本公开文本涉及穿戴式设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种能够显示图像的穿戴式显示设备、皮带扣及皮带。
随着科技的发展和人们生活水平的提高,出现越来越多的个性化电子设备。在实现本公开文本的过程中,发明人发现现有技术中至少存在如下问题:生活中人们所使用的皮带等穿戴式设备的功能还比较单一,不能满足现代人的个性化需求。
发明内容
本公开文本的目的是提供一种穿戴式显示设备,结构简单,可在穿戴式设备上实现显示功能,以满足人们的个性化需求。
本公开文本所提供的技术方案如下:
一种穿戴式显示设备,其中,包括:
设备本体;
设置于所述设备本体上的显示屏幕;
用于存储数据的存储模块;及,
用于根据所述存储模块中的数据输出显示信号的控制器,所述显示屏幕用于显示所述控制器输出的显示信号。
进一步的,所述穿戴式显示设备还包括:
用于为所述控制器、所述存储模块及所述显示屏幕供电的供电模块;及,用于检测光线强弱,生成光线感应信号的光线感应器;
所述控制器包括:
用于根据所述光线感应器的光线感应信号,控制所述显示屏幕亮度调节的第一控制模块。

针对现有技术中,人们所穿戴的皮带等穿戴式设备的功能比较单一,不能满足个性化需求的问题,本公开文本提供了一种穿戴式显示设备,其结构简单,可以在穿戴式设备的表面上进行静态或动态图像显示,以满足人们个性化需求。
如图1至图3所示,本公开文本所提供的穿戴式显示设备包括:
设备本体100;
设置于所述设备本体100上的显示屏幕200;
用于存储数据的存储模块301;及,
用于根据所述存储模块301中的数据输出显示信号的控制器302,所述显示屏幕200用于显示所述控制器302输出的显示信号。
上述方案中,通过将显示屏幕200设置在人们日常使用的穿戴式设备上,实现穿戴式信息显示,满足个性化需求。
以下以穿戴式显示设备为皮带扣为例对本公开文本进行说明。
所述设备本体100可以包括用于与皮带的带体扣接的皮带夹部分101以及构成皮带扣主架的基体部分102,其中,在所述基体部分102的外表面上安装所述显示屏幕200;所述存储模块301和所述控制器302可以集成于一主板300上,并设置于所述基体部分102的内部,位于所述显示屏幕200的背面。
如图1和图2所示,本实施例中,优选的,所述显示屏幕200为向所述设备本体100的外侧凸出、呈弧形曲面状的柔性屏幕。采用上述方案,所述显示屏幕200采用柔性屏幕,一方面,可以使得显示屏幕200呈现一定造型,更加美观,另一方面,显示屏幕200向所述设备本体100的外侧凸出、呈弧形曲面状,可以在显示屏幕200背面形成一空间,集成有所述存储模块301和所述控制器302的主板300可以置于该空间内,有利于穿戴式显示设备实现薄型化。
上述方案中,该柔性屏幕可以是利用柔性液晶显示屏(TFT-LCD)、柔性
有机发光二极管显示屏(OLED显示屏)或E-ink柔性墨水屏(柔性电子书屏)。
其中,柔性液晶显示屏可以是采用柔性材料取代传统LCD显示中的玻璃作为衬底基板,来实现柔性显示,其制造工艺可以通过两种方式实现:一种工艺是,在液晶制造厂传统的silicon-on-glass(玻璃硅)工艺中,采用耐热柔性材料如超薄锡箔和耐高温塑料取代玻璃作为衬底基板;另一种工艺是,有机半导体取代硅半导体使用冷沉积工艺实现晶体管在柔性塑料薄膜附着;
柔性OLED显示屏可以利用有机发光二极管(OLED)材料的自发光特性,通过将自发光材料涂覆在塑料胶片上,实现柔性全彩显示;
E-ink柔性墨水屏可以是基于E-ink(电子墨水技术)的电泳式或金属箔技术,实现柔性显示。
此外,本实施例中,优选的,所述显示屏幕200包括显示面和与所述显示面相对的背面,在所述显示屏幕200的背面一侧设置有反射层400。采用上述方案,可以使得显示屏幕200不受其背面的各种内部结构(例如:主板300上各电路)影响,该反射层400的基底材料可以采用柔性衬底PET(聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯),在该基底材料的相对两侧面上涂覆白色反射粒子,以避免主板300的反射光线进入显示屏幕200的画面,而影响视觉效果。
此外,本实施例中,优选的,所述显示屏幕200具有显示和触控功能。如图1至图3所示,所述显示屏幕200可以包括:与所述控制器302连接的、具有触控功能的透明触摸面板201,及,与所述控制器302连接的、具有显示功能的显示面板202,所述显示面板202位于所述透明触摸面板201的下方。
上述方案中,显示屏幕的触摸功能通过透明触摸面板201实现,透明触摸面板201通过柔性电路板(FPC)与主板300相连。由于日常使用的皮带扣摩擦频次较高,因此,本实施例中,优选的,所述透明触摸面板201的基板衬底优选采用透光性好、韧性佳的玻璃或聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯材料,以使得所述透明触摸面板具有一定的抗刮能力。
需要说明的是,所述显示屏幕200也可以是采用in-cell或on-cell(in-cell是指将触摸面板功能嵌入到液晶像素中的方法;on-cell是指将触摸面板功能嵌入到彩色滤光片基板和偏光板之间的方法)工艺形成的具有触控及显示功
能的触摸显示面板。
此外,本实施例中,优选的,所述显示屏幕200为裸眼3D显示屏。具体地,该显示屏幕200可以通过以下几种方式实现显示屏的裸眼3D功能:
所述显示屏幕200采用液晶显示屏时,可通过光屏障技术、柱状透镜技术和方向性背光技术实现裸眼3D显示屏技术;所述显示屏幕200采用OLED显示屏时,可通过叠加透明OLED实现裸眼3D技术;所述显示屏幕200采用电子书屏时,可通过在该电子书屏上贴3D贴膜实现裸眼3D技术。
此外,本实施例中,优选的,所述穿戴式显示设备还包括:
用于为所述控制器302和所述显示屏幕200供电的供电模块;及,用于检测光线强弱,生成光线感应信号的光线感应器600;
所述控制器302可以包括:用于根据所述光线感应器600的光线感应信号,控制所述显示屏幕200亮度调节的第一控制模块。
上述方案中,可以在皮带扣的基体部分102上设置第一透光孔,在所述基体部分102内部的主板300上可以集成所述光线感应器600,且所述光线感应器600设置于所述第一透光孔对应位置。
采用上述方案,例如:当检测到的光线强度较强,达到某一预定值以上(如光线强度大于100000lux,时,第一控制模块可以控制显示屏幕200的亮度提升,使显示屏幕200在较亮环境下,人们也能看清楚;
当检测到的光线强度较弱,达到某一预定值(如:光线强度小于3000lux)以下时,第一控制模块可以控制显示屏幕200亮度降低;
当检测到的光线强度在某一预定范围(如光线强度大于3000lux,小于100000lux)时,显示屏幕200亮度保持不变。
本实施例中,所述光线感应器可使用CAPELLA品牌的CM366系列传感器,或者,TAOS品牌的TMD277系列传感器。
此外,本实施例中,优选的,所述皮带扣还包括:用于为所述控制器302和显示屏幕200供电的供电模块;及,用于检测外部遮挡物与所述设备本体100之间的距离,生成距离感应信号的距离感应器700;
所述控制器302还包括:用于根据所述距离感应器700的距离感应信号,控制所述供电模块通断电状态的第四控制模块。
上述方案中,可以在皮带扣的基体部分102上设置第二透光孔,在主板300上可以集成所述距离感应器700,且所述距离感应器700设置于所述第二透光孔对应位置。距离感应器700可感知外部遮挡物与所述设备本体100(皮带扣)之间的距离,当检测到的距离小于预定值时(当物体距离皮带扣距离很小时,如衣物遮蔽皮带扣),所述第四控制模块会自动切断显示屏幕200供电电路,使显示屏幕200处于休眠状态,既延长了屏幕的使用寿命,又节约电能。该距离感应器700可以采用亿光品牌的新型APS-12D系列感应器。
其中,需要说明的是,控制器302可以根据用户预设时间段来自动控制所述供电模块的通断电状态,例如:在第一预定时间段(如:系统时间为8时至18时),所述供电模块为整个设备供电,所述光线感应器600和所述距离传感器700处于工作状态,第一控制模块即会根据所述光线感应器600的光线感应信号,控制所述显示屏幕200亮度调节,而所述第四控制模块则根据所述距离感应器700的距离感应信号,控制所述供电模块通断电状态;而在第一预定时间段之外,则所述供电模块自动断电,所述光线传感器600和所述距离感应器700处于关闭状态,如此,可以使得该穿戴式显示设备可以在白天等佩戴该穿戴式显示设备的情况下能够根据环境亮度来自动调节显示屏幕亮度,并根据衣物遮蔽显示屏幕的情况来控制所述供电模块的供断电状态,而在夜晚等无需佩戴该穿戴式显示设备的情况下该穿戴式显示设备处于关闭状态。
当然可以理解的是,所述穿戴式显示设备还可以设置一控制开关,用户可以根据实际需求通过所述控制开关来手动控制所述供电模块的通断电状态。
此外,本实施例中,优选的,所述供电模块包括:太阳能供电模块501;及,蓄电池供电模块502;所述控制器302还包括:
用于接收所述光线感应器600的光线感应信号,当所述光线感应信号大于预定值时,控制所述太阳能供电模块501与所述控制器302接通供电,且控制所述蓄电池供电模块502充电的第二控制模块;
以及,用于接收所述光线感应器600的光线感应信号,当所述光线感应信号小于预定值时,控制所述蓄电池供电模块502与所述控制器302接通供电,且控制所述太阳能供电模块501充电的第三控制模块。
采用上述方案,可以通过太阳能充电模块和蓄电池充电模块为穿戴式显示设备进行双通道供电。当阳光充足时(光线感应器感应到光照强度大于一预定值,如500lux),通过第二控制模块控制第一开关S1闭合,而第二开关S2打开,太阳能充电模块直接给该穿戴式显示设备供电,同时,太阳能充电模块501给蓄电池供电模块502充电;当阳光较低不足以给用电设备供电或在黑暗的环境中时(即,光线感应器传感的光强度小于预定值,如500lux),通过第三控制模块可控制第一开关S1打开,而第二开关S1闭合,蓄电池供电模块502中的电量供用电设备使用,太阳能供电模块501利用太阳能充电。在该种双通道供电的方式下,避免了太阳光不足时设备的电量问题,保证该穿戴式显示设备长时间的高效工作。
此外,本实施例中,所述穿戴式显示设备还可以包括音频模块,用于音频设备(如喇叭、麦克风)的工作,所述控制器302读取所述存储模块301中的音频文件或录音,并输出音频信号至所述音频模块,所述音频模块用于控制音频设备播放所述音频信号。采用上述方案,皮带扣还可以发出声音,如播放与显示图片相应的声音,有利于人机互动。所述音频模块可以采用TI公司的立体声音频解码芯片TLV320AIC23(简称AIC23)、TMS320VC5402或者三星公司的S3C4510B等。
以下说明本公开文本所提供的穿戴式显示设备的图像显示的工作过程。
本实施例所提供的穿戴式显示设备中,所述控制器302可以包括运算模块、显示模块和柔性触控模块,
所述存储模块301可以将其内存储的裸眼3D图片等媒体资源数据以二进制代码的形式调用至所述控制器302的运算模块;
所述运算模块对该媒体资源数据进行运算处理,并发送显示信号给显示模块;
所述显示模块控制所述显示屏幕200显示输出的显示信号;
所述触摸面板在受到外界触发后激发控制器302的柔性触控模块工作,经所述运算模块处理转换为触点坐标,并在控制器302的操作系统调控下实现对显示内容的操控。
其中,所述运算模块的硬件构成为中央处理器CPU,可以采用英特尔
ARM系列、高通骁龙系列、德州仪器OMPA系列等移动CPU系列,由算术逻辑单元、累加器、状态寄存器、通用寄存器组等构成;
所述存储模块301的硬件构成为运行内存RAM及内置或外置存储内存ROM,RAM主要负责内部运算数据的随机存储,ROM负责系统软件、图片、音频等相关资源的只读存储,为tf或micro存储卡;
所述显示模块的硬件构成为型号为LCMB899系列或LCM12864系列等适用于高分辨小尺寸液晶显示的模块,优选的,所述显示模块的硬件构成可以选用浙江天禄光电的D500裸眼3D系列实现裸眼3D显示。;
此外,所述控制器302的操作系统为功能实现的软硬件资源进行控制管理,协调各部件工作,可为Darwin为源码编写的ios系统、以Linux为源码编写的android系统、Symbian及Window phone系统。
此外,本公开文本的还一个目的在于提供一种皮带扣,所述皮带扣采用本公开文本所提供的穿戴式显示设备。
此外,本公开文本的还一个目的是提供一种能够读取腰围数据的皮带,如图4至图6所示,该皮带包括上述皮带扣100和带体103,其中,
所述带体103上沿带体103的延伸方向设置有柔性触控模块1031,
所述皮带扣100的用于与皮带的带体103扣接的皮带夹部分101上设置有能够与所述柔性触控模块1031接触产生静电的静电触点,

上述方案中,该皮带在系起时,皮带的带体103一侧插入至皮带夹部分
101,皮带夹部分101上的静电触点与带体103上的柔性触控模块接触产生的电流被电极104接收,经控制器转换为腰围数据后可以实时显示于显示屏幕上,由于柔性触控模块和静电触点是滑行状态,连续滑动式的接触方式保证了这种数据读取的连续性,因此可以实现腰围数据的连续读取,数据更为准确。
其中,所述静电触点设置在皮带扣100的皮带夹部分,其可以通过内部布线由供电模块提供微弱电流,电流值为人体安全的0.1-0.5mA;柔性触控模块1031可使用Tijin触摸材料或采用低功耗显示控制器件实现柔性触摸,柔性触控模块为传统的触摸屏定位方式及其驱动,可基于PAL、GAL和FPGA等可编程逻辑器件。
具体地,本公开文本所提供的皮带实现腰围测定的过程如下:
当皮带系起时,皮带夹部分101上的静电触点与带体103上的柔性触控模块接触,可以产生0.1-0.5mA的微弱静电,该激发电流被柔性触控模块四周的至少两个电极104所接收,根据触摸屏原理,静电触点与柔性触控模块的接触位置不同,至少两个电极104所接收的电流大小不同,电流值与触点位置(反映为皮带系起量)之间具有一定的数学关系,例如:
如图6所示,当皮带系起时,静电触点与柔性触控模块在某点接触,至少两个电极104接收到微弱电流,电流值经A/D转换器转换为数字信号供控制器内部的运算模块换算为触点A的在带体的延伸方向(即带体的长度方向)上的坐标值(X1,X2),根据X1和X2即可确定静电触点与柔性触控模块触点A的准确位置,例如,X1=720mm,则腰围的长度及等于X1与皮带扣100的长度之和,从而得到腰围数据,并存储于存储器中,控制器可控制所述存储器内的腰围数据通过显示屏幕进行显示。
此外,所述存储器中还可以存储测定时间数据,从而用户可以通过皮带上的输入设备调取查看某个时间点的腰围数据。
优选的,所述至少两个电极包括分别设置在所述柔性触控模块的四角位置的四个电极。如图6所示,四个电极的电流值经A/D转换器转换为数字信号供控制器内部的运算模块换算为触点A的在带体的长度方向和宽度方向上的坐标值(X1,X2,Y1,Y2),其中根据X1和X2即可确定静电触点与柔
性触控模块触点A的准确位置,得到腰围数据,而通过Y1和Y2可以对数据进行修正,以获取得到更准确的腰围数据。
此外,所述控制器302还可以用于接收所述检测模块的腰围数据,并根据所述腰围数据,向所述音频模块输出控制信号。采用上述方案,当使用者的腰围数据超过某一设定值时,可以通过主板300上的音频模块发出警告,提醒使用者注意饮食健康。当然可以理解的是,当使用者的腰围数据超过某一设定值时,也可以通过灯光等报警方式来发出警告。
以上所述是本公开文本的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本公开文本所述原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本公开文本的保护范围。

- 一种穿戴式显示设备,包括:设备本体;设置于所述设备本体上的显示屏幕;用于存储数据的存储模块;及,用于根据所述存储模块中的数据输出显示信号的控制器,所述显示屏幕用于显示所述控制器输出的显示信号。
- 根据权利要求1所述的穿戴式显示设备,其中,所述穿戴式显示设备还包括:用于为所述控制器、所述存储模块及所述显示屏幕供电的供电模块;及,用于检测光线强弱,生成光线感应信号的光线感应器;所述控制器包括:用于根据所述光线感应器的光线感应信号,控制所述显示屏幕亮度调节的第一控制模块。
- 根据权利要求2所述的穿戴式显示设备,其中,所述供电模块包括:太阳能供电模块;及,蓄电池供电模块;所述控制器还包括:用于接收所述光线感应器的光线感应信号,当所述光线感应信号大于预定值时,控制所述太阳能供电模块与所述控制器接通供电,且控制所述太阳能供电模块对所述蓄电池供电模块进行充电的第二控制模块;以及,用于接收所述光线感应器的光线感应信号,当所述光线感应信号小于预定值时,控制所述蓄电池供电模块与所述控制器接通供电,且控制所述太阳能供电模块充电的第三控制模块。

- 一种皮带,包括:如权利要求8所述的皮带扣;以及,带体;其中,所述带体上沿所述带体的延伸方向设置有柔性触控模块;所述皮带扣用于与所述带体扣接的皮带夹部分设置有用于与所述柔性触控模块接触产生电流的静电触点;所述带体上设置有用于接收所述静电触点与所述柔性触控模块接触产生的电流信号的至少两个电极,所述至少两个电极分别设在所述柔性触控模块的两端位置;所述控制器还包括:数据转换模块,用于将所述至少两个电极的电流信号转换为腰围数据。
- 根据权利要求9所述的皮带,其中,所述数据转换模块包括:A/D转换器,用于将所述至少两个电极的电流信号并转换为数字信号;运算模块,用于将所述数字信号转化为所述静电触点与所述柔性触控模块接触点的位置信息,并根据所述位置信息获取腰围数据;存储模块,用于存储所述腰围数据。
