进一步,本发明所涉及的吸尘器转接构件,还可以具有这样的特征:其中,转动连接部包括管状的出气管连接部分和与该出气管连接部分密封连接的进气管连接部分,出气管连接部分具有周向排列的多个卡槽,该卡槽按照预定间距沿出气管连接部分排列,进气管连接部分具有周向排列的与卡槽相配合的卡合件,卡槽和卡合件构成定位部,卡合件通过落入不同的卡槽来进行定位。
另外,本发明所涉及的吸尘器转接构件,还可以具有这样的特征:其中,上述预定间距的圆心角为30°、45°、60°和90°中的任意角度值。
另外,本发明所涉及的吸尘器转接构件,还可以具有这样的特征:转动连接部的中轴线与进气管的中轴线之间的夹角不小于75°,转动连接部的中轴线与出气管的中轴线之间的夹角不小于75°。
另外,本发明所涉及的吸尘器转接构件,还可以具有这样的特征:其中,转动连接部与进气管之间的夹角为90°,转动连接部与出气管之间的夹角为90°。
另外,本发明所涉及的吸尘器转接构件,还可以具有这样的特征:其中,进气管连接部分与进气管一体成型,出气管连接部分与出气管一体成型。
另外,本发明所涉及的吸尘器转接构件,还可以具有这样的特征:其中,进气管的进气口外径是32mm,出气管的出气口内径是32mm。
另外,本发明所涉及的吸尘器转接构件,还可以具有这样的特征:其中,进气管的进气口外径是35mm,出气管的出气口内径是35mm。
发明的作用与效果
根据本发明所涉及的吸尘器转接构件,因为采用进气管和出气管将不同的吸尘器附件相连接,并采用转动定位单元将进气管和出气管相连接,转动连接部与进气管和出气管之间的夹角均不小于75°,并且在转动定位单元中设置定位部,从而能够使进气管和出气管成预 定的角度,因此该吸尘器转接构件可以改变吸入气流的角度,便于清理高处,也可以使用户不用弯腰就能清洁床底等不易清洁的位置。
同时,该吸尘器转接构件结构简单,成本低廉,用户只需购买该吸尘器转接构件,与现有的吸尘器标准附件配套使用即可,使用成本非常低。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图,对本发明所涉及的吸尘器转接构件作详细阐述。
如图1、5、7所示,吸尘器转接构件10包括进气管11、出气管 12以及转动定位单元13。
如图1、2所示,进气管11与吸尘器吸嘴14相配套,吸尘器吸嘴14用于清洁地毯、床底等待清洁表面。在本实施例中,是将吸尘器吸嘴14与一个延长管15相连接,将延长管15的出口作为吸尘出口部15与进气管11相连。出气管12与吸尘器的通风吸尘管16相配套(这里,在图2中省略了吸尘器的其他部分而仅显示出通风吸尘管16。图2的结构中仅使用了一个吸尘器转接构件10,用于清洁床底等低处)。
另外,当吸尘器吸嘴14的出口管道足够长时,也可将吸尘器吸嘴14的出口管道作为吸尘出口部15直接与进气管11相连;当吸尘器的通风吸尘管16需要延长时,也可将通风吸尘管16与一个延长管相连,然后再将延长管的进气口作为整个通风吸尘管16的进气口与出气管12相连。
另外,如果吸尘器吸嘴14是扁吸嘴14,则可以将进气管11与一个转接管相连,再将扁吸嘴14与转接管相连。该转接管具有与进气管11相连的圆形管口和与扁吸嘴14相连的扁状管口。
如图3、4所示,进气管11的进气口17的外径是32mm,可以与最常用的Φ32mm的吸尘出口部15紧配。出气管12的出气口18的内径是32mm,与最常用的Φ32mm的通风吸尘管16紧配。用户将吸尘出口部15和通风吸尘管16分别插入进气管11和出气管12,进气管11的进气口17的外壁与吸尘出口部15的内壁之间采用摩擦配合,出气管12的出气口18的内壁与通风吸尘管16的外壁也采用 摩擦配合。
如图1、3、4所示,转动定位单元13包括转动连接部19和定位部20。
转动连接部19包括管状的出气管连接部分21和进气管连接部分22。出气管连接部分21与出气管12的进气口23相连,进气口连接部分22与进气管11的出气口24相连。在本实施例中,出气管连接部分21与出气管12一体成型,进气口连接部分22与进气管11一体成型。
定位部20包括多个卡槽25和与卡槽25对应设置的多个卡合件26。在本实施例中,卡槽25设置在出气管连接部分21上。卡槽25共有十二个,沿出气管连接部分21的周向排列,相邻两个卡槽25之间间距的圆心角为30°。卡合件26设置在进气管连接部分22上,沿周向排列,与卡槽25相配合。如图6所示,在本实施例中,共设有两个卡合件26。
如图6、7、9、10所示,卡槽25和卡合件26通过相互嵌合,使得出气管连接部分21和进气管连接部分22在周向方向保持固定。用户可以转动定位部20,使卡合件26落入不同的卡槽25中,就可以调节进气管11和出气管12形成不同的夹角。
如图3、4所示,出气管连接部分21还具有定位槽27、定位台28以及限位台29。进气管连接部分22还具有定位筋30和限位筋31。
定位槽27被设置在卡槽25所在的管体与定位台28之间,向外侧开口。定位筋30与定位槽27相匹配,被设置在进气管连接部分 22的内壁上。如图3、4、8所示,出气管连接部分21和进气管连接部分22的中轴线X相重合,定位筋30与定位槽27相嵌合,从而使出气管连接部分21和进气管连接部分22在其中轴线X方向保持固定。
如图3、6所示,限位台29被设置在卡槽25所在的管体的内壁上,具有两个限位面29a和29b。限位筋31位于进气管连接部分22的内壁。限位台29用于限制限位筋31的转动范围。即,当限位筋31转动至与限位台29的限位面29a或限位面29b相抵接时,定位部20就不能再进一步发生转动,从而限制进气管11和出气管12之间夹角的范围。
在本实施例中,如图8所示,出气管连接部分21和进气管连接部分22的中轴线X分别与进气管11和出气管12的中轴线成90°的夹角。进气管11和出气管12的中轴线的垂直距离约为5cm,转动定位单元13的长度约为8cm。进气管11和出气管12绕着出气管连接部分21的中轴线X相对转动,进气管11和出气管12的中轴线不相交。
如图3、4所示,出气管连接部分21还具有密封槽32,密封圈33安装在密封槽32中。当进气管连接部分22与出气管连接部分21相扣合时,进气管连接部分22的端面与密封圈33相抵接,密封圈33受压缩发生变形,从而将转动定位单元13密封。
如图1~8所示,用户使用吸尘器转接构件10时,将吸尘器吸嘴14的吸尘出口部15插入进气管11,将吸尘器的通风吸尘管16插入 出气管12,使它们密封连接。然后,转动定位部20,让卡合件26落入特定的卡槽25,使进气管11和出气管12绕中轴线X转动至需要的角度并保持固定,然后使用吸尘器吸嘴14对待清理面进行清理。清理不同的位置时,可以再转动定位部20,使卡合件26落入其他的卡槽25,从而使进气管11和出气管12在新的角度得到固定。
如图2所示,当使用吸尘器清理衣柜顶部这样的高处时,用户采用吸尘器转接构件10将吸尘器吸嘴14和吸尘器的通风吸尘管16密封连接,然后使用吸尘器吸嘴14清理衣柜顶部的灰尘。而此时,如果吸尘器吸嘴14的出口管道不够长,吸尘器转接构件10和通风吸尘管16就容易卡在衣柜顶部的外侧转角,导致吸尘器吸嘴14无法继续向衣柜顶部的内侧伸入,因而无法清理整个的衣柜顶部。
为解决这样的问题,如图11所示,用户可以采用两个吸尘器转接构件101和102配合使用,实现更大角度的转接。采用延长管107将吸尘器转接构件101的出气管104与吸尘器转接构件102的进气管105相连,将吸尘器吸嘴108的吸尘出口部109插入吸尘器转接构件101的进气管103,将吸尘器的通风吸尘管110插入吸尘器转接构件102的出气管106。用户分别转动吸尘器转接构件101和102,使吸尘器吸嘴108和延长管107、以及延长管107和吸尘器的通风吸尘管110之间均成所需的夹角,然后将延长管107和吸尘器吸嘴108伸入衣柜顶部,对衣柜顶部进行清理。
同样地,采用上述方法,也可以使用户不用弯腰就能清理床底等不易清理的低处。
实施例的作用与效果
根据本实施例所涉及的吸尘器转接构件,因为采用进气管进气口的外径和出气管出气口的内径均为32mm,可以与最常用的吸尘器吸嘴和通风吸尘管相配套,因此用户只需购买该吸尘器转接构件,与现有的吸尘器标准附件配套使用即可,使用成本低。
同时,因为分别在出气管连接部分和进气管连接部分上设置了相互配合的卡槽和卡合件,通过将卡合件嵌合在不同的卡槽内,即可使吸尘器吸嘴和通风吸尘管成不同的角度,因此该吸尘器转接构件可以改变吸入气流的角度,便于清理高处,也可以使用户不用弯腰就能清洁床底等不易清洁的位置。
另外,出气管连接部分和进气管连接部分的中轴线分别与进气管和出气管的中轴线成90°的夹角,进气管和出气管的中轴线不相交,当清理床底时,吸尘器转接构件贴紧地面,使得吸尘器吸嘴的进气方向与通风吸尘管轴线近似垂直,吸尘器吸嘴伸入到低处看不见的部位时,转动定位单元沿用户脚弓方向伸展,用户倾向于用脚弓推进外露的转动定位单元来带动吸尘器吸嘴。本实施例中,转动定位单元总长达到8厘米,方便用户脚弓推进。
另外,在本实施例中,相邻两个卡槽的间隔所对应的圆心角为30°,圆心角较小,则卡槽设置得比较密集,因此通过相应的卡合件与卡槽的配合,可以使进气管和出气管之间的夹角变化范围更大。
当然,本发明所涉及的吸尘器转接构件,并不仅仅限定于以上实施例所述的结构,以上仅为本发明构思下的基本说明,而依据本发明的技术方案所作的任何等效变换,均应属于本发明的保护范围。
另外,在本实施例中,相邻两个卡槽的间隔所对应的圆心角为30°,该圆心角还可以是45°、60°和90°中的任意值。圆心角较大,则卡槽设置的较少,可以使吸尘器转接构件的结构更加简单,成本更低。
另外,在本实施例中,进气管连接部分和出气管连接部分的中轴线相的方向分别与进气管和出气管的中轴线的方向呈90°的夹角,该夹角还可以是75°~90°范围内的任意值,均可保证进气管和出气管的中轴线不相互交叉,用户能够调节进气管和出气管之间的夹角至预定的数值。
另外,在本实施例中,进气管连接部分与进气管一体成型,出气管连接部分与出气管一体成型,还可以分别将进气管连接部分和出气管连接部分制备为独立的零件,再分别于进气管和出气管接合在一起。
另外,在本实施例中,进气管的进气口外径是32mm,出气管的出气口内径是32mm,进气管的进气口外径还可以是35mm,出气管的出气口内径还可以是35mm,从而使该吸尘器转接构件与Φ35mm的吸尘器吸嘴和通风吸尘管相配套。
另外,在本实施例中,进气管的进气口外径是32mm,出气管的出气口内径是32mm,使吸尘出口部的内壁与进气管在进气口处的外 壁摩擦配合,通风吸尘管的外壁与出气管在出气口处的内壁摩擦配合,还可以将进气管的进气口内径设为32mm,出气管的出气口外径设为32mm,使吸尘出口部的外壁与进气管在进气口处的内壁摩擦配合,通风吸尘管的内壁与出气管在出气口处的外壁摩擦配合,这样的吸尘器转接构件同样可以将吸尘器吸嘴的吸尘出口部与通风吸尘管封闭性连通。
另外,在本实施例中设置了两个卡合件,卡合件还可以只设置一个或设置三个以上,只要卡合件与卡槽相配合,就能够通过将卡合件卡合在不同的卡槽内来改变进气管和出气管之间的夹角。
另外,在本实施例中,在出气管连接部分设置限位台,在进气管连接部分设置限位筋,通过限位筋和限位台的配合来限制进气管和出气管之间所成夹角的范围,也可以不设置限位筋和限位台,使进气管和出气管可以在360°范围内自由转动。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种吸尘器转接构件,用于将吸尘器吸嘴的吸尘出口部与吸尘器的通风吸尘管进行封闭性连通,其特征在于,包括:
    进气管,进气口与所述吸尘出口部相连通;
    出气管,出气口与所述通风吸尘管相连通;
    转动定位单元,包括:可转动地连接所述进气管的出气口和所述出气管的进气口的转动连接部,和设置在该转动连接部上使所述进气管和所述出气管定位形成预定角度夹角的定位部,
    其中,所述进气管的中轴线和所述出气管的中轴线不相交,
    所述转动连接部为管状结构,所述转动连接部的中轴线与所述进气管的中轴线之间的夹角恒定不变,所述转动连接部的中轴线与所述出气管的中轴线之间的夹角恒定不变。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的吸尘器转接构件,其特征在于:
    其中,所述转动连接部包括管状的出气管连接部分和与该出气管连接部分密封连接的进气管连接部分,
    所述出气管连接部分具有周向排列的多个卡槽,该卡槽按照预定间距沿所述出气管连接部分排列,
    所述进气管连接部分具有周向排列的与所述卡槽相配合的卡合件,
    所述卡槽和所述卡合件构成所述定位部,所述卡合件通过落入不同的所述卡槽来进行所述定位。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的吸尘器转接构件,其特征在于:
    其中,所述预定间距的圆心角为30°、45°、60°和90°中的任意角度值。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的吸尘器转接构件,其特征在于:
    其中,所述转动连接部的中轴线与所述进气管的中轴线之间的夹角不小于75°,所述转动连接部的中轴线与所述出气管的中轴线之间的夹角不小于75°。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的吸尘器转接构件,其特征在于:
    其中,所述转动连接部与所述进气管之间的夹角为90°,所述转动连接部与所述出气管之间的夹角为90°。
  6. 根据权利要求2~5中任意一项所述的吸尘器转接构件,其特征在于:
    其中,所述进气管连接部分与所述进气管一体成型,所述出气管连接部分与所述出气管一体成型。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的吸尘器转接构件,其特征在于:
    其中,所述进气管的进气口外径是32mm,所述出气管的出气口内径是32mm。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的吸尘器转接构件,其特征在于:
    其中,所述进气管的进气口外径是35mm,所述出气管的出气口内径是35mm。
