技术领域
本发明涉及电子雾化装置,尤其涉及一种基于移动终端的电子雾化装置的匹配装置及方法。
背景技术
电子雾化装置又名电子烟、低温雾化烟草,主要用于降低对吸食传统香烟者的危害。它有着与香烟相似的外观、与香烟近似的味道,甚至比一般香烟的口味要多出很多,也像香烟一样能吸出烟雾、吸出味道跟感觉来。电子雾化装置是由电池组件、雾化器所组成的仿香烟装置,透过雾化器将香味物质雾化成气体,直接吸入。香味物质包括有烟液、烟丝、烟粉、烟膏、香味薄片、香味棒及液态烟草等。
对于电子雾化装置来说,雾化器在使用了一段时间之后就需要更换新的雾化器来使用,以免产生积碳和有害物质。市面上假冒的雾化器层出不穷,消费者难以分辨。当消费者要更换雾化器,但又买到了假冒的雾化器时,不但损坏了消费者自身的利益,对于雾化器的制造商来说品牌口碑也会受到不良影响。
为了使假冒的雾化器不能够与正品的电池杆实现匹配工作,有些厂商通过电池杆与雾化器的相互识别匹配来实现。某些厂商在雾化器上存储识别信息,雾化器将识别信息传送至电池杆中并直接在电池杆上对雾化器进行识别匹配。这种电子雾化装置的问题在于雾化器和电池杆的造价都比较高,不利于市场推广。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于为克服现有技术的缺陷,而提供一种基于移动终端的电子雾化装置的匹配装置及方法,以较低的成本实现电子雾化装置的电池杆与雾化器的匹配。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
基于移动终端的电子雾化装置的匹配装置,包括:
蓝牙控制模块,用于将电池杆与移动终端建立蓝牙连接;
信息读取模块,用于控制电池杆读取雾化器的识别芯片的识别信息;
信息传输模块,用于将识别信息通过蓝牙传送至移动终端;
对比匹配模块,用于将接收到的识别信息与原厂识别信息进行对比匹配。
进一步地,该装置还包括:匹配控制模块,用于在匹配成功时控制电池杆等待用户的使用指令为雾化器供电。
进一步地,该装置还包括:匹配提醒模块,用于在匹配失败时提示用户匹配失败,控制电池杆不为雾化器供电。

本发明与现有技术相比的有益效果是:
(1)本发明将移动终端和电子雾化装置通过蓝牙连接起来,并利用了现今移动终端上本身所具备的强大运算能力,直接在移动终端上实现电子雾化装置的电池杆与雾化器的匹配辨别,成本低有利于电子雾化装置的市场推广,而且在移动终端上能够更加直观地看到匹配辨别的情况,方便用户全面掌了解情况。
(2)本发明可以搜集电子雾化装置的使用信息组成数据库,方便后续对该数据库进行统计和分析,便于了解用户的使用习惯等情况,同时也方便用户直接在移动终端上进行察看,便于用户自身掌控抽食频率和习惯。

具体实施方式
为了更充分理解本发明的技术内容,下面结合具体实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步介绍和说明。
第一实施例
第一实施例的基于移动终端的电子雾化装置的匹配装置,其系统框图如图1所示,包括:
蓝牙控制模块11,用于将电池杆与移动终端建立蓝牙连接。蓝牙控制模块11先将移动终端的蓝牙打开,然后搜索并尝试连接电池杆的蓝牙信号。
信息读取模块12,用于控制电池杆读取雾化器的识别芯片的识别信息。雾化器出厂时候带有识别芯片,识别芯片采用常见的ID芯片。每个雾化器中的识别芯片中均带有一个序列号,识别芯片的序列号与该雾化器唯一对应,因此该序列号便是识别芯片所带的识别信息。在其他实施例中,识别芯片也可以用存储芯片来代替,也即是在存储芯片中写入一个唯一的序列号,而存储芯片可以采用可反复擦写的存储芯片也可以采用一次性写入的存储芯片。
信息传输模块13,用于将识别信息通过蓝牙传送至移动终端。在控制电池杆读取识别信息成功之后,信息传输模块13控制电池杆将识别信息通过蓝牙传送至移动终端中。
对比匹配模块14,用于将接收到的识别信息与原厂识别信息进行对比匹配。移动终端接收到识别信息之后,对比匹配模块14将识别信息与已存储的原厂识别信息进行对比匹配,其目的是要检验雾化器是否为原厂生产。对比匹配模块14先将识别信息与移动终端的存储器中存储的原厂识别信息进行对比匹配,若没有出现匹配成功则将识别信息与云端服务器中存储的原厂识别信息进行对比匹配。
匹配控制模块141,用于在匹配成功时控制电池杆等待用户的使用指令为雾化器供电。匹配成功之后,匹配控制模块141向电池杆发送匹配成功指令,电池杆接收到匹配成功指令之后等待用户使用指令为雾化器供电。此时,用户可以直接抽吸雾化器,雾化器中可以用气流传感器来控制开启,或者电池杆上设置开关按钮,用户使用时候需要按压开关按钮才能正常使用。
匹配提醒模块142,用于在匹配失败时提示用户匹配失败,控制电池杆不为雾化器供电。匹配失败之后,匹配提醒模块142提示用户匹配失败,并且发送匹配失败指令给电池杆,电池杆接收到匹配失败指令之后不给雾化器供电。此时无论用户如何操作雾化器,雾化器都得不到电池杆的供电,因此雾化器不能工作。提示用户鉴权失败可以发送指令让电池杆闪烁,也可以在移动终端内弹出对话框或者闪烁屏幕来提醒用户。
信息存储模块15,用于在匹配成功后,将雾化器工作时的使用信息实时传送至移动终端中存储。同时,信息存储模块15还会将使用信息通过无线模块传送至云端服务器中存储备份。雾化器的使用信息包括使用次数、使用时长、功率、时间、日期、发热丝阻值以及雾化器口味等。
第二实施例
第二实施例的基于移动终端的电子雾化装置的匹配方法,流程图如图2所示,包括以下步骤:
步骤S1,电池杆与移动终端建立蓝牙连接;步骤S1具体为:先将移动终端的蓝牙打开,然后搜索并尝试连接电池杆的蓝牙信号。
步骤S2,电池杆读取雾化器的识别芯片的识别信息。雾化器出厂时候带有识别芯片,识别芯片采用常见的ID芯片。每个雾化器中的识别芯片中均带有一个序列号,识别芯片的序列号与该雾化器唯一对应,因此该序列号便是识别芯片所带的识别信息。在其他实施例中,识别芯片也可以用存储芯片来代替,也即是在存储芯片中写入一个唯一的序列号,而存储芯片可以采用可反复擦写的存储芯片也可以采用一次性写入的存储芯片。
步骤S3,将识别信息通过蓝牙传送至移动终端。具体地,在电池杆读取识别信息成功之后,电池杆将识别信息通过蓝牙传送至移动终端中。
步骤S4,将接收到的识别信息与原厂识别信息进行对比匹配。移动终端接收到识别信息之后,将识别信息与已存储的原厂识别信息进行对比匹配,其目的是要检验雾化器是否为原厂生产。在步骤S4中,先将识别信息与移动终端的存储器中存储的原厂识别信息进行对比匹配,若没有出现匹配成功则将识别信息与云端服务器中存储的原厂识别信息进行对比匹配。这样安排匹配的顺序可以加快匹配的速度。
在步骤S4中,若匹配成功则控制电池杆等待用户的使用指令为雾化器供电。匹配成功之后,向电池杆发送匹配成功指令,电池杆接收到匹配成功指令之后等待用户使用指令为雾化器供电。此时,用户可以直接抽吸雾化器,雾化器中可以用气流传感器来控制开启,或者电池杆上设置开关按钮,用户使用时候需要按压开关按钮才能正常使用。

- 如权利要求1所述的基于移动终端的电子雾化装置的匹配装置,其特征在于,所述对比匹配模块先将识别信息与移动终端的存储器中存储的原厂识别信息进行对比匹配,若没有出现匹配成功则将识别信息与云端服务器中存储的原厂识别信息进行对比匹配。
- 如权利要求1所述的基于移动终端的电子雾化装置的匹配装置,其特征在于,该装置还包括:信息存储模块,用于在匹配成功后,将雾化器工作时的使用次数、时间和日期作为雾化器的使用信息实时传送至移动终端中存储。
- 如权利要求5所述的基于移动终端的电子雾化装置的匹配装置,其特征在于,所述信息存储模块还用于将使用信息通过无线模块传送至云端服务器中存储备份。
- 基于移动终端的电子雾化装置的匹配方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:S1,电池杆与移动终端建立蓝牙连接;S2,电池杆读取雾化器的识别芯片的识别信息;S3,将识别信息通过蓝牙传送至移动终端;S4,将接收到的识别信息与原厂识别信息进行对比匹配。
- 如权利要求7所述的基于移动终端的电子雾化装置的匹配方法,其特征在于,在步骤S4中,若匹配成功则控制电池杆等待用户的使用指令为雾化器供电。
- 如权利要求7所述的基于移动终端的电子雾化装置的匹配方法,其特征在于,在步骤S4中,若匹配失败则提示用户匹配失败,电池杆不为雾化器供电。
- 如权利要求7所述的基于移动终端的电子雾化装置的匹配方法,其特征在于,在步骤S4中,先将识别信息与移动终端的存储器中存储的原厂识别信息进行对比匹配,若没有出现匹配成功则将识别信息与云端服务器中存储的原厂识别信息进行对比匹配。
- 如权利要求7所述的基于移动终端的电子雾化装置的匹配方法,其特征在于,还包括以下步骤:S5,将雾化器工作时的使用次数、时间和日期作为雾化器的使用信息实时传送至移动终端中存储。
- 如权利要求11所述的基于移动终端的电子雾化装置的匹配方法,其特征在于,在步骤S5中,同时将使用信息通过无线模块传送至云端服务器中存储备份。
