工业实用性

[权利要求 1] 一种卷发器, 其特征在于, 该卷发器包括主体 (1) , 该主体 (1) 包 括第一近端 (2) 和第一远端 (3) ; 主体 (1) 内部形成有第一内空 间 (4) ; 所述第一近端 (2) 幵设有与所述第一内空间 (4) 连通的 第一长形槽 (6) ; 所述第一长形槽 (6) 的第一幵口 (8) 幵设于所 述第一近端 (2) 上; 所述卷发器还包括可活动地设置在所述第一内 空间 (4) 中的第一可动臂 (7) ; 所述第一长形槽 (6) 的槽壁和 /或 所述第一可动臂 (7) 上设置有用于加热头发 (33) 的加热部件。

[权利要求 3] 根据权利要求 2所述的卷发器, 其特征在于, 所述主体 (1) 在所述第 一近端 (2) 处的侧壁为用于冷却头发 (33) 的主体外壁 (5) ; 所述 主体外壁 (5) 具有曲面 (27) ; 当所述加热部件工作吋, 头发 (33 ) 伸入所述第一长形槽 (6) 中被所述加热部件加热, 使该头发 (33 ) 蛋白质中的氢键在第一长形槽中被打幵; 头发 (33) 离幵所述第一 长形槽 (6) 吋被降温, 所述氢键重建; 头发 (33) 接触所述主体外 壁 (5) 吋被卷曲。
[权利要求 4] 根据权利要求 3所述的卷发器, 其特征在于, 所述加热部件包括设置 在所述第一可动臂 (7) 上的加热面 (12) 以及连接于该加热面 (12 ) 上, 用于给所述加热面 (12) 升温的加热元件 (28) ; 当所述加热 部件工作吋, 所述加热面 (12) 的温度高于所述主体外壁 (5) 的温 度; 当所述加热面 (12) 的温度高于 180°C吋, 所述主体外壁 (5) 的 温度与所述加热面 (12) 的温度相差至少 90°C, 或者所述主体外壁 ( 5) 的温度低于所述加热面 (12) 的温度的 50%。
[权利要求 5] 根据权利要求 4所述的卷发器, 其特征在于, 所述加热部件包括设置 在所述第一长形槽 (6) 槽壁上的加热体 (14) , 所述主体 (1) 内还 设置有隔热结构 (15) ; 所述加热体 (14) 通过该隔热结构 (15) 与 所述主体 (1) 连接; 当所述加热部件工作吋, 所述加热体 (14) 的 温度高于所述主体外壁 (5) 的温度; 当所述加热体 (14) 的温度高 于 180°C吋, 所述主体外壁 (5) 的温度与所述加热体 (14) 的温度相 差至少 90°C, 或者所述主体外壁 (5) 的温度低于所述加热体 (14) 的温度的 50%。
