Description
The present invention relates to a self-supporting bag, and more particularly to a self-supporting bag with improved ease of gripping a body part.
A self-supporting bag is also called a standing pouch, and is a bag (pouch) that is provided with a town at the bottom of the bag to provide self-supporting properties. This town is called a bottom gusset and is formed by a bottom film that is folded back into a mountain fold toward the top of the bag. Due to the function of this bottom gusset, the self-standing bag has the effect of reducing the transportation cost because the volume is small and not bulky before filling the contents and after taking out the contents. It is a bag having effects such as excellent display properties and display properties. Since the self-supporting bag has such excellent characteristics, it is widely used as a package for various products such as foods such as various seasonings, liquid beverages, and jelly beverages, and toiletry products such as shampoos and liquid detergents.
In the self-supporting bag, there is a side seal portion that integrally joins both side edges of the body film and the bottom film along the vertical direction of the bag in a state where the bottom film is inserted below the body films. Generally, the side seal part is formed by joining the body film and the bottom film in the same length. Therefore, a plurality of films are joined to the side seal part to increase rigidity. An end face is formed. Here, the self-supporting bag is a basic bag body such as light shielding property, impact resistance, abrasion resistance, heat resistance, gas barrier property, chemical resistance, etc. Since it is required to have physical properties, it is common to use films and materials having various functions in a laminated manner. However, when a film laminated in this way is used, The soft feeling of the bag is lost, and the ease of gripping is hindered. This is particularly remarkable when an aluminum-containing material such as an aluminum metal thin film is used to exhibit gas barrier properties and light shielding properties.
In view of such a situation, several bags having improved ease of gripping the trunk have been developed. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a container having three forms for a side gusset bag having a gusset on a side surface portion. The first form is a container that is heat-sealed in a state in which either one of the front and back surface portions or the side surface portion is shifted outward with respect to the other end portion. The second form is a container that is sheet-sealed with the outer edge regions of the end portions being in a state where the end portions of the front and back surface portions or the side surface portions coincide with each other. The third form is a container that is heat-sealed in a state in which either one of the front and back surface portions or the side surface portion is bent so as to sandwich the other end portion.
Moreover, in patent document 2, the self-supporting bag in which the container main body which has the accommodating part with which the content is filled was formed by heat-sealing the flexible sheet | seat body from the seal part which divides an accommodating part. A self-supporting bag is disclosed in which a folded piece is extended, the folded piece is bent toward the housing portion, and the posture is maintained.
According to the configuration of the container disclosed in Patent Document 1, it is possible to improve the ease of gripping the body part. However, it is difficult to apply the configuration to a self-supporting bag. This is because, as shown in FIG. 5, the self-supporting bag is usually manufactured from a long film body that is continuous in the lateral direction (width direction) of the bag. That is, two long bodies of the body film forming the front and back surfaces are overlapped, and the length of the bottom film folded back in a mountain fold toward the inside of the long body between the two long bodies. After the scale is inserted and heat-sealed to form the
On the other hand, according to the self-supporting bag disclosed in Patent Document 2, the amount of film used increases, so the material cost increases, and the size of the storage portion decreases, so that the content filling amount decreases. Occur. Furthermore, since the shape of the bag is limited, some products may not be preferable from the viewpoint of design.
An object of the present invention is to provide a self-supporting bag that is easy to grip a body part and is excellent in cost (material cost / process cost) performance.
The self-supporting bag according to the present invention is composed of a pair of body film forming the front and back surfaces, and a bottom film folded back in a mountain fold toward the upper side of the bag, and the bottom film is a lower part of both body film A crease formed in the side seal portion along the vertical direction in a self-supporting bag comprising a side seal portion integrally joined along the vertical direction of the bag with both side edges of both the body film and the bottom film inserted in When the side seal portion is pressed from the width direction of the self-supporting bag, and a cut portion cut to a position at least in contact with the crease line of the side seal portion along the direction intersecting the vertical direction The side seal portion is folded back starting from the cut portion.
Moreover, it is preferable to have at least one notch part in the site | part which adjoins from the upper end of the part to which the bottom part film of the side seal part was joined.
Moreover, the fold line is preferably a line which includes a microporous or recess.
According to the self-supporting bag according to the present invention, the side seal portion has a cut portion cut into a predetermined length, and when the side seal portion is pressed from the width direction of the self-supporting bag, the side portion starts from the cut portion. Since the seal portion is folded back, when the body portion is gripped, the above-mentioned joint end surface can be prevented from touching the hand, and the hand of the bag can be softened to greatly improve the ease of gripping. . In addition, the shape of the self-supporting bag is not limited, the film on the front and back surfaces does not require special pre-processing such as holes and notches, and can be manufactured by the same manufacturing process as the conventional one, so it is excellent in cost performance. .
In addition, if the structure having at least one cut portion is provided at a position close to the upper end of the portion where the bottom film of the side seal portion is joined, the side seal portion can be easily folded when the body portion is gripped. In addition, the ease of gripping can be improved. Generally, the portion gripped when drinking the contents is the central portion of the body portion, and therefore, the force from the width direction of the bag is applied to the portion adjacent to the upper end of the portion where the bottom film is joined. Since it is not a part to be added and to be in direct contact with the gripping hand, it is suitable as a position for providing the cut portion.
In addition, if the side seal portion has a crease line including a minute hole or a recess along the vertical direction of the bag, the folding function of the side seal portion by the cut portion can be compensated. That is, the force required for folding the side seal portion can be reduced by the crease line. Therefore, it is possible to further improve the ease of gripping as compared with the configuration having only the cut portion.
Embodiments according to the present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a front view (before filling contents) of a self-supporting bag provided with a cut portion and a crease line in a side seal portion. FIG. 2 is an enlarged view of a main part of FIG. FIG. 3 is a front view of a self-supporting bag having a large number of cut portions in the side seal portion.
As described above, the self-supporting
At the upper part of the free-standing
As described above, the
As shown in FIG. 1, the self-supporting
As will be described later, the
As described above, the self-supporting
As described above, the self-supporting
The lower
As described above, the
The
Examples of the film constituting the base film layer include polyester (polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polyethylene naphthalate (PEN), polybutylene terephthalate (PBT), polycarbonate (PC), etc.), polyolefin (polyethylene (PE), polypropylene ( PP), etc.), polyamide (nylon-6, nylon-66, etc.), polyacrylonitrile (PAN), polyimide (PI), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyvinylidene chloride (PVDC), polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), poly A stretched or unstretched film of one layer or two or more layers composed of ether sulfone (PES) and ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (EVOH) can be used.
The films constituting the sealant layer include low density polyethylene (LDPE), linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE), ethylene-propylene copolymer (EP), unstretched polypropylene (CPP), and biaxially stretched nylon (ON). , Ethylene-olefin copolymer, ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer (EAA), ethylene-methacrylic acid copolymer (EMAA), ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), etc. The film can be used.
As a method for laminating the films constituting the base film layer and the sealant layer, known methods such as a dry lamination method and a hot melt lamination method can be used. The laminated film can also be produced by coextrusion using the above resin material.
When the contents are food or the like, the resin film constituting the bag preferably has a gas barrier layer. As the gas barrier layer, a metal thin film such as aluminum, a resin film such as vinylidene chloride (PVDC), ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (EVOH), or an arbitrary synthetic resin film is coated with an inorganic oxide such as aluminum oxide or silica. A vapor-deposited transparent vapor deposition film or the like can be provided. When the gas barrier layer is provided, the configuration thereof is not particularly limited, and for example, the gas barrier layer can be provided between the base film layer and the sealant layer. As a method for forming these thin films, a known method such as a vapor deposition method or a sputtering method can be applied. An adhesive layer may be provided between the gas barrier layer and the base film layer.
The
The self-supporting
The length of the
As described above, the position where the
The number of the
The shape of the
Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the self-standing
Further, the
The
Since the
As described above, the body portion of the self-supporting
In addition, the self-supporting
The self-supporting
When the central portion of the
As described above, the self-supporting
