness direction of the packaging bag 1 with an extraction tool can be designed large. For this reason, a bottom face can be made closer to a square and self-supporting property can be improved. And since it is larger than the width | variety L of the adhesion part 43 of the extraction tool 4 in an upper part, it does not affect the heat seal of the extraction tool 4. FIG.
As shown in FIG. 4A, first, the left and right gusset side portions 3 are folded in two along a vertical fold line 71 along the height direction. Next, as shown in FIG. 4B, the corner 3d sandwiched between the gusset inner side 3c and the gusset upper side 3a is formed by the diagonal fold line 72 so that the gusset upper side 3a is along the gusset outer side 3b. By folding the side 3b to the side, a triangular flap f of an isosceles right triangle having a corner 3d as an apex angle is formed. The flap first side f1 of the triangular flap f is a fold line 6 composed of a diagonal fold line 72. The flap second side f2 is composed of the vertical fold line 71, and is the side that forms an angle β with the flap first side f1. The flap third side f3 is composed of the upper side 3a of the gusset and is the opposite side of the corner β. The flap third side f3 is bent at an oblique fold line 72 so as to be shifted by about 1 to 5 mm inward from the gusset outer side 3b. The flap third side f3 is bent and sealed so as to fit in the region of the side edge seal portion S2. The side face seal portion S2 seals the gusset side surface portion 3 with the front surface portion 2a, and the triangular flap f with the front surface portion 2a and the gusset side surface portion 3.
In the embodiment described above, the flap third side f3 is shifted to the inside of the gusset outer side 3b. However, as shown in FIG. 5A, the flap third side f3 and the gusset outer side 3b are overlapped. It may be a triangular flap f bent into a state. In the above embodiment, the angle β = 45 degrees has been described. However, as shown in FIG. 5B, a triangular flap f having an angle β = 45 degrees or more may be used, as shown in FIG. 5C. It may be a triangular flap f with an angle β = 45 degrees or less. Each flap third side f3 is sealed so as to fit in the region of the side edge seal portion S2. In the case of (b) and (c), the side edge seal portion S2 is sealed with a shape protruding inward. The side edge seal portion S2 seals the gusset side surface portion 3 with the front surface portion 2a, and the triangular flap f with the front surface portion 2a and the gusset side surface portion 3.

A shoulder seal portion extending up to S2 can also be formed. The shoulder seal portion is formed by heat-sealing the flat portion 2 and the gusset side portion 3. The shoulder seal portion is not limited to a straight line, and may have a round shape. Moreover, in each said embodiment, although what provided the diagonal seal | sticker part S4 was demonstrated, it does not necessarily need to provide the diagonal seal | sticker part S4.
