Description

一种复式平衡环及洗衣机 技术领域
本发明涉及洗衣机领域的一种内桶调平装置,尤其涉及一种复式平衡环及装有该复式平衡环的洗衣机。
背景技术
洗衣机在脱水时经常由于衣物放置偏心而产生较大的振动,当偏心值超过一定限值时会出现持续打箱体的问题,用户对此抱怨较多。普通波轮洗衣机一般都会在平衡环中增加平衡液来减小振动,但是如果平衡液的量太多,在脱水启动时平衡环本身也会产生偏心,不利于系统平衡。
如申请号为201220447545.3的中国专利文件一种洗衣机平衡环,包括有下平衡环和扣合在下平衡环上的上平衡环,所述的上平衡环和下平衡环形成有容置平衡液的空腔,所述的空腔内径向设置有平衡片,所述的平衡片等间距设置。
为了避免因平衡环中平衡液的量加入太多,导致平衡环本身在脱水启动时产生的偏心,现有技术人员也提供了一些改进方案。
如申请号为200910158225.9的中国专利文件滚筒式洗衣机的平衡环装置,公开了一种滚筒式洗衣机的平衡环装置,所述的平衡环装置由与滚筒同轴设置在滚筒边沿的至少两条环形腔室组成,其中至少一条腔室为设有滚球的球体平衡环,且至少有一条腔室为设有流动平衡液的液体平衡环,利用滚球和平衡液两种不同的平衡物,分别产生至少两种反应速度不同的平衡力,进而改善洗衣机滚筒脱水时转动的平衡状态。但是,由于上述方案中构成平衡环的多条独立腔室中依然填充有具有一定重量的平衡物。在平衡物重量达到一定值后,洗衣机脱水启动时,平衡环中的平衡物依然会产生偏心作用力,不利于脱水启动瞬间的调平。
有鉴于此特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单、成本低的复式平衡环,以达到纠正洗衣机脱水时内桶偏心问题的目的。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用技术方案的基本构思是:一种复式平衡环,所述平衡环内部中空以构成腔室;所述的腔室内水平设有隔板,将腔室分为上腔室和下腔室;所述上腔室与下腔室经溢流结构和回流结构相连通;所述腔室中注有液面接近隔板的平衡液。
进一步,溢流结构相对回流结构远离平衡环中心设置。
进一步,溢流结构为隔板外周与腔室侧壁间形成的溢水间隙,以供下腔室中的平衡液溢流至上腔室中。
进一步,隔板内周与腔室侧壁紧贴设置;还可以,将隔板内周与腔室侧壁间设置一定回水间隙,以构成供平衡液回流至下腔室的回流结构。
进一步,靠近隔板内周处设有构成回流结构的回流口;优选的,所述的隔板上设有环形凹槽,以构成溢流至上腔室中的平衡液的流道;进一步优选的,环形凹槽的底部设有构成回流结构的回流口,将溢流至上腔室中的平衡液回流到下腔室中。
进一步,所述的回流口设于靠近平衡环中心一侧的凹槽底部。
进一步,注入腔室中的平衡液液面与隔板相平齐。
进一步,所述的平衡环由上壳体和下壳体扣合构成,以形成横断面具有一定面积的腔室。

进一步,所述下腔室上设有多个相对平衡环中心对称设置的安装柱,所述隔板上设有与各安装柱分别相对应配合安装的安装孔。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种装有如上任一所述复式平衡环的洗衣机。
进一步,所述的平衡环安装在洗衣机内桶上部的开口处。
现有的由平衡液提供纠偏作用力平衡环的洗衣机在脱水启动时,因内桶中负载衣物分布不均匀导致内桶产生偏心位移,带动平衡环产生偏心倾斜,使得平衡环腔室中的平衡液向倾斜方向汇集,使得内桶的不平衡偏心位移加大,令内桶脱水启动时电机的不平衡扭矩加大。
而装有本申请中平衡环的洗衣机在脱水启动时,下腔室中的平衡液向倾斜方向汇集,经隔板外周与腔室间的间隙构成的溢流结构溢流至上腔室中。但是,由于构成溢流结构的缝隙较窄,使得平衡液的溢流速度较慢。从而,使得留存在下腔室中的平衡液对内桶提供一配重作用力,避免了内桶因平衡液偏心流动导致的内桶偏心位移加大现象的发生。
在洗衣机脱水启动后,留存在下腔室中的平衡液随内桶旋转,使得平衡液在离心力的作用下紧贴腔室侧壁流动,汇集至腔室侧壁处的平衡液经溢流结构甩至上腔室中。随着洗衣机脱水的进行,下腔室中的平衡液逐渐溢流入上腔室中,并紧贴隔板外侧侧壁流动,以为内桶偏心提供纠偏作用力。在洗衣机脱水程序完成后,上腔室中的平衡液汇集至隔板上所设凹槽处,并经凹槽靠近平衡环一侧侧壁上设置的回流口回流至下腔室中。
本发明在现有的洗衣机平衡环的基础上加装将腔室分隔的隔板,就实现了平衡环中的平衡液在脱水启动和脱水过程中分别提供配重作用和纠偏作用的目的。该平衡环结构简单,工艺简单,设计面积小,成本低廉。通过加装隔板,使得本发明中平衡环不受平衡液量的限制,既解决了脱水启动过程中平衡液偏心流动问题,又提高了脱水过程中内桶偏心的纠偏效果。本发明由于平衡环中设置一分隔挡板,使得平衡环具有了洗衣机配重的功能。同时,本发明结构简单,效果显著,适宜推广使 用。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进行进一步详细的说明。
一种洗衣机,包括安装在外桶中的、轴线与竖直方向成锐角或重合的内桶,内桶上部开口处安装有平衡环。
如图1至图5所示,所述平衡环由相互扣合在一起的上壳体1和下壳体2构成,以形成与内桶开口相配合的圆环状平衡环。
如图2和图4所示,所述的上壳体1与下壳体2分别由横断面呈“凹”形的环状板材构成;将上壳体1与下壳体2相对扣合安装,使构成上壳体1与下壳体2的“凹”形环状板材的开口相对设置,以构成横断面成“口”形的圆环状平衡环,平衡环的中空部构成圆环状腔室4。平衡环上设有注液口11,以向平衡环的腔室4内注入平衡液,所述的平衡液由盐水构成。所述的注液口11设于构成上壳体1的“凹”形环状板材的底部中心处。所述的注液口11由通孔构成,并设有与注液口11相配 合的、可拆卸的盖,以保证平衡环腔室4的密闭性。
平衡环的腔室4内水平设有隔板3,将腔室4分为上腔室41和下腔室42两部分;优选的,隔板3设于上壳体1和下壳体2的扣合连接处。所述的腔室4中注入的平衡液液面高度与隔板3高度相接近,使平衡液的液面高度与隔板的高度之间的差值不大于腔室高度的五分之一;优选的,所述平衡液的液面与隔板3的下表面相平齐。
如图3所示,所述的隔板3由与腔室4相配合的环状板材构成,隔板3的内周径与腔室4的内周侧壁相配合设置,使隔板3的内周侧与腔室4的内周侧壁紧密贴合;隔板3的外周径稍小于腔室4的外周侧壁的周径,使隔板3的外周侧与腔室4的外周侧壁间形成连通上下腔室的溢水间隙43。所述溢水间隙43的宽度不大于腔室4宽度的五分之一;即溢水间隙43的宽度不大于隔板3宽度的四分之一。
隔板3上向下凸出的、沿隔板轴向设有圆环状的凹槽31,以构成平衡液的环形流道。凹槽31的底部设有连通上下腔室的回流口32,所述回流口32设于构成凹槽31的最底部。优选的,凹槽31上设有至少两个圆弧形回流口32,各回流口32相对平衡环中心对称设置。
优选的,构成隔板3的环状板材,分别由内周侧和外周侧向其上所设凹槽31底部倾斜,以在洗衣机停止脱水、内桶逐渐停止旋转后,使得溢流至上腔室41中的平衡液可在重力作用下回流至下腔室42中。
安装上述平衡环的洗衣机在脱水启动时,因内桶中负载衣物分布不均匀导致内桶产生偏心位移,带动平衡环产生偏心倾斜,使得平衡环下腔室中的平衡液向倾斜方向汇集,经隔板外周与腔室间的间隙构成的溢流结构溢流至上腔室中。但是,由于构成溢流结构的缝隙较窄,使得平衡液的溢流速度较慢。从而,使得留存在下腔室中的平衡液对内桶提供一配重作用力,避免了内桶因平衡液偏心流动导致的内桶偏心位移加大现象的发生。
在洗衣机脱水启动后,留存在下腔室中的平衡液随内桶旋转,使得平衡液在离心力的作用下经溢流结构甩至上腔室中。随着洗衣机脱水的进行,下腔室中的平衡液逐渐溢流入上腔室中,并紧贴隔板外侧侧壁流动,为内桶偏心提供纠偏作用力。在洗衣机脱水程序完成后,上腔室中的平衡液汇集至隔板上所设凹槽处,并经凹槽靠近平衡环一侧侧壁上设置的回流口回流至下腔室中。
实施例一
本实施例中,平衡环上设有向腔室内凸出的挡水筋,以增加平衡液在平衡环内流动的阻力,提高纠偏效果。
如图7和图8所示,本实施例中,所述的挡水筋包括,设于下壳体2中的多条下挡水筋21。各条下挡水筋21分别沿平衡环的径向设置,并相对平衡环中心对称。各条下挡水筋21分别由自下壳体2内壁向腔室4内凸出的、沿平衡环径向设置的“U“形凸筋构成。所述的“U“形凸筋的开口侧朝向构成下壳体的”凹”形环状板材的开口侧设置,以使得下腔室42中的平衡液随洗衣机脱水旋转时,一部分自下挡水筋21的开口处穿过下挡水筋21,另一部分被下挡水筋21阻挡,以形成内桶的纠偏作用力。优选的,挡水筋还包括,设于上壳体1中的多条相对平衡环中心对称分布的上挡水筋12。各上挡水筋12分别设于上腔室12的外周内壁上、沿平衡环的径向向腔室内延伸,以在洗衣机脱水时,对紧贴上腔室12外周内壁流动的平衡液提供阻挡作用力,提高平衡环的纠偏作用力。
如图8所示,本实施例中,隔板3安装于下挡水筋21的开口侧上部,优选的,隔板3上设置的凹槽31宽度小于下挡水筋21的开口宽度。所述下挡水筋21的开口侧高度稍低于下壳体2的开口侧高度。各下挡水筋21的开口侧均处于同一水平面中。从而,使得隔板3放置在各下挡水筋21的开口侧上方后,形成水平状态,避免造成平衡环整体不平衡。
实施例二
如图9所示,本实施例中,隔板3的内设有一周圆环状的凹槽31,以形成平衡液的流道。所述凹槽31的宽度不小于隔板宽度的二分之一;凹槽的深度不大于下腔室4深度的五分之一。所述的回流口32设于靠近平衡环中心一侧的凹槽31底部。本实施例中,所述的隔板3上设有多个回流口32,各回流口32的轴线均沿凹槽31的侧壁方向延伸设置;优选的,各回流口32相对平衡环中心对称分布。
如图8所示,本实施例中,凹槽31靠近平衡环中心一侧的侧壁与腔室4的内周侧壁接触连接,与凹槽31此侧侧壁相连接的凹槽31底部设有回流口32。所述回流口32的宽度不小于凹槽31底部宽度的三分之一,不大于二分之一。
实施例三
如图6所示,本实施例中,隔板3置于下壳体2中设置的下挡水筋21上部。
如图10所示,本实施例中,下壳体2中设有与隔板3形成销轴连接的安装柱22,所述的安装柱22由下壳体2底部向腔室4内竖直延伸的圆柱状凸起构成;优选的,所述安装柱22的截面半径由上至下逐渐变大。所述的隔板3上设有与安装柱22相配合的安装孔33,隔板3通过安装孔33套装在安装柱22上实现在挡水筋上部的水平方向的定位。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种复式平衡环,所述平衡环内部中空以构成腔室(4);
    其特征在于:所述的腔室(4)内水平设有隔板(3),将腔室(4)分为上腔室(41)和下腔室(42);所述上腔室(41)与下腔室(42)经溢流结构和回流结构相连通;所述腔室(4)中注有液面接近隔板(3)的平衡液。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种复式平衡环,其特征在于:溢流结构相对回流结构远离平衡环中心设置。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种复式平衡环,其特征在于:溢流结构为隔板(3)外周与腔室(4)侧壁间形成的溢水间隙(43),以供下腔室(42)中的平衡液溢流至上腔室(41)中。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3任一所述的一种复式平衡环,其特征在于:靠近隔板内周处设有构成回流结构的回流口(32);优选的,所述的隔板(3)上设有环形凹槽(31),环形凹槽(31)的底部设有回流口(32),将溢流至上腔室(41)中的平衡液回流到下腔室(42)中。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种复式平衡环,其特征在于:所述的回流口(32)设于靠近平衡环中心一侧的凹槽(31)底部。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5任一所述的一种复式平衡环,其特征在于:注入腔室(4)中的平衡液液面与隔板(3)相平齐。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种复式平衡环,其特征在于:所述的下腔室(42)中设有多条相对平衡环中心对称设置的挡水筋;所述的隔板(3)置于挡水筋上部。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种复式平衡环,其特征在于:隔板(3)与下腔室(42)间设有定位结构,以使隔板安装在挡水筋上部。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种复式平衡环,其特征在于:所述的定位结构包括,设于下腔室(42)中的安装柱(22)和设于隔板(3)上的安装孔(33),所述的安装柱(22)为由下腔室(42)底部竖直向上延伸的圆柱状凸起,隔板(3)通过安装孔(33)套装在安装柱(22)上实现在挡水筋上部的水平定位。
  10. 一种装有如权利要求1至9任一所述复式平衡环的洗衣机。
