Description

一种提手 技术领域
本发明涉及一种提手，其适用于包装袋上。
背景技术
现有技术中，包装袋通常设置为开口包装袋或者封闭包装袋。对于开口包装袋，为便于提包装袋，通常在包装袋的开口处设置提手，提手通常为一体固定式，其方便提而不方便悬挂，功能较为单一。
对于封闭式包装袋，如洗衣液等液体包装袋，通常没有设置提手，使得包装袋取拿不方便，而且无法将包装袋悬挂，使用较为不方便，而如开口包装袋设置提手，必然影响包装袋的强度及美观。
有鉴于此，本发明人研发出一种克服所述缺陷的提手，以适用于包装袋上，本案由此产生。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种提手，在不同状态下，分别具有提手功能和悬挂功能，且结构简单。
为达成上述目的，本发明的解决方案为：
一种提手，包括固定件及活动件，固定件固定于包装本体上，活动件上形成弯曲部，活动件与固定件枢接，活动件绕固定件转动至竖立时，活动件的弯曲部形成挂钩结构，活动件绕固定件转动至平放时，活动件的弯曲部与固定件形成握把结构。
进一步，固定件及活动件均设置为半环形，活动件绕固定件转动至平放时，形成环形握把结构。
进一步，活动件绕固定件转动至平放时，固定件及活动件连接处设置定位件。
进一步，定位件由设置在活动件上的卡槽和设置在固定件上的卡块组成，卡块卡入卡槽中将固定件与活动件定位。
进一步，在固定件枢接端设有限制活动件转动幅度的限位件。
进一步，限位件为设置在固定件枢接端的斜挡面，活动件转动至最大幅度时，活动件枢接端抵靠在斜挡面上。
进一步，在固定件枢接端设有让位槽，而在活动件枢接端设有加强柱，形成握把结构时，加强柱插入让位槽中。
进一步，固定件由上固定件及下固定件两片组成。
进一步，活动件由上活动件及下活动件两片组成。
采用上述方案后，本发明活动件上形成弯曲部，活动件与固定件枢接，活动件绕固定件转动到竖立时，活动件的弯曲部形成挂钩结构，活动件绕固定件转动到平放时，活动件的弯曲部与固定件形成握把结构。在承重提取时，将活动件绕固定件转动至平放位置，活动件的弯曲部与固定件形成握把结构，手抓握把结构方便提取包装本体；需要悬挂时，将活动件绕固定件转动至竖立位置，活动件的弯曲部形成挂钩结构，方便包装本体悬挂。因此，本发明在不同状态下，分别具有提手功能和悬挂功能，具有多种功能而使用方便，且结构简单。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图及具体实施例对本发明做详细描述。
参阅图1至图5所示，本发明揭示的一种提手，包括固定件1及活动件2，固定件1固定于包装本体3上，如图4及图5所示，活动件2具有弯曲部21。
活动件2与固定件1枢接，通过枢轴22进行枢接，活动件2绕固定件1转动至竖立时，即转动一定角度处于竖直方向，活动件2的弯曲部21形成挂钩结构，如图3所示；活动件2绕固定件1转动至平放时，即活动件2转动至沿水平方向，活动件2的弯曲部21与固定件1形成握把结构，如图2所示。
如图4所示，在承重提取时，将活动件绕固定件转动至平放位置，活动件的弯曲部与固定件形成握把结构，手抓握把结构方便提取包装本体；如图5所示，需要悬挂时，将活动件绕固定件转动至竖立位置，活动件的弯曲部形成挂钩结构，方便包装本体悬挂。在不同状态下，分别具有提手功能和悬挂功能，具有多种功能而使用方便，且结构简单。
本实施例中，固定件1及活动件2均设置为弧形，活动件2绕固定件1转动至平放时，形成椭圆形握把结构，固定件1及活动件2也可以设置为其它半环形，活动件2绕固定件1转动至平放时，形成环形握把结构，如形成方形握把结构，如图2所示，椭圆形握把结构承重效果较好，使得手抓较为舒服，且外形较为美观。
活动件2绕固定件1转动至平放时，固定件1及活动件2连接处设置定位件4。定位件4由设置在活动件2上的卡槽23和设置在固定件1上的卡块11组成，卡块11卡入卡槽23中将固定件1与活动件2定位，定位件4结构较简单，且设置定位件4后，使得承重较好。
在固定件1枢接端设有限制活动件2转动幅度的限位件12。本实施例中，限位件12为设置在固定件1枢接端的斜挡面121，活动件2转动至最大幅度时，活动件2枢接端抵靠在斜挡面121上，如图3所示，限位件12结构简单，方便开模，可以为其它结构。
在固定件1枢接端设有让位槽13，而在活动件2枢接端设有加强柱24，形成握把结构时，加强柱24插入让位槽13中，增强握把结构的承重强度。
为方便开模加工，固定件1由上固定件及下固定件两片组成；而活动件2由上活动件及下活动件两片组成，如图1所示。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例，并非对本案设计的限制，凡依本案的设计关键所做的等同变化，均落入本案的保护范围。

Claims (9)

1、一种提手，其特征在于：包括固定件及活动件，固定件固定于包装本体上，活动件上形成弯曲部，活动件与固定件枢接，活动件绕固定件转动至竖立时，活动件的弯曲部形成挂钩结构，活动件绕固定件转动至平放时，活动件的弯曲部与固定件形成握把结构。
2、如权利要求1所述的一种提手，其特征在于：固定件及活动件均设置为半环形，活动件绕固定件转动至平放时，形成环形握把结构。
3、如权利要求1所述的一种提手，其特征在于：活动件绕固定件转动至平放时，固定件及活动件连接处设置定位件。
4、如权利要求3所述的一种提手，其特征在于：定位件由设置在活动件上的卡槽和设置在固定件上的卡块组成，卡块卡入卡槽中将固定件与活动件定位。
5、如权利要求1所述的一种提手，其特征在于：在固定件枢接端设有限制活动件转动幅度的限位件。
6、如权利要求5所述的一种提手，其特征在于：限位件为设置在固定件枢接端的斜挡面，活动件转动至最大幅度时，活动件枢接端抵靠在斜挡面上。
7、如权利要求1所述的一种提手，其特征在于：在固定件枢接端设有让位槽，而在活动件枢接端设有加强柱，形成握把结构时，加强柱插入让位槽中。
8、如权利要求1所述的一种提手，其特征在于：固定件由上固定件及下固定件两片组成。
9、如权利要求1所述的一种提手，其特征在于：活动件由上活动件及下活动件两片组成。
